Such a cool and lovely experience. Had a lot of fun with my friend Khalif. But we only played 6/9 and I wonder why because we paid for the full experience. Above all the experience was great!!! Our guide was super cool and very helpful; he deserves an Oscar award for treating us so well; such a fun gentleman. We will definitely come back 4 sure!

Incredible Experience ? Worth Every Penny! Walked into Sandbox VR in West Lake, WA, for the Deadwood Mansion experience with my 18-year-old nephew and his buddy today?and we had an absolute blast! Even as someone well past their teenage years, I was fully immersed and loving every second of it. A huge shoutout to Zaire, our guide, who was beyond awesome. He was thorough, friendly, and super helpful, giving me some solid tips before we started so I didn't tank the score or accidentally sabotage the mission

Zaire was an excellent host and got my group of 6 acclimated and ready to play in no time! -- We ended up playing Deadwood Phobia and Zaire acted as another player for us giving us tips and tricks throughout the duration since it was all of our first time playing. Grateful for him for making the experience an unforgettable one and adding in a bonus birthday showcase at the end of our experience which we didn't expect. Overall great experience !!

We had an awesome time playing Squid Game at Sandbox VR, we went there to celebrate my son ?? and we had a great time as a family. Our host Zaire was off the hook!?. He made us enjoy our first experience and did a gift ?? special Birthday celebration. Thank you so much Zaire and Sandbox VR, we will be back soon!

Robbie was super chill and nice! We could tell he wanted to make sure we had the best experience ever because he thoroughly checked our tracker bracelets to make sure they were on correctly, and he gave us crystal clear instructions from the start to the end of our session. Looking forward to the next time we go!

Awesome place. We played squid games which was sooo good! Rebecca our host explained it very well which made the experience so much better. She also organized a virtual cake cutting session after our experience for my birthday which was beautiful. Thank you Rebecca and SandboxVR team. We will be visiting again soon :)

Love this VR experience! Good quality VR googles and very engaging games. Totally worth it and is super fun for group of 4-6 people. Our favorite is Deadwood Valley! Highly recommended to purchase an enhanced gun (I believe it's $7 extra) and only one person in the team can have it. Our friends tried the Squid Game and they loved it. The process requires a prior booking and registration of every team member as well as gearing up with guns, googles and ankle/wrist sensors. The game itself runs about 20-30 mi

We enjoyed our VR session playing Squid Games. Our tech, Louie was able to handle the entire location on his own. He was unfortunately the only employee on site during our time slot. He was able to juggle 3-4 rooms single handedly. I don't believe this was professional of the supervisors. We experienced a few equipment failures, but Louie was able to correct them. It was a great time with the family.

This was such an amazing experience! From start to finish. Very friendly and informative. They helped us right away it there were any issues. I HIGHLY recommend for any adventure ?? one of the little kids in my group had a birthday and they had a virtual birthday room with the song and everything. It was such a sweet experience for him and for us to be apart of.

Went here for the first time and first time doing VR. This was so much fun! Ryan, our host, explained everything thoroughly and was so nice. He let us take our time with putting on garments and made sure we understood how things went. We will definitely be back again and again! Thanks Ryan!

This was so fun to do. It's a little pricey but if you go with a big group (5-6 people) and split it's totally fine (about 50-60 per person). It's a fun experience and something to do, finally, with friends in the Seattle area. We played some sort of zombie game which was scary but also tactical. I like that they give you a montage of your experience after which ended up being so funny.

Robbie was great!!! He was wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, one of our players headsets (the blue one) was lagging most of the game for her. Other than that, the experience was great just wish all of our headsets were in sync in regards to the lagging

We went for my husband?s 38th birthday and it was so fun! We were a group of 6 and none of us had ever done it before. The staff was very friendly and explained the process clearly. We all had such a fun time. Special thanks to Robbie for helping us! He was the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Squid Game Virtuals experience. The immersive nature of the game captivated us. Our host, Ryan, demonstrated friendliness, expertise, and effective communication of safety protocols. Additionally, Ryan helped us with the gear and photos patiently. The staff was very accommodating to our group of 11. I took my son and a group of his friends for his 18th birthday. When I first called they made it very easy to book and also made it so we were all able to play at the same time (group of 5 and group of 6), just in different rooms, so we didn't have to wait on one another. I also had to switch the reservation time the day of, due to being behind, but they worked it out and made it work at a later time for us, while keeping it so we could all play at the sa

We did the squid game in the Sandbox VR and it was amazing. Ryan the host did a stellar job explaining things and making us feel comfortable. It was my first time here and Ryan was patient and went through everything well. He was also a great communicator. Will do it again.

Our time was awesome but we had an issue with one of our players and her experiencing lag throughout the session. We had a reboot mid session to attempt resolution but that didn't fix it. It seems the Blue player gear in that room is having issues as we understand the problem was not isolated to us.

Ryan and Robbie were great at explaining things. Had a blast! Much more of a workout than expected but so much fun

Great place for an escape and some real virtual fun! Also a good place to bring the family. Even got a great workout without even noticing. Highly recommend. If you go be sure to wear clothes you can remove easily, it gets got real fast!

amazing experience, its my second time experiencing Sandbox VR and i brought my dad and sister here for fathers day. people were welcoming and gave us extra time due to seattle parking/traffic. would definitely recommend doing this experience. (my dad and sister loved it btw)

Our team had a fun experience fighting skeletons and dragons today. Our guide Cooper was especially informative and helped us get settled in for two rooms simultaneously when we walked in despite how busy the place was today. I appreciate his efforts.

Super fun! Had fans to help cool off. Wish there was a full mage character and have the archer have a melee weapon. Robert was great, he told us where restaurants were! We only had to say Pineapples once for weapon questions. Will be back for zombies!!

We had multiple rooms going, a lot of people wanting a chance to play, and I knew they had a tight schedule; they didn't miss a beat. Highly recommend!

Joseph was a great host. He was professional when explaining the game and setting up the gear. And he was very fun to talk to. I want to come back to play the fantasy game because of his reccomendation.

Louie was very accommodating. We had some technical difficulties with someone's sensors in our group and he was patient with us. We enjoyed our session despite the technical errors that occured.

I'm not a person that tends to write reviews, however after today's wonderful experience at Sandbox VR at the Westlake Location, I had to write one! Our experience today was FANTASTIC! Luckily, my siblings and I have been to the Sandbox VR Kirkland Location twice, however after today's experience we can hands down agree and say that the Westlake- Seattle Location is far more better, specifically due to the hospitality our host Zaire showed us from the moment we walked in! He was so friendly, nice, and fun!

We had a great time! It's pretty expensive, but fun to do for a celebration or to split with a group.

This is such a cool spot. My bf heard about Sandbox and wanted to check it out, so we went. I wasn't too convinced about a VR place but was open to the idea because the games seemed exciting.
