Had the best experience! The staff was so friendly, helped us booked our experience & held conversation until it was our turn to play! my husband & i drove 5 & a half hours & let me tell you?it was WORTH IT!!! The staff surprised us with snacks for our trip back home & it was very much appreciated! We can't wait to come back when we visit again! Thank you Sandbox!!!

If you're looking for a family fun night out this is the place to come! It's easy to schedule online. We never experienced VR before so we were so excited! We chose dead Deadwood Valley and we didn't expect heart-racing fun. It was a good experience! It's amazing how real it feels! The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything they walked us through it all. We most definitely want to come back and try squid games and the other games.

We've visited Sandbox VR three times, and it's been an incredible experience every time! Twice we played Squid Games and once Pirate Ship. The games are extremely realistic and immersive, creating a truly thrilling adventure. The kids absolutely loved it and couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. It's a fantastic activity for families or groups of friends, and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. Highly recommend Sandbox VR for an unforgettable experience!

What a great experience! Came with my 13 year old son and we had a blast playing the zombie game. Staff was great and quick to get us registered and going. Definitely coming back with friends and family!

I came with a group of 3 and we had a fun time. It was our first VR experience and it was great. The Staff helped out a lot, just ask your questions and they have the Answer. Sandbox VR was fun. It would be a lot of fun for a big group or team building. Staff was not particularly friendly but they were a little busy, so I won't be too critical here. I do feel they could have explained things a little better also, since it was our first visit, but again they were trying to accommodate quite a few people. Overall, me and my group had an amazing time! We played Phobia and it was a great and a lot of fun. The employees were also very helpful and nice. And it was cool to get about 2 minutes of highlight video of the experience. But for a total of $62 per person for just 30 - 45 min of play, we all left feeling like we deserved more time to play and get our money's worth.

Such excellent fun with friends. I played the Deadwood hospital one and didn't expect that much heart racing fun. The main critique I have is the audio solution left a lot to be desired. No side tone left me unable to hear myself, causing more yelling into the mic than I wanted to, could barely hear a couple specific people who apparently had their mic turned low, and there was so much echo between all of our mics that communication was basically impossible lol please update/test the audio solution a bit an

Was a semi-cool experience, but they were unable to get me the video from our father-son experience. For the price they charged, thats unacceptable. My wife and I took our son here for his birthday. It was just the three of us playing together. I thought that was cool we didn't have to play with other people we didn't know. All six of us enjoyed the experience! It's our first time and we were amazed with Sandbox VR. Victoria greeted us promptly as we walked in and explained the different games and options to us. Then JP helped my kids to put on play gears and take us to the virtual room. Finally, Bianca set up the virtual game for us. Such a cool experience! I scheduled a slot for my boyfriend's early birthday celebration and went with a total of 6 people. They had a nice birthday surprise for the birthday boy at the end which was a nice added touch! The people that worked there were very friendly and thorough with instructions. Felix and Staff are amazing! We were walking by and Felix the GM of the location drew us in showing us some trailers. We will definitely come back due to the amazing experience and also the great customer service. The only issue we had was that we couldn't hear each other through our mics, and it could only be fixed for two out of our four players, but other than that it was a great first experience. Great entertainment place! We went to this place twice during our short stay in Austin, they were that good!! It was so much fun. The staff were nice and helpful and they walked us through the preparation for the game perfectly. Victoria was very nice and showed us each step of the preparation. There were some technical issues impacting the VR experience - but when it worked, the Deadwood Phobia experience was the absolute coolest. Regarding the experience, I was able to work it out with Sandbox VR's customer service and they helped me out with a future session, which I thought was quite the exemplary customer service experience. Changing my review to 5 stars.

This place was amazing! I went with a couple of friends for my birthday and did the Amber Sky 2088. Mike was our trainer and prepared us for an experience of a lifetime. He has a great vibe and made the adventure worth having! I recommend him if you are ever at the Northside Domain in Austin and visit the Sandbox VR! I would also recommend having a full group of friends to go!

Mid. Would have been a 5 star experience but the staff were lack luster. It was very evident they DID NOT want us there. Very dismissive towards our group. Our game kept freezing and we would follow procedure and raise our hand and ask for help, we would sit there for a minute before someone came in and was being very short with us. For $104 for two people, I'd expect at least DECENT customer service. Not worth the money, maybe I just came during the B team shift.

We were visiting some family and decided to do this. We had so much fun! We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in. Completely worth the price and a mini workout got my sweating and I'm in shape. I feel immersed in the game. Your able to talk to evey one in your group with microphones in head set and the vr is 360? and they have things to use to hide behind to not get shot in game it's completely fun in my opinion
