Went there for my 12 year-old's birthday. He had a great time. You pick your experience when you book. He picked the least violent of the missions, plus we turned off the gore factor. There was no real blood. It was a coop mission set in a fantasy world. He is excited to go back and try a different scene

This was my second visit. My first was in Tysons Corner, VA. So I had high expectations. My Roseville visit started extremely slow! We couldn't find an attendant to help us, when we did he directed us to the pad to complete waivers and again we couldn't find him. Another attendant walked by on the phone still not helping. At that point I was ready to leave. Finally a very friendly funny attendant by the name of Emily came to help us out. Emily made the process fun for my group. During our actual game,

Brenden and Taylor were great assisting our party with lots of patience. We had six 9 and 10 year old kids in the group so it's not easy to ask them to pay attention. Brenden and Taylor did a great job helping them with the gear and explaining the rules. The kids had so much fun!

We surprised my husband for his birthday and everyone had such an amazing time! We chose Squid Games which was so much fun with 6 people. Emily was fantastic and walked us through and got us set up with everything and threw us a little party at the end. We will absolutely be back!

1st time experiencing this, and my very adult self had a wonderful time. Marissa was so helpful, patient and thorough. I'd definitely come back!

The experience and staff (Brandon) were great. They reality did glitch a few times (stopped) and had to be reset. They effected things but the over all was great. Highly recommend

The first review I left was very critical because there was glitching and issues. The staff did comp us some free plays though and our second experience was with Taylor H. And he was much better about making sure we were set up properly and he communicated everything much better then our previous experience. Super fun. Duel pistols is the way to go.

Great experience but i called ahead of time and verified for a certain game for a person with disabilities, when we arrived someone else said it was not a good game so it took us time to check in and pick a new game. It was grateful for the help but it took us too long to check in and they gave away our reserve time slot so we had to wait 45 minutes to play. The experience itself was amazing staff assistance very poor.

I took my younger sister here for her birthday and we absolutely loved it. Definitely gonna be talking about this for months afterwards. Our guide Branden was so funny and helpful and I swear I had a smile on my face the whole time. Definitely recommend this experience!

It was our first VR experience and we chose Deadwood Mansion. Initially, it was quite frightening, then it became engaging. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and will definitely return!

Brought out the boys to play and they had a blast. Trevon our guide was also very helpful and insightful on the games. He was super chill, props to him. It was a great experience.

We had Branden!! He's the besttt he was super supportive and very funny. He has a very good personality and he just overall made the experience 10/10!! We did the deadwood phobia scary ??.. i definitely recommend I was SCREAMING ????. Anyways I love it here. Definitely coming again because of branden ??

We had such a great time today! Ayden was GREAT. He got us set up quick, gave us assistance in the rare moments we needed it, and has a great hair style!!

Heaven was great! She made engine feel safe. She quickly paused the game when someone had an issue and resolved it even faster! We had a blast!!

Branden truly outdid himself as a host! The game was nothing short of epic! I had an absolute blast playing Deadwood Phobia! It was a thrilling blend of scares and excitement that kept me on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed every moment!

Brought our three elem. age kids to celebrate a bday. We did squid games it's completely age appropriate for 8-9 yo. Primus provided clear instructions and we promptly received help when one of the kids needed their head set adjusted. Super fun way to spend time with one another!

We had no idea what to expect but it was such an awesome experience! If it's anyone?s birthday make sure you tell your host! And try to work with Marissa! She's legit amazing!! :)

In general, I do recommend having longer video clips for us to keep at the end and a quicker start after signing the waivers.

Best birthday gift to my best friend ever! Loved the immersive VR experience that Sandbox facilitated. It was fun and challenging, and is the perfect thing to do with a group of friends. Me and my friend were greeted and instructed by Ayden. He was super chill and friendly, really helpful with the set up and helping us understand how it worked, and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend this place.

Went for my son's birthday with a group on his cousins. The entire time the game play had system issues so game play had to stop while they figured it out. This happened every 10- 15 mins the entire time. While the kids enjoyed it they missed out on the FULL experience. Would I go again? No, never without a guarantee it wouldn't happen again. It was also very expensive. The folks who helped us were nice though.

Prisms and Marissa where great.. we were just a little late and Marissa was kinda and polite and worked with us and made it so we were able to do the experience.. prisms was also awesome with stopping the experience when my son had some problems with the weapon.. both of them where great staff , we will return here just on staff alone..??????

It was everything I hoped for and more! This was a surprise Valentine?s Day present for my husband and our eldest. We played Seekers of the Shard Dragon Fire. Great fun! The graphics were amazing, as was the immersive experience! We were attacked from all sides, the floor, and from above. Pricey, yet worth saving up for, absolutely!! Highly recommended. This was our second time and we had Primus as our host, and he is fantastic; he was very attentive to the issues we had in our game and we enjoyed playing Deadwood phobia!

Truly had a wonderful experience. Definitely will be going back. The first game had glitches in the beginning but got right on track once restarted. They gave us an extra free game for the inconvenience of the glitches so customer service is excellent

Such a fun experience! We played the Squid Games and it was more fun than I thought. We came as a couple and we paired with another couple so it was 4 of us in a room. The facility is located inside the mall, by a food court. From check in time to the end, the whole experience was about an hour. We played about 5 games. It was really easy to get to this location, especially in a shopping mall on the day after Christmas. We were immediately greeted and got help getting geared up and going. I took my teenage sons, who are gamers, so I wasn't sure how well I'd do, but it was super fun. The haptics (vibrations) of the gear enhanced the reality, especially when beaming off the transporter pad.
