We were visiting from out-of-town for our kids to celebrate their birthdays with my wife?s family. The food was very meh. Nothing to write home about. We purchased the meat lovers pizza for the adults and for our kids we bought macaroni and cheese and the chicken fingers. The macaroni and cheese was definitely just boxed Kraft, which was disappointing. The pizza was not great. It was very floppy with little flavor. Went to a birthday party today and I just wanted to take the time to say what a great experience it was. The actual birthday girl got caught up in traffic and was very late, but they were very understanding of the situation and ensured a wonderful time was had by all. The host was absolutely fantastic with everything!!

Had a great night for my son?s birthday party. Steve was very accommodating to my confusion when booking. And Serenity was an incredible host. The kids had a blast and it took all the stress off the adults. Highly recommend. Thank you again Steve and the ten pin crew!!

This place is so much fun! It has something for everyone, the arcade is the most fun in my opinion and the laser tag is loads of fun as well! And the food really shocked me by how good it was. It took the meat mania pizza and it was honestly one of the best American pizzas I have ever eaten! 10/10

Didn't eat here but bowled here on a spur of the moment. Was visiting the Cape and us senior citizens bowled three games. Check in/out staff very nice. The alley area was very clean and the lanes were good. Made some good memories here. Worth the stop.

Food is awful. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Came out in no joke three minutes. I said to the bartender if the food was just heated up. She said no it's cooked to order. There is no way onion rings and a grilled chicken sandwich took only three minutes to cook. It was dry as heck as well.

Bowling was reasonable. We had 10 people. Was very surprised with how good the food was! Spinach artichoke flatbread was delicious, had plenty of cheese and a generous amount of artichoke. Loved the giant tv screens with football playing. Fun for everyone!

We had a amazing time today! The atmosphere is so family friendly and convenient for little children! Steve did such a good job providing customer service and we really appreciated it. I seen in previous comment saying they don't like diversity here.. this was not our experience and we are so happy we spent some time here during a rainy day on the Cape!

Very fun place for all age group.

We had our annual company Christmas party here. We had a short wait for dining space, but this wasn't unusual, as it was a Sunday. The food was quick and reasonably priced, and everything was great, ESPECIALLY the boneless chicken! Bowling Lane was reasonably priced, and overall, we had a great time. The staff at the bar must have to leave their personalities in the locker room before their shift!!! Not a smile or a hello between them looked like they didn't want to be there at all. Apart from the grumpy unpleasant staff this place is pretty cool. Nice bar and drinks menu, food is OK but it's bar food so don't expect much. A great place, and wonderful addition to the Cape Cod Mall! Lots of great games, bowling, and activities for all ages. Great drink menu as well as food. Food quality is great, and their cheeseburger sliders are some of the best I've had ANYWHERE. I couldn't contain myself to not eat them to take a pic. The pulled pork sliders are also great. Great spot in the back for private parties.

My wife and I threw my sons 10th Birthday here in July!!! We were greeted happily by someone as soon as we walked in, and were shown to our spot immediately. We signed up for the pizza and lazer tag. Fair price, lazer tag was a hit, and the slices of pizza were massive. They seemed a little too busy and at some points uncoordinated but they did good overall!!!

Nice bowling, and good place for kids, now with an air park, which is a lot of fun for kids and adults once you can go together with the kids

Good assortment of games and activities to keep the kids entertained for a little while. Went on a Saturday and while busy I wouldn't call it overcrowded which is definitely a plus. Bowling looked kind of expensive but we opted for the virtual reality games instead. My daughter was thrilled with the prize selection at the counter - they also offered an extra 1000 tickets to spend for $20 - which I've never seen done at any other arcade.

Came for a work party, food was just ok - a decent amount of it was cold by the time it was served. Clam chowder and Caesar salad were very good. Great wait staff and environment though!

We had a fantastic Saturday at Ryan's! We opted for the VIP bowling experience and it was absolutely worth the extra money! We had an absolute blast competing with each other and cheering each other on. I cant speak on the food since we had already eaten, but this place seems like a super nice spot. Steve who I believe is a manager was super understanding when we had an issue with an arcade purchase. Also, I spoke to Jake (I believe that was his name) about possibly hosting an event here and he was super helpful and was able to walk us through the website. The only tiny issue that I have is that the music was a tad loud. Overall this was a fun way to spend time for our first visit to the mall.

The food took 45 min and all I ordered was a salad and a burger and the food wasn't even good

Had an accident with my grandson and myself crashing into each other in the laser tag room? my grandson got a little hurt and was upset. The manager checked on him and then came back over to check on him again a little later and ended up giving him a couple passes to try laser tag again another time. Super nice guy and very caring! This place was alright but they've purposely jacked the price up of their stepmania machine to ridiculous prices. Normal prices at most other places $1 for 2 songs which is reasonable considering originally 50 cents for 3 songs. But the issue is the owner specifically decided to charge $3 per 2 songs because he saw some MA top players going there spending over $100 a week and thought they could try a force more money out of our pockets. Solid "meh". They got rid of the VR and escape rooms, they have a couple of ok games, but most are pretty "meh", and apparently they gpt rid of waitstaff, so now you have to order up front and get your food. A wonderful arcade filled to the brim with interactive amusements. Crane Games, VR, Dancing and Light Gun Games. To the right of the building is the eatery which I haven't had the chance to try hence the three stars. In the back is the bowling lanes. What a combination. I'm an out of town guy who lives in a sleepy town so this is more excitement that I could have ever expected. I recommend this location.

Well made drinks. Food is alright if not a little pricey for what you get. Their pizza is pretty good in taste and value. Their fries are amazing. Bowling here was enjoyable. The arcade has a decent selection of games although it's aimed at kids more than anything else, which is to be expected. One of the times I went they had live music but it was definitely too loud. Had to yell just to order drinks or food at the bar. I'd recommend going at least once though.

We had a group event with 17 people in the VIP room. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received. The appetizers were enjoyed by all and we all thought they were really delicious. The bowling went seamlessly and the automatic scoring means you just bowl, drink, eat and enjoy. Great job Ten Pin!

Good food and great bowling but a little bit dirty

This place USED to be awesome. Great food, great service. You could go there and get restaurant level service with a coursed meal and drinks. It was awesome for families. It was awesome for groups of friends. NOW it's a glorified Chuck E. Cheese. The table second is GONE. You place your order at the entrance while looking at a big video board menu. I booked a Laser Tag birthday party for my 10 yr old son there. Just be aware - throughout the 2 hours party, boys got 16 minutes of laser tag!! 16 minutes!! Two sessions of 8 minutes. When I questioned it, they told me I could request a third session but I have to pay extra per every child attending. Place other wise is great, very accommodating but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY OF LASER TAG.

Ordered the 2 go and was honestly so disappointed, ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that came with 2 tiny chicken tenders, instead of a patty, and it pretty much looked like a salad on top of my chicken tenders. And all this would've been acceptable if i didn't get the food cold, and soggy because it sat for "15 minutes" before even bringing the food out, even though we literally sat in the parking lot waiting for them to bring it out for almost an hour!! Just left here for a 11 yr old bday party. Have dropped off for parties but this us the 1st one I've paid for. Basic party along with laser tag. I have to say they did a great job. The kids had fun and everyone left happy. Ordered food to go so I could sample the regular menu. I'll update on the food experience later. Excellent place to have fun with family and friends. We went with a large family group with kids ranging ages 5 through 16 and several adults to play laser tag, have lunch, and play arcade games, and had an awesome time. Everything is clean and well run. Laser tag was so much fun for the entire group, and the arena was really cool. Lunch was delicious with excellent food and service. Fun place to have a party for your kiddo! All the guests had a blast. Staff there is really friendly and really accommodating. Children started with bowling and after that they were served a couple slices of pizza and lemonade. After they ate, they were all given a game card for the arcade. More fun on top of fun. Just had my sons 8th birthday party here. We had our own party planner who took care of all of the details and had our own waitress who made sure all the kids had full cups of lemonade and pizza on their plates. Nice setup. Easy location to get to in Mall. Wait staff was great. Provided with complimentary homemade chips. Real good but some weren't full cooked. I had Fish & Chips. Fresh & Delicious. Chapins fish you can't go wrong. Just like the restaurant in Dennis. Companions medium rare burger was a little over cooked but fries for both meals were great. It's Cape Cod people, enjoy the fish!

One of the best Entertainment Centers I have visited. Quality of food for a bowling alley was very surprising, friendly staff and great atmosphere!

You just have to understand what the place actually is. It's an arcade /bowling alley. I can not recommend the bar service at all. Service at the bar is very weak in experience and personality. I have not had an entree but apps were small and over priced commercial stuff. It's nothing special. Just your average get a beer and a snack while you shop type of place. I dont think that's what they were shooting for here. I could be wrong. Great concept but lacking something for sure.

Food is over priced for the quality. Pizza was wicked greasy and too sweet. We ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and it really lacked taste other than sweet oily grease. Service was very slow and they werent even that busy. When paying in cash waitress brought back our change but kept all the coin parts. We ordered the Margarita Pizza and it was the worst one I have eaten. It tasted like a frozen pizza that was purchased at the grocery store. The acoustic are terrible. The atmosphere is carnival like. The seats are comfortable. The Hibiscus Margarita was good. I have never heard of their wines. Its a great ?big screen? TV bar. The Grab Brothers Band was the attraction and they are always the best.

Great fun family atmosphere... they have free kids meal deals when you buy game cards. The prices other than that at 5.99 are reasonable. 10.99 1/2 lb. Bacon cheese burgers, high quality hand made patty on a buttery brioche roll!!! The beef stew is delicious.

Ordered delivery through UberEats after never trying this restaurant before... the food was hot and delicious and we were all very happy with our meals! The clam chowder was thick and creamy, buffalo wings were breaded and spicy with a little bit of sweetness. We will definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely incredible food, super fun games and bowling, if a little pricey. However do not order curbside. They will not come out to your car even if you specify curbside. This has happened twice that I've ordered curbside and ended up waiting half an hour, then went inside and it was just sitting on the table. Super annoying, and the food was cold because I waited so long.

As usual if you want to hear your guest, get the VIP room. Its worth the extra. Food is great, service in the VIP room was terrible, no bartender, had to get up every time you wanted to order or get a drink. So either lower the price when there is no wait staff, Very Disappointed.

This is such a great addition to entertainment on Cape Cod. The perfect place to bring the whole family, group of friends or a fun date night. The arcade is huge, they have laser tag and brand new bowling lanes. Perfect place to let the kids play or to grab some food and a drink at the bar and roll a few games. The staff and service were great, even throughout being very busy on a rainy Saturday. I very much look forward to coming back!

Went there with the family. Great place For everyone. Lazer tag is awesome! Try the Virtual reality!! Just be ready for there employees. Everyone from the waitress to the attendant at the Virtual reality was miserable, unpleasant, unprofessional. Didn't meet one person who worked there that could smile. Nope. Just dont. Hopefully they get better but for right now the fries are good and that is about it. We spent about 50 bucks and the food was really bad. Steak and cheese was microwaved with a couple slices of cheese on it that didnt even melt. Steak was rubbery probably because of the microwave. I got a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The bread was stale. My dad and I went for father-daughter bonding time and absolutely loved it! With bowling, you get so many game options to choose from rather than a standard game. The waiters there are also incredibly friendly and polite. We'll definitely be coming back next time we visit Cape Cod.

I had family in from Florida last weekend and was looking for something exciting to do with them. They ranged from 9 years old to 40 years old. We went to Ten Pin and had an amazing time! We started in the Escape room, which was sooo much fun! We had more laughs and we made it out just in the nick of time! Next we moved to the virtual reality room, I am not sure which was more fun! Very fun! Visited the arcade, traded in our points for lots of candy, but the guy running the trade in point didn't say a word to us and was slamming things on the counter.

Helpful staff, very fun Arcade and cool looking bowling and Lazer tag. I recommend getting two unlimited 2 hour passes. You can play the coin pusher, and most of the games except for the claw games as much as you want up to 3 consecutive games. There is a 30 second hold time between card swipes so continuous play is very easy. Shooters like water shooter, Halo And space invaders are tons of fun. Ski-ball and ball throwers, air hockey and $5.00 VR rollercoaster all included. We always get one paid play car

Didn't try the food but the arcade was awesome. We are staying at the Cape Codder and this arcade is way better than the one there but same company, Ryan's, so the game cards work at both places. So many more game options here.

The atmosphere and the music selection I enjoyed and the employees were very friendly 4 Stars, however I found I could not give a higher rating due to the food not being the most ideal especially in particular the beef and chicken was very dry. My group did enjoy the seafood, the nachos, and a selection of your few apps.

I went with my friends on my twelfth birthday. We were able to do Virtual Reality, Laser Tag, and Arcade Games. Those were all very fun. And my parents sat down and played a giant jenga game. Next, we went to sit down for dinner. The waitress was nice and we ordered pizza. Unfortunately, the Pizza was a bit greasy. Food is usual pre-packaged bar food. Service is deteriorating because staff are hard to get. No more table service. Order at a station, you should get a text when food is ready but we didn't, then it is available to collect from another station. Food station doesn't do bar drinks so that's another place to self serve all while the rent by the hour lane clock is ticking. This work detracts from going out and being looked after.

What happened to your pizza???? When Covid begin we ordered it all the time and told everyone you had the best pizza, it's been maybe four months since we ordered it last and not only is your largest smaller but the pizza itself doesn't taste or look the same and it's a shame.
