Customer Reviews

Workers Aaliyah, Kylee, Austin were such a help with the machines, tickets, and made things even more fun! I'm definitely coming back when their shift is on!

Young adults "working". Constantly on their phone and little to no help when games eat money. They will not turn a game off even though it is broken and have stated that the game is broken.

Games missing balls, worn out, broken, etc. overpriced with poor prizes. We come here a lot and it seems to keep getting worse year after year. At least have working games for the price.

Definitely pricey but you get what you pay for. A few hours entertainment and a few stuffed animals and prizes was what was expected. It's a small arcade and the games are costly per game so if you have young kids I wouldn't just set them free with a card. Also, each 20$ gets you 8 extra dollars worth so consider that a kind of 'discount'

An arcade to have some fun. Great game selections. They just changed the layout recently. Have enjoy. It's worth the visit.

Arcade prizes were cheap and points ridiculous to get, all claw machines rigged, and someone opened steam on the Rabbids VR ride somehow, blocking the entire ride from view

I've come here (Ryan Amusements) for one day, once a year. This means I see every change made to the arcade. 10 Years ago, they would be a 5 star 5 years ago, a 4. Now they're a two, mostly because the selection has deteriorated extremely. There's only a few games left, the good ones being replaced by claw machines and disguised slot machines. Also, their prices have gone up drastically, going from about 50c a game to 1.25 on avg

Decent selection of games for the small location. If you're looking for a few minutes to a an hour or two to kill time, then this is a great place to go. They do have games that provide tickets, but it was better spent paying for an unlimited 2 hour game play card that only cost $10. With this card, you can play any games that do not provide tickets for a whole two hours. This way, if you're trying to beat those shooter games which eat up money like a hog on a farm, you won't need to worry shelling out $20

Spent over $80 and won well over 2000 tickets. I got the jackpot on the only game not rigged about 4 times before they wiped my card of all of my earnings. A night wasted and full of disappointment after both my card getting wiped and the nasty attitude expressed by the staff when I very kindly complained to them and left.

Love the Ryan?s chain but this location is definitely a shell of its former self. In 2014, the place was packed with games and it has slowly shrunk over the years. Plus, a lot of games were broken or not working correctly. Also, just a heads up, this location does not participate in Ryan?s promos, learned that the hard way.

This place is definitely amazing, the claw machines are easy for you to win something from, the staff is incredibly nice, and the prizes are great! Overall really enjoy my experience. It is a great place for kids to go. Also, right down the street is the carousels and Giordanos which has great food and is great for family gatherings.

Awesome Arcade, definitely good prices, amazing staff. Only one complaint that I have, they have a very low ceiling by the air hockey, so if your at least 5ft tall, your probably gonna bump your head if you're not careful. The Ryan's Family Team did what they could to cushion the wall to try and prevent this from occurring, it works out. Overall, the place has some awesome games, both new and classic. I must say, they really took me by surprise at how good this place really is.

The arcade is really fun for kids. The teenagers working behind the counter really put a damper on the whole experience for the adults. They're more interested in putting together a tik tok video than helping the customers who are spending money in the establishment. I understand social media is fun but let's hope some rules are put in place so when the employees are working they pay attention to the customers and provide better customer service.

Had a great time with the kids. We had a chilly drizzly day on the Vineyard. Great indoor afternoon. Convenient refillable card payment system for games and for earning "tickets" redeemable for typical arcade prizes.

My hubby and I came here for a vacation over the summer, and we came to this arcade twice. I used to come here when I was a kid, and it was always my favorite stop on the strip. It still is. The arcade has switched from coins and tickets to game cards and credit, but it works exactly the same, and there's no fumbling with coins in your pocket. The games here are great, and I managed to get top of the leaderboard in giant Pac-Man. While I have a personal vendetta with claw machines, I won hubby a giant racco

There is a good selection of games here. Unfortunately, several were out of order in the two nights we visited. We still had a great time, spending only $20 each time, and my girlfriend and I each played a decent number of games. They have air hockey and skee ball, which are two must haves for us!

Bit pricey, and several machines will take money off your game card but not let you play. But overall it is a fun experience for kids.

We go here every time we come down. The kids love it and there is an amazing coupon for $50 of playing money for $25. It's a must go to place.

Very affordable prices compared to other arcades I've visited, however there's a limited selection of games and prizes (for this location). But I like how there is a second floor

My toddler was able to play and win enough tickets to get her some prizes. Not a lot of games but we made use of what was there.

Great activity for kids and a cool arcade! Love that they put the tickets on your "card"...no more ticket counting and very green!

This is a fun place to escape the heat (or the rain) for a while if you have kids. Loud (of course), and the games are a little pricey but a fun, clean arcade with friendly staff.

Used to go here as a kid and it was always a blast. I've visited over the years and it seems to keep on getting better with bigger and newer machines---kid's paradise.

It is an arcade Kids love it! Adults hate it! Seems like there is less variety in the games and they all cost more.

Very clean and well lit arcade on two floors. Nice mix of games for young children and teens.

Games are good, decent selection for such a small place. However, it closes way too early on some days, even as early as 6:30pm.

A complete and total scam. The only reason to come here would be to keep spoiled kids, who don't understand the value of a dollar, busy for a little while.

Surprisingly decent arcade in a time when arcades aren't what they used to be. Even as an adult, I had fun.

Great place, great games, great staff. I had a really fun time there.

Its pretty fun. Good service, the games are rigged sometimes. But it's still fun

Got addicted to playing games here & won some fun prizes. Such a great time!

Really nice arcade, some better prizes and DDR would be nice though.

Basic video game arcade for kids. They said it was very fun and they won lots of tickets.

Too many broken machines. The cranes are rigged

Always a great time with a very friendly staff

While a bit expensive, it's a fun place to go on the island. Definitely recommend.

Fun for kids who like to collect tickets!

Fun way to spend a rainy afternoon and the staff is really friendly!

Cool place for the kids they need more games tho

Machines don't seem to add token credits correctly

Loved it brought the kid inside of me right out again.

Fun. Lots of games. Crowded but that's to be expected on the vineyard.

Nice place check groupon before visiting.

Best arcade, clean, and not tacky.

Me and my daughter jad great time here

Beware of defective equipent. And useless staff

Poor selection of games and expensive prices

Expensive but so much fun!

Really fun little place!

My son loves this place

Great fun for the kiddos!

Kids paradise on the Vineyard

Great for little kids

Love this good for kids

Such a scam. The kids picked up at least 12 items from a cage and as soon as the claw gets to the top, they drop the item. How do you guys sleep at night. Oh I know. Money in your mattress. Scammers.

As someone mentioned, a shell of its former self. Used to be filled with fun games once upon a time! Classic arcade cabinets, carnival ducks, Pump It Up (DDR-adjacent game). Now it's full of Dave & Busters ticket- grab games that are rigged and priming kids for the gambling and sports betting pipeline. Even skee ball isn't sacred. You can get the highest score and max out at 25 tickets on your little card. The ?price? of games is a messy ordeal as well. Why a whole number and then a fraction of a?coin? Poin

(Translated by Google) I never went but they recorded Forever there. (Original) Nunca fui pero ah? grabaron forever

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
