I am the outreach and alumni coordinator for Waterside Recovery Center. I planned my first alumni event at Ryan?s in Hanover! We had 40 people come! It was honestly an amazing time! The service was amazing, the food was great, and everyone had a BLAST! I will absolutely be planning more events with them again! The manger Linda was so amazing! Good place for family and parties. They have arcade games, ax throwing, and bowling. We ate in the restaurant that was there and the brirra tacos were really good. The watermelon martini was pretty good for an arcade place and the service was impeccable. Very attentive server and they definitely knew what they were doing. What an amazing family experience ! Started with ace throwing and finished with bowling and arcade . This was the first time at this location and we will absolutely be back. Manager Devonny is very personable and will do absolutely everything she can to make your experience the very best it can be. My family and I recently had our second family party at Ryan?s. Linda made the planning process very easy and made great suggestions regarding food and games. We had a teacher event in the VIP room. The room was impressive with tables for dinner, its own bar and 4 private bowling lanes. The service was amazing and so accommodating. We were extremely impressed and will definitely have another event there!

The food is good but other than that the experience is always terrible (and me and my dad go weekly). I have been to multiple Ryan?s and the service at Hanover is non existent. All the teenagers that work there are on their phones or have friends visiting standing at the counter talking to them for an hour or more on more than one occasion. We had a corporate event here for the holidays. The festive atmosphere, delicious food, and axe throwing created a wonderful experience for our staff. We Love this Spot. This is wear we go on the rainy days when we're in the Cape. The arcade area is so much fun and the staff is really nice. I love that they're kind to All of the kiddos who need more time to pick prizes! Since it's inside the Mall, we always do some shopping too.

As someone who has been to ryans plenty of times, it is always a pleasure to be back. My neighbors and I always enjoy bowling and playing the arcade because of the low prices, variety of arcade games and the non-rigged (shoutout micheal) claw machines. My company just had its second annual holiday party at Ryan's Hanover. Each time, Linda and the staff made it very easy for us in planning the event for 70+ people. The food was excellent, the staff was attentive and most importantly, everyone had a great time. The first year was such a success that we added additional time because everyone wanted to stick around. Ryan's is a great, fun option for your corporate events!

This Ryan's is really cool and my family took us there. The bowling and restaurant went well However when we went and played at the arcade it only gave us two cards of $5 when we spent $20 for 2 cards of $10. It was definitely a ripoff and I hope they would look into that.

We hosted my company holiday party at Ryans Hanover for the 2nd year in a row this past week. The private space includes 4 bowling lanes, a private bar and lots of space and seating. Ryan?s was the perfect venue for my son?s 30th Surprise Party last Saturday night! The private room with 4 bowling lanes easily accommodated our 50 adult guests and 8 young children. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff was professional, attentive, and ready to help with everything possible to make our party the success that it was! We came here for the first time a few days ago for a company outing and we were impressed! The facility was large, beautiful, and clean. The employees were all kind, helpful, and attentive. Went for a work party on December 7th 6P-11P a young girl with glasses and dyed hair was so extremely friendly and excellent I'm a manager for retail and she is the type of girl I hope every management would hire! I didn't catch her name she serves some foods/desserts and was extremely friendly and so nice and sweet! She rlly needs either a ride or the managers that see this needs to compliment her! Although the facility itself is not the best, employee Scott Noble really went the whole nine yards to elevate my experience. My basketball was properly inflated, and all of the machines he wiped were very clean. He made my experience better.

The service here absolutely sucks. The server with the green hair is so rude and makes you feel like you aren't welcome. Bowling?s fine but prob won't be back

Ryan?s is so much fun! We went as a family and then alone on date night! There are so many different things you can do here.

I am a nanny & I am there very often. Anywhere from 1-2x a month if not more. My boys love it there. The Bowling Alley is awesome and the boys love the arcade. We have also done lazor tag with their friends. Typically the staff is good and friendly. They have helped us immensely over the last year or so with various things. Today was not the case. The food is good, kids have fun at the arcade, though it is kind of small. The place is nice and clean and there is plenty of seating. My main issue is with the business model of charging by the hour for bowling. You're either going to have your game shut off in the 9th frame if you have six people or only be able to get through half a second game if you have less people. Makes no sense to charge for a game that has a clear beginning and end by the hour not by the game.

The margherita pizza was great! Salads were pretty good. Portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. Our drinks were mixed well. Arcade games are expensive and a couple were not working. I could not figure out how to get the 2 hour unlimited play for $20, which seems like a great deal as there were a lot of fun looking games to choose from. So fairly priced and amazingly helpful staff! Seanne at redemption was SO helpful and all of the staff was incredibly nice. Such a better deal and way better prize options than Dave & Buster's. As a family of four, we spent under $100 for food and two hours in the arcade and walked away with fantastic prizes. Highly recommend.

We came at separate times for both axe throwing and the arcade. The axe throwing was fun! I think it's worth trying at least once. I was pleasantly surprised with the arcade. My daughter loved the roller coaster simulation. She enjoyed the games and I felt like the claw machines were generous compared to other arcades we've been to. Many people were walking around with stuffies and we were happy to walk away with a mid-size squishmallow. I'm sure we'll come back.

Really fun place! I had never been to a Ryan's before but I was really impressed with how clean and entertaining it was. While I did not eat any food, it smelled amazing and I would have loved to grab a bit had I not just eaten. The arcade games were fun but the Lazer Tag was even better. My first time coming to this facility was on mother's day. My family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children (5yr-16yrs) decided we would come here to have a family day. We entered and was greeted by the front desk. We asked to play a game of bowling, they asked us if we wanted to pay before or after we played. So I said we could pay before. The workers here are so horrible. My brother didn't get his bonus that he had been saving up for. The D.C. coin pusher had this 7,000 ticket bonus if you had the full set but the guy working there just added the cards individually and when we asked him about it, he just gave an extra 1,000. The workers also have attitude and they seemed mad when we went to go ask about it. Never coming to this specific place again.

Great date night! We had a wonderful night together, both ax throwing and bowling. The place was a tad on the empty side for a Friday night but this was to our benefit as we didn't have to wait for anything, I just hope for the sake of the business and the employees that it picks up as Hanover Crossing fills up. Overall my experience at Ryan?s amusements was pretty good. I wasn't a huge fan of the food. I ordered pizza which was quite delectable but the mozzarella sticks were pretty gross to say the least. We had a graduation party in the VIP room. I added the extra hour for the room and a bartender. We did bowling, laser tag and arcade cards for guests. It was a great experience planning the event with Cassandra. The event went very smoothly. All of the staff is very attentive, responsive and accommodating. The food was excellent. Absolutely atrocious! The manager is beyond condescending. He belittles people. He has been rude on two seperate occasionsto myself and another time to a friend who hosteda party here. Place is definitely way over priced. Parents be careful with the arcades huge money suck. The axe throwing shows $65 dollars to book online but it's only $40 when you get there. Makes no sense if there's no wait money should be refunded $25. Staff is definitely not experienced with axes and you feel like you're being babysat. Not the best experience!!

It's a good place to have fun with friends or family. A lot of arcade games to play a good spot to have birthday parties organized. The bowling experience is also good. We can also have private lanes. This place has Axe throwing activities too, you can also experience laser tag with your group.

We had the VIP room and got treated like we was nothing , they rushed us out the room at 6:35 when we had it u til 7 and the service was just so bad no communication at all ! Second time coming with my friend. We are huge arcade fans. Had a great experience the first time. Tried to cash in my tickets from the Willy Wonka game and one card did not have a bar code. Had some young manager Ryan, accuse me of bringing in a single card from another arcade. I'm a 54 yr old woman that just cashed in over a 1500 pts in cards! I could care less about 20 pts but to treat me like that! Totally disappointed in the customer service. Teach your managers better customer service skill

Got there right when they opened wasn't busy at all . Fun time!! The claw games actually allow you to win easily. I saw everyone walking around with prizes . Staff was younger kids but were really nice and helpful . Will definitely be going back !!

We went today and ask about the restaurant the person at the snack bar said there wasn't one, then Oliver came over and helped us out. We ate in the bar area, Oliver was very attentive, patient, and answered all of our questions. He was very nice and made the experience at your facility so much better. Great Job Oliver!!!!

I've only been here with kids ranging from 5-11 years old. We have done bowling, and the arcade, The arcade is one of the best around. The bowling is great for all ages! Their is a kids menu for food.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LIAM who i believe sadly is a manager presented us with HORRIFIC service. Axe throwing was a blast. Went for girls night, reserved the lane online before. If you've never been axe throwing you need to go. Ryan's is large and clean, the staff was friendly.

Managers should be doing their job in this place, it is mostly a children?s place and teenage workers are yelling around the place swearing etc, sitting on top of the counters not even willing to help people that come up to the registers, as managers are sitting there doing absolutely nothing. Such a waste of money for awful customer service.

I take my kids here and they always have a great time. While the food isn't the best, we come for the entertainment. It's a fun outing with the kids!

PLEASE I'm warning and asking, do NOT touch anything in this place that's been inflated. No basketball games and do NOT get the cheap ones in the claw machine. I saw a little boy get so severely burned when a cheapie basketball toy from the claw machine spontaneously combusted in his little arms and blew up on his body. Went bowling here. everything is new so it's nice but It smelled like sewerage. It's hard to enjoy yourself with the smell of hot diarrhea wofting around.

I was on the toilet and the bathroom lights turned off, it was pitch black! With no way to turn them back on (from the toilet)! Would not go back for this reason.
