We were in Shelbyville with our grandsons today. They weren't able to swim at the hotel due to a recent surgery so we were looking for something to fill some time. This arcade was so much fun! And super reasonable on the price! The boys (and us!) had a great time! Well worth the money! If you're ever in Shelbyville, stop in. Just check the hours before you go. The day we were there, they opened at 5:00?which fit into our plans perfectly! Thank you!
We were invited here for a birthday party and was the first time for us to visit. We all had a blast. Lots of retro arcade/video games. The place was clean and the gentleman working was super friendly. My boy especially loved being able to sit at the tables and play Sega?s Mickey Mania on the Mickey tv while eating cake. We can't wait to go back.
8/14/22----- We had the party yesterday. This place is awesome... straight out of the 80s-90s awesome. The atmosphere is perfect for an arcade. My kids had a blast. I wish I would have booked it for longer. Lol. The kid hosting was a little.... put out acting... to be there on a Sunday. Or because of teen angst.. who knows, but he is a kid and he did fine lol. We had a great time here!! So much fun at such an affordable price!! I have a 10 year old, 8 year old, and 6 year old.. and we were all highly entertained the entire time! Everyone was so nice and staff was very friendly and helpful!! Our favorite games were JAWS pinball, Deer Hunter, and Nudget!! Highly recommend!! & we are definitely coming back!!
It is a very cool place to have a great time with family and friends. Lots of arcade games and pinball machines to play on. We lost track of time, and before we knew it, our allotment of time was up.

Took the kid, 13, who never been to an arcade. Told her this was like being at a museum of video gaming. She was skeptical at first but ended up loving it. We had a blast together. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.
Ten dollars for a hour of unlimited play time is a real bargain. I highly recommend the pinball machines if you're a nostalgic kid and of fan like I am. Drinks and snacks are a bargain at a suggested donation of a dollar. Now open Wednesday through Saturday with Sundays reserved for private parties.
All ages will love Ruperts Kids Arcade in Shelbyville, Indiana from the youngest to the oldest friend or family member. My sister rented the arcade out for my niece's birthday and it was Amazing! It has new and vintage games to really bring the nostalgia back for anyone. Would recommend Ruperts for any occasion or just a fun free day.
Took Grandson's there for a Birthday party and we all Loved it. Took me back in time, with Pinball, Centipede and Frogger my favorite 3 games in my teens. Great value and it's nice to know it all goes back to Rupert's charity for kids.
Such a fun place! Highly recommend visiting. Might even be a fun spot for a date.

My grandkids and I really enjoy Rupert's Arcade. The staff is friendly and they have some neat old-school games for me, and more contemporary games for the kids. The price is right, too!

Had my sons birthday party here! Unlimited play on all machines for 3 hours and it was harder to get the adults to leave than the kids! It was a huge hit! Will definitely be back! Also I love that the proceeds go to charity!!

Some of the machines didn't work. Worker was not friendly, too busy on his phone or a tablet. Didn't want to get off his stool to fix anything. It would be better if you had food or at least drinks. Very hot in here. Overall probably won't be back. Paid for all day only played about a hour.Machines were bad quality. You had too ask multiple times for coins, he acted like he didn't want to give them out.
We had our son's birthday party here today. The manager and other employee we're so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great party! You can't beat their birthday party package price! My friend booked a party for her son while she was there, and two more friends messaged me to get info about booking! All of our boys had a complete blast!

Pinball is top notch and cant beat the price, the Indy 500 pinball machine is really cool
The atmosphere was very fun and positive. The staff was great. He welcomed us and told us about the charity. There looks to be over a hundred different games available. It is great for a birthday or small party. It is a charity founded by Rupert Boneham of Survivor. This location is in downtown Shelbyville Indiana. I recommend bringing your children here for a very inexpensive getaway.
Rupert is a very strange man. I will not bring my 7 year old son around him again. I left him to go pick up my daughter and when I came back, my son told me Rupert tried to make him kiss him in the mouth. And then he kept stroking my son's head telling him how good looking he was. Please be ware
Birthday parties are so great here. 2 hours feels like 15 min. They have everything from Mario to Fortnite. Pinball and all games are unlimited with the birthdate party package.
Took my son and his friends for his birthday and they had a great time! The young lady working there was very nice and good with the kids. We w?ll definitely be coming back again soon!
I bought my son and his friend and paid for all day. When we first got here it was very enjoyable. Not sure of the young man's name but he was very friendly and helpful. Then at shift change a girl came in and brought her 2 children with her. And preceded to go around and play games with her son. I have only seen her go up to the counter twice. She has been here for 2 hours now still playing games with her son. Must be nice to get paid to entertain your children for free all night.
Call first, if you're not coming to a party - posted hours of operation include times when you can't come in unless you are invited to a private party. Reasonably priced ($10 for all day, $5 for an hour), machines seemed in decent shape. May come back when they're open to the public!
Great atmosphere, good variety of games and insane value! Fun, unique place to take a date or chill with a friend. $10 gets you an all day pass for all of the games. From old school pinball to newer generation consoles, there's something here for everyone!
Great place have a kids birthday vary affordable and even the big kids will have fun too. If you love old video games and pin ball you have to check it out.
If you're ever in Shelbyville this is a must go to stop for all ages.... Owners fantastic. Environment clean safe and everyone has fun. Can't wait to come back next year and now I know where I'm hanging out with my kiddo. Love you guys... The Texans
Great place for a kids birthday party! Reasonably priced, and the kids and grown-ups all had fun playing all the games.
Great little arcade with games for everyone. Pinball machines, racing games, Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, air hockey and a lot more. They even have a few console games set up. $5 for an hour or $10 for all day. If you're looking for something fun with the kids, I definitely recommend this place.

A great place to take the kids for some flashback video game entertainment. My son is a Nintendo fanatic and enjoyed playing the games that kept me entertained through my childhood. Highly recommended and a great cause.

Old style pinball is hard to find, arcades like when I was young are gone. I take my daughter and she thinks it's a new concept lol. I have a good time and it's for a good cause. How could it be better?

Great place to take kids for a bday party! No tokens needed. Just pay for the group to play for an hour or day. Great fun was had by a group of teens today

Really cool arcade. A whole bunch of retro cabinets, alot of pinball machines, some linked racing machines, air hockey, and some old consoles in the back. $5 for an hour of unlimited play.

We had a great time but they overcharged us. They charged us for more people than we had. Didn't catch it because they charged us on a phone app and did not give us a receipt.
Fun for family to burn a couple hours..my kids really enjoyed the arcade..the employee was Very nice..5 dollars for a hour for me but kids was free this time a promotion ...
