Taken my family to Rule 3 many times in the past. Today, we Bowled, ate and played in arcade. Sad the management has let the Arcade slide badly. Bowling and food still ok. Had wings, nachos and onion rings (which were really good). Dropped $200 for supercharges on four arcade cards. Machines, including those pictured did not play (some still took credits without playing). The Basketball game did play but didn't register all baskets and is falling apart. My kids were playing the Marvel game to collect all ca
We visited Rule 3 this past weekend for a birthday party. We thoroughly enjoyed the private bowling for kids, the arcade games, and the service. We would definitely go back.
I had lunch here, Ben was at the bar and made it worth my time. I used to come in here a ton a long time ago to play pool. I loved it back then, the menu for food is definitely different but still good options. I had the pork butt sandwich it was fantastic.
I booked 3 lanes ahead of time ("Pins and Pop" package) for about 15 coworkers. Scott was great to work with and the price was reasonable. We were greeted by Amira and I was so pleasantly surprised by her cheerful, helpful demeanor. She kept us updated on the food and fountain drinks we purchased and checked in with us from time to time. Everyone we interacted with was nice and it overall was a really fun event for us.
After a hugely successful holiday work party at Rule 3 last year (2023), everyone voted to do the same again this year, and just like the first time, an amazing time was had by all! Rule 3 provides a fun environment for entire families, which is what we look for. Scott is amazing and so easy to work with! His communication is second to none. Our hostess Pam was awesome! She helped with recommendations for food ordering and was always close by and very attentive to our large group of 40+. I would highl
Had my sons graduation party, had a great great time the catered food and setup plus the patio was awesome experience for our family and friends. Plus we had premium drink bar package which was awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves. The host were great. Thank You.
We had our son?s graduation party on the patio and it was the perfect space! We had a separate entrance to the patio, we paid extra to have the bartender outside and it was worth it! Pam was great!!! The food was delicious! We did a taco and slider bar! The kids made use of the fire pit and the volleyball area! We had the basketball game on as well on all the TVs they had out there. Everyone had a great time! They loved the space! Thank you for making it a great experience as we celebrated a huge accomplish
We had a group of 20 people young and old. Everyone had a fantastic time.?The place was clean and the food was delicious. Our hostess Clara (I think that was her name) was absolutely the best and very patient and accommodating to our needs, she had a great smile and attitude. ?? She was very knowledgeable as well regarding the bowling equipment and setting up lane assignments. Thanks also to Scott Rogers the event coordinator at RULE 3 for helping to coordinate a wonderful evening of fun.
This place has potential, but unfortunately, the experience is ruined by management. With people like Richard (Operations Manager) in charge?who is consistently rude and unprofessional?it's no surprise that customer satisfaction is declining. If management doesn't improve, this place won't last long. Me and my team will never visit this place. Word of mouth is going to be so great for this place as long as people like Richard is employed.
Rule 3?s a party paradise! Our kid?s birthday bash rocked with private bowling lanes & arcade games galore?pure fun for all ??. Clara?s stellar hosting at our work holiday party kept the vibes high, with tasty food & team bonding that didn't disappoint ??. Scott?s clear communication & booking help for both events was top-notch. We're hooked & coming back
ARCADE FULL OF SCAMS. As you can see from the picture, when you win a game the prize door opens the empty box. When I talked to the employee they said whatever opens is the prize even though each one is identical. Escalated to the manager, same answer. If I'm going to spend $50 the least you can do is honor the prize when my kid wins but it appears you prefer money over customer satisfaction. Not even a refund of credits for the game was provided. Absolutely pathetic. Don't spend your money here, they thi
We did our holiday work party at Rule 3 and the feedback from the team was fantastic! The food was great, it was fun while changing up the usual and gave us a chance to bond outside of the workplace! Clara was a fantastic host! She was very attentive! I cannot thank her enough! Scott was excellent with helping get everything booked, while also answering all my questions, and answering my numerous phone calls. He helped me with my son's birthday party earlier in the year too. The clear communication and amaz
The bowling alley is nice, food is not great but okay. The arcade has mostly games for very young kids. Place is typically clean and they have nice kids birthday parties.
Great location for a get-together. Staff were friendly and the food was good. Kids love the arcade. Recommended
Had a great 10th Arcade Birthday ?? party here. The party attendant did not help as advertised. Be prepared to do it yourself. But the Arcade attendants and staff made my daughter an her party feel special and valued by doing extras for them and going out of the way to make sure their time there was memorable ?????? ??????. That made it all worthwhile.
30 of us gathered for bowling, food and drinks. The place was super clean and attentive to our needs. Scott and Lindsay did a great job of setting up everything and Clara did a great job serving. Highly recommend.
Went to bowl last night around 8:50, bought the endless bowl since it was same price as two games we get assigned lane 12, first person rolls, knocks down 7 pins the machine doesn't place the remaing pins back then after informing the lady at counter the guy goes back to reset it for the first time. didnt make it 7 frames into a game and had to have the lane reset 3 more times bc of the lane not registering pins being knocked down properly. No offers to switch lanes and it wasnt just the one lane acting u
Had a birthday gathering for small group (9) of kids. Had a good time! The food was good. Our server (Vincent) did an excellent job trying to take care of us, even with parties on opposite sides of the building! The only reason I am unable to give 5 stars is the condition of the bowling shoes!!! Out of the 9 kids, 3 of them couldn't get their bowling shoes on because of the condition of the shoe laces. Most of the pairs had missing tips that were difficult to get through the eyelets and one pair had a broke
This is the second time we've rented out mini bowling for our birthday and the second time there were issues we were not notified of until we arrived for the party. The mini bowling was not working last year and we could only use half the lanes during our party. There was also a strong sewer smell that did not dissipate during the entire 2hr party. This time 9/17 we couldn't use mini bowling at all because it was not working at all. We were moved into a larger room further away from the door and bathroom wh
We love Rule 3, the activities are fun and the food is SO GOOD! It's a great place for the family. Both kids and adults can bowl, eat and go to the arcade. Plus there's a bar for adults. We're grateful there's one in Pickerington.
We had our company annual Christmas party here recently for a 3rd time in row. The staff was great (thank you, Scott). The food was great. The kids had fun and some of the adults probably had a little too much fun! ;)
My husband and I went there for my 35th High school reunion. We had a blast. Pretty neat they had a miniature bowling lanes in a separate room. Pretty neat!
My sister booked a party yesterday. Staff are super nice. We had the min bowling to our self it just a room with 4 lanes. We order pizza the host brung everything in timely manner. I will be going back for kids. Arcade was great for kids an adults.. They have several other things volleyball, sports bar am few other things.. Worth the price
Held our wedding after party here. It was a great time and the staff worked hard to accommodate our group. Everyone had a blast!
We've had our company Christmas party here for many years and the staff has always done an outstanding job of accommodating our company and making us feel welcome! Scott was super helpful with getting things scheduled and Lindsay was a rockstar the night of our event. Our company looks forward to our annual Christmas party every year and I honestly couldn't imagine having it anywhere else.
We always go here to bowl. My kids love going to the game room and trying to win tickets after we're done bowling. The food is good. The space is updated and cleaner then most bowling alleys. It's our preferred place! Food and fun for everyone!
First time there in years. Seems like it's a bit ran down. The bowling balls were all cracked the lanes messed up multiple times. The bathrooms were disgusting. Bartenders were rude. I give it 3 stars cause the food was decent! But over all not impressed.
We visited Rule 3 on a Saturday when it was quite busy. A good portion of my party was late arriving which made me have to bumped our placing down the waitlist. Once they arrived it was even more busy however, Jeff took very good care of us. He was absolutely the best. His demeanor was truly welcoming and rare in such a chaotic industry?. I offered to tip him but he refused as if to say, ?this is what I'm suppose to do!? I gratefully appreciated all of his efforts to accommodate myself and my party!! Th
I played volleyball at rule 3 for years. Was just talking about how much I miss KOB on Fridays there. One of the great eras of my life! Pam was the greatest bartender and Scott was always incredibly helpful. I even left my phone there once and they found it and mailed it to me on a beach trip. Incredibly kind, wonderful humans. Top tier!!!
Fun, laughter and a great time! I had my grand daughters birthday party at Rule 3 this past weekend. It was a great experience. The young lady that was my host for the party assisted me in setting up decorations and was so helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed. We had such a great time and the food was really good! I will be having our family reunion meet and greet there this coming July! I had fun we shared laughter and had a amazing time. I highly recommend!
Yesterday was my family's first time here we came after my daughters homecoming. And the food was great everything we ordered was delicious ?? our server was so friendly. He made me a very nice and strong sun?rise. And he kept the drinks coming such a vibe. My kids had a great time at the arcade and bowling. We will definitely be back.
Had a great time here on a Monday night. Had to wait about 30 minutes for 2 lanes, they do clean the lanes, balls and sitting area in-between customers and have like plexiglass in between the lanes to help with social distancing. Price for 2 lanes, 8 bowlers and shoes ran 88.00 for an hour not to bad compared to some of the older bowling alleys pricing.
Family outting a good time was had by all
Our 5th year in a row having our company Xmas party here. The staff is always amazing, and goes out of their way to insure we are well cared for. Special shout out to Lindsay and Aubrey for going the extra mile to fulfill special requests to make their guests even more comfortable! 5 star service , thank you Rule 3!!
We had our Daughter?s 5th Birthday party here and she had a Blast! Her and her friends enjoyed the mini bowling and the arcade! Our Party Host Amira (spelling) was awesome and greatly helped with coordination and all food and beverages. Would Definitely recommend!
Had a wonderful 1st time experience for my birthday!! My brother n law Jacob and my sister Francesca and their babies, Our daughters Devon and her hubby and their 2 babies, our other daughter Angie and her two babies, Our other daughter Tay, and Sherrick and I!!
This is a fantastic place for entertainment and fun. Family friendly and Adult Friendly. Super clean, equipment is in great shape. Prices are reasonable.
Hello, Our Basketball Banquet held March 5,2022 was an amazing experience. Scott was wonderful to work with. Natalie B was a wonderful host. The facility was very clean and organized. Myself, players and their parents had a great time playing games, eating pizza and bonding providing them with lifelong memories. I plan to continue to utilize your space in the near future and will inform others to patronize your establishment. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you in the future. Have a great we
Free kids bowling coupon is the best! I eventually purchased shoes but $5 rental not bad at all..
Just had my son?s 3rd birthday here. We did the arcade party with 45 min unlimited play and a party room for 2 hours. Overall we had a great time. The unlimited play was a lot of fun, though a few of the big games were down (shooting games) that the kids really like, so that was a bit sad. Our party host was excellent, very helpful and friendly!! The pizza was great. But there were a couple things that we weren't completely happy with. When I booked the package it was under the impression that we'd have the
Family of 3, with a 4 year old child. Went in on a Sunday to get ripped off being charged $78 to bowl for 1 hour. This place is PREDATORY, not family oriented.
Great place to take the kids . They have great food and lots for the kids to do with bowling and games . Highly recommend
This place owes me and my family nothing. My 3 year old had a blast for his birthday, My family couldn't believe how laid back it was and fun. Our helper at the time was MARVELOUS!!!!! That was our first time and not the last thank you Rule 3.
Great Food, Great Service!! Not so keen on the mini bowling. It broke down each time we were playing but they gave us 3 free games to make up for it. Unfortunately, it froze on the 2nd free game... if it weren't for that I'd have given them 5 stars.
We took a 6, 12, and 13 year old here. The atmosphere was great and very family friendly. It appeared to be a great place for a birthday party with a short bowling lane and a normal one in a private room. The regular alleys were $40 an hour and I can't recall the shoe rental prices but I'm sure it's on the website. The arcade was good and the kids loved it but some of the machines were out of order for social distancing which was odd, but the kids enjoyed it. The cards had a few points left on each of them
Went here for some bowing and arcade and had a blast
We had a great time, did a last minute birthday party for my little sister in the VIP room and it was awesome she turned 5 and (with the help of rails) beat all of us. We all had a blast in the arcade room as well. The pizza was good and fresh and I will definitely be back. Probably the best bowling ally I've seen and didn't even explore the nice looking bar they had there.
Been here 2xs. Played a regular game of bowling and did mini bowling in another room with my son. Good mixed alcohol drinks, very clean and nice set up. Bar/restaurant and arcade but the arcade is more expensive than the usual places like magic Mountain and their drinks and food seem to be a little expensive. They have a nice menu but I didn't eat any food there
We celebrated our sons birthday at Rule 3 with mini bowling. They had such a great time. Our host Talia was wonderful. She was very attentive and always had a smile on her face. I do believe this is the third birthday party we have celebrated at Rule 3. There is a reason we keep coming back!!!
I had my daughters birthday party here on Saturday and I would recommend this place to anyone. Scott Rodgers was great with helping get what suited the kids needs and Mason was our host. Mason was nothing short of amazing. She had a smile on her face with every interaction. She was so attentive to our guests and myself. Our drinks stayed full and our pitchers stayed full and cool! The food was great. They had provided the candles, lighters and anything else I would've needed. Mason even offered to help me s
whoever them two bartenders was tonight was overly disrespectful and nasty for no reason. I don't know why hired people who act like that. Yeah, I still do like the place but they suck. so disappointing. I don't know their names, but there was the last two bartenders tonight. just throw them away!
We celebrate last Friday our son birthday and the kids had so much fun playing bowling. Food, drinks and arcade was great. Our waitress was fenomenal always making sure if we need anything. Love that. Good atmosphere for gathering or parties.
Good family fun. I love the miniature bowling alley room, especially for younger kids. The full size bowling is good as well
Good place for family events. There's a spot for kids birthdays and a small arcade. Good food and a decent bar.
They took a lot of time to bring out food
Good family fun! The food is pretty good, too.
I like the beer selections and good food options. Good food for a bowling alley. We had fun!
11:35pm Saturday, very few people in the building and told they could not give a lane. Employee said management told them no more lanes. My husband asked why and the response from the employee at the front counter was, this is the request from my manager. If, I was a owner of an company, understanding my manager didn't want business, this employee would not be employed under me.
Met some friends up there. Had a great time. The younger staff had pretty smiles and good energy. And the older staff had good vibes and pretty faces. I for sure will go back for bowling. But the staff made the place pop.
We had a lovely event at Rule 3 and the whole group had a great time! The food was good - we had some salad, veggies, pizza, and wings and then some cookies for dessert. I was pretty impressed with it. Bowling was fun and the balls are nicely marked - even with finger hole sizes.
Bowling Lane was broken but they didn't do anything about it. The food was good and cheap, similar to roosters. It's just okay and good. Would come back.
The overall experience was good. But for a Saturday night, 2 bartenders, so I would say they are understaffed.
I chose the mini bowl package and we loved it. We got 4 small lanes that both the kids and parents loved. The balls are small and didn't have holes so it was perfect for my mini first up to the age of the bday girl (10). I love having a room away from everyone so it made everyone stay together. The arcade time was the perfect amount to wind down the party. The food was just enough for our guest.
Thank you to all the employees! You make us customers enjoy our experience. Jus by you showing up to work, by you helping your co workers, & by you genuinely caring about others.
Bowling alley is always clean. Used to love getting food here as well but the menu changed recently and I'm not enjoying that. Bring back the original menu and food! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Great place for some quick fun for the kids during the day. Wish they would fix the cracked seats in the benches by where you bowl at as one of the seats scratched my sons leg. Other than that great place.
Fun time for a work event in the private room. I thought their food was really good!
Rule 3 is an excellent bowling alley with great food! I had a small pepperoni and banana pepper pizza and it was amazing! The crust was done to perfection! There was plenty of sauce and toppings! I would absolutely go there again!
We did our company Christmas party and had amazing food, service and a great time by all for a reasonable price.
The arcade is very fun but the whole place is extremely loud
Rule 3 has a great system of working with various programs and events. A big thank you to Scott Rogers for always accommodating and booking our team banquets each year. His organization and knowledge of the facilities and staff help to make our evening stress free and enjoyable for all the families. We have never had any hiccups each of our 3 awards nights over the past years. We plan to return again in the fall. Thanks Scott!
Didn't complete a full game in 1 hour, even when the lane was closed for some time for error.
We had a company meeting there. We worked with Scott Rogers, and he was nothing short of amazing. Wonderful communication, great food & atmosphere. Highly recommend Scott! Thank you.
My family and I visited in a Thursday evening to take my 2 year old grandson. It was perfect! It wasn't so crowded thatbwe had to fear losing him. He was able to run around playing the games without concern. Everything was very clean and it's not a "break the bank" venture. We ate at the bar and the food was great. Leagues started and one of our parties did not get her meal. They brought it out to go and did not charge her, no questions asked. We will def go back! Staff was all extremely friendly!
The bartender Jessica is NOT friendly and can't handle more than 10 guest at a time. And Rachel lord she's not kid friendly at all. I hate to say they don't like black folks, but honestly that's what it was giving with the whole vibe. We had a big party if they really don't like to deal with big parties they shouldn't let you Book it! I don't recommend this place if you have a party of 10 or more. I've been coming here for years and it must be under new management because the service sucks!!!
Good place to take children and let them bowl. Also a nice place for food and adult beverages. They have a arcade that is pretty big and all enjoy.
Highly recommend this place! It was my first time eating here I was so surprised for a bowling place their food is delicious!
They overlapped our birthday party with another, and wanted us to have kids in another room not adjacent to where they're bowling to eat simultaneously. The staff seemed to indicate this was a common issue and also thought it was ridiculous.
PYAA Bowling starts this Saturday, so we took our granddaughter to pre-bowl (volleyball and bowling overlap). We ate dinner first, which proved to be a disappointment. They no longer have the waffle fries (which were amazing!), changed the club to a parmesan crusted club (which was so crunchy it tore up the inside of my mouth), and all the burgers are doubles (no one needs that!). Service was good, bowling was fun, but the menu...no longer one of our favorites. Sorry, Rule3...we'll eat somewhere else
We celebrated my son's 9th birthday at Rule 3 this past Friday. The staff was so nice and accommodating. And I love that they had options for the party - all bowling, all arcade...and we actually picked part bowling and part arcade and it was perfect to keep the kids entertained the whole time!
Cool atmosphere, service is spotty but mainly slow most of the time
I would leave a 0 if I could. Lanes are broke and wont rack correctly. Very unpleasant bowling experience
Had a great year with the Tuesday Ladies Morning League. Scott Rogers made it such an enjoyable season. Always there when we needed him and so nice and friendly. Hope to see you next season Scott. Great job.
Great place, lots of fun, can be expensive but it's a very nice place! Enjoyed the bowling specials for children during the summer.
I dropped my rating from 5 to 3 due to the new menu change. It's terrible!!!! No loaded fries, Rule 3 Burger, Buffalo dip etc? My family and I haven't eaten at Rule 3 since the menu change. I live 5 mins away, lived in Pickerington for 4yrs. Rule 3 is the staple of our community!!! I wished new management would?ve took a survive on new menu options. I watch all football there!!! College and NFL, I'm not looking forward to watching football this year at Rule 3. The menu has to come back, food sales have to b
Great bowling alley and arcade. Great food. A very fun place for a work outing!
Primarily, this is most about food. I did not bowl, play games, or volleyball. My previous review is missing, but I can still remember my dining. We have been here to eat in the dining room half a dozen times. Everything tasted average, not standout. I've sent overcooked burgers back. I've complimented perfectly cooked items. I remember sides served less than warm. I remember staff being scarce and unskilled. Oh, now I recall why we returned. They were in the Entertainment Book as a BOGO entree. Since no l
Nice environment. I went for an after work gathering. As for the food, I didn't enjoy it at all! Our group ordered, The tour of Italy buffet. The lasagna pasta was so overcooked, the chicken looked processed and unappealing. The salad was the best option from this disappointing meal. The person who cooked this is definitely an amateur cook with extremely limited experience. But I guess you don't go to a bowling alley to eat right???
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
