I had no idea they had a karaoke room! This was so much fun! They charge by person but I feel like you should be able to rent the room for an hour. It shouldn't matter how many people you have as long as you don't go over capacity. Place was clean. We didn't do anything else here this time.

Very fun to go with the kids if you have the extra money. Clean environment and friendly staff.

It was my first time going. I didn't stay long. However I did walk around and saw all the games. Pool room, and bowling. Kids and adults can have fun here. The bar opens at 12pm. And the food opens at 11am. I definitely want to go back and experience the fun.

Great games and decent prizes. Customer service could use some work. Waited quite some time to check out in the ticket store. She was on the phone and we waited more than 15 minutes before anyone helped us. She kept answering the phone and helping them while we waited. It wouldn't have been a problem, except there were three other people that could have done the same job.

This is a fun place for bowling and arcade games. Many of the games are Japanese based, so it provides a different challenge and perspective on play. Bowling is reasonably priced, but the arcade games are a little on the expensive side. The staff was friendly and willing to help when needed. Despite the price, the family had a great time and it was a very enjoyable evening.

I used to love this place and would go weekly, but now the prices have gone up for the same amount of tokens and the machines cost double what they used to a year ago. not to mention the claw machines are all luck based and they took out all the skill based games, the tickets earned from games is also lowered and basically quality has gone down big time. save your money and go out of state for a better enjoyment.

Nobody taking drink orders at the counter and when they finally did they couldn't even make the drinks we wanted. Half the machines are broken or disorderly. Employees look lifeless/sad and are probably underpaid. Every other round one I have been to has been a better experience than this one.

Hubby and I came here when we passed through Wichita. Clean, friendly, and fun! So many games, and the games actually give you a decent amount of tickets! Also, the prizes you can purchase with tickets are actually reasonably priced compared to other arcade places we've been to! We will definitely come back the next time we're staying in or passing through Wichita!

Took my son there today just to get out of the house. This place is huge! Absolutely packed full of almost every game imaginable. Super clean, and not so loud that my son, who is autistic with sound sensitivity, couldn't handle it. I bought the yearly membership which came with 360 points on a reloadable card. Plenty to keep you and kids entertained. A little on the pricey side, but what isn't these days. Good place to kill a few hours and have fun. And there's always the mall to explore after or before. Check it out!

Prices are a tad high but you can get some good deals. The green card is a good option for around $8 of 60 minutes, unlimited play, but you can only play select games. They have good deals on ice cream and alcohol.

I absolutely love bringing my kids here, but the bathrooms are disgusting. They smell like sewage and there's always feces or pee on the seats. It's grose.

We love the time limit play, great for my Littles but some of our favorite games weren't working yesterday and I would love to see them expand that selection a little.

First time going today and I purchased the highest option for credits for my son and I to play the games. One of the games was the one that you have to drop tokens and it will push them in, we played that one at least 10 times straight if not more and the game froze on the bonus part. Check update!! I love this place, haven't had a bad experience here yet. All staff were very helpful and informative about the club programs and the games. When you go in there's a counter in the back and you pay for "points". It's a card they will give you and you have several options for however many points you want. Absolute HORRIBLE service, the bowling lanes kept freezing every new person (not their fault I know). Paying for a hr with 5 kids, waiting 3-5 minutes every new bowler, the kids were over it. This place is always great, we go multiple times a week. Hands down the best arcade in Wichita. They have a better game selection, better prize vault, and I like their food selection better. You can also walk around the mall if you want to take a brake from the games.

We spent around $300 between bowling, arcade, food, and drinks. The chicken tenders were horrible and tasted like frozen fish sticks, charging $14 for such nastiness. Burgers were alright but I would say they were ridiculously small. Drinks were alright, we had multiple of rounds and most of them were made by rookies, ratios and flavors weren't consistent. This place offers a lot of fun activities for the family young and old. To be honest depending on the age of your kids I would let that dictate what time is best to go. We went with two teenagers, and they had a blast. There are an endless number of arcade games, and the prices for credits are great. Bowling games aren't very expensive, and they have challenges that can earn you easy prizes! There really isn't a way to go wrong here. Even when it is packed, it doesn't feel busy!

Most machines work as intended but I've had 3 fail on me and was denied a refund or retry. The crane games are your typical ones, rigged. It's very clean but the prices feel pretty steep.

It's a fun place to go to with family, friends, kids, or anyone. There is a corner where you can play pool, and then there is bowling, and obviously there are arcades, vending machines, and other games. You can also get food there, like chicken tenders, fries, pizza, burgers, and ice cream. And there is also a bar to get drinks.

Went here last night for a birthday party! Was met with the K-9 unit, along with two other WPD and their own security. Wondering, just how safe is it nside. Then, see a liquor bar inside. Bowling alley schemed their deals. On the deal board, says $15 a person for unlimited play Mon-Fri All Day and says next to it no end time for the deal but also, Close-5pm and the clerk says they stopped at 7pm...
