Anyone who mentions the customer service as rude and full of attitude is correct. Mainly from the two ladies at the food counter while another lady from the Game Cards counter was very kind. I am not sure who trains some of these employees but customer service is also common sense, you don't treat customers as if they're an inconvenience to your job duties. Ground 1 has everything from various claw machines to billiards, bowling, and karaoke. I've never seen so many claw machines in one place before. This arcade bar is the best playground for video games I've ever been to! They have everything?VR, pool, dance games, bowling, and so much more. The variety of games kept me entertained for hours. The place was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you're into classic arcade games or modern experiences, there's something for everyone. Love the bowl by the hour option here. We also loved the different game options for bowling. We tried the Angry Birds bowling game. The arcades games and claw machines are always fun although a little pricey. They have fun food options as well. Great place to come to celebrate a special occasion.

The management and customer service here is AWFUL. My group and I spent so much money for about 3 hours of our time there on the karaoke rooms. The bowling was quite enjoyable however the establishment generally seemed understaffed with significant waits for anything directly requiring an employee. The arcade side amounts to child gambling where the parent gets ripped off but I guess that's generally a mutually understood point.

Came to Round 1 for an outing with my team and had a wonderful time. We were helped by a very friendly gentleman named Finn, and he was able to assist us with our visit and our gameroom experience. Would love to come back and have another awesome experience!

They have a great diverse selection of games. I have mostly stick to the rhythm games and coin pushers, but there are tons of other arcade classics, and it's not hard to earn lots of tickets if you play the right games! People do win the claw machine prizes, but unless you know some secret technique to beating those I wouldn't waste your money. The concessions and bar have a great selection too, perfect drinks and snacks for late night bowling!

This is one of the largest and cleanest location Round1 has in SoCal. A ton of great games? Bowling? Birthday and party rooms. A great entertainment venue for Temecula that is seriously lacking in any kind of fun for family and kids.

Used to love this place but 90% increase in tickets needed to win and Xbox or Play station is pure corporate greed. This after raising the ticket prices to play. I am done with these guys.

Huge arcade with lots of machines. Great variety with large sections of rhythm games, coin games, claw games, etc. You can find basically any type of arcade game here. Also always love that Round1 has a big selection of Japanese machines.

This place has so many grabby games and so many workers to help you. I hope they keep this place stays as clean and fast (months from now) as they did at the grabby game section as they did today. (redone review) Great mechs who fix issues quickly and efficiently, along with a good selection of rhythm games. All the essential ones are here, with nothing major missing. All the fighting games you'll typically find at Round1 are here too, with the exception of Melty Blood and that one Tetris game that got removed a while back. No issues with managers or employees.

Absolutely wonderful experience, I love it here! You can spend hours on end. Items cost a lot of points at the shop, but there's no doubt you'll be a return customer - so save up!

I called ahead of time, and they told me as long as I am 24 that it would be ok to bring my brother that is 20 and his girlfriend that is 20 after midnight as long as they are with me. Then, when we entered they let us in but stopped my brother and told us to wait for the manager. The manager came and looked at us and told me straight away that we can't come in because she let other people in before and it backfired on them. An incident that had nothing to do with us. We felt racially profiled.

I come to round1 down in plaza bonita often, however i have also tried temecula location. Unfortunately temecula location has the most rude and unhelpful staff. Several times i was turned away or ignored when i needed help with machines. Even management seemed unwillingly to help. This will be the last time i ever come to this location. I want to note that it also was not busy at all.

Lots of newer arcade games and Claw machines with good chances to win, but as many have said very expensive. Many machines not working. The bowling alley is good, but expect a long wait and some mechanical issues (we were forced to bowl with bumpers)

I was so scared to bring the kids here but it wasn't bad at all. The kids had fun. I got the popular deal which is $44. They only played at the arcade section. Well, this was a disappointment. The majority of the "games" now are those claw machines that steal your money. Bringing kids to this place is a big waste of money. Employees were really nice, very accommodating and it was a super busy day! The food, for an arcade place, is surprisingly good. They have a nice drink menu as well.
