Service was a little slow to start, but once they got a manager that knew what was going on.Everything was really well.And the manager did a great job. He got everything together for our party. We really enjoyed our time there, and our little girl had a blast. Is we will definitely be returning

We come here once a month just about to do the SPO CHA thing. Me and my sister have a lot of fun and it's never really that busy. They have trampolines, frisbee, and a lot of other things. They give u 90 or 120 minutes and we always get the 90 minutes because that's plenty. Definitely come check this spot out.

This was one of my favorite arcades to spend the day at. Unfortunately, like most places nowadays, they are cutting corners and losing quality very fast. The bathrooms are usually dirty, the food is not very good at all and yet remains to be extremely expensive. The service you get from the food and bar area is enough to make you leave. They have changed the payouts over time to collect more and give less. It's basically a casino for kids so it's not surprising. Any arcade wants to maximize their profits. Stopped into Round1 for the purpose of just passing time, knowing we won't win prizes, as the perception is so common with places like this. However, what a FUN place! Great variety of chance games, arcade games, and other things to keep anyone occupied. Excellent everything and the staff with whom I spoke were very kind and helpful. And, we walked out with a handful of plush toys that I'll be giving away to some kids.

This is such a great place! Nothing like this around! Massive arcade with every game imaginable, as well as imports! Fantastic selecting of crane machines. There is even a bar with alcohol and food. One of my favorite ways to pass time of the weekends with my husband.

Food service staff made some mistakes then instead of simply problem solving they rudely called the customers difficult among other things. It was uncalled for. There was no crowd and it was a simple kitchen side error. People just want what they order and pay for. Aside from that, it was clean and had tons of entertainment options.

I would give a zero. Me and my wife paid for a birthday party. The party was to be 2 hours. They were to bring our soda and pizza.instead my wife had to go and get the soda a the pizza by the way they forgot our pizza so we did not get our pizza until 15 minutes before the party ended and they did not give any money off the party cost $350. Clean and absolutely huge compared to their other location in PA. Excellent choice of games and entertainment. Had a great time there, would absolutely recommend giving their karaoke a try. If you like rhythm and racing games make sure to stop by the front counter and pick up the related NFC cards to be able to carry your progress and scores to different locations.

Terrible customer service. Stood at the bar cashier as instructed, and waited almost 10 minutes and no one served us. Plenty of staff. It's what you call bad management.

Horrible experience! We went there. I paid for 2 hours ($110.31), and it wasn't told to us that they need all our IDs after 10 pm. The security kicked us out for the last hour of our game and asked no one else for their ID. We have been all over 24 years old. We try to talk to the person who charges us Cameron Aucker ( receptionist). "I have no authority on that." He said it in a rude way. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

When you are drowning because you are so busy that the only person on staff who can serve alcohol is the person doing every other job in the place... maybe just put a closed sign at the bar register. This way the nice patient customers don't stand around for 40 minutes while everybody ignores them and never gets a drink.

Every time I've been here it's packed, but the employees do very well in treating customers and getting to you as soon as they can. If you win certain claw games you need a employee to open the machine and give you the prize and they've always been apologetic for the wait. It's clean, even the bathrooms. Since it's connected and has an opening to the mall it's great to spend a day here. The prizes are good quality and you'll find characters you recognize.

Decent pricing and lots of variety. They have an indoor play area, arcade games, billards, bowling and food. We spent $20 on arcade games for two people which paid for an hour and 15 minutes of arcade games and the card itself. But if you save the card, could take it back and pay just $8 per person. We also paid 23 dollars a person for 90 minutes for the play area which includes arcade games, basketball area, soccer area, roller skating area, batting area, pool tables, bowling and badminton area. TERRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! my sister and brother in-law had 1 beer and weren't allowed in to the jungle gym area with there kids because they told us there was an incident where a child was molested but yet the employee that was supposed to be watching the jungle gym was sitting in the back on her phone the whole time. Really enjoy coming to this place. The virtual reality games and the claw machines are my favorite. There's so much for people of any age to do. Also, there's food and a bar, in case you want to eat or have a few drinks before you play.

I went here to get a drink. I was noticing the guy at the counter doing the food touching money, his ear, a dirty rag, customers hands and food. Not once changing his gloves. That's disgusting. Plus his hair isn't even in a net. I know this isn't high end but there still regulations everywhere you go. Do better.

My boys and I had so much fun. We each had $55 loaded on our cards and it was plenty for the three of us for a solid hr and a half of games/claws/skee ball etc. we were going to try bowling but decided on next time. Honestly all ticket prizes at any arcade are going to require a ton of tickets but I was pleased, considering ... each game it's typical to win 10-50 tickets ... most games average about 9 credits to play, and the 55$ got me over 300 credits I believe. We played bowling and had many problems with the game because the staff put in the amount of people wrong and said we were the problem when we could not change the amount of people ourselves because they put the ?credit? per game on through their desk but still blamed us even after we showed our receipt. This business is a giant rip off for tweens to navigate. The machines are confusing and unclear as to how much of your money is being spent to play a game for a matter of seconds. I will not be subsidizing children to go there again. Complaints were made to staff who react with blank stares.A couple of the machines took money but didn't let you play and they weren't out of order; again, no response from staff.

We had a lot of fun! My daughter loved playing in the "spocha" area, though she was sad the trampolines were closed. I didn't like that I had to pay to go in the area with her even though I wasn't doing any of the activities, and she couldn't go in without me. A fun filled place to have a kid's birthday party and I can guarantee, all kids will enjoy themselves. It's great for parents because you don't have to clean up the mess.

Its simalar to daves and busters and is a nice date location or a place to take kids. Would be a good place for a young teens birthday. Pooltables, bowling, Three Vrs. Super amount of arcade games here for tickets and free play. More claw machines then I've ever seen in my life. When it's your first time here, you have to buy a card to load your credits on, they deduct $2 in credits for buying a new card. So just be prepared for that. Just be careful, games take a lot of credits, and you'll burn thru them quick. Redemption of your tickets is easy: walk into a little store, pick out your stuff, and head to the counter. I'm disappointed with this establishment that they do not have any alternative options for there food selection. Not only do I have food allergies I also am vegetarian. The only thing I could eat were the French fries and I had to ask several employees if they fry the meat in the same fryer. They could at least offer a salad as a option. Great arcade with a huge variety of quality, modern games. Like with any arcade, various machines were out of order, but not many considering how many there are. The bar & bowling are nice touches as well. My only complaint is, it's expensive, and their credit system uses odd numbers to ensure you never use all the credits on your pre-paid card. Pretty common practice, though. The digital card credit system is great, though.

Awful experience. Paid $45 for an hour of bowling and played for 5 minutes MAYBE until our balls kept getting stuck and spinning. Approached the service desk for help and requested help on the lane and nobody came. While we were waiting our time continued to tick even though we were waiting for service. We just wanted to leave at that point and have it refunded and they said they couldn't refund my credit card. Arcade is full of a variety of games, both ticket and for fun. Clean, food, and beverages. They also have laser tag, batting cages, pool tables, and a mini trampoline park.

While there were no visible staff shortages, that was the excuse used to prevent us from enjoying all of the activities that we had paid for. Many activities still were available but not all of them, sadly. Before you get your kids pumped about a specific activity, it is wise to ensure that Round 1 "has the required staff" to even allow that activity. The place can be fun for games but the food part is atrocious. I am waiting over an hour as I watch food sit and get cold. Over an hour for food that is no better than fast food. My burger is cold. And I didn't get to actually spend time with the people I came with because I've been waiting for food. 75 minutes and my burger and wings were done. If you have money to spend, buy yourself a used Xbox and McDonalds and you will be happier.

I took my 8 year old daughter for a father daughter date night. She loved it! We played the grab machines and ticket games. Thus, I didn't experience everything they had to offer. But it is a fun atmosphere.

This place has just about every form of activity for a game room. You can bowl, play pool, arcade, bar and more. The only thing that can be improved on is dining. You could have created a snack bar with lesser prices. It would have improved this type of environment.

Went in at 9PM. at about 9:50 got told about the age rule and asked to have me and my friends IDs checked. We had our drivers licenses and showed the employee. He proceeded to chuckle and ask us to leave. We are both 18. The rule is 18-20 can stay without a guardian until midnight. Under 18 is until 10. We are not under 18, we ARE 18. I brought my family to Round1 for a family day, my kids are 15 and 3. Round1 seems to advertise itself as family friendly, and I personally found it was more like a glorified Dave and busters. first we played the arcade games, which was fun, and my toddler was able to participate with many of them with assistance. we then decided to head into Spocha. the prizes for winning tickets are incredibly expensive ticket wise, with small plushes taking 1000 tickets or more. Online, spocha seems like a great family

My first time to Lancaster, and I finally went to a Round One (FIGHT!). I love DDR, and this has several DDR machines and machine types. They also have other forms of dance games, some I've not heard of. I had little interaction with staff, but security was kind when asking for the bathroom. Can't comment on prices, only played a free game when killing time between stops.
