Service was a little slow to start, but once they got a manager that knew what was going on.Everything was really well. And the manager did a great job. He got everything together for our party. We really enjoyed our time there, and our little girl had a blast. Is we will definitely be returning
We come here once a month just about to do the SPO CHA thing. Me and my sister have a lot of fun and it's never really that busy. They have trampolines, frisbee, and a lot of other things. They give u 90 or 120 minutes and we always get the 90 minutes because that's plenty. Definitely come check this spot out.
Me and my Family had a blast at Round 1. This wqs our very 1st time here and I would recommend it to anyone tbh. It has everything for a Family to enjoy for hours..... Arcade Bowling Trampoline I'm probably missing some stuff but you truly cant go wrong going here for a good time.....????
Nice Bowling and Arcade. Games, food and drinks a little bit overpriced. Overall you can get a good time here.
This was one of my favorite arcades to spend the day at. Unfortunately, like most places nowadays, they are cutting corners and losing quality very fast. The bathrooms are usually dirty, the food is not very good at all and yet remains to be extremely expensive. The service you get from the food and bar area is enough to make you leave. They have one person that works there that rocks the place and the rest are miserable and lazy. The games are getting more and more rigged up to have you spend most of your
Awesome place with great games. Endless fun. That being said, when it first opened, you could still earn good prizes for a decent amount of money invested. They have changed the payouts over time to collect more and give less. It's basically a casino for kids so it's not surprising. Any arcade wants to maximize their profits. It's just gotten really bad.
Went to just have a peek. Great place for kids/ teens/adults. Lots of games, pool tables, and bowling area. Rooms available to rent for parties.
The place really needs some training dealing with kids on the spectrum. We have been there twice with my autistic grandsons and both times staff was very ignorant with not just the way they looked them, but the way they treat them too. Especially the one that where's his noise cancelling headphones, a staff member actually shouted at my grandson "are you going to go" several times and my grandson being non verbal obviously didn't answer so then when my daughter came and said "yes he is going to go" the sta
I had my son's birthday party there today, and I wasn't too impressed. The lady that was supposed to be my host went to break as soon as I got there! No one told us that the cards had a time limit. I spent more time at the Guest Services desk, because I had so many questions, with it being our first time. I paid for the All Inclusive package, didn't get a group photo and the VIP bowling lanes weren't the "immerse lanes" that I paid for. The best part of the package, it's all you can eat. There wasn't eve
I don't frequent Park City Mall often, but came here on a whim with family. Stopped into Round1 for the purpose of just passing time, knowing we won't win prizes, as the perception is so common with places like this. However, what a FUN place! Great variety of chance games, arcade games, and other things to keep anyone occupied. Excellent everything and the staff with whom I spoke were very kind and helpful. And, we walked out with a handful of plush toys that I'll be giving away to some kids.
ive been here more times than i can count..i live 5 minutes away. cool spot, i usually go to the bar to kill time while my lady shops. i will say one thing tho, whenever i go and anyone serves me during the day, the card payment machine works fine, but the last 3 times ive been there after 5pm and the short dude is working the bar, he always tells me the card reader is down and i have to go to the atm. it worked fine just an hour before he got there. i wouldn't care except 1. its not the first time and 2. l
Round 1 is for the big dogs, Dave and Busters is a puppy compared to this place! This place really blew my expectations out of the water. Very impressed. So many different things for kids and adults to enjoy. Not the same kind of boring arcade games you find at your boardwalks, these games are actually unique. They have pretty much everything you could ask for, so if your planning a party for your son or daughter or another family member, this would be the place to go. It felt like Chuckee Cheese but on ste
Great spot for a game night with tons of options. They have a waiting list for both Billiards and Bowling. The wait wasn't too long. Definitely worth a visit for a good time! #GameOn!
This is such a great place! Nothing like this around! Massive arcade with every game imaginable, as well as imports! Fantastic selecting of crane machines. There is even a bar with alcohol and food. One of my favorite ways to pass time of the weekends with my husband.
Update - So many balls are missing from each game. Get 50 balls, but here's 3, goodluck. Best place to meet new people, in the one beer at a time line. Your able to find out their life story before each beer. Pretty expensive compared top competition. Bowling is very expensive.
Food service staff made some mistakes then instead of simply problem solving they rudely called the customers difficult among other things. It was uncalled for. There was no crowd and it was a simple kitchen side error. People just want what they order and pay for. Aside from that, it was clean and had tons of entertainment options.
If I could give this place negative 10 stars I totally would!!!! Completely understaffed especially the bar!!! Had to wait in line forever every time for one single drink because even though I was purchasing for my partner and I it was one beer at a time!! That being said I was purchasing her drinks for her as I was buying and taking them back to her to be a gentleman so she would not have to walk up there however the only way for the issue I was having to be resolved is if you were buying the drinks the pe
Got a drink at the bar. The bartender was really friendly. Wanted to tip him, but there is no option. Couldn't add it on my card at kiosk or on receipt . So sad being a bartender, not able to tip a fellow bartender. Games are pricey, but had a great selection. Prize machines seem rigged. Some of the prizes seem too heavy to be able to pick up. Even though the claw had them, it wouldn't lift them. The VR machines didn't work. Just took our money. The loud music and flashing lights hyped up upon entry. Much l
This place seems so u organized and needs new management. They have one guy on the bar, 2 people on fryers and 20 people waiting for food it was absolutely terrible and unrealistic. Then they're doing orders OUT of order as well. And then on top of that you get free refills yeah but the gotta ask the guy behind the BUSY counter. I honestly felt bad for the employees. Then when I get my food, i didn't get the sauce or salad that was supposed to come with it, I ordered a large order for chicken ($18!!!) and t
I booked a spot cha party room for my son's birthday on sunday may 4th I made a Curtis call to inform the host that I was running behind due to a car accident infront of the mall. The party started at 1:30 but i was to arrive at 1 to decorate i arrived at 1:20 due to this accident and immediately started to decorate now to the fun stuff! Whoever the manager is needs to train the staff better we were over our time but as a parent who is running around like a chicken without its head I wish the host stepped i
I would give a zero. Me and my wife paid for a birthday party. The party was to be 2 hours. They were to bring our soda and pizza.instead my wife had to go and get the soda a the pizza by the way they forgot our pizza so we did not get our pizza until 15 minutes before the party ended and they did not give any money off the party cost $350. The staff was rude and very ignorant never will go again also pizza is horrible
Clean and absolutely huge compared to their other location in PA. Excellent choice of games and entertainment. Had a great time there, would absolutely recommend giving their karaoke a try. If you like rhythm and racing games make sure to stop by the front counter and pick up the related NFC cards to be able to carry your progress and scores to different locations.
Terrible customer service. Stood at the bar cashier as instructed, and waited almost 10 minutes and no one served us. Plenty of staff. It's what you call bad management.
Horrible experience! We went there. I paid for 2 hours ($110.31), and it wasn't told to us that they need all our IDs after 10 pm. The security kicked us out for the last hour of our game and asked no one else for their ID. We have been all over 24 years old. We try to talk to the person who charges us Cameron Aucker ( receptionist). "I have no authority on that." He said it in a rude way. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
When you are drowning because you are so busy that the only person on staff who can serve alcohol is the person doing every other job in the place... maybe just put a closed sign at the bar register. This way the nice patient customers don't stand around for 40 minutes while everybody ignores them and never gets a drink.
Every time I've been here it's packed, but the employees do very well in treating customers and getting to you as soon as they can. If you win certain claw games you need a employee to open the machine and give you the prize and they've always been apologetic for the wait. It's clean, even the bathrooms. Since it's connected and has an opening to the mall it's great to spend a day here. The prizes are good quality and you'll find characters you recognize.
Decent pricing and lots of variety. They have an indoor play area, arcade games, billards, bowling and food. We spent $20 on arcade games for two people which paid for an hour and 15 minutes of arcade games and the card itself. But if you save the card, could take it back and pay just $8 per person. We also paid 23 dollars a person for 90 minutes for the play area which includes arcade games, basketball area, soccer area, roller skating area, batting area, pool tables, bowling and badminton area. Awesome
Waited 30 minutes for the worst chicken tenders and fries I've never had... I couldn't even finish my meal. It was very expensive too. The arcade stuff was cool but not cool enough to make up for poor customer service and gross food.
It's fun if you've never been, but it's gone downhill since years prior. If they're going to keep raising the credit cost per game, they really need to follow Dave and Buster's business and have a half price day. More claw machines were added, but skill has been removed from most and it's now a matter of if the machine's taken in enough money to payout With the few skill machines remaining, it's a bit disheartening to see someone spend so much pushing the prize to the edge, leave to refill their card, an
TERRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! my sister and brother in-law had 1 beer and weren't allowed in to the jungle gym area with there kids because they told us there was an incident where a child was molested but yet the employee that was supposed to be watching the jungle gym was sitting in the back on her phone the whole time. They had a drug addict in charge of the trampoline part. Took 20 minutes for the girl at the prizes to add our points. All the employees dont want to be there and have terrible attitudes
Really enjoy coming to this place. The virtual reality games and the claw machines are my favorite. There's so much for people of any age to do. Also, there's food and a bar, in case you want to eat or have a few drinks before you play.
Stopped in with my wife for the first time for her birthday, and had a lot of fun. Like a Dave and Busters on steroids. Only 4 stars because we didn't have a chance to try a lot of stuff and we were there on a Tuesday afternoon, when most people are at work and school. Would like to see what's it's like on a Saturday night. Also didn't eat at the restaurant on site, so don't know how the food is, but what time we did spend there was great. If you spring for the extra 5 bucks and buy the annual pass ( which
My friend and I took our 8 year olds to the arcade for an hour and they had a blast. They earned some tickets and chose some little prizes, then went home happy. :)
What a wonderful entertainment facility!! Way better than Dave & Busters. I love how spacious Round1 is plus the wide variety of games. The pricing structure is great as well. Cannot wait to return!
I went here to get a drink. I was noticing the guy at the counter doing the food touching money, his ear, a dirty rag, customers hands and food. Not once changing his gloves. That's disgusting. Plus his hair isn't even in a net. I know this isn't high end but there still regulations everywhere you go. Do better.
I had a blast the arcade was so fun but when I got a drink I thought they put laxatives in my drink I had diarrhea so much and overall I don't hate the arcade but they need to check out your drinks and be cautious
My boys and I had so much fun. We each had $55 loaded on our cards and it was plenty for the three of us for a solid hr and a half of games/claws/skee ball etc. we were going to try bowling but decided on next time. Honestly all ticket prizes at any arcade are going to require a ton of tickets but I was pleased, considering ... each game it's typical to win 10-50 tickets ... most games average about 9 credits to play, and the 55$ got me over 300 credits I believe. Then some games you'll win 100-450+ tickets
We can't say enough great things about spocha. Jumping, skating, sports and more all for 9.99?! It seems too good to be true. We have a great time here, every time
Ufo catchers were pretty empty when we went during the week. But was really excited to see two Dance around machines ! . Overall a great time !
Great idea. Awful execution. This place should rival and even beat out Dave and Busters with its gaming it offers but unfortunately the service is AWFUL! 3 employees working on NYE- more security at the front door than waiting on customers. Poor customer service. Take 25 minutes to get a drink. They have party rooms with no alcohol allowed. Served us a full pizza that was still dough and sprite that was water. Bar tender was not just slow and didn't know how to make a drink but full of attitude. Un
$22 for 115 credits. Games usually cost 6 - 15 credits. *tons* of claw games, literally one of the biggest arcades I've ever been in.... also has bowling & indoor batting cages.
Don't waste your time at this over price mini arcade. They actually charge parents to watch their children play in the spo-cha section while saying it's like a Hersheypark entrance fee!! The lady actually said that!!! The attractions did not work or they were not staff so they were closed ! Don't waste your money!!!
Great to come on weekends with more staff to help get your prizes. I forgot to ask for two of the staff members names that were very kind and friendly. Will ask next time when I see them again. Saw plenty of people winning prizes here including me and my fianc?. Super fun. Loved their dolls! Too kawaii!
Staff was rude and did not offer any help when we asked. We played bowling and had many problems with the game because the staff put in the amount of people wrong and said we were the problem when we could not change the amount of people ourselves because they put the ?credit? per game on through their desk but still blamed us even after we showed our receipt. They argued and did not give us any reasons and just dismissed us. Will not come again.
I am the king of Crossy Road!!!!! I love this arcade so much. It's the best one I've been to in Pennsylvania. It's big, and it looks like I've teleported to Japan
My family was visiting and decided to take our young daughters here to have some fun! And lots of fun was had! It was great for them to be able to play a claw machine and actually win a huge prize! The claw machines at the Jersey Shore are not as generous haha! Highly recommend!
Went bowling there with our big family - Jocelyn (hope I'm spelling correctly?) she was outstanding - amazing customer service ?? she made the whole night for all 7 of us ?.the best
Lots of fun! Pretty wide selection of games (especially racing and rhythm/music), and we even had good luck with some of the crane machines. Plus there's 99? ice cream, and that's hard to beat.
It's an okay place but it's very expensive and if you wanna spend hours here, be prepared to spend at least a few hundred dollars and that's not including food and drinks. Basically just a casino for kids lol
This business is a giant rip off for tweens to navigate. The machines are confusing and unclear as to how much of your money is being spent to play a game for a matter of seconds. I will not be subsidizing children to go there again. Complaints were made to staff who react with blank stares.A couple of the machines took money but didn't let you play and they weren't out of order; again, no response from staff.
awesome fun time however the alcohol drink was weak not even a taste or a buzz i think it was just watered down ginger ale. needs more skee ball, like 20 more. and also. needs a mirror in the mens bathroom or so i hear. the cranes are mostly impossible but thats life.
We had a lot of fun! My daughter loved playing in the "spocha" area, though she was sad the trampolines were closed. I didn't like that I had to pay to go in the area with her even though I wasn't doing any of the activities, and she couldn't go in without me. We also played the games; there were a decent amount out of order, and a lot of claw games, but still a lot we could play, and you get a decent amount of "plays" for your money. We even earned enough tickets to get a bike! Did not try the food this ti
A fun filled place to have a kid's birthday party and I can guarantee, all kids will enjoy themselves. It's great for parents because you don't have to clean up the mess.
Its simalar to daves and busters and is a nice date location or a place to take kids. Would be a good place for a young teens birthday. Pooltables, bowling, Three Vrs. Three baaketball courts, and rentable karaoke rooms. There is food and a bar but it doesn't appear very big. It was quick fun way to blow $100 in a hour and a half. Lots of shooter, claw, and timing games, no pinball.... but thats ok. DO ITTT!!
Claw machines were fun , my Gf did win 3 so they are winnable!! Some are heavy and really hard to get ! Fun time and worth the day date!
jozalynn(or jocelyn) was the absolute sweetest worker there! she's was beyond helpful and friendly!! literally my bestie at this point! i appreciate you girl
Overall cool place but bartenders are asking for cash tips. Kind of think that's weird
Exiting new place in Park City Mall Lancaster PA. Located in the ?old? Sears wing of the mall. Plenty of parking. Arcades, games, bowling, trampoline, baseball and tons of other activities. Bar for adults and party rooms. Masks required. Not all the sections are open just yet.
We love coming here! Great variety of games! Kids always have a great time! Credits go fast though! Credits needed per game run a little high!
I love all of their options including the variety of selection that we choose with the food menu as well as the prizes in the prize room.
Staff are much friendlier here compared to the exton store. Wonderful experiences, including the most recent one on my birthday
Super amount of arcade games here for tickets and free play. More claw machines then I've ever seen in my life. When it's your first time here, you have to buy a card to load your credits on, they deduct $2 in credits for buying a new card. So just be prepared for that. Just be careful, games take a lot of credits, and you'll burn thru them quick. Redemption of your tickets is easy: walk into a little store, pick out your stuff, and head to the counter. This place offers other amenities, too, like bowling
Absolutely amazing!!! Exceeded all expectations!!! A great place for the whole family at an affordable price. Highly recommend??????
Round one BAR is amazing there worker definitely deserves a raise his customer service is amazing del was so caring and understanding and very professional thank you for making my experience very special
Our group had so much fun here for karaoke night. We just wish the other microphone worked. The place is very large with lots of games and arcade machines. I recommend checking this place out. It's a good time.
I'm disappointed with this establishment that they do not have any alternative options for there food selection. Not only do I have food allergies I also am vegetarian. The only thing I could eat were the French fries and I had to ask several employees if they fry the meat in the same fryer. They could at least offer a salad as a option. Also there were no gluten free options. This is a multicultural area they should have better food options. I'm with a party of now we have to take our business else were w
Great arcade with a huge variety of quality, modern games. Like with any arcade, various machines were out of order, but not many considering how many there are. The bar & bowling are nice touches as well. My only complaint is, it's expensive, and their credit system uses odd numbers to ensure you never use all the credits on your pre-paid card. Pretty common practice, though. The digital card credit system is great, though.
Great bowling . Great service . Always super friendly staff. Don't be an annoying customer. Act right in life and you'll be ok. I promise. Love this place to spend a few hours. Great place for comfort.
Always a fun thing to do with our daughter or to just waste time. The only thing is that there is a super musty and moldy smell throughout the arcade. It's been like that the last three times we were there.
Awful experience. Paid $45 for an hour of bowling and played for 5 minutes MAYBE until our balls kept getting stuck and spinning. Approached the service desk for help and requested help on the lane and nobody came. While we were waiting our time continued to tick even though we were waiting for service. We just wanted to leave at that point and have it refunded and they said they couldn't refund my credit card. So they gave us two vouchers but they need to be used within 3 months and I don't even want to go
My bf and i took his 8 yr old son here. We all had fun on different games. We will be back
Arcade is full of a variety of games, both ticket and for fun. Clean, food, and beverages. They also have laser tag, batting cages, pool tables, and a mini trampoline park.
While there were no visible staff shortages, that was the excuse used to prevent us from enjoying all of the activities that we had paid for. Many activities still were available but not all of them, sadly. Before you get your kids pumped about a specific activity, it is wise to ensure that Round 1 "has the required staff" to even allow that activity. The price is high but there is little to compete with this kind of an experience, at least in this area. The menu has received a large overhaul since my last
The venue itself is an extremely fun establishment for kids and adult alike. But DO NOT waste your money booking a party on the spo-cha. Just show up and have fun. The party was sad to say the least. I was my own host, i had to be on top of my own pizza and cake. The hostess I was supposed to have, I kept having to look for her. They were unorganized and unprepared to host a party on a Saturday night.
Place is HUGE! Gaming run amuck, amuck, amuck! They do seem to charge for everything like soda refills which at most places is free. Here they charge you a $1. Also the ice cream is $.99 each scoop. The prizes store I passed on the way out had some items marked 48000 tickets another was 19200. So if you go it's like bring a stack of Benjamin's. Just sayin'.
Went to the Spo-Cha portion of Round1 with my daughter today. After spending $42 to get into Spo-Cha and doing the various challenges, my daughter and I were thirsty so we went to the snack bar to ask for a cup of water. No one was there, so we waited, tried getting people's attention from the Round One side, and no matter what we did, could not get anyone to serve us. Finally we found an automated kiosk and I decided to order my daughter a very expensive ICEE, knowing an employee would finally come, give h
Best place you can go to if you have kids or even out on a casual date! Absolutely love it!!
The place can be fun for games but the food part is atrocious. I am waiting over an hour as I watch food sit and get cold. Over an hour for food that is no better than fast food. My burger is cold. And I didn't get to actually spend time with the people I came with because I've been waiting for food. 75 minutes and my burger and wings were done. If you have money to spend, buy yourself a used Xbox and McDonalds and you will be happier.
I took my 8 year old daughter for a father daughter date night. She loved it! We played the grab machines and ticket games. Thus, I didn't experience everything they had to offer. But it is a fun atmosphere.
This place has just about every form of activity for a game room. You can bowl, play pool, arcade, bar and more. The only thing that can be improved on is dining. You could have created a snack bar with lesser prices. It would have improved this type of environment.
Went in at 9PM. at about 9:50 got told about the age rule and asked to have me and my friends IDs checked. We had our drivers licenses and showed the employee. He proceeded to chuckle and ask us to leave. We are both 18. The rule is 18-20 can stay without a guardian until midnight. Under 18 is until 10. We are not under 18, we ARE 18. We should have been allowed to stay until midnight. Had fun for a little bit, it's a shame i wasted so much money on their dumb cards. Only time I'll goo back is to ask for a
I love the .99 cents Icecream.
This place is crazy fun. Also important - it's clean ! The amount of times you win the *massive amount* of claw games is satisfying and doesn't feel scammy. I will always come here vs. going to Dave & Busters which always seems to be disgusting.
Haven't found a more complete, extensive arcade in the immediate area, but it's expensive!
Great place, fun fun fun!!!
I love this place. The staff does a great job keeping up with the really busy times, refilling the crane games, and helping when machines don't work as expected. It's wonderful to have a Project Diva machine in the area now! ??
I brought my family to Round1 for a family day, my kids are 15 and 3. Round1 seems to advertise itself as family friendly, and I personally found it was more like a glorified Dave and busters. first we played the arcade games, which was fun, and my toddler was able to participate with many of them with assistance. we then decided to head into Spocha. the prizes for winning tickets are incredibly expensive ticket wise, with small plushes taking 1000 tickets or more. Online, spocha seems like a great family
My first time to Lancaster, and I finally went to a Round One (FIGHT!). I love DDR, and this has several DDR machines and machine types. They also have other forms of dance games, some I've not heard of. I had little interaction with staff, but security was kind when asking for the bathroom. Can't comment on prices, only played a free game when killing time between stops.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
