It's a fun place for the family. I go with my family and kids we all have a lot of fun. We always stay 2-3 hrs time goes by fast. There's pizza,other snacks, fountain drinks, and a small arcade. They have a nice bar for adults. I love this place. We do this once a month it's a nice place for a family reunion.

It's pretty expensive for bowling and renting the shoes. And buying food there to eat. Some staff just look at you like you're going to do something bad even you're with your family and just just enjoying the day. Going to Round1 in Salinas was such a fun idea, my friends and I had a blast! So many old-school and newer-style games to choose from to play, it was a first for me bowling on the second story of a mall. My little one wanted a stuffed toy but they wedge them in so well, good luck with that... you can have hours of fun here, just what my hometown needed, a safe place for families to go on the weekends! I'm back in the area for a months-long trip and was looking forward to hitting the Salinas Round 1 up to play Dance Dance Revolution while I'm here, but for a week or so now the machine has been out of service. From what I was told, they are unable to get the machine fixed for an indeterminate amount of time because the piece needed to fix it is on back order, so it could be weeks, even longer, before it's taken care of. I normally don't visit this establishment but tonight, I decided to get a beer with my wife. And the bar was almost empty of all alcohol drinks, they had some fruity beer. Not what I'm just to drinking, so I asked for the basic a bud light and not even that. So I left thirsty and disappointed kuz my wife and I rarely go out anymore.

Drinks, food, and games all overpriced. The club card is not attached to a number so make sure you dont forget it at home, otherwise no discount. So, I generally go to Round 1s to play rhythm games. For food and such, it is pricey, but the ice cream is good. Most machines are generally well maintained and the techs are pretty quick to respond to issues. Another thing is the AC. It's not that great, especially if you're playing DDR or Dance Rush. Either improve the AC or put a fan near those machines.

Round 1 was very family oriented, safe and friendly for kids all ages from toddler to retirement. :) The food lines got a little busy but customer service was excellent. I would def hold another birthday party there. Good job round1.

Dor play, this was better than Dave and buster's. Food wise, wasn't the best.

We arrived around 6pm on a Friday. No line to get in. We got in line for the bowling and we were next. Three employees were standing in front of us at the register and none of the 3 acknowledged us for about 3 minutes, not even to let us know they would be right with us. Food: they were out of 2 flavors of icecream by 730pm and the fries with the seasoning you can add yourself was not enough to cover the fries and they were out of ranch. 5 stars is only for Alfonso. He was the manager on duty. He helped reprint me my receipt meanwhile all other staff seemed uninterested. This was a work trip so my company was paying for it and he made sure he was able to help. Alfonso came in clutch, also low-key looks like Levi Ackerman. Everyone else there always just looks miserable tbh. Especially the tall long haired guy that looks like kylo ren.

Waited in line for 20min to reserve a bowling lane. Jacoi (cashier) took us out of the line to "help" us. It turns out he wasn't able to, so he sent us to another window. Once there, it turns out they JUST reserved the last lane to the customer that was behind us back in the line before Jacoi intervened. Now we have to wait another 40min. The manager David offered a whole $1 discount for the "inconvenience". Zero management skills whatsoever from the legend David, feel sorry for Jacoi now

Recently, they removed the ?DANCERUSH Stardom? machine; ONE of the only reasons I came to this arcade. I even purchased the card for it just for them to take it out. Management cannot be bothered to fix any of the machines if they have any problems, so they give it to a different location. Should also put an air conditioner or fan next to ANY of the dance games in general. Overall, they don't have as many games as they used to. Can't wait for Dave and Busters to open!

Went here on a Wednesday afternoon. They were doing a major remodel and there were a lot of new machines being installed and there were a lot offline too. That being said....STILL a great time! The Time Play is an amazing deal if you like racing games and shooting games. The paid games reload bonuses were worth it. Out of Pizza, out of ice cream, bumpers on our lane (lane 2) are broken, escalators broken, AC not working. I think they should not have rushed to open before they had things figured out

Absolutely not worth it. Not only were the staff unfriendly, but the karaoke room was disgustingly dirty ? we had to clean it *ourselves*, dealing with dirty dishes, spilled beverages, and a soda-soaked couch. The AC was broken, making the room unbearably hot with bad air quality. Sound quality? Terrible. Song selection? Limited. To top it off, their system overcharged us for 12 people when we were only 8, and they refused a refund or any discount because of their prepayment policy.

I went in the day and was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness the food in libations courts were not overpriced. You could even get an ice cream cone for a dollar!! The games appeared amusing in the bowling alley was kid friendly and of pretty good quality. The prizes for the games appeared to be of quality.

Visited this location many times before but yesterday made me lose interest in ever going again. Not worth the time and hassle especially after renting out a karaoke room for an hour and the microphone died 3 songs in. They weren't serving drinks OR food all day for some reason and didn't explain to us why. They didn't even know why. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Because it was a SCAM. There was honestly good variety of games to play but the duration of each game lasted on average 30 seconds. The longest lasted a minute and a half (I timed it). I loaded 44 dollars for 250 credits and it lasted less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable, don't come here unless you want to waste your money. Great experience foe the gaming fanatic - no gambling - but the bowling, pool yard and ample amounts of video games, keeps it interesting for hours. Lots of prizes for the claw activities! Prize center has lots to choose from. Expect to spend some coin, but the family entertainment is priceless!

Their acarde is big and has a lot of game. The majority of the floor is arcade to me. It gets pretty packed during the weekend during the evening. They have been having security check people coming in after 10pm which is when the no unsupervised children time starts. Arcade: The prices are reasonable to load your arcade card but the games are expensive. The majority of the games are like 10 to 15 credits to play. It was okay, little it higher cost than most other arcades, meaning you're paying 2.50 - 3.00 for pushers (usually the higher pay out arcade games). A good percentage of the machines were down, especially only the little kid side. Also, a "game mechanic" wasn't available for us to get refunded on one that started but didn't give the bowling ball. Floor attendant said to go to the front desk and ask for a refund. That's great and all but the counter had a decent line for a Thursday.

This place is great!! It has a ton of fantastic arcade games, billiards, karaoke rooms, party rooms, a bowling alley, burgers, pizza, and appetizers, and it looked like they sell beer and wine! This was a third stop of my trip of Bay area round ones. The only one I was ever frisked at and belittled by their rental security just for wanting to come in. This place was really nice. Likely because it is a newer establishment. The shoes were in great condition, the balls and the lanes are as well. The lanes did seem to have a surplus of oil on them.
