We love Round1! Plenty of games, food, prizes, bowling, and pool tables ? like, way more variety than I've seen at other arcades. And you can actually win things from their crane games, unlike most places.

I came with my friends on a Thursday and we all used one card. Super fun Japanese rhythm games!! We ended up winning 5 figures and a plushie from the crane machines. It wasn't busy at all so we basically had the whole place to ourselves. Staff looked very sad, I hope they are okay and being treated well. Didn't have any issues with them though. If you're a otaku this is definitely the place for you. Will definitely come back.

A bit expensive but worth checking out. Almost all games were functioning. Went on a Saturday at 1 and wasn't crowded. Claw machines are definitely winnable for the plushies. Bowling there was also fun and not as expensive as I thought. 0.99 ice cream good. If you're single and lonely, like me, leave at 3. The couples start to come in by then.

We went there on a Sunday night and ended up going to a different round 1 instead because they were basically out of all their food. They also aren't as big as the other one, yet they're more crowded. Video games, photo machines, food, pitcher of beer and bowling. Wednesday for my son's birthday felt like a Saturday so much fun.

Staff was super friendly and nice. But apparently the arcade puts out broken figures in the machines? Won a Frieren figure only to go home and realize the tape keeping it closed was not the original factory tape and a part of it is broken. Overall had fun when there, but this leaves a bad impression.

Had an amazing time here I just recommended staying away from the claw machine I got two good quality plushies but some of the claws wouldn't even close like the one on the Kirby claw machine. Everything else was fun. I would definitely come back. Staff was nice and the establishment seemed clean.

Very nice entertainment center. Great for family outing. Lots of many games plus bowling lanes. But there are lots of cops and security guards at the door entrance. Claw games are so fun and seems like every couple of weeks they change out the type of stuffed animals in the machines, which is great if you go often. Love the bowling. Want to try the billiards. Games are so fun, especially the racing games.

Great place for kids to enjoy amd the staff is excellent at helping out. The young lady "Alexa" with some pink bangs was so helpful and explained how some claw machines work and other games.

A number of machines have been unavailable to use for multiple visits. Guitar freaks user buttons get stuck scrolling on either players side. Wangan midnight cabinets are all in various states of useable but not well enough maintained to not pop the gear out of the shifter or have all but 1 cabinet squeak with every pedal press. I've never been to round one and left empty handed but today I spent $80 for 440 points and did not win a single item in the cranes. I used majority of the points on the cranes and watched the machines completely unhinge and let go of the items moments before it would have been won, I feel like the machines were either completely faulty or just plan ridged because I have gone for over 5 years and never had an experience like this.

Great place to celebrate a birthday or to hang out with friends and family. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Alcohol is also sold here. Clean place staff are nice. Only issue is that the machines can actually take your money and not give you the credit to play. Make sure to bring it to any staff they are nice to help you out.

They were somewhat short staffed when we visited so we did end up waiting about 30 mins for a bartender to come to work. They mostly serve beer wine and wine coolers. Arcade and bowling were fun, but ordering food and bar are understaffed, bad management. They closed the bar before 5pm because they didn't have anyone to run it. Modelo on tap was out and they didn't have bottles. We ordered food; wings (which were actually good) but they gave our pizza and fries to someone else and we had to wait for them to make our order again. Soda tasted like seltzer water. Too bad this place doesn't have better service.

The people working in the food area are super slow and lazy I waited 10 mins for them to take my order and 20 mins to get some mozzarella sticks they move like they hate their job.

For such a big place, having only one available stall is crazy. I had to go bad tbh just to walk in to someone using their phone instead of taking care of business. The "manager" at the grill was extremely rude and unfriendly. When I I him if the bar was open he replied with, "it'll be open when I find someone to work it." My girlfriend and I had a great time checking out the games and selection that they had to offer here. I hope that we can make a trip out in the future, we certainly thought it was almost as good as the one in Aurora which just happens to be our favorite. If you're in the area, looking for some fun, I'd recommend coming here for a fun time.

This place is exactly what an arcade should be; arcade games that you either can't play at home or are super rare, and prize games that are difficult but actually possible. This place is game heaven and a thousand times better than a Dave and busters will ever be. Clearly based off of japanese arcades rather than American, so it feels like the brand goal is actually for you to enjoy your experience so that you come back.

Since it was super cold out, we try to have fun indoors with the whole family. I called ahead of getting there and I was told the wait for line to bowl was 30 mins to an hour. Long story short once we arrived the customer service was great no issue in that, it was more that once we arrived the wait was 3 to 4 hours ???? if it wasn't just for that. The place is great, honestly, I would recommend. Just the wait for the bowling lines are too long. Otherwise we had a great time!
