Round Bowling & Arcade in Moreno Valley Mall is ok. It's fun, but unfortunately, it's way too expensive for an arcade. 7 of us, it was 260. 300 credits each and the card is 2 bucks. So, for 50 bucks, you get 300 credits. Now, you think oh wow 300 credits, it should last for a while. Lol, nope, wrong!!!! All the machines and games cost anywhere between 5.0 and up, and most of them are 11 to 14.8 credits. Why so high and why not evenly priced like all games are from 5 to 15. Of course, kids love it, but it's
This place is better than dave and busters. It's cleaner, more games, and better value. Some games last about 10 minutes, which is incredible for just one play. Will come back here again
Absolutely horrendous service by Mariya and Emile. We were charged on two separate tabs before being charged for shoes and then they listed only 1 player for bowling. By the time they fixed the bowlers and we got our shoes, we had lost 15 mins of bowling time. We asked for the time back and they wouldn't help us. We asked for a refund to pay again so the time would restart and they refused refunds despite their refund policy being only available after you pay. Additionally, their refund policy clearly state
We went to round 1 tonight and asked for 2 games but the useless associate charged us for 2 hours so we got charged $276.00 for 2 whole hours when we didn't even ask for that. Once we asked the manager Mariya to fix it she said she couldn't do anything even tho it was a mistake on their side. Unprofessional and utterly useless. Would not come here ever.
This was our first time at Round 1 in Moreno Valley. We paid for an hour of bowling. Upon paying , we were directed to the show rental lockers. Once there, we saw the sign indicating that small shoes for children need to be requested at the cashier desk. The cashier saw that we have children and didn't bother to say anything. Therefore, we had to get back in line and again wait to get to the cashier. By the time we finally obtained shoes for the kids, we had already lost 17 minutes on our lane. When I aske
My daughter Latisha West and her husband Jamie West gave my grandson Caleb and granddaughter Emery a birthday party at the Round 1 bowling alley in Moreno Valley today June 8, 2025. The staff there was helpful, pleasant and professional. Additionally the food was good and the children and parents that attended the party enjoyed themselves. Keep up the good work.
Fun Fun Fun, approx $30 for two people, including bowling shoe rentals. My son loved it, definitely will be going back. Lots of comfort food... Pizza, fried chicken, French fries... Would have been nice to have some healthy options. We had a great time??
It was pretty decent experience for our first time there. Staff was friendly and there was a good number of people wasn't too crowded. Although a lot of machines were out of order specially the bowling and basketball ones that the younger kids like so we had limited options to choose from. It is kind of pricey as far as credits for each game. Also the gift store to spend your tickets is pretty expensive. You really can't get much with the amount of tickets that the machines give you. Most options for lower
Absolutely love the place. It's always a blast when I can afford to play the coin pushers. I'm mentally disabled so being able to play those is very stress relieving and relaxing.
The kiosks Do Not Take Cash Anymore!!!! This place is only good for bowling, pool and karaoke. After their remodeling, they decided to increase all the credit prices of all the games. So now the lowest that you'll spend is about 12 credits to 15 credits(or more) per game/per person playing. You'll only find games that are maybe 5 to 8 credits, but those are outdated arcade games that children today don't really play; so it's more for adults. It's $16 to recharge your card with 70 credits and prices increas
Sorry the food is terrible. Takes too long for them to make it. Order ramen and fries for my son. The ramen should be have some meat in there like in the picture and the receipt. But no they don't give me that. Order miso ramen they give me shoyu ramen. They don't even apologize for that. The taste itself is very terrible. It's like they give an instant noodle. Lol. For that price I don't recommended like at all. The staff also very unprofessional. Will not step on this food service anymore. IF I CAN GIVE M
They doubled the amount of tickets you need to redeem anything. Was saving up for an item and finally had enough tickets, only for them to double the price. Do not support their greed.
It's very pricey not worth it. The oven had chemicals so no Pizza. They're customer service sucks. It was my first time. I would not ever mention this to anyone or advice them to visit. Chuck E Cheese is way better.
My family and i got 1hr worth of bowling time. I went to the bar and asked for the strongest drink because i wanted to feel something and didn't want to wait for another 25 minutes in line once I finished my first drink ( because we were there for only one hour). Bartender looked at me and asked if i was ok and looked hesitant to sell me a drink but he did. Second time i came he refused to sell me a drink because i was sweating ( from playing bowling + it was hot ) and claimed he didn't feel safe to sell m
An absolute waste of money for bowling spot! Our broke down and they would no refund us! They call security and he was rude!! He ask if there was a problem! We respond as you can see!! He said we have no mechanic to fix it!! And they would allow us to use the lane next to us even though it was available!!
There is a lady at the bar/food counter she had orange curly hair, she was very rude and unprofessional. There was a huge line at the bar and I was next but the young lady working there, said she was off and that she couldn't help us and that someone would be here to serve us, we literally waited 15 minutes before the young lady came back annoyed and said I'll just help you because idk what's going on. After the lady with the orange curly hair came back she CLOSED THE BAR for 2 hours and disappeared. When
Came here for the advertised new ramen. They told us to order on the kiosk, and it was not available. Asked about it and the manager shrugged and said they must be out. The pizza was not good. The burger was just okay, but they ran out of mayonnaise. What kind of restaurant runs out of mayo? Two stars because they have a good collection of games and crane games (super expensivethough)
Bowling here is pretty fun, and loaner shoes are super easy to get, but they usually put two big groups on the same lane, which over crowds the ball area on the lane. The last time I was there, our lane kept breaking down as well when it was resetting pins. It was a bit frustrating, but the staff was nice when I asked about it and even added ten minutes to our bowl time.
They always have new items to win! The little event collabs they have are usually worth it. You get prizes just for playing might as well spend a little more and get limited merch
I really love it here. I have so many fond memories with my friends. I remember when I was a kid I always begged to go but now that I'm an adult with my own money I can finally go and its still fun for me. I love doing ddr and the claws. The watermelon and the shooky are not from round1. Though I have gotten a shooky from here before. If u can't tell I'm trying to collect all the penguins.
It was an amazing arcade for the entire family! There's games for everyone at every age, plus a decent bar and happy hour special to boot! The efficiency of their token and ticket system is comparable to Dave & Busters, only better! The prize selection was perfectly balanced as well. All in all, it made a routine stop at the mall a Saturday to remember.
Came here for the first time. Food was fleshly outta the oven, tasted DELICIOUS!! Loved that they had different channels playing at the bowling alleys. Only thing I didn't like is that I kept seeing people walk up to the front counter to order food, only to be told to order food from the tablet in the back. Why is it there??? Why not move it to front with a sign saying "Order Here!". It would make it much more easier for customers.
You need to show ID for literally everything and they will hold your ID for most cases and if you forget that's too bad because no one else can go pick up your ID for you. Everything is overpriced and the drinks are watered down. Take your money elsewhere
Great place to bring your kids for a day out adventure, unwind family time kind of event! There's bowling and a huge arcade with a variety of games and claw machines. They offer food and have a bar as well. Decently price. Between the bowling and the arcade (and the bar) you can easily spend a few hours here.
this is only my second time here for the bowling. the first time i was here, i had NO issues at all. staff was polite in regards to any issues, and i had a great time! i am currently writing about this bad review while waiting for my lane to turn back on for the 10th time in 1 hour. i was given one lane that didn't work and the staff member who i spoke with seemed to be annoyed by my concerns for my lane. i was switched to a different lane that REGULARLY turns off and continuously gets worked on by a staff
Te games we're really fun we passed the great time there and I went on so quickly and I had no idea we had a really good time
Very clean and I like this place. We had a lot of fun and we are going back again. The vibe here is chill and it's the perfect way to spend the day. Five stars all the way.
They had great choices at the claw machines and the games were fun however I did notice they raised their prices.
Fun in the sun of California..Sea world has daily shows a lot of walking and good food/drink. Plenty of rides to have fun on but close by 7pm and park closes a hour later.Even the souvenir shops had long lines, people were buying lots of memorabilia..
We went bowling at Round1 on a Thursday evening for the first time. We had a total blast. The place is located inside Moreno Valley Shopping Mall and is conveniently located off Freeway 60. The place is big also offering arcade games, billiards, and darts. Round1 offers fun environment for families and serves pizza, ice cream, chicken wings and beer. Bowling was fun!! We had a dedicated bowling lane, comfy sofa to sit, and a table to put on food & drinks. The overall bowling equipment worked well. We'll sur
Fun arcade spot with a bowling alley inside. Many food options and a bar to order alcoholic drinks. Both family friendly and date night worthy.
The manager was so nice and our experience was great the renovation looked so good and it's good for adults and kids the food definitely needs work but besides that everything was great ????
Do not go here. Absolutely the worst place I've been to in a long time. The arcade is what gives this location one star. We ordered food and nothing came out correct. They served fries and said we're out of tots without asking but allow you to order it that way. The wings were Absolutely terrible old fryer oil and they forgot the ranch for wings forgot the added ranch paid additional for. Forgot one of our added drinks and argued until they noticed the original drink was a part of another meal we had. Terri
Castlevania was going really well, I had dropped quite a few cards, got the bonus jackpot of 500 marbles, moved the cards very close to the edge only for the game to breakdown. We asked to please be notified when it was fixed, which they agreed to and never did. I found it working again only to find all the he cards I worked so hard to the edge we're all taken out of the machine by the worker. Very disappointed. Every coin pusher after that kept getting error messages or the cards did not fall into the
Worst experience ever. Customer service was horrible. The employees were hounding over you like dogs. Do not recommend for anyone trying to chill and have a family outing.
This is easily one of the best arcades in socal, here's why: *Open late (2am!) *Actually have latest games and not just old stuff, something new every visit *game selection, something for everyone, ticket redemption games for the little ones, pinball, racing, fighting, skeeball, photo booths, and a really good selection of Japanese imports and rythm games that can't be found anywhere else *Food is actually good *Beer on tap *Full bowling alley *Pool tables No other arcade compares.
I have to say Round one has the best price bowling in town if you have your own gear I took advantage of the unlimited games for 17.50 per person as I bowled alone and it was a pleasure to have the lanes to myself I actually had my highest game of 195 I will say their racks are not the truest in town and I did find it hard to strike at first but overall it was a great afternoon ....if you want to get some practice I recommend it I got in there about 5:30 it was wide open
Relatively smaller compared to others. If you're looking for variety of prizes to win in claw machines other round 1 should do as well. Be mindful some of the push claw machines. They don't tend to push as they should but more of lazily touch the prizes like scary movie "It's my strong hand" grab best to save and head to the one down on Winchester
I wish I could give them a negative 100 I came in and purchased credits for the arcade & MOST of the games are OUT OF SERVICE literally 96% of them , they REFUSED to give me a refund , absolutely no compromising just to share a few
I feel that this Round 1 is becoming more restrictive and ghetto at the same time. See the photos below to see what I'm talking about. For DDR A3, the 1P left arrow is inconsistent and doesn't register at times. The mechanic that often does maintenance on the DDR cabinet is no longer there! If you must get it fixed, you have to get a mechanic over and observe the issue to actually fix it. Play Double at your own risk! 2P side is perfect if you care about your score. Security shows up later in the evening,
it was ok, not much claw machines
It's a pretty awesome place for kids and adults to have fun and relax a little. I would stay away from the hot wings it's basically a 80% vinegar based sauce in every flavor.
The morning manager there is rude and unprofessional I would love to tell you how I really feel about the service there but being explicit on here is not politically correct and I would be just like her if I chose to do so and I'm a better person than that.
It looks like they remodeled and added a ton of new games but the food was TERRIBLE. Everything tasted off. The tater tots were over cooked and tasted like old dirty oil. The burger smelled super bad and didn't taste good. The nacho cheese tasted bad. 4 of the 5 tables were dirty meanwhile the workers stood by the registers and chatted. Need to get 5 more free refills for this to pay off lol. Also the claw machine with the Kirby?s has to be rigged! We picked it up FOUR TIMES and each time it shook so hard t
This place is fun. They have bowling, video games, karaoke rooms, pool tables, food and drinks.
I gave this place 2 stars when I reviewed 3 years ago. This time I'm giving it only 1 star. It was pretty terrible. It was not this bad the last time I went. Food stopped serving at 8. But of course the beer and alcohol was served all night long. Bathroom doors strait broken off. My husband and I did pay for the time play and not "credits". The sign said time play was good for racing games, pacman, shooting, etc. Like only 4-5 categories. But most of the games on time play were broken. I mean almost all of
Nevwr said karaoke did not admit 16 years old because does no have id
Love this place! Great bowling. Staff is sweet. Very clean environment. They are always wiping everything down. My service dog was allowed in and he had 4 broken ribs so they were very accommodating. We had the wings and pitcher of tea. Lots of space to spread out. Tons of arcade games.
This place is just awesome. You have many options as far as entertainment. Its kid friendly during the day and after hours it's also a great place for adults. Offers bowling, video games, billiards, darts and many other things. Also has alcoholic drinks here.
We had a lot fun. The entire place was busy but not packed. They were well staffed and staff was attentive. We stayed in the arcade portion but will be back to bowl. They also had a lot of pool tables and some private karaoke rooms. There's a lot to do and it was moderately priced. The best part is my nephew loved it. We will be returning.
Love all the plushies going everytime is so much fun!
A family that has fun doing different things would love this location karaoke for the people who live to sing, pool for a more relaxed time, bowling for some competition, a bar and food area for people who love to just relax and watch all the action from the sidelines, and a variety of arcade games that even the youngest kid will love my daughter is almost 2 and even though she can't play anything serious she loves that some of the claw machines are perfect height for her and with alittle help from myself o
It's a really nice, family friendly place to take the kids to have fun on weekends or even a week day relax. The games are exciting. They have bowling, adult activities like pool, beverages.
A cool little place similar to D&B but a little smaller. This place focuses more on bowling and asian themed games!
Great place for the kids and the kid you want to be. Fun times.
Honestly, it's not a bad place, they keep adding new machines and the place is clean, the only thing I'm done holding back is the bathroom, only 1 stall has a door and the other 2 don't. It's been a year and they still haven't put a door, I'm disappointed
Went on Friday night around 10pm and place was not packed or to empty, most of the people were bowling, arcade was mostly empty but it was nice, felt like we had it all to ourselves. We ordered 2 mixed drinks from the bar area, which was a little on the expensive side for a typical adios or long Island. We reserved a karaoke room, was fun. Karaoke or party rooms can be used for for 1 hour max. Will visit again soon though because there's to many games we have yet to play.
I used to live going to this place till they made these games harder to win and on top of it, they increased the amount per play. This lady time I went I spent 100 to only come out with like 5 prizes compared to months ago when I would come out with a trash bag full, mind you I'm an expert at these games and I have a YouTube, tik Tok, and Facebook following because of all the prizes I win at places like this. I don't think I'll ever go to this Round one ever again. I'd recommend Temecula, city of industry,
Super fun, lots of games and easy way to win prices
Manager and staff were rude we came in wanting to buy two rounds of bowling and the worker said to come back after the first hour is done and to add on which we went to do and they said we couldn't play another game cause there was a waitlist which was was not told to us when we paid and then we chose to speak to the manger and she said the same thing and her excuse was the worker is new she said she couldn't override anything she was laughing very rude and unprofessional as well said we had ?privilege? the
Been going here on and off for the past 10 years. I've noticed that the price of games has gone up from just 1-3 credits to now 6-9 credits for a single game. Kind of ridiculous when you make the conversion. And then the ticket payout has stayed the same. If you're going to raise game prices, then raise the ticket payout price. There has also been a shift of type of arcade games offered. There used to be more games focused on winning tickets instead of just arcade style machines?they've gotten rid of all th
Good place, a lot to do for a few hours, longer if you bowl, it has gotten a lil more pricey for the arcade, but it ain't bad, we had a great time.
For years, I waited to take my kids... they are the perfect age. It was a great experience. I've still got 300 credits! As an old guy, the games are crazy amazing from my days of pacman and Galaga. Definitely, the slots added the most tickets that the kids enjoyed when cashing out. Next time, we will try the pool tables. There's full bowling alley and an entire section we still didn't get to play. Families with 2 kids, it was $50.00 for the best deal, drinks food, and the kids went home with what the
Came on a Saturday evening, place was moderately busy, didn't really have an issue until it came time to order drinks, 10 minutes in line and nobody can seem to find the bartender/food cashier, an issue that would continuously repeat itself over the night. Lanes kept having mechanical issues to the point where combined we waited half an hour for it to continuously be fixed, resulting in us just buying more time to finish our first game. The biggest issue for our group was the air-conditioning/airflow. Afte
Drove 30 minutes to come bowl and they told us we had to be 25 even though we are all adults
Very good time for gamers addicted to arcade games and leaving with plushies or figurines. Offer bowling karaoke and billiards! Also with new Asian food and bar favorites you can't go wrong! There's something for everyone.
Come here if you like to wait a long time for everything.
Went on a Thursday night at 9 pm. Had bag searched, ID scanned and searched with a metal wand by some creep on a power trip. This is an ARCADE may I remind you. It's pathetic, it wasn't about safety, it was about power. Allowing rent a cops to act like TSA at an arcade is barbaric. If it's that bad in the area, which it's not. Then close down the operation. Will never go there because of this.
It's alright, a bit small compared to other Round 1 experiences. There are more Gacha and gambling style games. Actual arcade games that are fun to play. Still a nice thing to visit in a dying mall.
I'm a realistic person and I understand rules but the security at this location is on a serious power trip. I was already in the building for a bday party, I left to pick up a coworker for our bosses party we were having there. They wouldn't let me back in because my ID was expired. I'm 40! I don't drink and just there to hang out for my bosses? bday. I tried to reason with them and willing to put Xs on my hand like I was underage, whatever they wanted just as long as I could be there for my boss. Straight
Round 1 is hands down, the best local source of entertainment. Whether you want a real-life Yakuza experience with endless claw machines and prizes, or you're just nostalgic like me and enjoy going into a time capsule to a time when stand-alone arcades still existed. My only real qualm with this specific location is that they don't have DDR! I've tried various similar knock-offs, but the original Dance Dance Revolution set up you could find at your local arcades is irreplaceable. Personally, I can recall a
Good fun for a random time at the mall lots to do and they serve alcohol check it out
Karaoke is a good bang for your buck. It's fun, but just didn't like that you had to download an app and connect to their wifi to be able to sing, but it's fun and private. And you can eat in there. Had a lot of songs but the app was slow. The food was decent. The pizza was good besides the burnt crust. And 10.37 for a pitcher of soda is excessive. We wasted a good 15 minutes of our one hour karaoke time having to wait for someone to serve us at the bar. And they have to scan every ID for each drink. So I
The staff were nice and friendly. It's nice arcade plus the pizza we had was actually really good no complaints on that. The place could definitely use some ceiling fans especially near the ddr games. But overall it's a good place to have some fun.
Been going to this round1 location for a long time and today was totally ridiculous! First few times were amazing but the experience started to deteriorate over time due to their stupid security policy which I find to be redundant and unnecessary. (Main Place mall location doesn't even do this.) Instead of just checking your ID for your age; they scan it now! Yes! It's ridiculous! And have to empty your pockets and be scanned with a wand. Casinos and bars in LA don't even waste your time doing this nonsen
The security guards refused to let us in because we had some people in our party with mexican government issued IDs. We had no intention of drinking at all. Just wanted to play some arcade games, however we were given dirty looks and turned away at the door. I looked on your website and it did not say anything about the IDs being to need issued by the US governement. So i went back to try to speak to a manager about the situation. They said this was a new policy that just went into effect ' 2 weeks ago' If
Use to win at least a couple things now it's all rigged, spent 50$ on one crane machine.(No win)
It was fun, but all the claw machines are a big scam. We tried each and every single one of them and didn't get anything.
The staff are rude no good service and the games are Rigged It used to be a great place to come but everything has changed unfortunately this place too
We came here by 11 and we couldn't order anything to drink or eat ??
Talk about a really cool place to go to and hang out and have fun and meet cool people this is the coolest place around I really enjoy Round 1 bowling and amusement. But what would make this place even better and off the chain ? would be IF! it had a miniature golf course. Then this place would definitely have it going on,, but still even the way it is now is still rather fun and a enjoyable place. Its very family oriented and its clean and the micheans are all working in good condition. The bowling is supe
Decent place, the only downside is that they don't have a full bar. Besides that is a nice place for the family.
It was fun. unable to do the bowling, we were told five minutes, then ten minutes, then ten more minutes. We had fun playing the games
Great place for families. A bit expensive but worth it. They are putting new games so it keeps it from being boring. The lanes are smaller but still fun. Highly recommend. Just prepare for a long line at the bar. Seems like they never have someone there available
The place looks so much more welcoming since the remodel.
The machines to order food weren't activated. The food I ordered the person making it changed a topping of their own choice because they were out of what I wanted without asking me. I'm in the building. Just ask. Bowling was fun. Price wasn't terrible. Would go again just wouldn't order food. It's currently under construction
Great place! Great Bar tender! Had fun watching my kids bowling ?? well my husband and I watched the game...
Its sooo much harder to win a prize here than before and i think even more expensive, if you plan on having fun winning prizes, just dont bother, go to the temecula location much more fair claw machines there, they've literally filled most the claw machines with typically heavier than the prize, round plushes marked "Drop Me In The Chute!" that you don't win, you get the prize thats on the wall once you call staff, the reason i believe they do this is so its harder to win it than the regular prize. It force
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
