The kids loved it. The claw machines were fun but some were impossible especially for the little ones. Also states that if you buy the 55$ one you get a free plush so I bought two that way I make sure the kids get one but they said it was unavailable. Still fun but had to find a way to cheer my son up from his luck with those claw machines.

Little secret, i do claw machines around the world, leaving with bags of winnings. These prizes are pretty top notch. Now if Vegas wants to be restored to its former glory, check out this set up. First time here, great place for the kids and adults to relax and have a good time. There are so many different games and toys to pick from. Make sure you pay attention to the hints for some of the claw games to win your prize. There is also a bar for adults to enjoy a nice drink. 3 drinks maximum per person. Bowling is also very fun, they have several lanes to play in. You can pay for an hour or per game

Matthew, the Amusement Supervisor, made my family's trip here so memorable and enjoyable. He really didn't have to go above and beyond, but his doing so made it clear that this location will always be my family's go-to. Cannot commend highly enough.

Please, do not waste your time on the claw machines at this arcade. They will pick up the items, then swing enough to drop the item before the transit to the drop bin. Additionally, most claw machines cost 14 credits for one attempt. That's pretty steep. We tried this place once, and we won't be back. I cannot recommend a visit here.

If you just want to play games, its not bad. They have a lot to offer. But don't expect to win anything. They give you 10 seconds to pick songs for games so you end up wasting money there too. Every claw game is rigged. Other than that, it could be a fun place for kids.

So I just went to Nellie's outlet. The mall was nice first time I went there but the Nellie's outlet was impressive every Tuesday 50 cents the whole entire store.

My friend went here with her accounting class from college and they had a good time. We shared some fries and each had our own sodas. Afterwards we had a slice of pizza and refills on the sodas before heading home.

Checked this place out for the first time today. This place is so spacious and loaded with games and things to do for all ages. A few games were down or in need of repair but working otherwise the place looked well kept. Staff was sweeping while we were there. Everyone is friendly but they do move slow. I would describe this as a mix between Game Nest with many of the same awesome Japanese games and Velocity eSports with all the same games minus the PC's. It's like both places in one. We had my son's 8th birthday party here on the 9th and it was ok. For the price we feel it should have been more options for the games that were allowed. The pizza was tasteless no flavor and the staff seemed to hate their jobs.????????????

Decent prices. Clean. Food was great. It was better than Chuck E Cheese, for sure. But about the same prices. Also, claw machines are ridiculously expensive ?? The whole process that day seemed skewed. The machines down, registers down. Was an off day for this place for sure.

It was a really nice experience, especially to go with the family and the kiddos. For about $20 you have a good time and maybe take home a couple of things if you are lucky. Definitely recommend it for a nice date night if you and your partner are into fun stuff like that

There are some games (like the Rick and Morty game) where you can max out on tickets. I simply take a photo and show it to the workers, and they make sure that I get all of my tickets. I love the items that you can win here. I enjoy their food. They also have bowling and you can have birthday parties here. It's a fun place to take your kids as well.

Round1 should be appreciated for their unique variety of arcade games that most operators will shy away from bringing in. It's the only set of arcades in America that I'm aware of that have UFO catchers, along with Japanese arcade games from Konami. Prices are fair, staff is very helpful, and the layout is great. If you're an arcade fan and haven't hit up Round1, you really need to!

I get the money thing. But the fact that I can aim properly to pick up dozens of plushies and go home with only 1 is absolute bullshit. The machines aren't just a little loose, they wont even grasp the prizes, and I've been on 3 dates to this place in the last month and my plushie collection doesnt reflect that. Won't be coming back. And I suggest you go to a corner store with a claw machine before you try this place if you actually like prizes.

The claw machines are fun and they had plenty of games for teens and toddlers. The people in the store were nice. Also, had dollar ice cream cones.

Definitely don't come here if you're trying to treat your kids to a fun day with $100 or less. I brought my girls here to play the claw machines to try and win a big plushie, and in less than 20 minutes we had blown through over $70 worth of credits with only three very small plushies to show for it. It seems as if the larger machines are almost impossible to win from, they obviously have the payout right set astronomically insane. You basically have to spend around $150 to $200 to win anything big. I asked

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I never write reviews but it was so bad i had to write one today. While bowling the worker kept staring at us the whole time and we felt oddly uncomfortable. The worker came our way when my daughter was trying to bowl and was trying to yell at my 3 year old instead of talking to me or my wife. The food menu here was genuinely terrible. The pizza was so bad and disappointing. It was so doughy and had watery tomato sauce, and the cheese was nasty and oily. The toppings tasted super frozen, and Im not picky with pizza at all! All the food was overpriced and jsut not worth it. This place actually got better in the last several months. There's so many games here for everybody... the prizes have gotten better too I haven't tried the food yet, but it looks really good. They have some type of new ramen

Worst experience I've ever had at round 1 if I could rate 0 I would. I Payed extra for a VIP lane and several times had to pause our game to have the lane looked at, balls were getting stuck in machine, pins weren't coming back down, we had several issues and they wouldn't give us a refund or credits for the games. Wasted so much of our time. The food also sucked they only had chicken strips and tots at 10 pm, they had nothing else, no sauces either. Will never go back.

I went to this place last week with my son, brother, and cousin. This place is awesome! They have lots of games that all ages can play and enjoy. They have food for when you get hungry. The weekday pass for $15/person is a steal of a deal! Arcade was cool, can get a little expensive tho. And the customer service was definitely in need of more training..Most everyone who worked there were teenagers hence the need for more customer service training. They're strictly enforcing the face mask rule. If they see you without a face mask, they will ask you to leave. You can take off your face mask only if you're eating at any designated food tables. Oh, and you cannot take your food outside the eating area.

Went on a busy Sunday. Place was packed but it did t feel crowded. Still a great value on credits for the game machines. If you do claw machines pay attention to the one that are winning. Some machines feel sketchy. Personally I stick to the ticket games.

It was our first visit. My niece and I had lots of fun. When I asked staff about the game cards they were truly helpful. Loved that there is quite the variety of arcade games to choose from and the prizes are great too. The price for game cards is a bit expensive so I highly recommend getting a higher priced game card from the beginning. I purchased a $11 game card that only allowed for 3 games. Overall poorly managed- pretty much understaffed- not enough workers. Biggest reason for the 1 star- I went bowling here 2 consecutive nights (was visiting Vegas and wanted something to do other than drinking and gambling), and ended up with shin splints. I really chalk it up to their horrible shoes- pretty much feels like cardboard- awful even by bowling standards. I've bowled at cheaper more run down places with better shoes.

I remember applying here once and getting turned down meanwhile another major FEC in San Diego hired me with the same credentials same responsibilities better pay and of course, better weather. I just remember interviewing with this japanese-american gentleman and hearing him expect to hire an electrical engineer. You would have to be the lowest of the lowest in your class to take on a job like that with the credentials they expect to see from you. Thanks for helping me see beyond that desert wasteland.

This is a fun spot for the family. It can get pricey. There were a handful of games/claw machines that were out of order. The line to order food takes an egregious amount of time. When we did reach the cashier, they were out of half of what we wanted to order. It has nothing to do with the staff. We were made aware that their register works at a snails pace. If you do go, go for the games and skip the food.

My son loves this place. Unfortunately unlike Gameworks there is a limit to how many times you can play on an unlimited card. After 2 or 3 continues the card forces you to quit. This makes sense if it's a busy day and others are waiting to play, but it's never that crowded when we come. That's my only complaint. Everything else is fine. Oh wait, jk, keep a tally of the amount of tickets you earn because the computer didn't credit mine a couple times. Other than that this place is nice.

Claw machines are really bad for one it's $2-3 (9-14 tokens) per game. And worste of all none of the claws even moved a single thing. Ridiculously rigged.

We went yesterday, The games were fun, the food was unsatisfactory. Ordered a couple burgers with fries and after arriving to pickup the order I was told, matter of factly, like it was no big deal, ?we have no ketchup or mustard?. I had one of the best experiences coming here. They give you a debit card that has points on it to play games. There are different tiers. To play the claw machines it's a different type of point. They have bowling, food, 99cent ice cream, and a small bar. You can also earn game point son your card that you can spend later on in the toy shop

This place is awesome! Don't listen to people complaining about claw games? they are far easier than most other places we've been. We walked out with 6 claw prizes in literally 30 minutes. Saw many other people walking out with handfuls of plushies as well. Round1 is a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. Lots of fun, generous with prizes and plushies. This place is ok , but the security is rude.. curfew in Vegas is 12 on weekends for minors, my kids are obviously by my side the entire time.. they try to tell you that curfew is 10 on a Saturday.
