Customer Reviews

Lots of fun for all ages if you have deep pockets. Great customer service and reasonably priced food and drinks. Their ice cream is always a hit. Join their rewards club to save more money!

The kids loved it. The claw machines were fun but some were impossible especially for the little ones. Also states that if you buy the 55$ one you get a free plush so I bought two that way I make sure the kids get one but they said it was unavailable. Still fun but had to find a way to cheer my son up from his luck with those claw machines.

Little secret, i do claw machines around the world, leaving with bags of winnings. These prizes are pretty top notch. Now if Vegas wants to be restored to its former glory, check out this set up. It has the glitz and glamor, awesome prizes, a bowling alley, a bar set up, private rooms, food that's good for kid parties or just a good lounging. MVGA, Make Vegas Great Again, this place would be it. Everyone wins, it has the right balance of fun and exciting curiosity where everyone wins, even the house wins.

First time coming to this location and the staff were very warm and friendly! I want to shout out Michael for helping my husband and I with the machines when we won prizes. 5/5 starts. Will be coming again!

First time here, great place for the kids and adults to relax and have a good time. There are so many different games and toys to pick from. Make sure you pay attention to the hints for some of the claw games to win your prize. There is also a bar for adults to enjoy a nice drink. 3 drinks maximum per person. Bowling is also very fun, they have several lanes to play in. You can pay for an hour or per game

Matthew, the Amusement Supervisor, made my family's trip here so memorable and enjoyable. He really didn't have to go above and beyond, but his doing so made it clear that this location will always be my family's go-to. Cannot commend highly enough.

Please, do not waste your time on the claw machines at this arcade. They will pick up the items, then swing enough to drop the item before the transit to the drop bin. Additionally, most claw machines cost 14 credits for one attempt. That's pretty steep. We tried this place once, and we won't be back. I cannot recommend a visit here.

If you just want to play games, its not bad. They have a lot to offer. But don't expect to win anything. They give you 10 seconds to pick songs for games so you end up wasting money there too. Every claw game is rigged. Other than that, it could be a fun place for kids.

I only got this and I spent 65$ on it I amended it correctly but it did not dropped just next to the prize plot this is all I got

Round1 was beyond fantastic! Highly recommend. After visiting here my first time, I decided to forfeit the deposit for my son?s birthday party that I paid to another facility so I could have his party at Round1 instead. This place is great, my 3 year old and I had a blast!!! So many options for things to do; classic and new arcade games, claw machines, billiards, bowling, ping-pong? Not to mention the impressive prizes in a shop-like setting. And to top it off, they have a bar and food too (with 99? ice cre

My son?s favorite place. So many games for all ages. Pretty much something for everyone. Plus great food and snacks.

So I just went to Nellie's outlet. The mall was nice first time I went there but the Nellie's outlet was impressive every Tuesday 50 cents the whole entire store.

My friend went here with her accounting class from college and they had a good time. We shared some fries and each had our own sodas. Afterwards we had a slice of pizza and refills on the sodas before heading home.

It's definitely worth a visit.

Checked this place out for the first time today. This place is so spacious and loaded with games and things to do for all ages. A few games were down or in need of repair but working otherwise the place looked well kept. Staff was sweeping while we were there. Everyone is friendly but they do move slow. I would describe this as a mix between Game Nest with many of the same awesome Japanese games and Velocity eSports with all the same games minus the PC's. It's like both places in one. They serve food

We had my son's 8th birthday party here on the 9th and it was ok. For the price we feel it should have been more options for the games that were allowed. The pizza was tasteless no flavor and the staff seemed to hate their jobs.????????????

This had everything but rolling skating. Bowling, Karaoke, shooting pool, air hockey, and arcade playing, and even pinball machines. And the food is good too. They even have Hawaiian food. And the prices are equal to all you hope to enjoy. We found just driving by, just down the street from the Raiders stadium

Super awesome Lots of parking Very clean Bathrooms very nice and clean. The games lots of games and service customer service on the floor to help you with games. They had bowling and snack bar. Also a very big prize center. No coins everything is digital cards to play games. Heads up They do not split the cards either. Overall enjoyed the time and lots of space to have fun for you, with friends and family.

Decent prices. Clean. Food was great. It was better than Chuck E Cheese, for sure. But about the same prices. Also, claw machines are ridiculously expensive ?? The whole process that day seemed skewed. The machines down, registers down. Was an off day for this place for sure.

It was a really nice experience, especially to go with the family and the kiddos. For about $20 you have a good time and maybe take home a couple of things if you are lucky. Definitely recommend it for a nice date night if you and your partner are into fun stuff like that

My son had an amazing 13th birthday party! The staff was amazing (Chloe, Matt & the rest of the crew: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!) We will definitely be back to hang out, so much to do; food & drinks were yummy & was affordable.

My son and I come here all the time. Staff is so kind and accommodating plus the games are super fun! 10/10 ??

There are some games (like the Rick and Morty game) where you can max out on tickets. I simply take a photo and show it to the workers, and they make sure that I get all of my tickets. I love the items that you can win here. I enjoy their food. They also have bowling and you can have birthday parties here. It's a fun place to take your kids as well.

Round1 should be appreciated for their unique variety of arcade games that most operators will shy away from bringing in. It's the only set of arcades in America that I'm aware of that have UFO catchers, along with Japanese arcade games from Konami. Prices are fair, staff is very helpful, and the layout is great. If you're an arcade fan and haven't hit up Round1, you really need to!

I get the money thing. But the fact that I can aim properly to pick up dozens of plushies and go home with only 1 is absolute bullshit. The machines aren't just a little loose, they wont even grasp the prizes, and I've been on 3 dates to this place in the last month and my plushie collection doesnt reflect that. Won't be coming back. And I suggest you go to a corner store with a claw machine before you try this place if you actually like prizes.

The claw machines are fun and they had plenty of games for teens and toddlers. The people in the store were nice. Also, had dollar ice cream cones.

Definitely don't come here if you're trying to treat your kids to a fun day with $100 or less. I brought my girls here to play the claw machines to try and win a big plushie, and in less than 20 minutes we had blown through over $70 worth of credits with only three very small plushies to show for it. It seems as if the larger machines are almost impossible to win from, they obviously have the payout right set astronomically insane. You basically have to spend around $150 to $200 to win anything big. I asked

Don't expect a cheap trip here for sure. It's fun and the kids like it. We did end up with a few small things from the claw machines and they offer tips to win some of the bigger ones. I don't get out to arcades often anymore but seems like they have new games and pinball machines too.

Round 1 I think is suitable for 8-15 year olds, but anyone can have fun. They have a lot of games in the arcade area. However, I did notice about 20 games were flashing red for out of service, it could be due to social distancing or they could have just been broken. Some games steal your credits and you have to find a worker to help you get your credits back. They have about 6 bowling lanes so it takes a while to get a lane. We waited for 45 minutes. They do have social distancing at the lanes so every othe

Experience is fun for both kids and adults. food and drinks are not overly expensive. Staffs are friendly and workin really hard. We enjoyed our 2nd visit. Now we are hooked ??

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I never write reviews but it was so bad i had to write one today. While bowling the worker kept staring at us the whole time and we felt oddly uncomfortable. The worker came our way when my daughter was trying to bowl and was trying to yell at my 3 year old instead of talking to me or my wife. I had to get a refund after that happened, worst customer service ever. This dude is super creepy

The food menu here was genuinely terrible. The pizza was so bad and disappointing. It was so doughy and had watery tomato sauce, and the cheese was nasty and oily. The toppings tasted super frozen, and Im not picky with pizza at all! All the food was overpriced and jsut not worth it. If you're gonna get food get out of round 1 and go to another place inside the mall. The arcade was cool, though??

This place actually got better in the last several months. There's so many games here for everybody... the prizes have gotten better too I haven't tried the food yet, but it looks really good. They have some type of new ramen

Worst experience I've ever had at round 1 if I could rate 0 I would. I Payed extra for a VIP lane and several times had to pause our game to have the lane looked at, balls were getting stuck in machine, pins weren't coming back down, we had several issues and they wouldn't give us a refund or credits for the games. Wasted so much of our time. The food also sucked they only had chicken strips and tots at 10 pm, they had nothing else, no sauces either. Will never go back.

Had tons of fun playing pool and other games with my wifey . Plus the wings were super crispy and flavorful, honestly caught me off guard.

Fun arcade games, bowling, play pool, kept clean, and tasty food. You will need at least $42.00 to play a decent amount of games for prizes, games for virtual tickets, and $2 for the required game card. Really nice and patient employees working in the ticket redemption center.

Me and my friend julian went to this arcade and we had so much fun the employees were really nice and their ice cream is really cheap and really good for its price overall this is a good arcade for friends and family

I SOOOOOOOOOOO MISSED THIS PLACE!! Man it is awesome it is open. I just wish EVERYONE followed the rules. I don't want them to shut down again. The ones in Cali are all closed. It felt good to bring my kids back again. New games new toys and all kinds of games are working again. Could not ask for a better arcade. Even for a date night it would be cool to bring your wife or girlfriend. They got food. Bowling, games pool and a bar!

I went to this place last week with my son, brother, and cousin. This place is awesome! They have lots of games that all ages can play and enjoy. They have food for when you get hungry. They also have a bowling area if you're into that and lastly, they have private rooms for karaoke. What more can you ask for? When you go here, make sure you don't have any other plans after cos you wouldn't even wanna leave. This place was so much fun! Totally worth going either with family or friends.

Failed to return Driver License when pool balls were returned. Realized did not have Driver License so called the business yesterday and spoke with Jennifer the GM who said she found Driver License, but she was unwilling to mail it back to me. She said she would take it to the Post Office but would not put it in an envelope or put postage on it. I asked her not to do this and asked her to hold it. Called business again today because was going to drive there and get it in person and was told that my Driver L

Absolutely love this place and so does my kiddos. Pool tables bowling karaoke, arcade. Place has it all and a bar for the parents. And good food. Best arcade in vegas

The weekday pass for $15/person is a steal of a deal! Unlimited bowling AND shoe rental, unlimited pool, and unlimited karaoke until 5pm is why this will be our #1 place for a fun silly "date" with my husband. The idea that the claw machines pay out is not based in reality and we didn't find a single machine that didn't have claws too loose to not be considered a con. Don't waste your money on them unless you're an expert at defeating claw machines. The under $2 ice cream cones are a steal and the staff w

i know this is supposed to be ?arcade bowling? but come on. $103 we paid and the lanes barely work. balls get stuck , the machine that brings the balls back was super slow , wouldn't give us a refund. the bumpers just straight up didn't wanna work half the time too. please don't waste ur money

Arcade was cool, can get a little expensive tho. And the customer service was definitely in need of more training..Most everyone who worked there were teenagers hence the need for more customer service training. Other than that it was a great place to bring the family if they are into games. Pizza was pretty good too.

Been there with my boy, got a ton of fun. Many game are available. Before lunch is less crowded.

They're strictly enforcing the face mask rule. If they see you without a face mask, they will ask you to leave. You can take off your face mask only if you're eating at any designated food tables. Oh, and you cannot take your food outside the eating area.

Had my granddaughter's birthday here had a great time, the food was really good, and the customer service was great. I would recommend they do their time management a little differently, but besides that, everything was awesome

Passing through the facility was a breeze,...I thought that i would be held up by people blocking the walkway but that wasn't the case. In and out really quick.

Some of the claw machines were fun and you could actually win! But ALOT of them were ones that you would grab perfectly and they would fall right out! Very fun place but be wary of the claw machines but have all the fun!

Went on a busy Sunday. Place was packed but it did t feel crowded. Still a great value on credits for the game machines. If you do claw machines pay attention to the one that are winning. Some machines feel sketchy. Personally I stick to the ticket games.

I WANNA THANK GERSON FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HERE. HE WAS A GREAT HOST/ WAITRESS/ COOK HE MADE THE EXPERIENCE SO MUCH GREATER

You better have a lot of money, they do you have a lot of games in there they're toy machines but you better have so me money because I was in there 5 minutes with my daughter and we went to $40 before I can even get change for a hundred I said no we can't afford this

This was fun. The crane game attendants were accessible and available. Next time were stay in vegas we will visit again.

It was our first visit. My niece and I had lots of fun. When I asked staff about the game cards they were truly helpful. Loved that there is quite the variety of arcade games to choose from and the prizes are great too. The price for game cards is a bit expensive so I highly recommend getting a higher priced game card from the beginning. I purchased a $11 game card that only allowed for 3 games. I then reloaded card for $33 instead for more games in.

Great time for a date or even with family and kids. Food and Bar. They have cuuute plushie prizes of small keychains and from sizes small, medium to large. Badtz maru is my favorite win of all time here!

Fun arcade experience with a great variety of arcade and carnival prize machines. They have bowling and party room options. There is a bar and food

We went to the location in Las Vegas yesterday and the dining service was absolutely horrible. I had to first argue with the cashier about what I ordered. She tried to say I didn't order what I did until I showed her the receipt. Once the food was received it was okay. The drinks were watered down and just over all bad. While eating I happened to glance over and the employee responsible for cooking the food was touching his hair, playing with it and immediately went back to cooking food with no washing of t

Fun place bought 15 card shared it between 4 of us for hour and half of playing the green colored games

Overall poorly managed- pretty much understaffed- not enough workers. Biggest reason for the 1 star- I went bowling here 2 consecutive nights (was visiting Vegas and wanted something to do other than drinking and gambling), and ended up with shin splints. I really chalk it up to their horrible shoes- pretty much feels like cardboard- awful even by bowling standards. I've bowled at cheaper more run down places with better shoes.

Love this place unlimited bowling on the week days and the stuff is helpful and nice and put on the knights game for me

I consider myself to be an arcade expert and afficiando. Large and modern but what I would classify as a quarter muncher palace. All the games here, a designed to use the maximum number of tokens/credits in the minimum amount of time, thus quickly taking money from its customers, in a short amount of time. A majority of the games, pseudo-skill games, offering giant or oversized cheap foreign made stuffed animals via a game where the player has little chance of winning, causing player to waste tokens tryin

Clean, fun experience. Everyone should go at least once. My kids win on the crane games- ALWAYS.

Fun place to take your kids for birthdays or family time out. Less people during the week days. The arcade games are fun. Load your card and play for tickets which will load on the card after play.

ROUND 1 BOWLING & AMUSEMENT. FIRST TIME IN. RIGHT TO THE FOOD COURT. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR ?? EXPERIENCE. THE ?? PIZZA. GREAT & ICE CREAM. GREAT PRICE CREW SO PROFESSIONAL COURTESY AND DOWN TO EARTH. WHATS AMAZING IM ALWAYS IN THE MEADOWS. BUT NEVER STOPPED IN TILL LAST WEEK. MY NAME IS MICHAEL J DOODAKIAN AND I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE.

Awsome Family establishment, food, games, bowling, party rooms, Clean, huge space, pool tables. Great Vibe...

I remember applying here once and getting turned down meanwhile another major FEC in San Diego hired me with the same credentials same responsibilities better pay and of course, better weather. I just remember interviewing with this japanese-american gentleman and hearing him expect to hire an electrical engineer. You would have to be the lowest of the lowest in your class to take on a job like that with the credentials they expect to see from you. Thanks for helping me see beyond that desert wasteland.

Little pricey but I could def spend hours there. Such a fun place.

My girl loves this place. It was a great idea to open this. So clean, big , high tec. Has so much to offer!

This is a fun spot for the family. It can get pricey. There were a handful of games/claw machines that were out of order. The line to order food takes an egregious amount of time. When we did reach the cashier, they were out of half of what we wanted to order. It has nothing to do with the staff. We were made aware that their register works at a snails pace. If you do go, go for the games and skip the food.

Took the family for a fun family day!! Bowling was super fun and arcade was okay.

Enjoyed taking the boys here for a Saturday filled with fun and games . Good mix off games and food options.

My Grandson went there for a birthday party. They have bowling arcade?s, prizes, food. He had fun!

Spent $30 on an uber to and from my hotel. Sign and google says open until 2 but they were closed. SO UPSET I SPENT $30 ON AN UBER AND HAD TO WAIT 15-20 MINS TO FIND A NEW ONE, especially at 12am. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Used to absolutely love this place. Have spent so much time and money having fun here and the staff and atmosphere have always been wonderful, truly. But tonight a guest that had apparently either been over served or had been partaking in alcohol and drugs in the parking lot was allowed to come in and run rough shot on the place. I was accused of some terrible things and the only thing I was guilty of was waiting for my beautiful girlfriend near the restrooms. This drunken individual thought it was a great

My son loves this place. Unfortunately unlike Gameworks there is a limit to how many times you can play on an unlimited card. After 2 or 3 continues the card forces you to quit. This makes sense if it's a busy day and others are waiting to play, but it's never that crowded when we come. That's my only complaint. Everything else is fine. Oh wait, jk, keep a tally of the amount of tickets you earn because the computer didn't credit mine a couple times. Other than that this place is nice.

Claw machines are really bad for one it's $2-3 (9-14 tokens) per game. And worste of all none of the claws even moved a single thing. Ridiculously rigged.

We went yesterday, The games were fun, the food was unsatisfactory. Ordered a couple burgers with fries and after arriving to pickup the order I was told, matter of factly, like it was no big deal, ?we have no ketchup or mustard?. Kind of a big deal, would have ordered something different if they'd have mentioned that fact while I was ordering.

Had a awesome ???? time, way Better than D"& B...a must place to visit..

I had one of the best experiences coming here. They give you a debit card that has points on it to play games. There are different tiers. To play the claw machines it's a different type of point. They have bowling, food, 99cent ice cream, and a small bar. You can also earn game point son your card that you can spend later on in the toy shop

Loved it, cabinets od and staff is great! Investers should give this plaza love!

This place is awesome! Don't listen to people complaining about claw games? they are far easier than most other places we've been. We walked out with 6 claw prizes in literally 30 minutes. Saw many other people walking out with handfuls of plushies as well. Round1 is a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. Lots of fun, generous with prizes and plushies. Incredibly friendly staff and security, well laid out and clean. Food and beverage offerings are fairly priced as well. Highly recommended!!

Called to ask if the pump it up had the Thanksgiving update and the person over the phone couldn't tell me or find out. Told me to just come in and check on my own. Gee thanks!

It was super fun, but the claw machines didn't close all the way.

I never ever had a problem with this round 1 until today. The staff was very disrespectful and racially profiled my family. We were about to get things from the little gift shop before we'd left because we had points but then one of the older workers told the workers in the gift shop to watch out for us and was very rude and rolled her eyes?the workers inside the gift shop stood with their arms crossed and rudely stared at us which I found to be very disrespectful and uncomfortable. All of the workers were

Had a blast. Went for the claw machines and they didn't disappoint

Actually a pretty nice arcade. Great for both adults and kids, including alcohol & pool for the older ones and snacks & games for the youths. A few of the games were busted, but that's expected. The staff were... unmotivated, which is also expected.

This place is ok , but the security is rude.. curfew in Vegas is 12 on weekends for minors, my kids are obviously by my side the entire time.. they try to tell you that curfew is 10 on a Saturday. Then they demand to see your id when you're clearly over the age of 25 and if you don't comply they tell you to leave.. they were not nice asking for id and they pick and choose who they enforce this policy on used to be an elite member.. not anymore will never go back... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! th

Very big place many many games .a snack bar.ice cream . Party rooms.Amd for the adults live sports and beer.wow really fun

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
