This is my default round 1 location to go to since it's the closest to me. I love round 1 and I always have a great time whenever I go. They have some of the best, top of the line arcade cabinets and even some imports from Japan. I ordered off the self-service computer, it then gives you the option to pay at the counter. If I didn't go pay at the counter my order would never be made! EDIT (11/1/2024) I have returned to this location for the Hololive x Round 1 Collaboration, and as expected, the location was packed with people aiming for the prizes. The payout was set a bit higher than usual, but still reasonable enough to win multiple prizes within $100. I had some luck with my grabs and positioning, so i was able to win a lot from the machines with less than $100. Inside a huge mall, payout and win rates are mid but friendly and helpful staff. Many new figures and plush haven't seen elsewhere, many skill based games. Many coin pushers, most all were working unlike other locations (had starwars). Might be one of if not the biggest round1 in the tristate area. Worth a visit if in the area, otherwise Middletown and Philly locations still better win rates. Overall a 3/5 mid experience. My winnings in the picture for roughly $150.

I was here for rhythmic games like Chunithm and SDVX. First time trying rhythmic game in arcades in US. The games were actually more popular than I'd expect. There were a few players at the cabinets when I arrived. The machines were in great condition. Price was good. The service counter was fast when I asked for purchasing new Round1 game card and e-amuse (for registering profile on SDVX). Although I wish to play more, the only drawback is that my apartment is too far away from any Round1s in this region.

My fiancee just saw Round 1 for the first time in the Holyoke Mall and we were just absolutely overwhelmed with all the games and everything the place had to offer. After looking around for a bit we decided to spend $40 and got quite a few credits. Yes some games are as low as 4 credits a some as much as 12 credits. Great variety of games and entertainment. however, I find it a bit expensive. When it's broken down, claw machines are about $3.50, give or take a dollar, and all games that I saw are over $2 to play. I miss the quarter games like an arcade should be. Charging several dollars for one game turns into a very expensive trip, especially if you have more than one child! With today's prices, many can't do this because bills, rent, and groceries are priority, and I find that upsetting!

Good over all experience, place was clean and the food was just ok. It's a little on the pricier side, but that is expected being it's located inside a mall. Make sure to get an ice cream cone while your there, $.99 is a good deal.

I've been to this place many times and have had an awesome, fun experience. Tonight I was invited to a 43rd birthday party for one of my friends in the karaoke room. Just did a birthday party there and it was amazing. We'll definitely be going back! The food was great (get your wings plain with sauce on the side and they'll be some on the crispiest, tastiest wings you'll get from a party place). The party manager is incredibly friendly and attentive! You can't beat it for the price! The only complaint I heard was that the room was a little chilly, but it was literally 100 outside so I was happy for the cool air.

I absolutely love this arcade! Tons of machines, all in good working order. Fun, modern games; fun takes on old classics, lots of skill cranes if that's your thing. There are a few games in particular I really like (Pac-Man multi-player pinball, the goat climb, the giant screen one with the classic Bubble Bobble characters). All around a fun way to spend a half hour or so while you are hanging out at the mall.

This arcade has a huge variety of games and activities. If you want to play the latest or most popular games it can be a bit pricey, but if you stick to the lower credit games you can play quite a bit and make your money last longer.

Lots of fun going here for both kids and adults. Mozzarella sticks were good but the marinara was cold. The unlimited play was a good value but wish it applied to more games - it's annoying to have to walk around to find what you can play with the unlimited. This place always has their games up to date. The only issue is the people. I believe it happened this year, but a fight has broken out and the person tried to hit another with the car. Impressive selection of arcades games and activities! Many UFO catchers crane games with typical prizes like in Japan as well as purikura photography booth. A bit pricy to play considering US currency, but it's reasonably possible to win for the crane games and other arcade games give tickets to win prizes

The whole thing is kind of gross. The arcade is a sad excuse for what arcades were. It's a mess with trash and broken arcade games. High school kids hang out in groups and come for confrontations with others. It's alright if it's not busy if it is it's just not a fun place to be.

Best staff ever!!! This location is clean and neat, there's a ton of variety of games from coin pushers to DDR to racing games to carnival games, but above all the staff shines. Huge shout out to the supervisors, the person who works the bar/concessions 10-6, the redhead with the cool nails, Ryan, Angel, and everyone else. Horrible experience! This was my second time coming here and that's only because there isnt much else around here. Bathrooms were disgusting!!! Wait times are ridiculous for food and drinks. (Took an hour for 1 scoop of ice cream) then they tell you that you can't have drinks on the floor and need to sit at the bar. They shut their card machines down one hour before closing so you can't even play games. This place had potential but management is running it into the ground. I will never go here again.

My family and I actually initially had a great time, not too many issues with the games, the food staff worked hard and they were friendly as well as the bowling attendants. We went to grab a bite to eat and returned in through the entry/exit that apparently turns into an emergency exit after 9 pm. There was no security there or rope to inform us, we were completely unaware. My nieces trailed behind us after using the bathroom and by then, the rope was up and security had yelled at them they had to go outs

I got the pricy card and it was worth it because thr more you put on the more they give for free which is nice so instead of paying 2 for the lower car and only getting the basic flat rate, pay 5$ so you can get the bonus points for everything you buy. Our family loves to bowl but the ENTIRE time we were bowling, there were strobe lights going all around. If you have any sensitivity to flashing lights, find another bowling alley. They told us there was nothing they could do and we have been to other Round1 bowling alleys where this does not happen.

Great employees terrible bowling lanes (and management), went to bowl for 90 minutes got switched to 3 different lanes due to all of them not working. After the 3rd lane failure we requested a refund and they gave us bowling vouchers for 1 game (which did not include the shoes we paid for, meaning we'd have to pay again). My initial impressions were that the place was a bit overpriced, like requiring you to buy a $2 card to load your credits on is ridiculous as I don't live nearby, so wouldn't often be there. I went here for my birthday yesterday. Did the arcade and sang some karaoke. There were a lot of technical issues - mics weren't working properly and setting up the karaoke machine was tedious. We had to call the staff in a few times because of all the issues. On top of that, we were informed that we had to switch rooms since another party was supposed to be in our room. Lots of time was wasted and we were only supposed to be here for an hour. I forgot my ID and i came back today to retrieve it. The manager
