We love coming here. I will drive 45 min to come to round 1. The bowling is so much fun. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I recommend coming here on a date night or even with the kiddos and make a full day out of it and you won't regret it!!!!!

Round1 is such a good visit if you like video games and even old arcade games. They have some more traditional style games that earn you points on a card to win a prize. The points stay on your card, so you can come back later and play again and save up for a bigger ticket item in the rewards room. The rewards are fun and there's something for people of a lot of ages, at various price points. I will begin by saying the staff was great that I interacted with, so no shade intended for them. However, what a joke of an "arcade". It's a way overpriced kiddie casino where the machines are all set and rigged to only let you win when you play at the right moment. Google it, "skill" cranes have zero to do with skill anymore. First time here. I took my girl here for her birthdays .i don't know about the negative reviews .this took me back to my childhood. This place is great for all ages Very clean facility the man's bathroom is really clean when I was there. Cleaner than the mall bathroom. Workers are friendly. The food was good, hot freash. My first experience here for my daughter?s cheer team left me blown away by how nice the place is with so many games and bowling along with a bar ! This place is like a kids casino !! Round 1's are amazing in fact I prefer them over Dave and Busters don't get me wrong I like Dave and Busters as well but I like Round 1 better in certain ways first of all this location is huge and has all sorts of games and claw machine games to play including Pokemon stuff which I'm a huge Pokemon fan. Amazingly fun place to meet with friends. I could spend a whole day going through the different activities or just honing my skills on a single machine. This place got me into DDR. The staff is great. There was one instance on an incredibly stormy night where the roof was leaking heavily (filled a whole 55 gallon garbage can in minutes) and the roads were undrivable. Rather than letting us fend for ourselves, the establishment let us wait the storm out before closing early for the night.

They had an amazing deal where you paid 10$ for unlimited plays on select games, usually racing, rhythm, and other games without tickets. There was a particular racing game that had a gear shift which I loved, I would come just to play that game for an hour and then leave. I showed up today and they took that game off the deal, it now costs $2-3 per play. The staff were nice and refunded me, but I can no longer in good faith recommend this establishment to anyone.

I liked this place, but the claw games are a total scam. The owner sets the machine to use full strength when grabbing the prize and then lowers strength so the item falls out of the claw. We were here for a birthday party when my 7 year old spent $30, mistakenly thinking her skill meant something. Ever since all this inflation nonsense started, suddenly it's nearly impossible to pick up anything in the claw machines. Good place to have fun and play games. As any prize style arcade most games are designed to make you lose so it takes some skill to win at most games. There are other games that are for pure entertainment like VR games. Bowling is expensive but if you have a bigger group it makes it cheaper as it is better to get a lane for a time frame vs per game and person.

Came here with a bunch of friends for my birthday. It was busy but we were still able to access everything we wanted to do no problem. Since the last time I was here there were so many crane machines added but that's my favorite part of round one! Since there is so much to do it never feels as busy as it is. I loved this place when it first opened. However, in the years following, it's been downhill, one thing after another. The quality of the claw machine prizes has dropped an unbelievable amount. The cost of the game vs the cost of the prize is expected to not be the same but it's just not even worth it anymore. I used to come here a lot. Recently, it has gotten less and less fun. They make you pay $100 dollars for a 'special card' for games that don't even work. You have to be 18 to play ping pong for some reason. I came with my girlfriend who is 18 but didn't have her id on her and they didn't let us play because they ?need a physical copy? of the adults id (she had a picture of it). Celebrates our daughters birthday here. Super clean bathrooms. Staff is very nice, helpful and pays attention to the crowd/ clients. We had my son?s birthday party at Round 1 Bowling and Arcade, and it was amazing! The all-included party package was perfect. Quite possibly the worst bowling alley I've ever been to. Not only was it not advertised anywhere that it was string bowling, It miscounts the score every other frame. Takes forever to reset the pins. will have zero pins on the lane and not reset. Paid for 60 mins of bowling and had to spend 15 of those mins resetting scores, resetting the pins. Will not be returning.

Probably the best place to play rhythm games in Michigan. The arcade techs are rhythm game fans so the cabinets are always in tip top shape. If you're in the area I definitely recommend stopping by to check it out.

I am not extremely satisfied with the services. They mostly disappeared except when I asked them to reload my game card. The games and acarde were amazing.

Some of the claw machines were difficult to get a handle on but after a while it was really fun and addicting, especially when you got the prize. Also the manager was super nice, we got one of the big tamagotchis but it was ripped at the seams so the manager gave us a smaller one for free. Lots of broken games that will take your credit but not function correctly. Half the staff is great, but the other half is very rude. Security picks and chooses who they want to enforce the rules upon. Food service is slow.

Great place to lose a few hours with the kids. It's super clean, staff is friendly and I feel like your money goes a long way. We usually just kill time in the arcade, but the bowling alley looks AWESOME!! We will definitely try it out one of these days. One of our favorite parts of the arcade is actually kind of hidden. They have a bunch of Capcom tabletop games in the back. It's 5 points a game. $40 goes a loooooooong way!!

It's so inappropriate to have these two young girls behind the food counter on the weekends with no help, if you're gonna be short staffed at least have a manager or something step in to help. Drunk people screaming at these girls who were literally working as fast as they can. People were waiting for over an HOUR for food and drinks but yall KNOW what the weekends is gonna be like so why is there no extra help from higher ups or anything like that? The experience was basic.... average kiddie fun and extreme prices. The food was OK. But there was a young man working the food checkout area and he was SO very professional and helpful. I mean, he was literally working the counter solo at one point....doing it all and stayed patient and polite! Most of the staff were pretty helpful.

The environment is amazing, and the amount of toys and different games is outstanding. Taking my son is a real blast and really fun for him and myself. I will say some of the machines are down at times and the others are finicky to require a single coin return for getting points. Some of the staff is great While others kind of don't care so if you prioritize the fun aspects and not the points then this immediately becomes a four.
