Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Glendale

Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Glendale

Reviews Summary

Round 1 offers a mixed experience with many praising its diverse activities, Japanese claw machines, and helpful staff, particularly for arcade tips. Positive reviews highlight fun for all ages, clean facilities, and unique attractions like Spo-Cha and affordable treats. However, criticisms focus on high costs, rigged games, poor service (especially at bars), and strict policies (e.g., entry fees for non-playing adults). Some found party packages overpriced with slow service, while others enjoyed memorable celebrations. Clarity on pricing and better management could improve consistency.

Customer Reviews

It was a wonderful place for a date and I would suggest the games cause they bring them from Japan or something. Even better, I love the prices and the games are very fun. I would say the food is affordable and delicious, I love the tater tots and ice cream.

Richard was so nice to show my friend and I our way around the claw machines. His tips were really helpful, and we wound up going home with so many plushies thanks to him!

Fantastic spot. It makes Peter Piper look like a baby room, and Dave n busters look like a thing of the past.. but at the cost of your wallet. Yes, it's not cheap, I paid over 100$ last time I came and only left with a few plush definitely not worth the 100$, but we had a ton of fun and that's what matters. It's an elevated arcade, which is rare to find her in Phoenix, but be prepared to spend at least 100$ for an hour or two of good fun.

This place was amazing so much to do. So many games and claw machines. There's a snack bar, diner area, bowling, prizes area. Pretty big place go check it out.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was amazing! I love all the games they had and had so much fun doing karaoke! I have no idea what everyone is on about the prices and the claw machine? I personally thought the prices perfectly matched what they had to offer. As for the claw machines, it was our first time experiencing those kinds of machines. We had no idea what we were doing, but the employee saw us struggling and was kind enough to give us pointers and even reset the plushie to help us win! As the ni

The staff were all welcoming and friendly. There are a variety of games but the amount of credits per game is kind of high. The food prices and bar prices are reasonable with a great selection.

This place was great! We went with 3 of our 5 kids (2,4,13) and there was a lot to do for all ages. Lots of sports activities from basketball to pickleball, pedal carts to VR game rooms. The massage chairs at the ball pit was awesome ! Arcades and decent food. I really appreciated the 99 cent Ice Cream Cones. Entry was $29 per child for 180 minutes, however each child entry includes a free adult ticket. It was a great time and we will visit again soon!

Really fun place. We bowled for 60 min with 6 people and all ordered food and drinks there. We also loved their $1 cones for dessert! It was so much fun we ended up staying until midnight after planning to leave at 10! We ended up playing some basketball at the arcade and even won a huge stuffie from the claw machines. We really had fun. We're from the ages of 9 to 42 yrs old and had a blast and are already planning when to go back to just try the arcade next time! All in all we spent around $140-160 so tha

I've been coming to a Round1 since they were only located in Puente Hills, CA. They bring back what it was to be a true arcade. I'm glad they're more local to me now. Spo-Cha was awesome for a reasonable price you get to do everything in there. No hidden tack-on costs. Lots of fun sports courts and a free play arcade. It's well worth the money.

To say we had fun was a massive understatement. The facility is spotless, the atmosphere wonderful, the people working there are MAX courteous and pleasant, there's a plethora of fun things to do, roller derby, a free arcade, kids play area WITH FREE MASSAGE CHAIRS FOR THE PARENTS!! Various sports courts, a rodeo, batting cages, a VR room, trampolines, I'm pretty sure I'm missing like 50 other things, OH and there's an arcade downstairs ???? --- Update: THEY'RE OPEN 365 DAYS A YEAR, YES EVEN HOLIDAYS THIS I

THANK YOU to Samuel for providing us with such outstanding customer service! He was extremely kind, patient and very helpful with giving us tips and advice on how to use the claw machines. He made sure we were having the best time and trust me, WE DID! It was a blast once we got the hang of it and I was so excited we actually ended up winning 5 adorable plushies. It's totally worth it and so much fun but I can honestly say, we couldn't have done it without Samuel?s amazing help! We look forward to our next

This past Sunday, we decided to spend our family day at Round1 for the first time. We were there to play billiards, and it turned out to be a great experience! When we arrived, we headed to the second floor, thinking that we could purchase billiards tickets. However, we later found out that the second floor is dedicated to the unlimited package deals. If you're only interested in playing billiards, you'll need to get your playtime on the first floor, right next to the food area. The cost is $17 per hour, a

Amazing service, love the enthusiasm from all the workers and really appreciate the help from Michael Flores, he was really nice the entire time me and my friends were there. He was also very helpful, I'm happy to have met him. Me and my friends came here after our Graduation and we just wanted to say thank you to Michael for being such kind hearted person and best of lucks to him.

Was at round 1 today. Noticed a bunch of the claw machines, which were still on and had no out of order signage, had the lead for the sensor disconnected. This is the sensor that tells the game if you won or not. Kids wasting credits on machines they literally have no chance of winning. Terrible deceitful practices. The company should be ashamed of themselves.

This is our first time here. We enjoy the bowling with our grandkids. It's a big place, and the arcade has a huge variety of games. Also, they sell food.

I've visited this location multiple times and always have a great time ? it's a fun place to go! However, I was really disappointed to see that the AC has been out for two days, especially in this extreme Arizona heat. I felt terrible for the employees ? there were fans placed all over, but it clearly wasn't enough. The staff were visibly uncomfortable and sweating heavily. For how much customers are charged to play these games, it's unacceptable not to have working air conditioning. Please prioritize your

Crazy fun opening day. Employee offered my group a tour of the upstairs Spocha area which was loaded with basically all sorts of sports (even a mechanical bull). Very clean and bright areas. Arcade is a blast if you like anything Japanese. Tons of crane games (some easier than others), fighting games and rhythm games. Would recommend getting the app setup on your phone to manage your game card but you can use the express game card kiosks inside. Technology and experience much better than any Dave N Busters

Large selection of arcade options, including rhythm games, claw machines, and the traditional arcade machines. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. Arcade experience is quite pricey (given), but at least there is a decent selection of machines. Their app is nonfunctional however, and will not let you add cards. Bathrooms are clean and machines are relatively well kept.

We went to celebrate my partner?s birthday and we had so much fun!! We didn't have any luck on the claw games this time, but James provided great customer service to make up for it. James expedited our food order when the food ordering kiosk was not working. He professionally followed up with us afterwards and created a memorable birthday celebration today. Thanks James and Round 1!

Absolutely amazing experience! The games are really fun and clean, and there are claw machines from Japan that not only feel really fair, but also super rewarding to win! It certainly feels MUCH more skill based, rather than hinged totally on luck. Definitely the #1 place on my list to spend a paycheck. I'd specifically like to mention Kate for being so awesome and sharing some sweet tips that changed how I play at the machines ??

Reserved this place for 3 hours for our work party. Made us wait for 45 minutes to set up eating into our reserved time. They only had tea and lemonade for drinks not like the pictures they advertise with soda etc... Wings were burnt and pizza was under cooked. No utensils... it was terrible. Definitely would not reserve this place again nor would I recommend it to any other business we associate with.

Had a really good time at the Arcade! The first foor is mostly arcade and claw games, with an area for food and a bar tucked away in the corner, and the top floor is more "full body" games like pool, trampolines, batting, a mechanical bull, and so on. The staff was really friendly, and the price was pretty standard (probably better than Dave and Busters). We went on a Friday afternoon, so I can't say how busy it gets on the weekends.

Lots to do, expenses add up as there is no option to combine activities for one price. Some of the activities were not available or open. 3 billiards, a few bowling lanes, and the other activities are compact - I can see a long wait and crowded when this place gains more attention or during the weekend. For the food, I think your options are better with what's provided in the Arrowhead area. Overall, I think the experience is great but it's a place I see myself going to maybe a few times a year and that'

I took my girlfriend here during the late hours, around 10pm and on a weekday. Thr timing was perfect as the arcade was mostly quiet! There was 1 worker here, named Tony who was a super chill guy to talk with. He helped us with some of the claw machines and overall was a joy to cross paths with. Very friendly place, will come back again

I was so excited to hear that a new Round 1 was opening here in Phoenix! I've been eagerly awaiting its opening all year. I went 2 days after the opening. Its a good sized space: I only tried the arcade, crane games, and billards. I'd like to try the Spo-Cha, bowling and food next time. The arcade has a wide variety and the prizes offered are very reasonable for their ticket prices. I will say the service was overwhelmed, but I think they will improve as time goes by. The prices are good for what they offer

We had a great time there. We had a party planned for 10 . It was a birthday, graduation and Farwell to the navy. We did make reservations. The a/c must not had been working cause it was extremely uncomfortable. The service was ok, mediocre at best.. they tried. But we didn't get our pitchers of drinks until about 35min in. They never told us we had free refills so we babysat and were extremely spareing on the drinks. We had about 35min left of our 2 hours and we hadn't gotten our food. I had to go to

Love going here! This specific sunday Awan and His manager on sunday pm really made our night less stressful by helping us out with any complications or misunderstanding love the staff !

My favorite place in Phoenix! I absolutely LOVE coming here, when I want to have fun this is the place I frequent. I always leave with arms full of plushies and sometimes figures, great for anime fans like myself to win some awesome figures. I've never won so many plushies anywhere else, this place puts any other arcade to shame and the staff are just as awesome! They're always so nice and seem like they really like being here! They dont make you feel like just another customer by any means, it feels good t

I LOVE this place! I personally have only ever come here for the prize games, so I don't have any opinions on the rest of the facility. Me and my girlfriend come here every now and then because we love the prizes, and we love how much fun it is to win them! The staff are really helpful (most of the time) and will show you or even help you to win on most of the machines, you just have to ask nicely. This time around, we met the supervisor, Long, who even put the big Pochita plush into a machine for us to win

It's great for teens that wanna get high in the restroom fyi if your kid is trying to be dropped off with friends there going to smoke with friends. not for families with 6 and under they can only get in the jungle gym there rulse have changed drastically check out KTR they have alot more things going on that is hands on for all ages

I would never recommend hosting a party at Round1. My friend paid $600 for a birthday party, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. My friend?s elderly parents came to the party to simply sing ?Happy Birthday? to their grandson. They weren't eating, playing games, or taking up any extra space. However, an employee?an Asian gentleman?came into the party room and told us they needed to leave or we'd be charged full price for their presence. This happened only 20 minutes after they arrived. He insiste

On the top floor there are several fun activities kept clean and managed well. A bit pricy, but overall a really fun indoor activity place. There is a skate rink, digital game, arcade, playground, batting cage, bull ride, soccer section, basketball court, and many other sport sections. They are all well kept and extremely fun. The trampoline section has a lot of rules that make the kids dislike it, but otherwise, everything was enjoyable and wore everyone out. Highly recommend if you want to spend the money

Round 1 Arcade is located in the Arrowhead Towne Center. This arcade features arcade machines, bowling, mechanical bull, roller rink, volleyball, batting cages, trampolines, play place, badminton, soccer, dodgeball, karaoke, billiards, ping pong, food court, party rooms, and more! A lot of the machines are imported from Japan and have an amazing winning chance! There is so much to do at this arcade. Highly recommend going to this arcade!

We decided to come here for bowling. First off, nobody knows what is going on and it feels like a bunch of robots are working. They charge for ?VIP? lanes, which are the first 4 out of 8 lanes. If you don't pay the extra fee, you have to wait for lanes 4-8 to open. Nobody paid for VIP so we were all crammed into the 4 lanes, instead of spreading us out. Make that make sense. The AC was broken, with no warning, in the middle of summer. We bought some drinks but asked for a pitcher of water?they charged us $

My grandson wanted to go there because he likes claw machines. We normally do well at Dave & Buster?s. We had zero luck there. Spent a tremendous amount of money. We also ordered food, there were three of us and we had nothing special but it was over $70. They charge you $.65 for ranch as you can see in the pictures there was hardly any ranch in the cups. The games are expensive. I will try to encourage him to pick Dave & Buster?s next time. I still have a great time with my grandson, even though the place

Went to my nephews birthday here. My sister paid for their most expensive all inclusive birthday package. (Close to $800 after everything) It was a rip off. The only games you can play have to be blue or green which leaves you with about 10 games to play total. We ordered the birthday food at around 2:45-2:50 and didn't get it till almost 4. Then when we went bowling it was so packed and crowded and the lane next to us was throwing multiple balls down their lane, our lane, and at people. Instead of kicking

Finally in arizona and finally getting a closer location to eastside in chandler later this year hopefully. Always fun with the Japanese claw machines and decent food. The supervisor named Long was so helpful and was there to assist if there were any issues with the games.

Too expensive to play the games downstairs and the ?prize center? didn't have a good variety and costed a lot of tickets. The all you can play area upstairs is great, if the free games worked. The sports area are well kept and had the right equipment available. Most of the free arcade games were broken but still open to play, which was pointless when you can't shoot at the target, or under maintenance with no ?out of order signage?.

We came for the first time, friends and I. We had the best time ever. Sabrina and Richard left the nest impression on us. They were beyond great. Sabrina managed to upsell us on food to get lanyards and Richard got us to spend more money on the claw games lol. Seriously the best time we ever had.

This security guard was very rude and unprofessional with my autistic child he kept following him around and called security because he was playing on the air hockey table and got excited said he was being to loud im sorry I thought this was a family friendly kids place to have fun and enjoy I was very offended and disappointed by his lack of communication as Allied universal security professional I have always had high hopes for this company but they should train the guards that work facility like this or

This place has a ton of games and I can see the draw, but we went for the bowling and were disappointed. The lanes were nice, but the lanes and balls were so heavily oiled, you literally could not get a spin on your ball. And this is going to sound petty, but the 3 loud dings followed by an announcement of which # food order was ready (with the announcers mouth way too close to the mic) over and over and over the whole time you bowled was extremely annoying.

Round1 is a great place and has alot to do while there. I went with some friends all we all had a awesome time, especially upstairs. The food there is amazing as well and worth the wait. Shootout to Isreal cause he's a really cool and chill guy and makes coming back every time worth it!

Very fun! Has lots of japanese imported rhythm games. Got a good haul. These are the best machines to get items from if you're good at rhythm games (besides the seal one lol)

Very expensive. We opted in to the VIP immersive lane experience for bowling and you could hardly even tell a difference on the floor. Disappointing compared to what was advertised. Also spent half of the hour we bought waiting in line for drinks. It's absurd they have no wait staff for drinks or food at the bowling alley with those prices. Gave 2 stars because the arcade is very big and great variety of games.

Very fun and lively place. One of the employees Michael F really helped me out when a pipe game was messing up, and was a pleasure to talk to. I ended up not leaving empty-handed thanks to him. Thanks!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! A real money grab operation! All the games are rigged. WASTE OF MONEY!!! I have better luck at chuck e cheese than this place. Manager dosnt speak good english. Basically kids run the whole place. Birthday party events are terrible here. Very small room and pricey. Go else where for real fun unless you have money to throw away!

Great games. Used to always stop by the one in Tucson. Glad there's a location in the PHX area now. I ALWAYS leave with a prize. It's not rigged? Some reviews claim they are, but they're just sore losers tbh?. I have a boatload of plushies I've won (attached photo is from ONE session). It's a skill issue lol. There are videos online that show tips on different types of machines & Workers will write hints on a piece of paper taped to the machines themselves. Beware for families: It DOES get pricey. Prepar

This is my fourth PS5 I've gotten here! It's very easy. You can come here to have fun.

I've been to Round 1 a few times now, for bowling and arcade. Now I've got some things to say: First off, front reception should be friendlier and greet you properly with a ?welcome to round 1? and look less like they hate their job with every ounce of their being. 2, EDUCATION. This makes me so annoyed because I ended up spending so much more money than I needed to. The employees NEED to be educating you on the green cards, the credits, and the prices. They do a very minimal job of telling you what to buy

I swear some people complain for the sake of complaining. This place is GREAT. I have highly recommended it to everyone I know. I've been a few times now and will continue to go. They just opened recently so it'll take some time for them to get into the swing of things. Last time I went I ordered chicken tenders and tots. Took them an hour to get them to me but I understand how swamped they are and they might not have the staff capacity to be efficient quite yet. The soda machine wasn't working which was a

my son and I literally had a blast at this place. The prices weren't that bad and we played games for a whole hour and only paid about 30 bucks. That was really good. I definitely will be going back there and they have a little bit of everything for everyone!! Highly recommend checking this place out ????

I've won several plushies here and I'm no pro!! The staff are super helpful if you ask for advice or for them to reset the position of the plushy at the claw machine. The supervisor Long especially was helpful when we asked for explanations on the different types of machines. For sure expect to spend a bit of money at first, but when you learn the double tap method and get a feel for the machines you'll win some for sure!! Second time and definitely not the last!

went here on a date and the place is great. clean for the most part and not as pricey honestly. except the prizes for you're winning tickets is insane. 200 tickets for two starbursts. i won 12 tickets doing one basketball game and i killed that tbh. so that just shows the ratio. a lot to choose from but took off two stars almost three bc the employees here are absolutely terrible. constant eye rolls for having to do their job. all of them look like they're counting down the seconds to leave and it shows. it

I agree with a lot of the negative posts this place is nothing but a major money grab the claw machines are a major rip off all LOOSE. YOU COULDN'T WIN A PRIZE EVEN IF YOU WERE THE BEST AT IT. Got one drink at the bar $12 they charged extra fees for who knows what to my card when I checked my bank.bought 2 $70 game cards and was charged $160. I will be going to Dave & Buster's from now on Last but not least the placed smelled strong of cheap cleaning supplies

This could be good if they had better service. Bar is never manned, staff looks at you and walks away. Eventually a manager will show up to serve you but you've wasted your bowling time waiting. Won't be back. Refused to accept my husband?s UK license for a drink when he is clearly over the age.

Not my favorite bowling alley. You pay for an hour instead of by game, so you may not finish your game. To make it worse, they stopped our play to do some "contest" which didn't make sense and had no value (no prize, no clear goal) it just took a few minutes from us, so we didn't get to finish our game. If you want to bowl, go somewhere else.

Had a wonderful time with friends from out of town. Not just a kids place, all people are welcome. Long and Nicole were very helpful and so kind. If there is an issue with a machine they will come fix it right away and even set it up for you to win. Great time and very worth it!

I enjoy taking my granddaughters here, we been there 4 times in the last 2 months. I don't enjoy having to pay an entry fee for myself, when I don't do anything but watch over my girls. They don't do that at Rush Fun Park, where I also take my girls. They charge for socks each time, so now we have multiple pairs of socks, they don't do that at Rush, either; just ask the you wear their brand of socks. I have been very disappointed in their snack bar, each time we've been there. Servers are like snails, I've

I was cut off by Manager Lyndsay after having 2 pints of Bud light. I came with my son and was having a good time. It was 30 minutes since I even had my last pint. They discriminate here and Lyndsay refused to give me any information on how I could file a complaint. very unprofessional don't waste your money here. There are better places that don't cut you off after 32oz of beer. I will not be back unless I receive some compensation for this horrible experience.

Love coming here, the 1 hour unlimited pass is great & the bar isn't too shabby. Great service by the Manager James also!

My gf and I love this place. It's true it's a bit more expensive than others but the prizes are awesome. We always leave with a huge haul of plushies and figurines. Also have to shout out Tristian who has been extremely helpful on multiple different occasions. The food is surprisingly good as well I was very impressed with the pizza. My only complaint on this most recent visit is they seem to have placed a limit on alcohol which is a bit unusual. We had 1 shot and 2 beers and were cutoff due to a 3 drink li

1 star because the AC is broken at this Round1. We were dripping sweat and this is so unsafe for the employees. AC completely broken?Which is actually illegal in the state of Arizona especially in the middle of the summer, if any employees work here totally encourage you to file a complaint with the EOC. NOT A FAN IN SIGHT.

Nice big arcade but EXTREMELY expensive and out of $260 my kids only won a small prize. D&B is a better deal for the $$$ to prize ratio imo.

I would not recommend coming here. This place is very expensive. I came here for a birthday party for my sons classmate. They would not let me join my son up stairs unless I paid to enter. They told me to sit down stairs and wait at the bar. I told them I am not here to play just to be part of the party they refused to let me go. So I came down stairs at the bar. 2 bartenders working. I asked if they can put on the cardinals she said she can't. I order a coke because I don't alcohol. And it's been 20 mins

Review is for the ?sports place? upstairs. This place is not worth the money. Half of the stuff they charge for is not actually open/working. Anything that was available I can't imagine you could do it all if there was more people. We came on a Wednesday during the day. They had three go carts for the whole place. Kids place not even built.

The 1 hour cards are rip offs. Paid card games over charge. They don't let you play 90% games. Delay times so you can't game too fast. Management staff is hostile/ unfriendly.

Whenever my friends and I come to Round 1, it's always a super rewarding and fun experience! The claw machines there are reasonable and the plushies there are super adorable. They always have new selections of plushies you can get. This time, we had a bit of trouble with some of the machines. One of the staff members, Kate, gave us extremely helpful advices about how we can go about the claw machines. It made our experience so much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much Kate and to all the other st

We haven't gotten to actually play around in the place, but we do plan to return. We walked thru the place and it has soo many things to offer...billiards, bowling, roller rink, batting cage, trampoline section, a section upstairs has the option to pay a set amount to play any of the games in that area, so we plan to go back and visit there as well.

Horrible! A total waste of money. Literally spent $50 to win a stupid little keychain. Initially I considered having my son?s birthday here. However after spending money and not winning anything you chose to spend my hundreds of dollars somewhere else. Like, Fat Cats, Uptown Alley, or Dave and. Busters. I hope they go out of business. Why spend money of you don't win anything? It's rigged. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Our family will never waste Another dollar here.

The staff here has been amazing. I want to give a shout out to yuki, who is very kind. And a huge shoutout to Tristan, he was extremely kind and supportive in helping me pick the right time and going above and beyond to help me make my daughter?s birthday a special one. Tristan if you see this just know your kindness was greatly appreciated.

This place has it all! If you haven't been it is a must ! This place is like Main Event but Round 1 Ate their Vegetables!!! Friday and Saturday it can get pretty packed but it is still fun. Our last visit was Thursday around 3pm and we had the place pretty much to ourselves! The upper level has SPO-CHA which is a sporting area and arcade for a separate charge with or without time limit options. They offer great pricing for groups and some include food and drink options. We spend all of our time in the lo

First time here and it's amazing love the games and we're building our card with tickets and they don't expire I'm enjoying Mt to be with my kids and I'll be sure to come here again and recommend it to my friends and family

Finally the opening ???? of Round 1 in the Phoenix Area !! ????. Located in Glendale City inside the Arrowhead Mall Towne Center is this two story entertainment place for families or friends. This is a complete entertainment center with so many arcade games ??, a bowling alley ??, karaoke rooms ??, Billiards ??, Japanese claw machines??and Japanese rhythm machines (DJ & Dance). That's just the first floor. On the second floor they have more arcade games ??, batting cage ??, skating rink ??, a Kids play area

I wanted to book my kiddos birthday here because she couldn't make up her mind between a trampoline park or the usual PPP or Chuck E Cheese. This place combines those and some. I'll preface by saying that the kids had fun in the upstairs spocha area but we ended up just showing up as a large group vs booking a party. I called because I wanted to see if they had a ?non participating band? or option. Grandparents and other non participating adults would be attending if I held the party there and most places o

My Arcade is unfortunately strict and if you are at that place whether at the Arcade either level Bowling alley or play area, it's similar to a school and I'm a strict manager to keep everybody safe

All my children are young adults and we like to start a day at Round 1 bowling, then karaoke and lastly the arcade. They have small bites like nachos and good cocktails.

Had such a great time! The workers really want you to win and especially the manager Long. He helped us out multiple times, giving us strategies, and even allowing us a few free plays to increase our chances of winning. He seemed to really care that we had a good time rather than just watching us lose. All of our winnings from tonight!!

May need to take out a personal loan if you want to have fun. Game rooms ain?t like they used to be. Nice variety of games with snack bar, pool, air hockey, bowling etc although 50% of it is claw machines. Either way it's something new to do !

Huge arcade and fun for family.. 2 stories! Also if you're looking for a nice cool treat, check out their 99 cent ice cream.

Great spot to kill time and win some prizes! Really nice well kept games. Would recommend, they have so much to chose from each game is pay to play

Such a fun place! Bowling, basketball, bull riding, skating rink, and where you saw me the whole time winning a bunch of stuff, a huge crane section! Kept my arcade card to save my tickets because there prizes are amazing but you need ALOT of tickets! We will be back!

We had a blast! So much to do & they have great food!

The place is very fun, it has many games of all kinds; The prizes you receive in exchange are very high in score but they are worth it. Bowling is very entertaining and very dynamic. 10/10

Round1 was already expensive now they doubled the price of almost every prize item making playing for tickets make no sense. How are people supposed to win anything for their kids or their date? I'm also noticed that the crane game is now take even longer to win which we already were pretty bad with claw strength.

The new best arcade in town!! I went here for the arcade and had an unrelated medical problem that made it so I had to leave almost immediately after paying. I sent my partner to go see if we could get a refund on any of the money we had spent and they got a full refund. They didnt even have to explain the medical problems, the staff just saw an unhappy customer and refunded us, even on our food!! This has made me feel safe with Round 1 and I absolutely want to come back when I am feeling better!!! Other

My favorite place right now ! Absolutely love the claw machine/ ufo catcher prizes! The Manager Long is super kind and very helpful! He helped me win some figures which was awesome! He really made the experience 10x better!! THANK YOU LONG YOU'RE THE BEST !! ??

Brought two teenagers they had a blast. Clean, fun and everyone very helpful. Highly recommend for something fun to do.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
