Customer Reviews

Great prices great location and great customer service. You guys truly made our vacation memorable. Thank you so much.

I recently visited Round 1 in Albuquerque and wanted to share some feedback to help improve the experience. While the staff was generally available and easy to find, I noticed a few areas where there could be improvement. For instance, we found a large open pocket knife on the ground and turned it in, but the staff seemed to overlook the concern, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Another area that could use some attention is cleanliness. The floors were quite dirty, and there were no trash cans in the commo

Long gone are the days where an arcade is packed? except at Round1. The cards are a little pricey to activate ($2) especially since they probably cost pennies. The games prices are to be expected for a large arcade.

good deals! very attentive / great customer service! while our car was getting maintenance, we walked across the street to get some food & drinks! definitely will be back for arcade games & some bowling!

Had a great time! Lots of claw machines and games to play. All sorts of activities including a bowling alley. Only giving 4 stars because there was an issue with recharging our game card. But the staff were very helpful with solving the problem. Will return again and recommend!

Had an awesome time with my family. The staff were really nice and surprised us with free bowling. The food server was really nice and very helpful. Would revisit on my next trip to NM

Visited Albuquerque for 3 days and this was recommended as a ?to do? and to be honest I do not see why. We played one game of bowling and it was over $38 after shoe rental. We paid $22 for 2 beers (canned/bottled) just for the bartender to pour them in a solo cup and over bubble them. We had to show our ID before even entering the building and then again upon buying the drink, why are we being carded going into what is supposed to be a family establishment - annoying. Upon getting to our lane for bowling it

Fun, some of the games are out of order but it is ok.

I've been here 3 different times over the years. And I am super disappointed. I am a restaurant and bar manager currently, been running as a manager for close to 10 years. I have not experience service like this in a very long time. We weren't aloud to do split payments nor take our drinks to our table. And when my husband asked me to buy him a drink (he is 40) the bar tender was on break and I wasn't allowed to get any kind of alcoholic beverage until he was back for break when we aren't planning to stay l

I enjoy coming here. The games are fun, but the claw machines are primarily rigged/pay-out based (as to be expected). Staff is nowhere to be seen when you need them. The overall place looks unclean. Prizes are cool.

Although we didn't participate in any of the offerings, I must say it would be a wonderful place for kids of a certain age and for those who enjpy the gaming atmosphere similar to that of casinos...such as flashing lights and the call for your money! ????

1/2022: RECOMMEND, but 3.5 stars if possible due to 2 details: If possible, go during the WEEKDAY for Unlimited bowl until 5pm for $11.99. I've hurt my arms & shoulders from bowling way too many games during this inexpensive time and improved my bowling scores. (Thank you Round 1). I've enjoyed going to Round 1 to relax and enjoy the oversized Pac-man game and bowl some stress away. I have not tried the food nor drinks there because I just go in to play games. Mostly clean, spacious and social distanc

One of the few places for late night social activities, and is age restricted after 10. I'm 20, but I believe it's unfair to people looking for a fun time. Its unnecessary to have such a strict age restriction, especially for a place that feels like a sticky ball pit.

Awesome spot to bring the family! Pizza is great! Staff is amazing! If you visit Albuquerque, this is a place you gotta stop by!

1st time coming here brought my family here to play some games and hang out. Din I want to say his name was (sorry if I got it wrong) was very helpful on getting me a card and sold me a deal to get more credits and even told me about the promotion keychain they had. So right off the bat his customer service made the experience better. They have alot of claw games from Japan, ticket games, racing games, bowling, a food place, and other services. I'll be coming back or checking out another location when I g

My wife and I love claw games. This is hands down the worst/most rigged claws we have ever seen. Zero grip on any of the machines. Can't even lift the smallest prizes up at all. Not even a once off the play floor. Tied 20+ machines. Save your money this place sucks

Always fun and always a blast to come here. My kid and my wife always have so much fun here.

Decent food , lots of food options. From burgers ,tenders, wings, ramen too. Many alcoholic beverages. But the food side closed at 9:30pm due to short staffing. Literally only two people on food side . The bar closed for an hour and half also due to short staffing. Crazy how much money the place makes bc it is highly priced. So why can't they higher more employees?? To man the place bc it is very big.

We went here to celebrate with our kids, most of the games were too hard for the kids to play. We've been here in the past and we're able to walk away with some prizes, but this time we left with nothing.

If I didn't have responsibilities I'd try to be here all the time lol

Arrived at 11:10, but was denied entry bc I'm not 21, but over 18. Mind you their age cutoff at 12 am is 21 and at 10 pm is 18 soooo they need to update their signs.

A poor excuse for a Main Event or Dave and Buster's wannabe. Nothing about this place says Family Fun. The "Immersive Bowling Experience" - if it was working - is NOT worth the extra cost. Don't waste your time here. Go to DnB or Main Event.

It's a fun place to hang out with your friends, wish there was more employees that had access to the claw machines (kind sucks that you have to wait for one or two employees to open it for you). Other than that, I do enjoy coming here.

Cool place for kids to hang out! A lil pricey for more than one child! Plenty of adventure for even adults! Colorful atmosphere!

Needs better bartenders and food. So many claw machines with all the same prices. GETS BORING REAL QUICK

Was better before, more game options that weren't crane games or ticket winners. Sometimes you just want to play games to play them.

Great place! Happy New Year everyone!

Clean, mostly well run arcade and bowling alley. Cheap food subsidized by somewhat expensive gameplay costs. Good game variety, and things seem well maintained. 3 star rating is for the ticket payout for prizes. Certain games, like the ones where you push the coins over the edge, have lower ticket payouts that anywhere else that I have seen those same games. You don't get as many plays for the money you put in either. Strong meh on that front.

Came upon this place walking around Coronado Center as I hadn't been there in a couple of years. What a surprise! I love arcades, and this one blew my mind. A lot of the games are the Japanese versions which is amazing to find, especially in The Land of Enchantment. I love claw machines(the more challenging the better), and this place has TONS of them. I purchased a $40 card and after a few arcade tries I went to try a claw. After about 10 tries my card ran out of money, and I went to go re-load it. Whi

Tons of games of many varieties. Bowling. Pool. Snack bar. Pretty much everything you need

This place was pretty chill. Reminded me of that place called Main Event--without the laser tag. Didn't have any bike racks so we had to get creative locking our bikes together around the big pillar outside(see picture). Prices aren't too bad, wish they had specials for certain nights. Love that they serve pitchers! They had Santa Fe's 7K on tap too. Paul and Dinh(sp?) were really cool too. The downside to the place is that it kinda felt like we were being chaperoned at a field trip or something. Lots of p

This was a nice place to go with little ones. So many games to play, they have bowling and they have a food court. Kids can also claim tickets for prizes. It's pricey but for 45 dollars I got both of my kiddos into probably 12 plus games. It's was nice and I recommend it.

Wonderful arcade!! We love visiting here. HUGE arcade with some of the best games available! Everything from pinball to bowling. They offer some of the best fun we have had in NM. Very affordable for the amount of options . The prize room has some great options and we have always left with a smile on our faces. It is also very convenient to just about every store and restaurant you could think of. This is a must try if your in the area!

great place! always have fun. Got ripped off on my bowling because the lane had a malfunction and we were charged for an hour but they took 15 min to repair the lane twice and nothing was done about it, it was an expensive hour for them not give us at least the 15 min back. other than that, drinks are good, pool great, snacks good, love the bowling

Great place and lots of fun for the family. A can't miss spots for bowling and the kids anytime.

Staff was very helpful when issues arose with a machine malfunction. What felt like bad luck turned into good luck with them going the extra mile for us.

Pool tables, bowling, arcade games and drinks. Pretty good idea. However. Not telling customers there is a 3 beer limit prior is pretty backwards. So we left and continued our billiards and beer at a totally different establishment.

A lot of crane and rhythm games. Prizes are decent and unique. Ticket prizes take a while to be restocked. Edit: Prize area is terrible there are 4 employees and 2 cashier tills only no one acknowledged me for 10 mins this happened 3 times. Thats when I had to change this review. One employee walked past me too.

Drove 30 minutes to get to Round One. It was only 10pm and they wouldn't let us in because two of the people didn't have their IDs. Not gonna leave the people I come with behind and go in alone just because I am the only one with an ID. Ridiculous? And one of them had a picture of their ID and they couldn't take that either. We went to Dave and Busters instead because they don't have these dumb rules? Like is a child going to need an ID if their parents have to show theirs? Wouldn't recommend.

Tons of games to choose from. Nice bowling area with good food.

Great place bowling great but one of the workers took mh card and took off so it give it a 4.8

Love coming to play games! Such great deals on drinks and food also! Bowling was so much fun!

After checking prices on the website, I brought my family here on a Wednesday. They charged Friday prices, which were higher, and refused to rent a lane for two hours at the flat price, instead charging the per- person price, which was higher. It was clean and the staff were lovely, but I don't enjoy the dishonest business practices. Also they use string pinsetting, which leads to lower scores.

This had games for everyone. The kids loved it and were fun. Nice combination of different things.

Saw they had new games and the VR headset games were super fun. Plenty fo staff willing to help.

Claw machines are a blast and the bowling is fun. Has different game modes for bowling and the bowling balls are easy to fit to each person. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had a great date night.

It's fun for the whole family. I love this place go at least twice a month

Expensive. Mostly gambling games for kids. Why is it a trend now with places with no mirrors. Yeah we guys like to check ourselves on occasion. Also no paper towel. Just those stupid blow-dryers. No you're not trying to be green. Just laziness and cost savings.

My girls had fun playing here. There were quite a few games that were "out of order" & the snack bar was closed but there were associates working on the equipment & they did have their new hours posted for the snack bar upon entering the building. I'd have to say that it'd be a fun time returning again!

We went to do Karaoke, and room 1 was unavailable. They said to let them know if we had issues with the mics. We did. We specifically go to sing with each other, not for each other. But one mic would stop working 5 seconds into the song. The manager came in, and the mic worked for probably a whole minute. Then he left, and it stopped. So I went back to the desk, and the guy said they always have a problem with that mic. And they don't have any extras. I told them when it first went out we didn't want to wat

Fun place to play games. Bowling area was a lot of fun. You can order food in their food court area. The pizza was great and cheese nacho. Great place to take your whole family for hours of entertainment. It can be pricey but worth the fun. Only thing I would change is to make it less noisy. Weekends are packed with kids and people of all ages.

Everything is well organized and neat, lots of games, extra bonus is they have enough space from one another!!!

If you don't mind sinking in a couple hundred bucks, then it's a fun place! The claw machines are all missing rubber caps on the claws. Arcade machines were pretty fun. We did go bowling but if that's all you are going for I highly recommend a cheaper option.

At first we tried going here a few times and had mixed feelings, BUT since its been growing popular wise and new or old kept employees have made me come on and rate that I give a 5 star ? 99 cent ice cream, bowling, ITS OPEN LATE, Its becoming a main attraction in ABQ/Coronado Mall I am rating considering our awesome experience recently with bowling the bar and the arcade, specifically we loved crane game's and get prizes now!! Check the machines and videos for tips. We highly suggested fixing the crane mac

Would be 5 stars but they were out of everything!! Booze, food, bags, everything!!!! Who does the ordering here??

Great place with crane machines, pinball, purikura, bowling, karaoke and modern as well as retro video games! It's a blast!

Very fun place got all kinds of stuff to do One of their games has my car as well so +10 from me

Great place to have fun, I won a lot of teddies on the machine even the figures of Dragon Ball, Naruto and one piece :D. The boots for the walking dead and house of dead are so amazing need to try.

Could be cleaner but over all pretty fun place!

It was really fun. Only issue I wish they would fix is the karaoke room. I wish you can reserve it. Besides that, everything else is a lot of fun

$10 for an hour if unlimited arcade play, including pinball, racers, fighters, and more. An awesome way to let the kids have fun on their own while you have some fun too!

An expensive item from the prize store just didn't even work when we opened it at home. We brought it back and they said that they are not responsible if the items work in their store and wouldn't exchange it for a working one. We have spent thousands of dollars here over the past few years. Really disappointing.

Awesome place. Fun bowling, decent food and snacks, fun arcade games. My girlfriend and I went out with my Sister and her boyfriend for her birthday and we had a blast. Meat lovers pizza was really good and $1 ice cream? Who does that?

Really neat place to take the kids for family time or just dump them off with $30 for a little over an hour (with an older sibling, I am not a monster!??). Oh and cards are reloadable and the hold the tickets you won too. They have bowling, billiard tables, darts, and tons of different types of arcade games. I highly recommend checking them out in person or online. Either it was a blast!!

Bowling was a 2 hour wait and they did not notify us our lane was ready but waited for us to check up on our reservation.

Took my daughter here on her birthday. She had been asking to go a few times. I was happy to get the chance to finally take her. The place looked clean and was a little busy. I thought that as much money as you have to spend just for a small amount would get you somewhere. NO. Spent $50 + just to get started and then when she started playing we realized that you don't get jack for 50 bucks. Unlike other places, 1 credit is none existent. It's like 9 and up for one try. And that's how they get their

The bowling area starts at 11 am, but they are nice with kids, they have shoes and all the equipment for they to have fun.

Lots of things to do, bowling, arcade, pool, etc, also some pretty alright food incase you get hungry

A fun place to hangout with the kids and adults ??

Fun place! I'll take my Grandson when he visits! He saved his card and points for next time.

Our first time visiting and we will not be back. Why have that many people working and no one greeting you when you first walk in to help you. When you ask a staff a question it's like you are bothering them. Security guard playing and talking on her phone. I wasn't happy to waste my family time driving all the way from Rio Rancho to support another business. Plus to start my birthday week off like this wasn't acceptable. All I got was sorry and a staff was crying. Train them right or step down from b

The customer service and food could have been much better for as much money as we paid to have our graduates have fun. It was also disappointing to not be able to extend our time or rent another table like a regular pool hall. The kids didn't understand when there were empty tables on both sides of us for over 30 mins. Only plus was the $1.00 ice cream.

Always my go to spot for a quick date night! The ice cream is to die for and the games are absolutely too cute and entertaining. I lost my phone a couple of days ago and it was quickly recovered by staff and they properly handled the situation making sure I was able to unlock the phone and etc. 10/10 would recommend.

So much fun for all ages and you actually can win at the games and get prizes

I love coming here for all the great activities it has to offer but especially for karaoke!!! That why I was kinda disappointed one of their speakers were broken in one of the party rooms the last time I went :( hopefully they replaced it by now. people need to be more respectful of their property.

I was kicked out by some pimple faced manager on some absurd 2024 power trip for having my own bowling ball. This kid was stuttering, unprofessional, and very timid telling me my officially licensed brunswick bowling ball was custom, and not fit for their lanes. After multiple visits this was the first we'd experienced an issue. The child told us to leave in the middle of our 1st game. Why is my officially licensed ball with a non modified center weight "custom," what's really wrong with your Lans, and why

I hate leaving any negative reviews but for this I have to. The bar tender that made my cocktail was not sanitary at all. When preparing my cocktail she used her extremely long American flag finger nails to grab the limes and cherries out of the container. She did not use tongs nor did she have gloves on while making the drink. Bartender then used her finger nails to grab the lime out of my drink. At this point her entire hand and nails were inside my drink. I brought this to the bartenders attention and as

Bad experience here. Came to have fun. I'm out of state and never been to this place. The bartender guy was rude. Played games with my daughter. Then wanted to bowl. Stayed in a long line and was told by the guy that u gotta go in the other line for bowling not me I don't do that. So I went to the other line and got up to the front and the girl told oh u gotta be on the wait list to bowl. Ugh! Worst experience no sign or anything of lines or there's a wait list. Then top it off the guy with an eye patch and

I had went to around 1 today to go bowling, They put me on lane 1 and I played for a hour the whole time I played all I could smell was a strong smell of urine from the bathroom located on the other side of the wall and when someone would open the door a stronger smell came out it gave me a headache from smelling that. The place in general was clean but that bathroom definitely needs a good cleaning it's not sanitary to keep bathrooms smelling that bad in a enclosed building.

A good variety of machines! The folks are pretty nice too. The pump it up machine was VERY quiet though, which sucks since it's the only piu cab in the area :(

LOVE this place!!!! So much to do. It does get crowded, but they do have many things to do. They also have good food and bowling besides the arcades

A lot of different videos games. Even games you can dance to and get a workout . The staff are friendly and helpful . Bowling,.crane machines, zombie games and much more. You can play by yourself or with friends. You can earn prizes from points or tickets you get from the games . Definitely stop in here for some fun .

Excellent customer service I had the same cashier and Bartender, Justine did an excellent Job making my drinks and preparing our food! Wonderful person ask for her she'll take care of you!

Probably the best variety of arcade games in the region, including a lot of popular Japanese arcade games that unfortunately are untranslated. They have 2 DDR machines and a few other dance games, which, unfortunately are all next to each other so the music gets mixed badly. There is a good selection of shooting games, classic stuff like skeeball, fighting games etc. They also have TONS of crane games, karaoke, a small bowling alley and a snack bar. My biggest issue is their app is a dumpster fire that do

Update: the ACTUAL General Manager came out and spoke with me and completely rectified the situation. She was so sweet, and completely turned the day around. Thank you Kristina!!! Had the WORST experience with a manager at the bar. My friends and I had just gotten here and paid for an hour of bowling. We chose to get a drink to start our game, and the guy behind the bar who was filling in had no idea what he was doing and kept apologizing and saying he was just filling in. We order a tequila Red Bull, glas

Definitely a fun place to hang out with friends. I have tried the bowling, pool and played the claw machines. I haven't won anything yet but have watched someone win a Yoshi for me. ?? You can have a competition with another person with the variety of games. I try to come here at least once a month.

The place is clean and child friendly. One particular employee, Samuel, was so nice. He came over to our lane and explained how to operate the lane bumpers. Then, because the grandkids pushed the call button for help, unbeknownst to me, he came over again and politely told us he would disable that feature for us. I appreciated his politeness in every interaction we had with him. They also have special Ramps to help the kids with extra assistance. I highly recommend this place for fun, safe entertainment fo

Very friendly staff. Great please to have fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
