I recently visited Round 1 in Albuquerque and wanted to share some feedback to help improve the experience. While the staff was generally available and easy to find, I noticed a few areas where there could be improvement. For instance, we found a large open pocket knife on the ground and turned it in, but the staff seemed to overlook the concern, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Long gone are the days where an arcade is packed? except at Round1. The cards are a little pricey to activate ($2) especially since they probably cost pennies. The games prices are to be expected for a large arcade.

Had a great time! Lots of claw machines and games to play. All sorts of activities including a bowling alley. Only giving 4 stars because there was an issue with recharging our game card. But the staff were very helpful with solving the problem. Will return again and recommend!

Visited Albuquerque for 3 days and this was recommended as a ?to do? and to be honest I do not see why. We played one game of bowling and it was over $38 after shoe rental. We paid $22 for 2 beers (canned/bottled) just for the bartender to pour them in a solo cup and over bubble them. We had to show our ID before even entering the building and then again upon buying the drink, why are we being carded going into what is supposed to be a family establishment - annoying. I've been here 3 different times over the years. And I am super disappointed. I am a restaurant and bar manager currently, been running as a manager for close to 10 years. I have not experience service like this in a very long time. We weren't aloud to do split payments nor take our drinks to our table. And when my husband asked me to buy him a drink (he is 40) the bar tender was on break and I wasn't allowed to get any kind of alcoholic beverage until he was back for break when we aren't planning to stay l

I enjoy coming here. The games are fun, but the claw machines are primarily rigged/pay-out based (as to be expected). Staff is nowhere to be seen when you need them. The overall place looks unclean. Prizes are cool.

Although we didn't participate in any of the offerings, I must say it would be a wonderful place for kids of a certain age and for those who enjpy the gaming atmosphere similar to that of casinos...such as flashing lights and the call for your money! ????

1/2022: RECOMMEND, but 3.5 stars if possible due to 2 details: If possible, go during the WEEKDAY for Unlimited bowl until 5pm for $11.99. I've hurt my arms & shoulders from bowling way too many games during this inexpensive time and improved my bowling scores. (Thank you Round 1). One of the few places for late night social activities, and is age restricted after 10. I'm 20, but I believe it's unfair to people looking for a fun time. Its unnecessary to have such a strict age restriction, especially for a place that feels like a sticky ball pit.

1st time coming here brought my family here to play some games and hang out. My wife and I love claw games. This is hands down the worst/most rigged claws we have ever seen. Zero grip on any of the machines. Can't even lift the smallest prizes up at all. Not even a once off the play floor. Tied 20+ machines. Save your money this place sucks

Decent food , lots of food options. From burgers ,tenders, wings, ramen too. Many alcoholic beverages. But the food side closed at 9:30pm due to short staffing. Literally only two people on food side . The bar closed for an hour and half also due to short staffing. Crazy how much money the place makes bc it is highly priced. So why can't they higher more employees?? To man the place bc it is very big.

We went here to celebrate with our kids, most of the games were too hard for the kids to play. We've been here in the past and we're able to walk away with some prizes, but this time we left with nothing.

Arrived at 11:10, but was denied entry bc I'm not 21, but over 18. Mind you their age cutoff at 12 am is 21 and at 10 pm is 18 soooo they need to update their signs.

A poor excuse for a Main Event or Dave and Buster's wannabe. Nothing about this place says Family Fun. The "Immersive Bowling Experience" - if it was working - is NOT worth the extra cost. Don't waste your time here. Go to DnB or Main Event.

It's a fun place to hang out with your friends, wish there was more employees that had access to the claw machines (kind sucks that you have to wait for one or two employees to open it for you). Other than that, I do enjoy coming here.

Clean, mostly well run arcade and bowling alley. Cheap food subsidized by somewhat expensive gameplay costs. Good game variety, and things seem well maintained. 3 star rating is for the ticket payout for prizes. Certain games, like the ones where you push the coins over the edge, have lower ticket payouts that anywhere else that I have seen those same games. You don't get as many plays for the money you put in either. Strong meh on that front.

Came upon this place walking around Coronado Center as I hadn't been there in a couple of years. What a surprise! I love arcades, and this one blew my mind. This place was pretty chill. Reminded me of that place called Main Event--without the laser tag. Didn't have any bike racks so we had to get creative locking our bikes together around the big pillar outside(see picture). Prices aren't too bad, wish they had specials for certain nights. This was a nice place to go with little ones. So many games to play, they have bowling and they have a food court. Kids can also claim tickets for prizes. It's pricey but for 45 dollars I got both of my kiddos into probably 12 plus games. It's was nice and I recommend it.

Wonderful arcade!! We love visiting here. HUGE arcade with some of the best games available! Everything from pinball to bowling. They offer some of the best fun we have had in NM. Very affordable for the amount of options . The prize room has some great options and we have always left with a smile on our faces. Got ripped off on my bowling because the lane had a malfunction and we were charged for an hour but they took 15 min to repair the lane twice and nothing was done about it, it was an expensive hour for them not give us at least the 15 min back. other than that, drinks are good, pool great, snacks good, love the bowling

Staff was very helpful when issues arose with a machine malfunction. What felt like bad luck turned into good luck with them going the extra mile for us.

Pool tables, bowling, arcade games and drinks. Pretty good idea. However. Not telling customers there is a 3 beer limit prior is pretty backwards. So we left and continued our billiards and beer at a totally different establishment.

A lot of crane and rhythm games. Prizes are decent and unique. Ticket prizes take a while to be restocked. Edit: Prize area is terrible there are 4 employees and 2 cashier tills only no one acknowledged me for 10 mins this happened 3 times. Thats when I had to change this review. Drove 30 minutes to get to Round One. It was only 10pm and they wouldn't let us in because two of the people didn't have their IDs. Not gonna leave the people I come with behind and go in alone just because I am the only one with an ID. Ridiculous? And one of them had a picture of their ID and they couldn't take that either. We went to Dave and Busters instead because they don't have these dumb rules? Like is a child going to need an ID if their parents have to show theirs? Wouldn't recommend.

After checking prices on the website, I brought my family here on a Wednesday. They charged Friday prices, which were higher, and refused to rent a lane for two hours at the flat price, instead charging the per- person price, which was higher. It was clean and the staff were lovely, but I don't enjoy the dishonest business practices. Also they use string pinsetting, which leads to lower scores.

This had games for everyone. The kids loved it and were fun. Nice combination of different things.

Claw machines are a blast and the bowling is fun. Has different game modes for bowling and the bowling balls are easy to fit to each person. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had a great date night.

My girls had fun playing here. There were quite a few games that were "out of order" & the snack bar was closed but there were associates working on the equipment & they did have their new hours posted for the snack bar upon entering the building. We went to do Karaoke, and room 1 was unavailable. They said to let them know if we had issues with the mics. We did. We specifically go to sing with each other, not for each other. Fun place to play games. Bowling area was a lot of fun. You can order food in their food court area. The pizza was great and cheese nacho. Great place to take your whole family for hours of entertainment. It can be pricey but worth the fun. Only thing I would change is to make it less noisy. Weekends are packed with kids and people of all ages.

If you don't mind sinking in a couple hundred bucks, then it's a fun place! The claw machines are all missing rubber caps on the claws. Arcade machines were pretty fun. We did go bowling but if that's all you are going for I highly recommend a cheaper option.

An expensive item from the prize store just didn't even work when we opened it at home. We brought it back and they said that they are not responsible if the items work in their store and wouldn't exchange it for a working one. We have spent thousands of dollars here over the past few years. Really disappointing.

Really neat place to take the kids for family time or just dump them off with $30 for a little over an hour (with an older sibling, I am not a monster!??). The customer service and food could have been much better for as much money as we paid to have our graduates have fun. It was also disappointing to not be able to extend our time or rent another table like a regular pool hall. The kids didn't understand when there were empty tables on both sides of us for over 30 mins. Only plus was the $1.00 ice cream.

Always my go to spot for a quick date night! The ice cream is to die for and the games are absolutely too cute and entertaining. I lost my phone a couple of days ago and it was quickly recovered by staff and they properly handled the situation making sure I was able to unlock the phone and etc. 10/10 would recommend.

I was kicked out by some pimple faced manager on some absurd 2024 power trip for having my own bowling ball. When preparing my cocktail she used her extremely long American flag finger nails to grab the limes and cherries out of the container. I had went to around 1 today to go bowling, They put me on lane 1 and I played for a hour the whole time I played all I could smell was a strong smell of urine from the bathroom located on the other side of the wall and when someone would open the door a stronger smell came out it gave me a headache from smelling that. The place in general was clean but that bathroom definitely needs a good cleaning it's not sanitary to keep bathrooms smelling that bad in a enclosed building.

The place is clean and child friendly. One particular employee, Samuel, was so nice. He came over to our lane and explained how to operate the lane bumpers.
