Round1 Bowling & Arcade Burbank Town Center

Had an absolute blast at Round 1! The bowling lanes were top-notch, and the arcade games were endless and super fun. From classic arcade favorites to the latest VR experiences, there's something for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was surprisingly delicious. We ended up staying for hours, and I couldn't get enough of the excitement and competition. Definitely recommend Round 1 for a fun night out with friends or family. We'll be back for sure!

This location was great for me until yesterday. I have been bringing my daughter and a few of her friends in this arcade for her birthday for four years and they enjoyed it. But yesterday I was really disappointed and angry that we spent almost $600 just on the anrcade and none of the three kids won a single big prize, only a few small. Great 1st time experience. Jennifer was a great attendant before and during games. She is a life saver as there was an error on our game set up and she was able to correct it. Very helpful and attentive.

Usually I love going to round one. I thought it was the best arcade until this last time I went (2/21/25). I am 21 with a valid Real ID card, but I do look young for my age. I'm a huge fan of the wings. However, they get food orders wrong very often. A lot of their games are also often broken or just mess up and don't let you play after scanning your card. I celebrated my son's 17th birthday at this venue, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Caleb, was incredibly attentive. He checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. A few days before the party, the manager, Luis, called me to discuss all the details and answered any questions I had. First time here and we had a blast ! Located in the Burbank Town Center by the East Garage Public Parking near Third St. However, it's pricey if you're looking at the amount of credits pulled. They may charge up to 14 credits which is insane. Mostly 9 and 12s. If you pay $30 for 125 credits your credits will deplete in much less than an hour! Very nice Bowling But bathrooms need serious Attention! Womens bathroom was sticky and wet floors, unflushed toilets.Also they do not give us dicent grace period to put on shoes and settled. Good selection of games, but management is a mess. I wanted to purchase the timed unlimited play, but was told it may or may not work on a card with credits, and that no refund will be offered if it doesn't work. Why even offer it? There was no why to clear a card of credits (I had 0.6 credits), so I was forced to purchase a new one. After which I found that over half the non-ticketed arcade games didn't qualify for unlimited play, and the selection was extremely limited

Do NOT have a party here. Worst party experience. We purchased a party package for our daughter's birthday to celebrate with her class. Yesterday was the first time we visited, was recommended by my stepson. The whole family had fun, which it's hard to near impossible to achieve. The kids played video games, the parents enjoyed reminiscing and playing 90's games. Mom was happy witht the different food variety, and the $4 ?? wine selections. Well it's nice but a lot of the "games" were out of service. Mostly claw games and then the usual basketball shooting and other arcade games. Honestly came for bowling thinking it was a bigger alley but a 2-3 hour wait time at a 10-lane alley, I'll pass... Found this place by accident after walking around the mall. It has everything in place: arcade games, pool, bowling and a bar/food. Super fun with unique and old school arcade games plus the possibility of winning tickets to exchange for prizes. Booked a karaoke room for two hours. Spent 1:30 hours troubleshooting the issues. In the end it did not work. The workers were nice and promised us to be compensated but the manager lady was not helpful or friendly at all. She let us know there is no compensation and only a refund. We wasted our time and were not compensated. Will not be coming back.

Round 1 has a great concept except the customer service, which was absolutely terrible. I get it, your not passionate about your job and you don't want to be there at 10am but goodness the team members just want to make you go somewhere else. Just WOW. I wish we had this when I was a kid, but I love how they have such a variety of games from the 80s up to the present. Obviously it's a great place for kids, but it's also for adults. This is the first Round 1 that i have seen that has over a dozen empty claw machines, and no associate restocking them. The prize area was mostly empty, and stunk of weed. There was almost no one inside playing any games. It feels like it is on its last leg. I don't recommend going to this Round 1

March 29th. Saturday. I asked a Asian female worker to reset a machine and in an annoyed way said she was too busy. My friends told me they asked the same girl and that she reacted angrily when they asked her to reset a machine. An emotional and reactive person like that should not be working at round 1. I had no problems with two male workers that same night.

Such a cool extremely fun place with lots of gaming options. Pretty good layout considering the space at the burbank mall. Not as big as the okinawa location of course but this place is plenty enough to satisfy an 8 and a 7 yr old. The prize room is huge with lots of prizes ranging from 30 tickets on up. Dude. This place was going off. Reminds me of the arcades in Japan. So, many gacha and crane machines! Plenty of arcade games to use. There was a big dedicated area for big games line ddr, music related games, etc. A plus is the big bowling area that you can reserve. The overall atmosphere was good too. Went here on a date night. We had a good time but were disappointed and very surprised by the number of games that were out of order. We lost credits in two machines that didn't have balls in them. The staff is rude with attitude. There was a point where 3 customers won crane game prizes at once and all 3 customers couldn't find a single staff to get the item for us. They were all bunched up in one area and talking to each other. Be prepared to spend a bit, but! It's a very clean place, fun games, good bowling. And very importantly, I felt really safe here. Good prices, wasn't too busy on a Saturday when we went in. The only con was this was the second time we went where their karaoke room wasn't working/ available. They got claw machines (instead of the traditional pick-up-the-item most of the claw machines use, their claws push down the prize) , punch the bag, air hockey, basketball, etc. Cute prizes! Some points, from games like crossy road, load onto the card and you can rack up points to buy a prize from their little shop. They also have a small bar, bowling area, and food area. Horrible customer service by associate on the floor name Meg or whatever she said. She rudely told me to get off the chair, and as I stood up she sat on the chair i was sitting while pushing me to the side and started playing the game herself instead of doing her job. This is the customer service you provide will make me never return to this place again even though I spent so much money here today I will not want to return.
