We had fun here. We didn't bowl, but we did get lots of points and we had fun with friends. I liked the security checking bags for safety. They have a lot of claw machines and also some arcade games i haven't seen at other places. It's expensive but what isn't these days ??

Don't play here anymore, I've been coming here for years every Thursday and Sunday always playing all the crane machines for figures but lately the games seem rigged or messed up, staff is rude and my final straw was winning a crane machine but it got jammed for 1 minute with the prize and did the sound that I won but never moved, I explained what happened and bc it didn't go into the hole I have to try again.....clearly won that prize and want me to keep playing what if it does it again do I lose again? Time to bring out the child in us. Such a fun place, had a blast on my recent visit here. Had been there with two of my friends for almost 4 hours, and every minute and every penny we spent there worth it. Although our experience hit a rough patch due to one of the game techs who was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and condescending, Gabby and Danny immediately stepped in to handle the situation. If I could give negative stars, I would. We came to Round One to celebrate my daughter?s birthday, and the experience was an absolute disaster. Three machines broke on us in a row, stealing our points each time. Several others were outright out of order. After each failure, we reported it to the front desk ? by the third time, I was clearly frustrated and made a comment about "these damn machines" being broken. It's a pretty nice place, one of my favorites, to be honest, but this rating is meant to encourage them to improve their facilities. There were so many rides out of service, which made me sad. Customer service was very friendly in resolving my questions and issues.

While my sister was peacefully drinking her beverage, a woman?who appeared to be a manager?suddenly came out of nowhere and aggressively attacked her, forcibly grabbing the drink from her hands without saying a single word. Mostly crane games that have clearly been ?modified? to extraordinarily poor grip. After observing many groups for an hour, I've concluded there were an abnormally high number of players that would ?catch? a prize only for it to fall immediately. Statistically speaking, there should have been more than three winners out of the roughly 120 plays I witnessed. At an average of $3 per play, something is clearly wrong with this location and I can only surmise it is fraudulent in nature.

Really enjoyed coming out and using the timed card for a little fun for my child but they recently made it whereany of the machines no longer allow play so basically all of my kids favorites don't work.. pretty disappointing and will be out last visit due to the changes.

Fun place to go. Went last year during Christmas and absolutely sweeped the claw machines (although when I went back later that year, claw machines got harder, but maybe that's our fault). I forgot the worker's name, but he looked to be having fun every time we called him over because we had won a prize again. He was very helpful. Prizes are cool. Friend also lost her phone when I went during the summer and we were able to find it in the lost and found.

A young worker named Theo was absolutely so sweet and kind our whole time there. Any questions or help we needed, assitance was quick and friendly. We've been to this Round 1 only a few times but we always remember how kind Theo is.

Went here on Saturday night 3/1 and it was not busy but workers seemed annoyed when asked to open glass to get winning prizes. Grapevine location has a better vibe and friendlier staff. This location doesn't have that many cute plushies either

I come hear about every 2 Weeks and the staff are always there to help when you need them. There is multiple employees walking around and if you need assistance you don't need to go to the front counter and you can just stop an employee and they will gladly help you. I have been going here constantly for about 2 years and the service is wonderful and I never had any bad experiences. The arcade cabinets are in prestine condition and the rhythm game community at round1 arlington is really nice. I 100% recomme

Unfortunately we went to the ?Round1 in Arlington tonight they put us at a broken bowling machine #17 we had to call service over 5 times then wait after each bowl for them to reset the pins, or wait for two agents to walk behind the lane and fix it on my son?s birthday which is ridiculous! Next since we came in late I asked to speak to a manager to get our lane extended because it's not our fault that this place is not only under construction and, a big mess however;

Went for karaoke and it was terrible. The equipment barely worked, the sound quality was terrible, song selection was terrible and the rooms looked really old. This place is very dangerous for my wallet! I recently became obsessed with crane games, and this location has so many cute plushies and anime figures for their machine! I've been here twice, and both times I think the machines are more rigged compared to the Grapevine location. Typically, you win something after 6-8 tries, but here, I spent over $50 (400 credits) and did not win anything. The games are mediocre at best and extremely over priced play cards. You can spend over 100 dollars and only play a few and none of them are that great. They have more selection of their rigged claw machines than they do actual games. Do not recommend.

Crain games here are rigged more then I have ever seen at a round 1. Bought a $115 dollar card and couldn't win anything. I mean anything. I reached out like the manager said?. We will see if they even care.

The place is clean and the employees are nice. Party costs are outrageous the packages include cards that are limited in games not enough selections. Pizza was ok. We would definitely never have a party there again because of the prices and inconvenience of the usage of the cards, not worth it.

Great times were had by the entire family. It can be a bit pricey, but there is a lot of fun to be had. You got bowling, karaoke, video games, food, drinks, and even pool. It's good for the occasional outing with the family for sure. The kids will definitely love it

Really unique games you generally won't find other places and some your already familiar. They've also got bowling and karaoke, as per usual all the prizes are generally over priced but doesn't take away from the actual venue. They had a few games down for maintenance but there are still plenty to keep you entertained, definitely worth the time.

While the larger prize games are your typical hard, almost impossible, to get without pumping tons of money into it, the mid to smaller games seem to be pretty fair. Went to multiple workers to address the issue and none were helpful. Asked for a manager that obviously wasn't interested in the problem since no one came out to talk to me. The location is nice with bowling and amusement but the air was out which made it not be enjoyable in this Texas heat. I do like the claw machines and no complaints for the bowling or the servers the time we were there. Be prepared to have wine or beer if you choose to have an adult beverage while there. I would return as Long as the air is working.

Fun spot to go play some karaoke. Only complaint is the the rooms needs stronger ac. They provide a fan but still needs better AC. Longer hours for booze would be the other complaint. But still over all a fun time

Awesome place for fun for a game or two..but I'd have to say, these arcade games are awfully pricey..70 credits for 15 dollars . I've noticed each game takes in about 9+ credits ... That's about 7 plays of gametime or so... Other than that, I did enjoy the bowling availability and would definitely revisit. Have fun folks!

Nice place? in the mall? I thought it might be crazy? no more than usual? bowling, arcade, pool tables, arcade with larges gaming booths,food. Bowling lanes kinda dark with light effects shining on them? so if you need to use the arrows for aiming? can't see them. Everything looks good with newer balls. Just can't aim? it throws me off? at least that's what I'm blaming my low score on? hehehe. But overall a good place.

I've experienced the minimum of things I this place the only thing I haven't tried was karaoke so I may update my review if I'm confident enough to try it but the bowling, and all the games inside are actually fun. A lot of crane games to win things like anime action figures which is my favorite so far.

Fun for the kids. We like their time play card. The kids can spend an hour and can play as much as they want. Their claw machines always have different items so it is nice. We usually go once a month for the kids to pick up some stuffed animals. I know it's cheaper to buy outside but our kids enjoy it. Expect to spend about $50-100 there. Unless you just want the time play card which is about $10/per hour. If you sign up for their membership then it's $10/90mins.

Service was horrible people working there acted as though getting a bottle of water was the end of the world. I went with a friend and it's a good arcade in itself, but my friend had a card he saved over 100,000 tickets on. He went to the register, they "updated" his account, and he lost every single ticket. They made no attempt at recovery. The email sent to corporate was ignored. We were robbed out of hundreds of dollars worth of ticket-redeemable products. Boycott this place. Do not support corporate apathy.

The Japanese crane games seem to be mostly out of order or haven't been set up yet. Surprising to see this on a weekend when that's the busiest times. Saw a lot of people walk to the area, see nothing is set up and leave. Of the ones that are working, I did win a prize. Will be glad to see this place with fully set up machines.

I come here a lot more than I probably should. Pricing isn't bad and it's fun but it's always pretty warm. Management has given various excuses about the AC being repaired or not working. Went to Round 1 today to bowl, and when we started the balls started to pile up and we assumed that once the balls reached a certain limit, they would start coming back. Smaller than the grapevine mills location, it still has a healthy variety of games and a lot of crane games. Their food selection is disappointing but a quick trip to the mall food court can serve as a decent break. The bar has friendly staff and serves beer and wine. One drink per ID is their policy which is understandable.

Very disappointed at this place, understaff and managers have poor managing skills. Bar was closed so they prefer to make the company loose money instead of getting in there and making sure customers get a proper service.
