Kitchen is incredibly dirty. In front of customers they were touching everything , themselves and the food with greasy gloves they would not change. Spoke to 2 managers and problem was not fixed. The manager "Josias" with the long hair in a ponytail said it's fine that they do that and that it was standard practice because everything was wipped down the night before. NEVER eat here.
This round1 is the biggest hence my most favorite one out of the one around the areas. Lot of machines with plush/ prizes being rotated on the regular. Price a bit steep for a play ( 9/11/14 depends on the value of the items) but you can definitely wins a lot more than other crane machine places. We dont really play the ticket winning games since it's a lot more steep and tickets pay out significantly less than DnB so thats somethin to be weary about. Lots of nice cool prizes in the victory zone too. Staffs
Modern, clean, newer bowling alley with pool tables, arcade, and food options. I am surenit gets busybon weekends, but I would suggest giving it a try with a group of friends or family. Currently, the mall is performing some construction, which limits parking, but there are other lots in the Mall that can be used.
Very good DDR and PIU location with a dedicated technician that handles any pad issues as soon as they're reported. Orders of magnitude better care to the dance game community than other dance game owning competitors. Has rhythm games I'd never even heard of, and lots of them. My only complaint is the parking situation; extremely competitive at the front door, and after the rest of the mall closes, you can't leave from any door except the front door.
Trash service. Incredibly disappointing experience. My mother was discriminated against. We were followed the entire time there afterwards. We were made to feel like criminals. Employees are completely irrational. We were paying customers and I am extremely disgusted by the way we were treated.
This location is a bit smaller than the others. A bit on the dirtier side as well. But the service and the games, same as the other locations, expensive, but fun! A great place to play a few games, bowl, get a bar food item to snack on or just try your luck at winning a stuffed animal. They have play and party rooms for birthdays and get together. Located in the south end of the mall.
It's a pretty fun place to go and have fun. You can play different types of games like fighting, shooters, dancing, rhythm, racing, etc.. They also have a pool/blizzard table, three karaoke rooms, and bowling to play. When renting or playing I recommend going to 11am or 12pm because the prices are 10 or more extra if you're going after those times.
not many claw machine, the food customer service was horrible maybe he was having a bad day?
Decent place for arcade games and bowling, but the customer service could use some improvement. Not sure what the reason is, but some employees here seem to have an attitude problem. A little more friendliness and professionalism would go a long way in making the experience better
Location: can be very tricky to find parking because it's part of the Main Place Mall. Entertainment: 3-4 Karaoke rooms. It's pretty small. Bowling. Pool tables, claw games, arcades, and etc. it's really clean. Well maintained. A little disappointed because my son wanted to go bowling but the bumpers was out of order. Crane Machines: Are ok. There aren't a lot of sailor moon or dragon ball z figurines. Not a lot of crane machines compared to other round1. So didn't play that as much. Ticket games: Played
Love coming here for the claw machines. Good selection of prizes. A little pricey but not too bad if you actually win plushes. The pizza is lowkey FIRE. I know it's probably frozen, but it's still so good lol. The bowling area is eh. I've bowled here before a few times and the seating area is falling apart. Some pieces of the couches are held together by tape. The lanes are also small. Limited beer selection at the bar but that's not important. I'm here for the claw machines. They're fun. The pizza is s
First experience here wasn't a good one ! We went to try out the ?VIP Immersive Lane?experience @ $47 for 60 mins. $5.25 shoe rental per bowler. Female employee at the counter wasn't fully aware of how to answer all my questions and never informed me that the smaller bowling shoes for kids were kept at the counter .. giving me the run around for our time starting on the lane . No one had a clue about the bumpers until finally one you get girl came up and assisted with it. After all the waiting to find someo
Went here for one of my of my birthdays it was so cool I love this place hopefully I can come back this year
Big parking lot at Mainplace so parking isn't a worry here. It was so warm inside. Please fix the AC. Some claw machines were empty and out of prizes. The stuffed animals weren't that cute and the ones that were looked like they might not be soft. I'm unlikely to return to this location but I appreciate that there's a timeframe that kicks out people under 21.
My friend and I went here on June 2nd around 5pm-11pm ish. Splurged a lot at the machines and honestly it is. A better deal to get their black card instead of red card if you're going there for a couple hours on the machines. But for games it is better with red card since they are way more time consuming. The only thing that kinda bummed me was that for one of the rythm games was it was all in Japanese. That's not the issue, but it was difficult to navigate to translate to English. I already slid my card bu
I've been to a few round 1's and this one is the closest to me. I had so much fun and even won a 100 marble jackpot. I woman crane machine and earned a total of 1700 tickets. The people were friendly, and even though some of you reading this will have an issue with it, they all wore masks. They were friendly and genuinely seemed to be happy to be there. I can't wait to go back c:
First time coming here, it was a fun experience when coming with friends. A lot of machines/games were out of order but it was all good vibes ?? Also I beat my high score and the baseball game twice.
This round one, is very rude and disrespectful. They don't know how to handle situations of their own business. They blamed our party for their malfunctioning lights. They big guy whose ?management? doesn't deserve that role, he doesn't know how to speak for himself he shouldn't be management, if I could leave 0 starts I would
This place offers an extensive selection of brand new games that are sure to excite any gaming enthusiast. While I had a blast trying out different games, I couldn't help but wish that the prices were more affordable. It would be awesome if they could lower the game token requirement from 11 to around 6-8, allowing us to play a few more games. Additionally, the prices for the prizes were quite high, which made it challenging to walk out with anything exciting for all those tokens. For example, my $50 card l
Everything seems fairly new... some games were out or still being installed... gaming was a bit pricey
Was only here for 2 hours so keep that in mind and only really checked out the arcade side. From what I experience games costs around 4-7 credits. Would recommend just getting the unlimited card for an hour for first time visitors. Since well there's so many games... Lots of variety. Well more like 95% is Japanese arcade games with no English text or subtitles. Ranging from racing games, lots of rhythm games, unique games, and classic ones. Would get crowded easily in my opinion since I went when it was ni
The video games are 95% Japanese games. But there was a few that I recognized. The line at the service counter was very long. A bunch of fun games were out of order. You'll probably have a much much better time at Dave & Busters.
Absolutely amazing. I love the private karoke rooms. I enjoyed how the bowling balls looked like basketballs and there where couchs instead of chairs. I didn't like how the unlimited hour was only for green games and there's was only 4 or 5 games. And the paid games cost so much for 1 play.
Fun family place to go. And the pizza was really good for what I had expected. I've been to another location in Tucson Arizona which I do say was a lot nicer than this one however this one probably does a lot more business than Tucson. Fun place to take the kids and do some bowling
David is an amazing employee he coached me through how to win a plushie after I kept failing so me and my girlfriend didn't leave empty handed. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
Professional and friendly staff Very clean and safe Sometimes the bowling gets stuck and need to fix frequently but the staff is really nice and helpful Games are amazing Price is affordable Karaoke room is pretty fun.
Big selection of games but a couple of the few group ones were broken. And it was hot as heck in here today. For the amount they charge, these things shouldn't be happening.
It was definitely a great experience. On the arcade, I would like to add more games for teenagers because there's not that many that's me only complaining but other than a great experience.
Went on a Monday and it was so slow and had the whole place to ourselves. Played DDR majority of the night and won 3 toys. Fun place to just hang out.
Round1 is a great place to play pool, bowl, and play arcades really late. They also have karaoke but I've never personally tried that. I like that they have different beers on tap, but the mixed drinks were a disappointment. They are made with wine instead of vodka or tequila, so you may want to skip those and save yourself some money. The food is pretty good though so if you're hungry, I definitely recommend grabbing yourself a bite. Overall, Round1 is a great place to go if you want to hang out late wi
Did not enjoy this round1 at all. It was smaller than the one that I'm use to and had a very small amount of claw machines. I'm not sure if you can normally get into the mall from in this location but the day I went the gate was down and we couldnt enter the mall.
The bar was closed when we went. For no apparent reason? We went for the arcade games, some of the machines are broken/not working properly. But overall we had fun.
The people who work here are so rude they don't have costumer service a shore girl name rechar is the manager she need to learn costumer services the y say they closed at 2 but they stop service at 1:15 so they sure put that hey close at 1:15 so i don't have to drive 1 hour to get there ant play one game w my girl friend and the we got there at 1:15 and nothing is open so I have tu leave so I will never going back there ever again
It's a very fun place to spend some time. Affordable food and drinks. Update: It's still very fun!
Great fitness center the jacuzzi?s was fantastic and the facility was amazingly huge with many wonderful machines .
I used the frequent the Round1 location in City of Industry back in the day so I was happy to see they had a location out here in OC. The Santa Ana Round1 is located at the Mainstay Mall so I found it pretty close in comparison to the City of Industry one. I'm not sure if all the Round1's are located within malls but I find that it does limit the space they have for games. My son absolutely loves arcades and I had just taken him to Dave & Busters in Orange so I wanted to try out Round1 for comparison. Upon
Worst service I've ever had. The managers DO NOT care. I tried using the dip and dots machine and it wasn't working; the employee was rude and basically told me to find someone else. Because he didn't want to help me. The only nice employees were the women we talked to. The men were rude especially Angel. Save your money, go to a different location. I understand if there is not a solution to my problems but learn how to talk to people.
I love Round 1! I'm usually a fan of their karaoke, but today we went bowling. Gone are the days of paper & pencil, or tapping in your name on a mechanical keyboard. The technology is sleek and ipad-like, letting you select new styles of games that project objectives onto the lanes. We loved the Angry Birds game, which has you aiming for specific pins that are the "pigs" you're aiming for. We went from 2-4 and I'd also suggest that amount of time. We weren't exhausted at the end, but still ready to move on
Great place for the kids to experience "bungee" jumping! They're great with kids! Very patient!
It's always a fun place to be at late night with your friends! Zoujirush is my goal prize which is actually decent value. Tab S2 from 2015 for 80,000 points/tickets was terrible value.
This place has everything! My dad used to take me out bowling here when I was fourteen. Now I miss it, so I went back. Food (although not the highest quality or fastest service), rare and extensive arcade games and pinball machines, bowling, pool, music and a bar! Unfortunately, they are really slackin on maintenance, so most of the machines are pretty beat up. Fix yer games, guyz
The food is. The pizza is good. $1 scoops of ice cream... the arcade is fun. Bowling is OK but I've been to better ones.
Says they are open until 2am but stops serving alcohol at 11:30?we showed up at 11:50 and they refused to serve us.
The breakdown of how to pay is not very clear, and the staff is not great at communicating. The texting with updates is helpful. The biggest plus was the food and drinks were good and it was kept very clean.
Overall: 4.5/5 Round1 is located inside MainPlace Mall. They have karaoke, pool tables, a bar, food, bowling, and arcade games. Everything was clean and well-maintained for the most part. I didn't see anything out of service. There were only two games that I thought needed to be upgraded. One was the shooting game with the blue guns with the storyline of 2 guy cops taking out a bad guy and the other was the air hockey table. The guns for the cop shooting game is very laggy and not accurate. The air hockey
This place is fun. The guard with the metal detector at the front door was a bit much. But the 18-year-olds inside who acted like they were 15 were a bit of a distraction for me.. I can't stand people who are adults but act as though their parents didn't give them enough attention. So that was a Disappointment, but thats not Round1's fault. So no credits were taken away from the establishment in my review for that. t's just the crowd on the night I was there was a bit...too much for my taste. I didn't ge
Discriminatory Behavior and Terrible Service I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Round1 last night. The employee Max, made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. When I handed him my ID (I wear a hijab), he gave me a strange look and refused to take it. Instead, he asked for my friend?s ID and said he'd hold onto hers instead. When I asked what was wrong with my ID, he completely ignored me. Even when my friend asked him again, he had no explanation and looked flustered but still refu
I am a huge Round 1 fan who visited > 9 stores so far and this is the worst one I have ever seen. The staff here is so rude and all claw machine is so weak that doesn't even able to lift up the plush before payout round. It makes the whole playing process no fun but just wasting all your money to hit the payout rate. To me, it seems like no technician in this store knowing how to config machine correctly and when I reported this to their manager, I was being told that it's just random rate and we have NO GU
Tyler at round one is amazing! The staff is great but Tyler?s service is above and beyond!
Did someone came here to play tekken if yes reply me or hit me on Instagram @youknowwraaa
I've been there before, it was so awesome. I went out with my program. Then, I was with my mom since December 17, 2024 on Tuesday.
Cool spot for bowling and more! If you're an avid bowler this is more of a fun bowling place with karaoke, pinball and a ton of different games to play
Fun all around played pool got pitchers can be pricey if you're not careful
Such a fun place with a bowling alley, pool tables and food all on one place
They wouldn't serve my friend from another country, a beer, as he did not have a CA DL. He had identification from their country, but because she couldn't run it through the DL magnetic stip reader, they wouldn't serve them. Can't they read? It's a very young scene, but i thought not serving a tourist extremely distasteful & embarrassing. They gave 5 beverages to the others and my foreign friend without, though part of our group. And they had their teenage son with us who had a soda! It was absurd. I think
My friends and I love spending time here every now and then. The staff is friendly and always really helpful. A great place for friends and family.
Great entertainment, decent food. Slightly expensive. Every once and a while favorite game is broken. Good place to have fun.
Bar closing at 11:30 when the place closes at 2am. Ridiculous service! If your trying to have some fun go to Dave N Busters. Customer service is awful! AVOID THIS PLACE! I PROMISE YOU.
A little smaller than other locations I've been to with my kids but not bad. Just would've been nice if some games we wanted to play weren't out of order.
This is one of the worst arcades I've ever been to. They don't have a lot of the basic games you would find at any other arcade. They don't have the multiplayer basketball hoops, a lot of the racing games were Japanese knockoffs that didn't have good controls, and they didn't even have a legitimate version of Guitar Hero. The Guitar game didn't even have any songs in English.
This place is ok, good to take your kids out, if you have any. They have karaoke, bowling, pool tables and arcades. Inside there is a small eatery for a quick bite. The games are a bit pricey. I recommend this for the older kids (teenagers). Adolescents can earn prizes but only certain games allows you to accumulate points on a round 1 game card.
Pretty cool. They have gane for al ages
Is not what I was expecting the employees service was really bad. We bought 1 game, but they said if we want another one, we have to wait again on the waiting list. In the bar, they took forever to get a few drinks. They didn't want to serve more mix drinks because their cups were durty ????
Do not go here for any kind of company party! First, there was zero communication after booking to understand details. I even called in to ask questions and expected so much more based on that conversation. I've done many company parties and this is the worst. Zero servers to assist team, zero communication on where to check in, no dedicate help, one bar with one bar tender that was extremely slow, karaoke kept shutting down and speakers were blown. Thank goodness my team is cool, but never again Round 1
Update 2: we ended up going, we got out time back, and we ended up buying some credits to play on the prize machines. Had tons of fun, and my kid had a great time. Update: regional manager told me I could get refunded. Tough luck. There was a network error and I could not continue playing; I would have shrugged it off but... I am traveling from Mexico with my family and my kid was very excited about visiting Round1, as I told her about a visit I made months ago. So, we arrived, bought two cards with "P
Bowling was fun and the arcade was fun but a handful of the arcade machines were out of order or half-working, (playable but you wouldn't see your score or anything.) I frequented the rhythm game area which was working fine and no issues, however; I did get some weird run around from the staff with food ordering and us being at the wrong side of the counter to order, despite no visible issues ordering drinks on that side. The staff who helped us with our bowling issues (luckily just one problem) was super q
Claw machines are 100% rigged to grab full strength after x amount of plays. Anything in between, the claw doesn't have enough strength to hold the stuff animal. Double tapping won't help you here unless it's a super light/small plush. I would say somewhere around 15-20 plays. Best time to play claw games is when it's busy so there are more people playing which gives you a higher chance of winning. Play the machines that have higher click numbers. It's on the bottom right/left. The games with figurines are
I've had lots of fun here with my students, but today we had our bowling lanes functioning for 20minutes out of the hour we paid for. The lady in charge seemed unconcerned. Big bummer
Missed time on machine repeatedly stopping and then it stopped working for a few minutes.
They have a mix drink menu but they don't make them.
We spent over 200$ at first buying the 5$ yearly plan and then the unlimited play games and also over 150$ of Points or more for Claw games etc.... Let's say 75% of the games work that we're play by credit meaning you can't use a hour unlimited card Instead 70% of the unlimited by 1 Hr 30 Mins games with the year pass were broken Sadly they are always broken so it's a huge scam literally go anywhere else nickel nickel or any other arcade that respects it's customers Round one should be shut down for unethic
Good place to do group karaoke. It's kinda pricey but the setup is effortless and their karaoke machine has thousands of good song choices. They use healsonic and you get two microphones to sing with.
I have been to this location a few times in the last couple years but this has got to be the worst experience I've had here. A group of friends and I wanted to do karaoke so we signed up for an hour's worth. Most of the equipment was not working. The microphones were not set up correctly, the connection was so bad that it took us what felt like forever to connect to the app, and the app had many glitches. The setup process took us about 20 minutes because nothing was working (almost half our time). After we
Minus the guy who made a ball hit me in the back lol my first time at this location was great. I think this is the best location I have been to. I didn't recognize a lot of the games and I competed against my grandson. He beat me in a driving game but I beat him in centipede. My son in law is so strong that he broke the punching bag twice. My almost two year old granddaughter was exhausted from so much walking but she loved it there. This is a great place if you don't want to leave Orange County for an ou
Always come here when in Anaheim best arcade ive ever been to
Food options not great, they ran out of several items. Karaoke is NOT good and very outdated playlist and the signal was not great. The employees are very nice and friendly staff really made us feel good. We enjoyed the pool tables, for sure.
Loved it many video games bowling and pool table
This Line!!!! Even paying cash you have to order from a different spot to pay where you are getting the object?? I can't believe they even have 4 stars When I start coming to around One it was actually FUN!!! Now..... seems like less room more expensive!!! How do they even know that CAT is 21??? Lol ?? man my camera wasn't working...
Clean and reasonable. Friendly staff and a lot of bowling alleys. The snack bar looks good. Prices are really good. Tons of arcade games along with a good number of dance arcade machines. Parking is not a problem as the place is located at a prime spot in Main Place mall.
Went here this past weekend with a group of friends ? I'm from Washington and went with a group of 26-30yos (I'm 28) for karaoke. When we went to the bar my ID was flagged for being out-of-state, and they held my ID and asked me if I wanted to have the cops come out so I could get it back. I then had to wait an hour for the cops to arrive to get my ID back ? absolutely ridiculous and the manager, Megan, hid in the back the entire time the cops were there and refused to even apologize for her mistake. Moral
loved the free rilakkuma cups! we won over 9000 tickets and 3 plushies on two cards (220$ total) i got a my melody costume onesie, 3 tokidoki items, rilakkuma san-x character plush, penguin sushi plush, sailor moon luna plush character hat, and hours of fun!
Jacob was such a sweetheart. Me and my friend wanted to give up on the claw machine and he kept encouraging us. 1000000 points later and we got our stuffed animals. I love him.Such great customer service. give him a raise.
Early morning name for 4 and shoes was way more affordable than other locations. Super fun with the kids. I would go back again.
There's a trick to get the stuff baby, but it will require your ichigo ichie
Great place for yourself or for the whole family
A bit expensive. Kids had fun.
I'm usually here for the arcade games, but their bowling was fun! Generally I don't frequent places like this for bowling, but my friends wanted to bowl a few games. Figured why not. To my surprise, the lane we were on had fresh oil! They have Brunswick SYNC games and spark bowling. Prices were pretty much the same as other centers in the area. Way cheaper than bowlero, though. My complaint is that the AC still isn't fixed even after months. Additionally, their bumpers were broken (or just disabled), so if
Very fun arcade with lots of games. And theres always a staff member wandering about in case anything goes wrong.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
