Was happy that my daughter had lots of fun Customer service was 0 for me . Host didn't acknowledge me for about half hour til after I arrived I never even knew which table was mines. Waited an hour to get refills or any other service bc host wasn't anywhere to be found. Went to order food and it took long for cashier to give me my food she had a nasty attitude. The cashiers in the front were awesome upon entry though and it wasn't wild inside so that was good.

Rolling Thunder is an exceptionally clean and well-maintained facility. We had a great time, and it's clearly a family-friendly environment. During our visit, the manager personally checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory. I mentioned a minor issue with my fries, and he promptly resolved it without hesitation. He was courteous, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting their other skating rinks.

Brung my daughter and her friends here on her birthday and we all had an experience out of this world !! From the customer service to the music and entertainment! Money well worth to spend!! Good morning I've got to say, hands-down, one of the best experiences I've ever had my toddler, and my whole village was satisfied our host. Taniera she was great. Her service was efficient, timely effortless professional I would totally recommend and again I had a wonderful time. Overall a good idea for the summer holidays to have the children go out and have fun skating. The staff was extremely pleasant and easy to talk with. The game arcade had lots of functional options and my son Jordan enjoyed his time even though he didn't skate. My nice was celebrating her birthday and my nephew and daughter had a blast on skates. We attended a birthday party here and I can't say enough about how amazing and kind the staff are. Everything ran so smoothly but it was also NICE, like legitimately so kind and genuine. I threw my daughter a party at a different roller rink because I did not know Rolling Thunder existed and ours turned out to be subpar. I've been here a few times on field trips. This is a classic roller rink with a decent-sized arcade area as well. Overall, I like the place and experience, though I wished the facility would stop aggressively marketing their glow items for the glow skate to students (they advertise the upcoming glow skate multiple times on the loudspeaker and urge kids to purchase blacklight items from the shop there).

Nylah and the manager, Shawn C. were great. Nylah made my son's get together go so smoothly. Shawn answered all my questions and was very helpful as well. Everyone had such a great time; the kids didn't want to leave. And an honorary mention to Security Shawn. Great staff, even better time. :)

I haven't been here in years because I heard they closed due to some roof damage. Went there to get my daughter out of the house. The entrance fee was reasonable and the plane was very clean. The only complaint is the music and DJ, to a small extent. The music was all over the place, a lot of slow jams and dub-step, gave us both headaches and the DJ kept interrupting the song for this and that, so Thai between songs. We had good days here when it was Wow. As usual, it's a school trip day. Many people and limited time. There were a lot of rules and not many support staff for the volume of school students, with 2 schools.. Everything worked out, as the kids had a day away from classes, but there is room for change. The ride was not in use. Long lines for food and a long time was taken for entry and skates. I hope it gets better for the kids.

If you have young kids go early in the afternoon. I had a birthday party for a 6 year old on a Saturday (12:30-3) & it was great. Not too many people & good music. Around 3:30 the DJ changed & so did the music. I thought it was not suitable for children ( curse words & talking about sex...) But we had a fantastic time. The 2 rides are awesome.

Food is absolutely horrible will not waste my money again. Waited an hour for cold stiff food. As far as the skating goes it was cool. My 4 year old skated for hours and the guys working on the floor was very helpful because I don't skate. We'll come back on dollar night.

We made the best of this place. I feel it is a great place for the children . However, The staff is NOT friendly or kid oriented. Kids definitely enjoyed themselves and staff were superrrrr helpful when it came to me misplacing my phone would definitely recommend. When it came to rides the staff made them enjoyable for the kids got them hyped up . Staff kept on top of cleaning and restrooms were clean . This facility was a terrible choice for a skate party. Our instincts told us not to go there, but we will never make that mistake again. Prices online are different upon arrival..they charge more when the kids are on winter break and we traveled 30 mins just to arrive to a different price. This is an ok place for the neighborhood and for parents who don't drive or feel like traveling. They are pretty expensive. The place was amazing. I had my son party here on Sun June 10th. We didn't reserve a space just brought our stuff and grabbed tables. They had stuff to do for all ages. My kids couldn't skate but they had a walker on wheels to assist new beginners. This visit for my daughter's birthday was an outright disappointment. The music the DJ played sounded like his personal mp3 list or his friends beats which weren't appropriate for kids. So I came here for my son. The rink is small. The parking is horrible. The people are rude. You have to pay for admission & skate rental whether you skate or not between 2 & 17 years of age. Non skating adults can just pay for admission which is $3.00. I wouldn't have known this except that I came all the way here. Admission & skates it appears is $9.00. Then you MUST sign a waiver when you come in. You can add an additional $4.00 for food as well. They have bars also on wheels you can also rent as well, b

The manager at the food court is wonderful. His name is Shawn. If he was allowed to receive a tip I would have given him $100 but I had to result to give him a rating through this app. The service he provided was exceptionally well and I will be returning in the near future.

Nice place to have a party for a good deal of $36 with unlimited rides 24 tokens and even a special birthday annoucement! But I wish this place fix it ticket machines and games so I don't have to keep calling the supervisor every 5 minutes to fix it currently there's about 9 machines out of order and 4 with tokens stuck in them I hope this gets fixed soon

This place is amazing for people within the area or people feel like taking a small drive. The rides are insanely fun with staff to hype you up, and the arcade games are fun. The pull up bar is insanely cool and I won a prize for hanging for 90 seconds. The skating rink was a good amount in size.

I gave them 3 stars it was great for my students but food service sucked. They had 1 cashier, and it took me an hour to get my food. I had 15 mins to wolf down my wings, and fries before we had to get back on the bus.

I love the new rules of 2 teenager entrance per adult I would recommend teens needing their school id's or state id's upon entrance also make the wrist bands with their parents match write numbers on them. Please keep the children safe

Attended with family. We had fun but this place needs a full makeover/renovation. The carpets are horrendous. They need more than a shampoo or deep cleaning. They need to be replaced. In the handicap stall in the restroom the toilet is way to low. The staff was really nice though.

Rolling thunder had a real family feel to it... I appreciated the diverse community where everyone was having a great time. The DJ had chosen some major throwbacks which was awesome to skate to. I used the chat option to ask for holiday specials which was attended to very quickly. As a bonus my son left his coat behind and they accommodated holding onto it until I could pick it up. Would highly recommend if you're looking for good old fashioned fun!!!

Great place for the kids. This was our first time, and my daughter liked it and learned how to skate in 10 minutes. It wasn't too crowded, but we got there about 30 minutes before closing. Staff can brush up on customer service, but they seemed to be teens or no older than 20ish, so it's par for the course

I brought about 20 college aged students to Rolling Thunder for a private skate workshop and they had an absolute blast! Mr. Dorian was so accommodating. All the staff were very professional and took great care of my students. Mr. Dorian made sure staff was on the floor to help up any student who fell. Mr. Dorian is also a fantastic DJ who is actually pretty well known by the right people! The facilities are clean, the environment was great, and I would definitely bring my students back.

I would have given 5 stars if my entering wasn't so congested but they were just opening so everyone was trying to get in , i feel like they were under staffed when we got there till about a hour or so after ,then more staff came and the one ride my daughter wanted to ride for her bday was broken which was disappointing cause it broke as she was in line a piece flew out so maybe its better she didnt ride it but they did refund me so it was ok and the bathrooms were not super cleanalot of pee on the floo

This place is the most unorganized skating rink I've ever been to. The staff is super ghetto and has to many young teen with the worst attitudes. I didn't like it and didn't feel my children were safe skating due to all the Olympic style skating from amateurs, very dangerous setting for beginner skaters

Ok..everything has a price...the stake rentals, there is an entrance fee, the lockers and the small toddler walkers ar $6.00 and that depends on the day. It is really hot inside, no air circulation at all. The food of course is expensive ?? very expensive $15 for a little pizza. The kids enjoyed themselves of course..the one thing ai will say is that they allow parents on the floorbwithout skates to help the children...that was tiring.

It's good clean family fun. I enjoyed being there and so did the children. Parents have to stay with their children if the children are under 18. I gave 4 stars because it doesn't feel very safe. It appears to only be one way in and out, and the guards are not searching people as they come in.

Shut this place down! It closes 8-9pm. Many kids that come to that rink take the opportunity after to cause havoc in the neighborhood. It's been going on since I was a teenager when it was called WOW! That was 24 yrs ago. The curfew is still in affect yet kids who don't live in the area are traveling home unattended. There's zero police presence during the let out. The parents should be just as equally responsible.

Rolling Thunder with the children of Russell Byers Charter School kid was fun they truly enjoyed their time there and just wish that the food options were little better and would have been more cleaner. But overall kids had a good time.

This is the worst place to have a party. We got here early and weren't let into the building until 20 minutes after our party start time. We then had to wait 2 hours for the food we were told would come out an hour into the party. It's extremely disorganized, the staff seem clueless and direct you to ?someone else? who directs you ? someone else?. I would not recommend this place to hold your child?s party. The level of disorganization is mind blowing. Unprofessional, trashy and extremely overpriced.

We went on a Wednesday night for our anniversary and it couldn't have been a better night. The enjoyed the music, I love that they have a rest area in the middle of the floor of the kids to rest. We will definitely be back again soon. WE HAD A BLAST!!!!

We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday here on 1/21/23 and unfortunately it was a less than stellar experience. We were extremely displeased with our overall party experience. Guest entrance into the party was extremely disorganized! Guests were not given clear instructions on where to go and how to obtain skates, which left entrance into the party very chaotic for everyone. My daughter's party went great. The dj gave get a shout out, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I just don't like that they open at 6 and your party starts at 6 so they should allow the host to enter at least 20 mins sooner to set up so the participants get the full party time. Otherwise, it was great!

I was here last September for my 65th birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the people were. The staff was also very polite and helpful. The guest allowed me to go ahead of them in line and inside on the floor they were just as considerate and polite. You don't here about this on the local news!
