Nice bowling alley. Came here for a birthday party and didn't realize there was a private party room that can be rented outside of the regular lanes. The birthday party package the mom got allowed the kids to bowl and have a token card for the arcade so double the fun. The establishment itself was very well kept; clean bathrooms and friendly staff!

The food was so good and flavorful!!! Drinks weren't pricey games were fun ! Bowling was GREAT!!! Can't wait to go back !

If you have six people bowling then it comes out to under $5 a person.. where they get you at is the shoe rental.. I had a very disappointing experience. I had just gotten off work and was finishing a few French fries I had picked up on the way. Went to Rollhouse North Olmstead the other day, and ran into a great young man working the front desk - his name was Cole. He helped me with everything I needed. My arcade game broke and he was able to fix it in no time! Such a kind young man! I will be coming back a lot more!

Today was our 3rd visit there and once again the food was delicious and fairly priced. Also, once again, the service was painfully slow. Our server was nice, but not well trained. The alleys and sitting areas are clean. My grandson loves to bowl there, so we'll be back!

Our soccer team enjoyed some Cosmic Bowling at RollHouse after practice on Friday. We reserved two lanes online with ease. Shannon greeted us with energy and provided friendly assistance throughout the evening. Parents and kids feasted on the delicious pizza, wings and dessert. Thank you for a great team outing.

I grew up here and have loved it since it was buckeye lanes. The evolution of the alley has changed tremendously in a positive way. One thing that has stayed the same is Debbie Sulzmann. She's always incredibly kind and hard working!

I worked with Maddie and booked our office holiday party in the private room. Everything was perfect and the room was very clean. The food was good and there was plenty of it. She took great care of us the entire time, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely book Roll House in the future. (P.S. the holiday decorations were magical!)

Our event exceeded our expectations. We had a 30th surprise party and were worried about the quality of food and timeliness, but Maddie, our event coordinator, crushed it! She was attentive and the food was terrific. Everyone had a great time. We highly recommend booking your event with them!

This place is like a mini Dave & Busters , but includes real bowling ?? alleys, a great game room, a dining room with excellent food, also now there are escape rooms, for those who like to solve puzzles ( it looks awesome , I took a small tour ) !! It is an awesome place, the layout and vibe is on point. I went to book a kids birthday party with 3 extra pizzas and an adult lane and it came out to around 500 bucks. The value is there, it's just too pricey for our budget, and that's a me problem. My complaint is the 20 percent 'service charge', which was almost a hundred bucks. That is absorbent, and kinda messed up. Plus there was also a 12 dollar fee for booking online.

I've been bringing my group BAD BOWLING -GOOD GRUB in for the last three years. Debbie has always managed to accommodate us, even when we have had 16 bowlers! She always informs me if an event will prevent us from getting lanes, so we can plan accordingly. Debbie is always cheerful, professional and personable - a true asset to Rollhouse! My group has also participated in two of the escape room challenges. We couldn't get out on time, but we are old and clueless anyhow, and nobody would miss us. Gr

The reserved bowling lanes serve their purpose when it's crowded. But there isn't enough room there. I guess the best days to go bowling is on Sundays since they have deals involved. Maybe I'm unaware of any other specials there might be on other days.

Had a family party for our Dads 70th. Shannon at the reception area was so kind and went out of her way to make it special for us! Definitely recommend the separate party area, it gave the get together that special feeling.. Food and bar were great also, the bartender was so attentive and kind! Not a single complaint!

Came in together as a party. Lady at the front desk only asked one of us for our shoe sizes and not everyone. Ordered nachos and they charged us for meat WITHOUT putting meat on the nachos. We paid for two hours and 1 hour in our game abruptly ended because they forgot the second hour. Never again. This bowling alley sucks. They are forgetful and staff is trash.

The arcade is much larger than I thought it would be, and the bowling was very affordable! We went mainly for the Christmas bar, and the drinks were just okay. I couldn't really taste any of the mixers or specialty flavors, but they were reasonably priced compared to other local Christmas bars. Still a fun experience!

So here's the thing. The escape room is really good. That being said, if you're going to run an establishment with multiple smaller establishments inside you should have an understanding of what each smaller establishment needs. ESPECIALLY staffing wise. There should not be managers pulling game masters out of their jobs because they need help at the front desk. First off if not for the restaurant area I'd give this 5 stars. The staff at the front desk was 2nd to none, really helpful and just a nice person to interact with in general. The place it's self had tons of stuff from a huge arcade that kept my kid entertained for 2 hours no problem while we bowled on some great lanes. Went to Cosmic bowling tonight and for $20 a person it sucked. You could hardly enjoy the cosmic lights because the regular lights were on too bright. We've gone before and the lighting situation was much better and so much fun with the cosmic lights. They also had large projection screens down the lanes as if they would play some type of video footage however it was just a picture of the album cover for whatever song was on and there was no point to having the screens. I've been here for countless years, when it was a simple bowling alley it was nothing to write home about. Now it has escape rooms, an arcade, a bowling alley and a bar. New management is terrible. It's very sad to see with all the great new additions and it's sadly run by bitter staff - I'm hoping it changes soon because the new renovations are amazing! 0-10 on customer service and the pricing is outrageous! $80 for 2 people on a Friday night just to be yelled at from the staff because we didn't want to order extra food. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a public setting. We went to open bowl on Sunday - there were some gentlemen 2 lanes over from us that were upset because we weren't following proper l ?etiquette?. Mind you, this is open bowl with many kids and non professionals. They harrassed us multiple times and even got in our faces yelling at us. As we were about to leave they harassed a grandma and her grandchildren that were in the lane between us. The grandmother got so upset that she called the police

The renovation was great. I was only upset with the bowling and the service at the bar. We did an hour of bowling. And every time we went to go get a drink at the bar it took 10 to 15 min. 3 rounds if drinks. Took up half the bowling time. And we paused bowling for this. They need to have more trained staff to accommodate patrons. We will be back. Just hope this gets better.

OMG! This place has definitely gone through some good remodeling. They have 2 bars, a nice casual seating area, a new game room, updated food menu and even an escape room. Would be a good place to watch the Guardians game, meet up for happy hour or bring your kids. Service was great and bowling is always fun!

Stopped up for the arcade, kids each blew through their $50 play card in less than an hour. Staff could use some improvement on customer service - employees were too busy to greet us because they were all huddled around talking amongst themselves. NO ONE EVEN SAID HI OR THANK YOU after I gave them $100. But the place looks nice, was clean, and hopefully they can train or hire new staff.

Such a shame honestly. It's absurd that on a Sunday evening one has to spend $45 to rent a lane for an hour. Pay $45/hr/lane. Then if you get drinks at the bar you lose 15 minutes standing around waiting for drinks.

Its amazing how now the staff comes to your table instead us us having to take our children up to the bar to order food and drinks. Kara was incredibly polite and so nice to my babies. Great to have a more personal experience

I've been bowling here since the time my sister and I got in trouble for throwing sand at our neighbor's house. We weren't allowed to go until we cleaned it up. My buddies and I recently held our inaugural 8 man tournament and had a blast. The loser got a slushie down his pants. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were no slushies available at buckeye! We had to go to the back alley of DQ to do the deed!

We took the kids for a play date. Started in the arcade, which is reasonably priced. Some of the games were over priced. But the good arcade games were pretty cheap. Next, we bowled a little bit. Freshly remodeled, WOW! What a cool place. Lanes are high quality, food and selection are spot on. Drinks are cold, and there's even an arcade for my kids to run me broke. What more could one ask for from a bowling alley? Can't wait to come back!

Place is really cool when you walk in, but the food was not great and no one could seem to answer or fix the problems with the game cards. They were understaffed (due to school being off, this is probably not normal) but it added to my overall frustration and discontent. This was our first time here and disappointed is not strong enough of a word. Hopefully this is not a typical experience, staff was nice and apologetic after I pushed the issue. They did try to make it right.

Came here with my son and husband for my bday and mother's day. It was difficult to find anyone to help with checking in, food, drinks etc. We ordered food to snack on and it was horrible. Personally just a bad experience. Staff was unfriendly, paid extra for reservations which weren't accommodated to what so ever. The desk people were just sitting there when I went to ask for my reservation. Bar service was very unorganized seeing has you had to order in between people already sitting at the bar, which wouldn't of been a problem if I was drinking but that's how we had to order food. The reservations weren't worth the extra 30 dollars and if you have another bowling alley you could travel too

I was very disappointed by the service I received here regarding tickets bought online and the fast lane reservation. We had planned to go cosmic bowling for my son's birthday with his Aunt and Uncle that live in the area. To ensure we had a lane at a decent time I booked online, not knowing that I shouldn't have paid for the children's tickets there but could do so at the bowling alley in order to get the children's rate, $8 less. The fast lane wasn't available either due to staffing issues, so we waited 4

My family and I decided to go bowling and was amazed at the renovations! We had a great time bowling and the arcade is super cool! We haven't tried the food or drinks yet but will update! We are now going nearly every other week as our family outing!
