Nice bowling alley. Came here for a birthday party and didn't realize there was a private party room that can be rented outside of the regular lanes. The birthday party package the mom got allowed the kids to bowl and have a token card for the arcade so double the fun. The establishment itself was very well kept; clean bathrooms and friendly staff!
The food was so good and flavorful!!! Drinks weren't pricey games were fun ! Bowling was GREAT!!! Can't wait to go back !
Fun spot for bowling, arcade, and escape room. Food was good (normal bar food) and the customer service was too. Busy on Friday night so some things took longer than normal. Great place to watch sports!
Our experience was off to a wonderful start. We sat in the dining area first and ordered our food/drinks but after we were finished the server didn't come back to our table. A lot of people from the bowling area were going up to the bar to order and no one ever came back. We ended up going up to the server ourselves. Next we went to the arcade here and that was amazing. Everything was brand new and the employees in this area were extremely helpful and kind. At the end of the night we went to close out the t
Very nice atmosphere. The cost to bowl is reasonable until 5:00 p.m as it's $25 per lane... If you have six people bowling then it comes out to under $5 a person.. where they get you at is the shoe rental.. It costs $5 per person just to rent the shoes, and if you don't rent the shoes you can't bowl!!! My residents had fun, and that's all that matters to me! But I had to put the particulars here for anyone reading this that is interested in going here. They also have video games for those that are interest
I had a very disappointing experience. I had just gotten off work and was finishing a few French fries I had picked up on the way. Shortly after entering the building, an employee approached me and told me I couldn't bring in outside food, which I understand, although it seemed unnecessary given there's a bar just a few feet away. I stepped just inside the entrance to finish the last few fries, and that same employee returned and began cursing aggressively at me, which frightened my little cousins. The beha
We were super excited to try this place. We first dined in and sampled the food which was delicious and much better than I expected. The service was decent at first but I felt like we're forgotten towards the end of our meal and had to approach the bar for boxes and refills. The gaming area was amazing, lots of brand new games and a super friendly staff. We spent hours enjoying the arcade area. There's also bowling, a soon to be open escape room, and a private party area with its own private bar and like
Jan 2025: Based on our last visit being so well run, we booked our small business annual party with Rollhouse. We paid for a party package that included food and bowling with shoes for 10 with 2 hours of lane time. *Pay attention when I tell you that 2 hours means 2 hours. We couldn't have been shoved out of our section any faster, quite literally, by the next group they sold our lanes to. This group was permitted to hover over our food tables and lean over the rail to our bowling pit, while counting down t
Went to Rollhouse North Olmstead the other day, and ran into a great young man working the front desk - his name was Cole. He helped me with everything I needed. My arcade game broke and he was able to fix it in no time! Such a kind young man! I will be coming back a lot more!
Today was our 3rd visit there and once again the food was delicious and fairly priced. Also, once again, the service was painfully slow. Our server was nice, but not well trained. The alleys and sitting areas are clean. My grandson loves to bowl there, so we'll be back!
Our soccer team enjoyed some Cosmic Bowling at RollHouse after practice on Friday. We reserved two lanes online with ease. Shannon greeted us with energy and provided friendly assistance throughout the evening. Parents and kids feasted on the delicious pizza, wings and dessert. Thank you for a great team outing.
I grew up here and have loved it since it was buckeye lanes. The evolution of the alley has changed tremendously in a positive way. One thing that has stayed the same is Debbie Sulzmann. She's always incredibly kind and hard working!
I worked with Maddie and booked our office holiday party in the private room. Everything was perfect and the room was very clean. The food was good and there was plenty of it. She took great care of us the entire time, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely book Roll House in the future. (P.S. the holiday decorations were magical!)
Went for the first time with a group of 8. We bowled and had food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! When you order food, they will bring it to your lane. The pizza and the mozzarella sticks were very good! The fries were good but a little soggy. We got two types of wings. The sauces were good but the wings were a little dry and not as hot temperature wise and desired. Beverages can also be purchased in pitchers. In addition to the food, there was no changing station in the Woman's bathroom (I
During our league play. The approach on all the lanes were very sticky. When the front desk was told . The lady said she would send someone over. After 30 minutes when no one came . I went back to the desk to ask if someone was coming. When I told the worker no one came . She said he didn't go over there. I said well I have been there the whole time and seen no one. She argued with me . Then I walked away. Then a gentleman came over . Said it is from you guys walking on the carpet when your bowling shoes. N
Very Nice place. Warm and cozy feels like a family atmosphere. You have this one boy name Colin that walks and cleans pays attention to detail. Keep up the hard work.
I have loved this place for many years, and one of the reasons for that is Debbie at the front desk! She is so kind and knows the workings of the alley inside and out. I always look forward to seeing her there and throwing some games!
Great experience with the girl!! We all had a blast!! Definitely am coming back for another room. We did the Scooby Doo Room and we almost made it out
Our event exceeded our expectations. We had a 30th surprise party and were worried about the quality of food and timeliness, but Maddie, our event coordinator, crushed it! She was attentive and the food was terrific. Everyone had a great time. We highly recommend booking your event with them!
This place is like a mini Dave & Busters , but includes real bowling ?? alleys, a great game room, a dining room with excellent food, also now there are escape rooms, for those who like to solve puzzles ( it looks awesome , I took a small tour ) !! I have pics of the menu as well , this is a great time if you want to take your family out for a night of fun ??!!
It is an awesome place, the layout and vibe is on point. I went to book a kids birthday party with 3 extra pizzas and an adult lane and it came out to around 500 bucks. The value is there, it's just too pricey for our budget, and that's a me problem. My complaint is the 20 percent 'service charge', which was almost a hundred bucks. That is absorbent, and kinda messed up. Plus there was also a 12 dollar fee for booking online.
the place was cool, it's the employees our entire 10 person party complained about. The girls at the desk couldn't be more bothered to be there. We had two open lanes next to us and asked if we could expand to one of the lanes...we were told the lane was reserved for a current party that was there...which is fine. That party left early so we went back up and then were told " someone has already reserved it"...where is the customer service we clearly were asking for the lane prior to that reservation, this l
I've been bringing my group BAD BOWLING -GOOD GRUB in for the last three years. Debbie has always managed to accommodate us, even when we have had 16 bowlers! She always informs me if an event will prevent us from getting lanes, so we can plan accordingly. Debbie is always cheerful, professional and personable - a true asset to Rollhouse! My group has also participated in two of the escape room challenges. We couldn't get out on time, but we are old and clueless anyhow, and nobody would miss us. Gr
The reserved bowling lanes serve their purpose when it's crowded. But there isn't enough room there. I guess the best days to go bowling is on Sundays since they have deals involved. Maybe I'm unaware of any other specials there might be on other days.
Had a family party for our Dads 70th. Shannon at the reception area was so kind and went out of her way to make it special for us! Definitely recommend the separate party area, it gave the get together that special feeling.. Food and bar were great also, the bartender was so attentive and kind! Not a single complaint!
Came in together as a party. Lady at the front desk only asked one of us for our shoe sizes and not everyone. Ordered nachos and they charged us for meat WITHOUT putting meat on the nachos. We paid for two hours and 1 hour in our game abruptly ended because they forgot the second hour. Never again. This bowling alley sucks. They are forgetful and staff is trash.
We had a great time until we were ordering drinks and food it was terrible the 2nd time going to the only place to order food and drinks was really ridiculous I've stood in front of that bar both times for at least 15 minutes and the second time almost resulting in a fight because people are just rude and ignorant roll house needs to do something better with ordering the food and drinks. Period we unfortunately will not return to that establishment. And we definitely spent a lot of money that night !!so do
Went for the first time for kids bowling. It was a great experience! Debbie was very helpful with all the questions we had.
Lots of fun, great for kids. Plan to rent two adjacent spaces for groups greater than 4 to increase playable time, have enough space for the group, possibly have training borders up on one side, and improve throwing from quick turnaround time.
Food was good but servers had an nasty attitude.. rushing and I asked for a drink and told the server I would like to use Apple Pay .. he responded ? I will need a phone for that!? Like ? Huh ? Is that how you talk to every one else? Or is it because I'm black?
The arcade is much larger than I thought it would be, and the bowling was very affordable! We went mainly for the Christmas bar, and the drinks were just okay. I couldn't really taste any of the mixers or specialty flavors, but they were reasonably priced compared to other local Christmas bars. Still a fun experience!
Omg amazing food. Drinks are not crazy expensive. The whole atmosphere was amazing. Bowling playing games. Great night
I had an amazing time bowling with my family and was helped by an amazing young lady named Summer! Great atmosphere and very family friendly!
Great experience great food $20 per person on weekends to bowl It has a Bar lounge, arcade, escape room, Staff was awesome. We had a great time. Closes at 12 on weekends fri-sat
Edit: Worked with RollHouse and had this issue resolved in a very timely manner. Very accommodating and cared. Original: A very upsetting experience that families should consider before coming here. My party, consisting of myself and three others, went to afternoon open bowling on Sunday, November 17th. We were finishing our first frame when one of the five gentlemen that was two lanes down, walked over to one of our members to harass them about their bowling ?etiquette?. Mind you, we were following genera
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Best bowling alley in northeast Ohio. Awesome arcade.
BIG shoutout for crew at Rollhouse. Especially for Debbie for putting up with me for years. Also the three Mikes, Cyrus, Chole Stephanie, Collin, Phil and Brian. Can't forget Cole and Ian. Btw Debbie makes it easier for me to stomach my 5 - 6 hundred dollar a month bowling habit. For what it's worth , thinking, some sort of customer appreciation would be nice for over 70 games a month.
2nd time at Rollhouse. Saw a video on tik tok of the holiday themed they had which is beautiful! . the first time i went was great, but the 2nd time which is what this review is based on and im taking into consideration of my first time there also. resturant staff was great, nice and helpful each time! i had reservations for a party of 10 on Dec 28th. There was an issue with someone's reservations who was there before me (4 staff members were at the counter) instead of acknowledging the line that was accum
Stopped in for the Christmas bar and sat at the bar. It was my first time here, none of the bartenders acknowledged me, after about 10 min I get this girls attention (who was putting beer away right in front of me the entire time I was sitting down) she didn't apologize and I just felt really uncomfortable. It ruined the experience. Her name was Madeline, but the others never came over either.
This place is really amazing post remodel. Lanes are always super fun, the bar is fantastic, the arcade is a great time as well, and they have 5 escape rooms!
We went as a family group and did the escape room and bowling. We ordered drinks and food. Everything was great and we had a good time.
Went there on Valentine?s Day with my date. I paid for two hours. They gave me an hour and a half and then wouldn't refund me for the other half hour very very rude. There are hillbillies and trash
Visited for Cars and Coffee, Explored a bit inside. The arcade and bowling alley are very nice. Definitely plan to come back and spend a evening with friends
So much fun and a great atmosphere. We have visitors that love bowling so we tried out this spot and it was well worth it. There was also a bar, arcade, and escape room attached to the bowling alley. Definitely a lot of stuff to do.
This was a really fun place to have a gathering to bowl a few games. Prices weren't too bad we played cosmic bowling which was $18 including shoes for 2 hours of unlimited bowling ?? a really fun time.
Aaron is an amazing guy, we just did an escape room and he was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and are definitely coming back again! Also Aaron, never shave the stache #weloveit
I went in to see what it's all about, it looks amazing. I plan to return with friends
So unorganized! Good luck getting a drink in the bar. The one bartender has super long nails and messes up everything! Especially the touch screen. The bartender pretends not to see you! And thy guy manager just talks to stranger girls and doesn't help tend to customers. I stood at the bar for 20 min. While my wife was seated at a table. NEITHER of us got any acknowledgement. Finally we got up and left! The patio is a joke. No heat, no T.V. no smoking, and no bartender as well!. Till they separate th
I was pleasantly surprised! Nicer than the Solon location and that one is good too. Great for kids with the arcade games and I'd enjoy those as an adult too. Drinks at the bar came out great, the chicken bacon ranch pizza was excellent, loaded fries were great, this place really showed out. Just had a good vibe, will definitely be back.
Really impressed with the new remodel! Our waitress was Kara and she was amazing!!!! Very attentive and available. Had no issues with the pricing, 2 hours of bowling plus shoes included $40 felt complete reasonable? finally the new bar area and arcade was icing on the cake? super fun and definitely going back soon!!!
So here's the thing. The escape room is really good. That being said, if you're going to run an establishment with multiple smaller establishments inside you should have an understanding of what each smaller establishment needs. ESPECIALLY staffing wise. There should not be managers pulling game masters out of their jobs because they need help at the front desk. It was made clear by the game master that they needed the staffing they had (as someone who worked in an escape room. They did.) Maybe, just MAYBE
First off if not for the restaurant area I'd give this 5 stars. The staff at the front desk was 2nd to none, really helpful and just a nice person to interact with in general. The place it's self had tons of stuff from a huge arcade that kept my kid entertained for 2 hours no problem while we bowled on some great lanes. Now for the bad, don't go to the restaurant there unless you want a terrible experience. The food was dirty at best with anything that was fried looking very dark brown from really old fryer
Me and my friends did the Batman escape room had lots of fun andi and Ian were great and made are experience fantastic. Cant wait to come back
We came in from out of town and we came across this place and I highly recommend this place the staff was out of this world, the food was awesome
Great place for family fun night ....or date night. Never been here before only after the remodel place looks great!!
Very nice bowling alley and very clean. Debbie at the front desk is awesome!
Great place!!! Bars luxurious!!! And the games are perfecto!!! Not to mention good food and pictures of beer!!!!
Went to Cosmic bowling tonight and for $20 a person it sucked. You could hardly enjoy the cosmic lights because the regular lights were on too bright. We've gone before and the lighting situation was much better and so much fun with the cosmic lights. They also had large projection screens down the lanes as if they would play some type of video footage however it was just a picture of the album cover for whatever song was on and there was no point to having the screens. After that experience I understand
Great place to watch sport games! Smash burger was delicious! Meghan is a great bartender??
I've been here for countless years, when it was a simple bowling alley it was nothing to write home about. Now it has escape rooms, an arcade, a bowling alley and a bar. You can feel they put a lot of effort into it. Perfect for birthday parties or a fun night out. The arcade room is smaller but still big enough to have some fun games in there. Reminds me of Dave and busters in a compact style, they even have tickets and a prize room. They do have a bit of an issue with the bowling balls, they didn't seem t
New management is terrible. It's very sad to see with all the great new additions and it's sadly run by bitter staff - I'm hoping it changes soon because the new renovations are amazing! 0-10 on customer service and the pricing is outrageous! $80 for 2 people on a Friday night just to be yelled at from the staff because we didn't want to order extra food. General manager encouraged this behavior and we won't be returning anytime soon. Hoping for a change soon because this was our favorite spot to bowl!
One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a public setting. We went to open bowl on Sunday - there were some gentlemen 2 lanes over from us that were upset because we weren't following proper l ?etiquette?. Mind you, this is open bowl with many kids and non professionals. They harrassed us multiple times and even got in our faces yelling at us. As we were about to leave they harassed a grandma and her grandchildren that were in the lane between us. The grandmother got so upset that she called the police
Good luck getting a drink. Bartender seemed to ignore me and wasn't very friendly. Oh well, it was his tip that suffered.
The renovation was great. I was only upset with the bowling and the service at the bar. We did an hour of bowling. And every time we went to go get a drink at the bar it took 10 to 15 min. 3 rounds if drinks. Took up half the bowling time. And we paused bowling for this. They need to have more trained staff to accommodate patrons. We will be back. Just hope this gets better.
OMG! This place has definitely gone through some good remodeling. They have 2 bars, a nice casual seating area, a new game room, updated food menu and even an escape room. Would be a good place to watch the Guardians game, meet up for happy hour or bring your kids. Service was great and bowling is always fun!
Stopped up for the arcade, kids each blew through their $50 play card in less than an hour. Staff could use some improvement on customer service - employees were too busy to greet us because they were all huddled around talking amongst themselves. NO ONE EVEN SAID HI OR THANK YOU after I gave them $100. But the place looks nice, was clean, and hopefully they can train or hire new staff.
We went there to meet with a few friends and bowl. Was looking forward to seeing it remodeled since I hadn't been there since I was a kid. Walked in and got our lane and shoes. Drinks at the bar and didn't leave our tab open. I forgot to ask for bumpers and a ball roller for my kids to use, so had to return to the desk to ask for it. Had to ask for bumpers twice, and the ball roller 4 times before they understood what we were talking about. We were dismissed twice by staff at the desk. Ordered food and was
It's definitely the best and biggest of the bowling alleys in the area! The moon rock bowling it pretty amazing! It's a little hard to bowl but it's alot of fun!
Came here for a friend's birthday. 25 of us spent money on bowling, shoes, food, drinks, and arcade but we weren't allowed to have a birthday cake for my friend even though some of us are gluten free and the cake was gluten free and we had all of our own supplies for it. They claimed they "have desserts on their menu". So if you want banana pudding or $8 donut holes for your birthday, I guess this is the place for you. We won't be back. Update- Rollhouse management is claiming that it is because of local h
Such a shame honestly. It's absurd that on a Sunday evening one has to spend $45 to rent a lane for an hour. Pay $45/hr/lane. Then if you get drinks at the bar you lose 15 minutes standing around waiting for drinks.
Its amazing how now the staff comes to your table instead us us having to take our children up to the bar to order food and drinks. Kara was incredibly polite and so nice to my babies. Great to have a more personal experience
The drinks were horrible, bartender had an attitude she didn't make what we asked her to make.
I've been bowling here since the time my sister and I got in trouble for throwing sand at our neighbor's house. We weren't allowed to go until we cleaned it up. My buddies and I recently held our inaugural 8 man tournament and had a blast. The loser got a slushie down his pants. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were no slushies available at buckeye! We had to go to the back alley of DQ to do the deed!
We took the kids for a play date. Started in the arcade, which is reasonably priced. Some of the games were over priced. But the good arcade games were pretty cheap. Next, we bowled a little bit. The lanes have been updated a little bit. We also ate food. Pizza was good, chicken tenders were ok. The fries were great. Bar was in slow motion. But overall a great experience.
Great experience all around. Bowling is a blast, the arcade has a great selection of games, and the bar drinks and tap list were also good. Bowling was a little pricey, but found jt to be worth it. Have gone back multiple times now. Highly recommend this place!
RollHouse is amazing,it was worth the 1 1/2 drive. We did the Scooby-Doo escape room and won. It was a blast. We'll definitely be going back . ????
Shannon is a sweet baby angel! She makes coming to roll house such a good time! Love her personality! Also Aaron and Ian in the escape room were awesome and so helpful! Props to having such a good and helpful staff!
Freshly remodeled, WOW! What a cool place. Lanes are high quality, food and selection are spot on. Drinks are cold, and there's even an arcade for my kids to run me broke. What more could one ask for from a bowling alley? Can't wait to come back!
Moved on up! Baby changing stations have been added! Now great place for kids parties!
Place is really cool when you walk in, but the food was not great and no one could seem to answer or fix the problems with the game cards. They were understaffed (due to school being off, this is probably not normal) but it added to my overall frustration and discontent. This was our first time here and disappointed is not strong enough of a word. Hopefully this is not a typical experience, staff was nice and apologetic after I pushed the issue. They did try to make it right.
Came here with my son and husband for my bday and mother's day. It was difficult to find anyone to help with checking in, food, drinks etc. We ordered food to snack on and it was horrible. The place was dirty, and had an odor, (smelled like old dirty feet) I know it's a bowling alley, but it was gross. I'm sad the old buckeye lanes is gone, but was excited to give Rollhouse a shot. The whole business model is weird, and it seems like they don't know what they want to be, a bar, arcade, bowling alley, es
Personally just a bad experience. Staff was unfriendly, paid extra for reservations which weren't accommodated to what so ever. The desk people were just sitting there when I went to ask for my reservation. Bar service was very unorganized seeing has you had to order in between people already sitting at the bar, which wouldn't of been a problem if I was drinking but that's how we had to order food. The reservations weren't worth the extra 30 dollars and if you have another bowling alley you could travel too
This is a great place for a family fun night! The arcade area was very clean and had plenty of options for games. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
I was very disappointed by the service I received here regarding tickets bought online and the fast lane reservation. We had planned to go cosmic bowling for my son's birthday with his Aunt and Uncle that live in the area. To ensure we had a lane at a decent time I booked online, not knowing that I shouldn't have paid for the children's tickets there but could do so at the bowling alley in order to get the children's rate, $8 less. The fast lane wasn't available either due to staffing issues, so we waited 4
bummer. no parking, 20 minute wait to just get a drink at the bar. 2 hour wait to bowl. had to just leave after getting pumped about going there. looks like great fun, but just an illusion unless it's a tuesday.
Went for cosmic Bowling with the extended family on Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff, lanes look and work great. Comfortable seating and updates interior, bar, and gaming areas. It is really nice. My group of 14 ordered pretzel sticks, pizza (much better than I expected from a bowling alley!), quesadilla, mozarilla sticks, and a chicken sandwich with fries. Really good food all the way around! Only criticism was they were out of size 10.5 and 11 shoes....a couple members of our party had to bowl in
Attended the Cars and Coffee today 200 + cars ! Outstanding spectator attendance!
My family and I decided to go bowling and was amazed at the renovations! We had a great time bowling and the arcade is super cool! We haven't tried the food or drinks yet but will update! We are now going nearly every other week as our family outing!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
