We think Tonya and Allison are the best bartenders in the city. They are fun, friendly, and really seem to enjoy making people happy. You can tell a people person when you make eye contact and they smile instead of dodging you. The Christmas Bar at RH is innovative and fun. We loved the Grinch and the leg lamp! We don't always get things from the bar, but we make sure to stop and see if Tonya and Alley are working so we can say hi and catch up!
Clean, updated, lots of things for kids to do but most is at an extra cost. Only providing 4 stars due to prices being high. I would have expected to pay similar prices in a high tourist town like where I live (Orlando). Not a bowling alley in NE Ohio.
The bartender Sarah was so nice and professional. I appreciated her kindness and knowledge about the huge menu and drink options. As long as she is on the frontline of customer service you have a continued customer. Thank you so much??
I stopped in for some food and a couple drinks after a stressful day at work, and I'm so glad I did. The bartender, Tara, made the experience genuinely enjoyable?she took the time to chat and made me feel welcome right away. We had such a great conversation, and I left in a way better mood than I came in? and not just because of the drinks (; Thank you, Tara, for the amazing service and good vibes!
Rollhouse is a great family functions center. It features bowling a game room escape room and karaoke on Thursday evenings from Stu-dio Entertainment.
The experience was excellent! The place was clean. The service was courteous and timely! The arcade was nostalgic for the adults and exciting for the children! Parking was sufficient. I will definitely return. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!!
It was awsome the best employee I've ever seen here has to be Angelo Best employee I've ever seen at any bowling joint and I have been to all of the ones in Ohio except from Columbus so and he went out of his way to help us find bowling balls
Recently hosted our own birthday party here. Was very easy flow and we'll organized. Communication was great with coordinator. Only complaints is pitchers are hard to pour for kids. Our suggestion would be don't fill up all the way as half of it spills out and goes everywhere. Also we had to ask for additional napkins only received beverage napkins for every child. That's it. Also did get charged for extra things like the t-shirt that "comes with the party package" but was charged 6.50. And also charged fo
I'd give it 10 stars if I could! We went for a birthday party. Pizza was excellent and the place was very clean! Awesome friendly staff throughout. Fun bowling and arcade. Great place for adults to grab a beverage and watch football on huge screens while the kids play. I LOVED all the Christmas decorations! We will absolutely be back!
Laniece is the absolute BEST bartender that works here. She is attentive, nice and always has a cold one waiting for you! If I could give her more stars I absolutely would.
We went there on a Saturday evening to bowl as a family. A total of 5 bowlers: Three adults and two teens. After talking to the person working behind the counter, we left without bowling and went to Round One to bowl. It would have cost us over $150 to bowl at Roll House. The cost was simply too high.
Had an absolute blast with family for a bday party. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and all around awesome. We will definitely be back!
Been coming at least twice a week this summer. Very nice bowling alley. The food was better than I expected and we loved the robot waiter. There was one employee in particular I wanna shout out ( didnt catch his name). He remembered my daughter and even what size shoes she wears. Very friendly guy I'm guessing he's a manager. Thank you for a wonderful summer rollhouse!!!
What an absolutely lovely establishment, the staff was beyond friendly and Cami was especially pleasant to deal with, overall would recommend to all of my friends and family!
Came in for the first time Sunday night. Had the best time with bartender Sarah!!!! The bar was clean, she was attentive, and made the environment so fun!!! Definitely will be back!!!
Cami, Austin, and Molly were insanely nice. They made great jokes, made us feel at home, and gave us great service! 10/10 would recommend.
I always have a great time when I'm here. Great food and Laniece is always making sure we are taken care of. She's the best bartender, love her!!
Dont go here. Spent 35 dollars and got my nachos cold. The manager acted inconvenienced but reluctantly made another one after arguing. The second plate was still cold! Plus they forgot drinks and it took almost 30 min to get our 2 drinks! Ridiculous ruined my Friday night.
The puzzles are challenging and I enjoyed the room with my family. This is my second time here and both times part of the room was either broken or some elements used to be part of the puzzle but no longer were. This caused us to waste time on things no longer relevant. I thought it was expensive, and none of the advertised online group rate codes worked.
Great place if you are looking for something to do on a bad weather day. Has lots of things to do like bowling, escape room, arcade, bar and restaurant. If you come around Christmas time, they also have a cool decorated Christmas pop up. Worth a visit, though it is pretty busy closer you get to Christmas.
This was an amazing party for my husband?s 40th. Maggie was an amazing hostess and was right there when we needed her for anything! Highly highly recommend!!
There have been tons of improvement since I had last been in Palisades Lanes. I was impressed with the use of space and it seems like it could accommodate multiple large parties with ease. I wonder if Gen Z's can score manually. Neat place
Have been there several times (@ least 50), at the mentor location. Staff is very rude. Showed up one particular time when they hosted a fast and furious car show. Every parking spot to include handicapped and fire lane was blocked by these cars and vendors. I had to park at the next business. When I asked manager about it, his reply was you can always go elsewhere. Just very rude, overpriced and bad business. We've since driven out of our way for a more enjoyable experience.
Nice place with many entertainment options. The only downside is the bar. The food service and bar were not prepared for a busy evening. Bar staff was overwhelmed in the non Christmas themed bar. I overheard them describe a wait on food upwards of 90 minutes, then later on cut off food altogether. My wait for drinks was fairly long but the staff was extremely pleasant.
Cami is amazing!! She makes sure we're well taken care of! Love her!!
What a fun place! Coleen was at the desk. She was so helpful, efficient and quite funny:). Lots to do with a festive atmosphere. We're going back next weekend!
Cami was super friendly and helpful! She helped us find the best deal, as well!
It's ok. It's overpriced, not only the cost per lane per bowler, but shoe rentals, and lane rental costs really add up quick. On top of that, the food and drink prices are simply ridiculous for a bowling alley. I know they try to sell it as an upscale experience, but it's a bowling alley - plain and simple. House balls are predominantly lightweight and small finger slots. Systems worked fine. Shoes have definitely seen better days, there's no slide left. Lanes need to be stripped and waxed and oiled consist
My husband and me went on a date. We chose RollHouse Mentor and it was my first time visiting a bowling alley in my life. My husband used to play during his teen years and be part of a bowling team. I enjoyed watching him have fun. I got beat, expected...lol but we had a great time. I had a wrap for lunch and it was delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much, we reserved a lane for a birthday party for one of our grandsons.
Andre provided me with greatly made Tenders and even came back from the kitchen and gave a smile and good customer service
Terrible. They didn't have the Christmas items that they listed they said they were at the other bar that was closed for a private event. The bartender was rude. We went had to go to another lane to be able to bowl because they couldn't get the first one to work. Wanted a second marg but they ran out of liquor so I had to wait for them to get it from the back. So much wasted time. Do not recommend.
We had a good time. Not much in to bowling, but it gave us something to do before our escape room. It was fine. The escape room was challenging and we did have a mechanical issue with one of the puzzles, but overall our group had fun.
No wait for a lane and was very busy. $45 for an hour and $6 shoe rental seemed a little pricey. But had a good time
The kids loved the cosmic lights while we bowled! Very fun time. We had lunch while we bowled too. The pretzel is delicious and HUGE!
The food was okay, the bartender definitely did not want us there. Waited forever to acknowledge us, then treated us poorly. The food runner was cool. Bad overall experience.
Great arcade! You can actually win the claw machines! Clean. Good food. Friendly staff. Private party room with your own bowling lanes! Fun spot!
Okay so I have mixed feelings about this particular bowling ?? alley. We went for a nice little family outing recently. To say the least this place was Jumping jumping which was a great thing for the establishment. But from my understanding this was a normal Saturday night for them. Which is where my mixed feelings come in. The service was so awful and it seemed as if they weren't prepared for this kind of crowd. Ordering a drink literally was awful and I say this to say when you're spending your money you
Great prices, good food. Fun environment always having an amazing time. You get so much for the money.. they're always having specials on bowling and the games and don't forget there is a escape room there as well
Great place to have a drink, especially during the Christmas season. They have the place decorated from floor to ceiling.
Cheerleading for Shamaiia Emery & Teammates @ HS Match Play can be a Blast!!
Sarah was very attentive and pleasant! Thank you for a great night!
Cami Molly and Austin were very enthusiastic at the front desk and happy to help us enjoy our bowling night
We brought our classes for field trip on a Friday morning, but due to a miscommunication, we arrived an hour early! They were not prepared for us to arrive at that time, yet they welcomed us in and set up our lanes quickly (thank you Mr. Cantrick!) so that our students could start bowling. Their event planner, Colleen, was kind and incredibly accommodating, never making us feel like we were an inconvenience (for arriving SO early). She treated us wonderfully during the entire visit, and kudos to her and
Recently, our class had a special field trip to Rollhouse and ALL of our students had the BEST experience! Kind, friendly and accommodating staff! Delicious food made with considerations for students dietary needs! Clean environment and fun atmosphere! We are especially grateful to Colleen, Rollhouse Event Coordinator, who went above and beyond to support our students and staff! We sincerely appreciate all of the accommodations that were made to make sure our students had a fun and safe experience! I would
First time I have ever been to Roll house. I liked the atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
Bowled here and Cami, Austin, and Molly were so kind and helpful! They were friendly and extremely helpful!
Bowling was fun and we hit up the games after. First visit, they are always so busy!! Will definitely be back. Wish 2 people could bowl longer than 1 hour though.
One of the best Christmas pop up bars in the Cleveland area!
During our first visit to Roll house Mentor in Ohio, my daughter and I were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Scott. From the moment we arrived, Scott embodied everything Roll House stands for: he was driven to ensure our experience was unforgettable, committed to our happiness, and clearly put family values first. Scott's dedication to his role went above and beyond our expectations. His warm demeanor and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued. Despite it being our first time i
Decent place to bowl but it seems a little pricey
WAYLYN AUSTIN AND ABBEY ALL GREAT. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWESOME SENSE OF HUMOR. STEPH IN ESCAPOLOGY WAS AMAZING TOO
RollHouse is my wife and I favorite date night spot. The arcade is the perfect size. If you have children and want to bring them you can keep a eye on them all the time in the arcade. The Nerf gun game is my most favorite to play. I love smashing peoples records. I have not done the escape room yet but I do plan to. Bowling is of course fun and they youngsters love that. Thursday nights is karaoke and everyone in there is so friendly and encouraging. The outside patio is beautiful. They have this giant soft
As soon as I checked in for my reservation they said my time started (I checked in 10 mins early but didn't expect to start bowling yet) ;our food FINALLY came out 10 mins before our time at the lanes were over, we waited over an hour for the food and when 1 groups didn't come out they said we had to prove it didn't even come out?? Bar wait times were 25+ mins, managers were rude and once we said something they stood over our tables and waited for us to leave, made us super uncomfortable
We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the bar in Mentor. Our bartender, Scott, was awesome! He shared local history with us and allowed me to sample 3 dark beers before I decided on the Great Lakes Dortmunder. The whole experience was great after a long day of traveling!
If you are there in person, DO NOT let them put you on the wait list. You'll get bumped by everyone who makes a reservation online so your "1 hour" wait will result in you finally getting your "lane is ready" text 5 hours later. Just use your phone to book a reservation (they don't offer you this option at the counter and they don't have the ability to take in person reservations). Why do they have both a wait list and a reservation system that cannot interact with each other? Probably a bad decision by ma
We just took our son here and we had an amazing time. It's so fun inside and clean. The staff was friendly and kind. Scott really took care of us! We can't wait to come back.
Came for Cleveland burger week, wasn't expecting a scratch kitchen attached to bowling alley. Really enjoyed the smash burger, fries and fried pickles. Good beer selection to top it off, along with a friendly staff. Will definitely find my way back.
1st time at the RollHouse. It was a real nice time came a little early so we could eat. SCOTT was our server and he was AWESOME. Very kind and he went out of his way to give us great service. It was a fun time I would recommend to anyone who just wants a fun nite out.
Lee and Cami are the best if I could leave ten stars I would!
Fun place to bowl. Nice Lanes, Great Food.!!! Didn't like that Commercials were playing constantly on Cosmo bowl screens. Couldn't find a bowling ball that fit. No bowling powder available for customers. Overall the Experience was Enjoyable, definitely a nice place for a party ??!!
It's incredible and amazing the greatest bowling alley in the state of Ohio
1st time visiting. I didnt like the cosmic bowling price lol maybe have a family of four package for $75 that includes 2 hours of bowling and shoes? Over $100 was a bit steep especially both food and beverage. Place was clean. Customer service was awesome. Did t like when I ordered food I didn't get sauces I ordered instead get some sort of Italian dressing concoction lol didn't get to visit the arcade as I was already in hole over $150. Grat place. Needs family pricing times are hard nowadays and affordabl
This was my first experience at RollHouse, I had a Good Time. Food was Good, Drinks were Good, Bowling Was Fun. All Around GOOD Experience!! Will Definitely Be Back????????
Paul is great. Always honest with me and his customers. Always has access to the newest equipment. I recommend him and Amy for all of your bowling needs.
The facility is nicely maintained. But the focus of a bowling lane is supposed to be bowling and not a bunch of overpriced gimics and very mid at best food.
Very very expensive. Everyone says, why don't ppl take their kids out anymore. This is the reason? scary expensive.
The first time I went, the clerk wasn't honest about the pricing and gave me only one option to pay per person. Least to say it was 3 of us and I paid for all of us and our shoes. The second time I went the clerk was more upfront. I'm actually still kind of salty when I think about me wasting money but all & all. This place isn't bad.
Visited for the pop up Xmas bar. Was amazing. Drinks were great. Bartender was friendly.
staff was incredibly rude and misinforming guests of hours. was told the christmas bar was open to public at 930 by a staff member and when we tried to enter at 945 and was told it was closed.
It's a bowling alley, so the typical bowling alley experience. Nothing exciting. Except the robot waiters. Those were fun. The weird thing is that the front desk isn't where you get drinks from, they have to go to the bar. So things take a bit longer. But still it was fine.
Ali and Tanya were our servers and they were amazing, we spilled a water and they cleaned it up for us immediately. They were perfect bartenders. I highly recommend coming here for a fun night out.
Food was good, got a lane quickly. Awesome customer service great place for the family!
I guess I'm not the demographic for this place. Sticky approaches. Food delivered to the alley area. Music was nasty and loud. Probably a good place for nonbowlers who like pop music. Now I know.
Disappointed. We chose to go bowling from 3 to 5 because we did not want the strobe lights due to my mother in law and they had them going loud music in the dark with strobe lights before 3pm when cosmic is not going on. Not appreciated at all and will take my business elsewhere.
Recommend. Fun place to visit. Lots to do with family.
Great time. Plenty of space and good prices.
Went here for a company Christmas party unfortunately we were unimpressed. Let's start with the good. The staff was polite and attentive, and yeah, that's it. All the food was mediocre, grant it I didn't expect much from a bowling alley. But it could have at least been hot. We paid for some table games and a designated area, but unfortunately, it was a constant struggle to keep the general bar patrons from barging in. The bar area was nice when it was closed to the public, and it was just our group, but as
Always a great experience here. Bartenders Tanya and Ali know how to keep things rollin? and are at the top of their games each time we're there! Don't hesitate, stop in and see them soon!
So much fun. Challenging time goes fast, we will come back for sure! They also have a bowling alley. We did the train to Budapest room.
We just visited the Christmas bomb bar and WOW!! If you haven't been there you must must see this. Huge selection of Christmas ales and the peppermint martini is the best I've had. Tonya and Alison were so busy but took great care of us!
Yeah, save your money. Don't even attempt to eat here. Service is below subpar. Bowl and bring a pb&j. That's waaaaay better than the food.
Had an awesome time catching up with friends at this place, alot to do!!! Scott the bartender/waiter kept us fed and hydrated, very nice guy. Would recommend this place.
Escape room was a lot of fun! Easy to make appointment online.
My daughter's got wraps that were very good, but me and the wife got burgers that left a lot to be desired.
We had my daughter's b day party here and we had the best server ever. I believe her name was savannah. She was incredible and literally was one of the best servers I've had anywhere. It was a good time except for the extremely close proximity we were in to the party next to us. They had more than double the people we had and spread out and took over the whole party area where there were also another family having a get together at. They were loud and stole our seats and pushed us out to the point we were s
Great pop-up Christmas Bar.
Had a priceless time there bowling with my son.
I will start with saying that the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. But the food is over priced for what it is. It was almost $50 for food and when the robot brought it out all the items ordered were not even correct. And there was no one around to talk to about it. We were put on a lane that was clearly reserved for league bowling so when they started to arrive everyone was staring at us and hovering asking how much longer we had to bowl. That was a little uncomfortable and we felt rushed. W
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
