Wife and I got married on 5/17/25 then we had our after party at RollHouse. Maggie the manager was awesome at keeping in touch with the wife on everything we wanted and the staff was amazing at everything, from keeping food and drinks filled to making sure we were doing good, or needed anything and kept stuff cleaned up behind us. Would definitely recommend everyone had a blast.

Kids bowl free is an amazing summer program and the family pass is a steal. We went for our first time today with the family and each & every 1 of us had so much fun. We will definitely be returning all summer for family fun!!!

Our group had a great time bowling. The pizza isn't bad here, the music was good, and the lights made it really fun for the kids. There is also a decent arcade and bar in the back when you get tired of bowling.

Melissa, the bartender was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect roll house experience!! Next time we come, we will definitely be bringing our children for unlimited laser tag after 5 PM!

Such a transparent conversation w/ Nikki just now at RollHouse. When in sales/biz dev; often we get a harsh judgement. Much like how I misjudged this establishment the times I've went past it?I thought it was a slots gaming casino. Nope! It's a full fledged bowling alley+ more. We just got done with my sons birthday party. They did a fantastic job. Kept the pop pitchers refilled, the kids loved the pizza, laser tag was so much fun, and their arcade is very reasonable amount it takes per game. I was EXTREMELY impressed. Very good value for all that they did. My son had the best day. Thanks so much for all that you did! I would do another party here any day of the week!

Stopped in for a company function with the wife, very clean and fun atmosphere. Started off with some drinks from The bar,Melisa was absolutely amazing she made great drinks and had Top shelf customer service. She also made our pizza?also amazing.I had to get on here and give her a shot out for being a super dope bartender..we had a great time!!

I had my daughter birthday party there and they started the bowlin before all the kids was there my 2 sons only got to bowl for 20min. At first the refused to open the snake bar for my guests bc they was understaffed until I complained. They made my guests move tables but nobody was sittin there. And we could never find anyone. I will never have another party there and I will tell family and friends to never have a party there. It was awful is a nice place to bowl but not to have a party. They r always unde

When we went to book our lanes for bowling, the website somehow defaulted us to the Columbus location. When we arrived and realized it was in Columbus, we tried to contact Columbus to resolve the issue and they were unhelpful to say the least. The Huber Heights location really helped us out and allowed us to bowl even though we had the wrong reservation on a Friday night. We really appreciate them!!! It's a great bowling alley with great food as well.

My buddies and I come here a lot to play pool. We are sober, hence we don't drink, yet the Bar Manager, Melissa, is amazing and always seems excited to see us. We choose to come here to play not just cos it's close and convenient, but the friendly atmosphere as well. Yesterday was the busiest I've seen the bar, but Melissa never stopped smiling and continued to respect everyone there. My only gripe is the one pool table, but I never mind waiting. After all, it's a bowling alley, not a pool hall.

I'm not trying to blame them but first lane they gave us, malfunctioned and they knew it was a problem lane and moved us down to another lane. We originally bought two hours and decided to add an additional hour to continue and not even 7 minutes into the add on hour the other lane malfunctioned and they stated they would fix it and add more time, after waiting almost 30 minutes for them to do so I went to the desk to just ask if we could just do a partial/ prorated refund for it and was told no we don't do

OMG!!!! Melissa was grand. I came back to Columbus and stopped by this bowling alley with a personable bartender at the bar and she made my special drink the way I like it without even telling her. Sunny Side Up is what I named it and she will know exactly what you want. Try it!!!!!

The facility is nice, well maintained, and plenty of lanes. The food is good and the drinks were nice too. My only gripe is how understaffed the front desk was the entire time we were there on a busy weekend day. From the initial lane rental, an exchange of shoe size, having the bumpers put up, and then a couple of lane time extensions, every single time we waited an exceptionally long time because there was only one person handling lanes AND shoes. Came here only because this is the only location that participates in the Kids Bowl Free summer program. The bowling alley was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the kitchen area didn't open until we were leaving. I think they should open at the same time the bowling alley opens. Other than that, everything was great!

This is the best bowling alley in the Columbus, OH area! The employees go up and above to bring excellent customer service! My daughter and I went to this location multiply times for a class project! The food (pizza) is fabulous! Its very busy on Friday's and Saturday's so call before you go! See how long the wait is on those nights!

I've been Bowling at this alley since it was Big Western, and this is my favorite version of it so far! Has that old school bowling alley feel, but had been beautifully updated to be ?retro-chic? if that's a thing. Lol super clean, very appealing on the inside. Good atmosphere in both the bowling alley and the arcade section. But, it was really hard to find a bowling ball that actually allowed my fingers to not get nearly dislocated and that weren't 20lbs or more in weight. (Which also made it hard to get my ball where i wanted it to go). But otherwise a great experience bowling.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept. The price for bowling was very reasonable. The arcade area was surprisingly big and had a good variety of games. We spent much less than we would have at either Chuck E. Cheese or Dave and Busters.

This really beautiful bartender had amazing guest service and the food was outstanding I definitely would recommend coming back a great experience.

Melia treated our group, which consisted of 23 energetic kids, with so much care and attention. We wanted for nothing and we enjoyed the bowling, arcade, and laser tag. Very patient and friendly staff, definitely will be spending our money there again in the future!

I wanted to love this place. They broke into my friend's truck and there was nothing to steal. Staff was amazing. Food was great . They literally have a cop infront and he saw nothing. Back here again No issues

Went here for the first time over the weekend. It was not too crowded and they have some food options, though I will say it is limited. We personally had an issue with the food being undercooked, but they were quick to correct it (this happens, not here to berate). Overall, not a bad choice for reasonably priced bowling.

Rollhouse Columbus was amazing with our large group. We ended up in town with a bus full of teenagers due to bad weather. They accommodated us and made our day very special!! All on super short notice. Highly recommend! The manager Nikki was great and so were all the employees and we ate so much good food! It was a great day at Rollhouse!

Great for bowling, friendly staff! The restaurant sucks. It's super generic food and not prepared well. The menus aren't accurate (which is a violation of Ohio law on false advertising, but I figure I'll post here first to give them a chance to get their s**t together before complaining to the attorney general).. We got a burger, onion rings, soft drink, and personal pizza. It cost $40. The crust on the pizza was great! I love a crispy crust. But the toppings were cold. Only about 30% of the cheese was me

We celebrated my grandson's 5th birthday ?? with the birthday package for 10. Robin was an incredible host very friendly and helpful and she took care of our every need along with the other staff members. It was a very pleasant experience. That's what I call customer service and hospitality. Last but not least the chicken wings are delicious ?? ????

The atmosphere was very nice and the temperature in the building was perfect! The workers there were very welcoming and made you feel comfortable ??. The food was good but one of the mozzarella sticks I ordered had no cheese in them ??. Other than that they have more than enough activities for you and your family.

We use to love this place. We visited the game tonight for the first time in about 7 or 8 months. We use to come frequently and never had a problem. Tonight was different we ordered food that took forever to come when we did get our pizza it was cold. Then the kids ordered fries which took about 40 minutes to get. Then the young lady taking the orders was very rude to my children and no staff member seem to care not even the manager. Sandra was the only one that seem to have some customer service skills. S

We had a great time. Haven't bowled in years. My son wanted to go there for his 42nd birthday. He can't bowl very well but we all had a fantastic time. My only complaint was the videos. Very distracting. We are old people lol and are used to plain backdrops. Still had a really good time. We would recommend Tollhouse to anyone. It was clean and the employees were friendly. Had a hard time finding proper fitting balls.

Our scoreboard got messed up a few times changing scores, giving us different scores than what we bowled. But overall for as long as this building has been there it's decently clean, pizza was good, it was busy which I like to see. Has video games, private room, bar and reasonable prices. good time

We had a 5th birthday party here for our grandson. This place was perfect and the price was right on. Thornton ( I believe his name was) and his staff did a great job. The food wasn't bad at all. All together definitely worth it. Thier party coordinator set it up well.

Called agead to confirm walk ins being excepted. Told they were only taking walk ins until 4pm. Drove 30m out here to go bowling and at 345pm they told us they weren't accepting walk ins after 330pm. Will reassess if we return.

Had my kids birthday party there 11-14-21 and it was awesome the staff went out of there way to make our party of 20 feel welcomed & accommodated. Nice place for some family fun. Clean environment. We went bowling during one of the cosmic bowling times, the music could have been better (per my kids, and I agree, seemed dated and I knew none of the songs either), good selection of balls weight wise however couldn't find any lighter balls (8lbs) that fit adult fingers. We also liked that they can set bumpers for specific players and not have them up for every player. Overall nice place, we will be back.

Pleasantly surprised. It's a West Side gem! Clean up to date bowling venue with a really nice arcade. They also offer laser tag and an escape room. Will definitely go back!

Had my grand daughters birthday party here. Bowling balls kept getting jammed behind the pins. So we didn't get the complete hour to bowl. Was suppose to have a host for the party. That happened for about a total of 10 minutes. Ordered 4 pizzas. They gave me 2 and said I didn't order 4. Had to show receipt. Waited for lazer tag. They told me I didn't pay for that. I had to show my receipt again. Had to wait an hour on food and alcohol for the adults?? We did end up doing all our activities. Our host guy did

I used to go here back when it was western lanes and just started going back and the food is pretty good though extremely over priced as well as the bowling and laser tag. Though the biggest reason as to why I have quit going here, and absolutely will NOT recommend and actually tell people to avoid this establishment is the way my family member was treated as a worker. They are already understaffed and he would come in when he wasn't scheduled to help out, would stay over not on the clock most nights to ens

This is a great bowling alley!! We are so lucky to have a nice alley like this on the west side. Good food and drinks, nicely maintained lanes, and even laser tag.

Lovely night out! The staff is always so kind to my family. I've been coming here since it was Western Lanes and I can honestly say this is my favorite set of management so far. Special shout out to Thornton for being so amazing and helpful.

Cheapest bowling alley in Columbus! The lanes are well maintained as well as the arcade games. Place is always clean and the food is always good. The deals they offer are the best you can get anywhere in town! Definitely recommend this place to everyone. The staff members are always nice and helpful. It's a wonderful family establishment. After 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays they have the screens down over the lanes that play music videos. If you don't want your kids to watch them, don't bring them.

Great place for a date night or good old fashioned family fun. This place has been renamed a few times over the years. Kids love this place and it's close for the west siders. There's bowling, arcade, bar, food and laser tag! Good is a smidge pricey in my opinion but not out of the question.

The workers there are nice but they are not that organized. They kept telling us to wait for laser tag for an hour and each worker kept telling us your up in 10 minutes until we asked for refund and just left. In addition some of the bowling score keeper boards are messed up and they didn't give us our refund for that so we just made the best of it because we paid .

My boyfriend and I took his daughter there for laser tag. We had to wait a while for a couple birthday parties to go ahead of us. While w waited, they were so accommodating and welcoming. Excellent staff and wonderful service. We will bring her back.
