Love our local skating rink! My only recommendation is to let us request songs possibly in the future. We have visited for family fun and birthday parties. Party was great and we chose the one activity package but you could have easily added on another depending on their availability. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Someone monitors the skate floor which I appreciate due to younger skaters. Thank you for a family fun area in Joplin.

The surface was really friendly and everybody was just being really nice and there's some lots of games to play and I really like it. The service was good. The food was good. Everything was perfect. And you have lots of skids to choose from like the spread wheels and then the one wheels I can't think of the names but the first one was the ones with four wheels 212 on the back foot two on the front foot and then the other skates are the ones with the wheels in the middle which I have my own skate so I don't

My granddaughter had her birthday party here. All the children had a wonderful time. The young woman who took care of us was so helpful and sweet. Her name is Taylor and she was awesome.

Super fun environment with tons of games and interactive skating! Staff was really nice, especially our party host Taylor! She was the best and helped make sure our party ran smoothly!! Each area was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend the full glow party experience with the private glow room, laser tag, arcade access, and all skate. Price is fair and very worth it :)

It is very fun and I also loved it. We stayed there till like two hours and they played the arcade games and they have like laser tag. It was so fun.

We had our daughters birthday party here and it was wonderful. Taylor was our party attendant and she as very sweet efficient and helpful. Roller City is an excellent choice for birthday parties will do it again next year !

The skating rink is in good shape and they play good music. Lazer tag is fun, but depending on the night the wait can take a while. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I fell and twisted my knee really bad one of the staff members came and helped me take off my skates and made sure I got off the rink safely. Overall, the best skating rink in the area in my opinion.

Great place for kids of all ages to have fun. A little on the pricey side though and the prizes for the tickets are cheaply made and not worth playing the games to get tickets for.

We have done several birthday parties over the years for multiple children. Never been disappointed. Last night we had my daughter's 16th bday party, skating and laser tag, with pizza and soda. My daughter, and the rest of the kids and family, had a blast! It's hard to please teenagers, but her and her friends had an amazing time, the pizza was delicious, and we were able to bring in our ice cream cake which was delicious. If your child uses a trainer for assistance don't leave it anywhere. If anyone grabs it the staff will require you to pay for another and not do anything to assist the situation.

Skates are horrible if I pay for the time and can't use the skates because they hurt so bad it's just money down the drain. Good facility but the skates ARE everything!

The employees were rude, they didn't want to allow the kids to play laser tag more then once every 30/40 minutes when we had a large group of people so everyone couldn't go at once which meant we had several kids upset throughout the party, every one of my guests came to me about the employees attitudes and how they talked to the kids and adults in my group, they allowed random people to continually take my group?s assistance skaters and then charged us repeatedl

I booked this for my sons birthday party. Overall the atmosphere is fun, the staff we're nice our host was great. No complaints there at all. The one thing I am very upset about is the fact that I paid a pretty good chunk of money to have 4,5, &6 year olds try to skate with out trainers as the facility didn't have enough. My son cried because he couldn't skate. All the friends couldn't skate either. This was a huge bust and waste of money. I don't understand allowing multiple people to hoard all the trainer

I took four kids Friday night, 7-10pm. One even got a laser tag ticket, but when his turn came it was done. Thankfully he was refunded his money. Around 9pm a group of 3 girls and a boy started coming over to me asking for a dollar. I said no, I didn't know them. For 15 minutes they kept harassing me for $$ so I finally complained to the guy in the booth...he spoke to them yet as soon as he walked away these kids did it again. Great local rink with a nice wood floor at a good price per skate. The atmosphere is great, especially on weeknights when it's less busy. Staff are friendly once you get to know them. I wish the playlists had a little more variety, but it's not the end of the world. Glad to have such a nice place to skate in town!

I grew up skating here and have always loved this place! It keeps getting better and better over time! Not only because I work here, but the staff is always amazing on and off the clock! They are always working to do their best when I come in to skate on my own time!

I took my granddaughter for toddler time for Easter. The staff was welcoming and friendly to everyone. When I was a teenager I used to skate at the former Keeleys Silver Wheels. That was my go to place It was a safe place for my friends and I to be. Loved it

I reserved the skating and the play area for my daughter's birthday. In the future I will reserve the laser tag instead of the play area bc the play area was very small. Overall, it was a great experience!

Love watching my kids skate. The food isnt that great. I miss the old menu with the different types of pizza toppings. Pepperoni and cheese is nasty. Pretzels would be nice to have back.

I brought my Youth group Calvary Student Ministry to this place for our lock-in and it was a fantastic experience. The workers were wonderful and nice to all my staff and students. They made sure we had everything we needed and assured that we had a fun time. I plan on bringing my students here many more times!

Good atmosphere, great skate price. The music is a playlist, with the system they have they could easily make better play list to keep repeating customers. Adult skate night would be a great addition. Clean and friendly environment overall.

The rink is nice but the music is very lame the skating rink use to have good music when the old owner had it they play jam skate music and good old Popular music now they play only the top 40s and they play over and over again. Skating was fun when we could jam skate and do trains around the rink now there losing business because of the music. We had my son's 11th birthday party at Roller City today! The young ladies and young man working were fantastic. They were all very attentive and helpful! We had about 40 people there and the staff made it seem easy. Good times!

Completely turned to trash now that Rick sold it. Some teens kept starting problems with me by staring, saying stuff and cutting me off and making me completely stop. The staff was nice although when we played a game and I won, they wouldn't give me the prize of just a small package of smarties and refused to check the cameras when I told them that I did not cheat and I asked for them to check. They told me to either sit down in a chair by the desk, or leave. Went for a skate with a friend who goes often. It was an adult only skate!!! Which was awesome. Being many years since I skated last, it was nice to have the room and not have to attempt acrobatics to avoid falling children when I'm struggling myself. The place was super clean and very well maintained!! Staff very nice.

Not impressed. Staff were rude and kept acting like it was an inconvenience to have people there. Also the eye roll as I was leaving was not appreciated. I understand having a bad day but that no reason to treat guests poorly.

Awesome place, but needs a bit of an upgrade in the flooring. Not so smooth, and some of the game machines are older. I'm glad they have a play place for those not skating. Music went downhill the whole atmosphere is change since it was bought out all the songs that were played before were family-friendly and edited wethere it was rap, hip hop, pop etc which is how you get the crowds come in but now it seems like a step back in time with the older music different rules etc. It killed the whole vibe, no people are going to the other skating rink in webb city etc we may do the same. We went here for a birthday party and we're surprised at all of the options that targeted all age groups. There was a play place with a slide, skating with the option of pvc supports for younger skaters, and at the end, they got these scooters out that even adults could ride. My 5 year old had a blast here.

The old man that owns this place is a total grouch and super rude. Birthday parties are a rip off, they make you pay for their upgrades even when you don't want to use the extras. We wanted to just skate but you HAVE to choose other activities. Kids do drugs here as well, so be careful with your kids being here unattended.

The Music is Terrible for the price you pay. The price if you have skates has doubled and everyone is wearing headphones because the music is So Bad. You would think the Owners would get a clue and NO demographic wants to listen to their terrible playlist. I will drive an hour to Fayetteville Arkansas. A better floor and way better music for the same price. Disappointed they can't make the effort to make a better playlist.

Had a great time. The kids loved it. Friendly staff. Toddler Thursday had pony races, cookie decorating, and more even all the kids even got a valentine with their names on them when we left.

Went their with my family. We had two babies with us. One girl wasnt paying attention and was to busy on her phone and almost ran into my niece three times. Then a boy decided to try to run on carpet with skates on and hit my one year old nephew in the head with his skate. Not one employee did anything about either of these incidents. Things have changed a ton apparently when it comes to skating prices. I took my 6 yr old skating and it cost $25!!!! 10.50 for each of us and 3.25 for a skate walker (he doesn't know how to skate yet). My son went around twice, fell about 4 times and was done. The staff are nice and they play the usual skating rink games. Music is kid friendly. Skates are really old and dingy though. Takes forever to tie them because the laces are so frayed. Snack bar has limited options and the quality isn't the best. They also have a few arcade games and a play zone for younger kids.

It's a lot of fun but it can get quite crowded. There food and drinks are really good. The skate floor really only gets crowded when it's the last few songs otherwise not many people get on the floor they just sit down and talk. I went there for a birthday party. Very well organized planned for the parties. There was a section partioned off for the party. Pizza and beverages were provided....don't have details on that though.There was a play climb area that was supervised by an employee when children were in it. It does cost extra. Great roller rink, though post COVID their prices jumped exponentially. They now charge for a skate mate, which seems a bit redundant(already paid for entry and skate rental). It's only $3s, but it seems silly. Laser tag is fun(my 5 year old loves it), so i highly recommend buying the activities package.

Only thing that would make this place great is changing the Spotify playlist. It's the same songs every single weekend. It would be nice to hear some throw backs too like Webb City skateland has. Something for all ages.

We had a blast here this was my first time when I seem roller blades I knew it was going to be fun my daughter had been there a few times for toddler time but my first time and I will be back. One thing as a suggestion have like a monthly stake pass would be cool.

It's far too expensive to skate in the first place.....THEN if you want to use roller blades, instead of skates....be prepared to spend 4 MORE dollars....then if your kids are too small to skate alone, they'll rent you homemade walkers made out of PVC pipe...for another 3 dollars. Also, even though you spend a crazy amount of money to roll around in a circle, you have an EXTRA fee for the blow up bounce houses. I would not recommend taking your family to this place.

After a few issues of having to reschedule a birthday party due to weather, then having to cancel for some personal reason , some miscommunication, Rick fixed my problem, and refunded me. Rick was very friendly. Will be booking in future to get to have a party. Once all this chaos dies down. I have some little ones who are dying to skate.

They've restructured the pricing which I think works well. Games are better which I think is a great part of the update.

So much fun at Toddler Time! Our two grandchildren had a blast; riding dinosaurs and horses, bounce house, and games. Everyone is very friendly.

Place was super super busy and staff was a bit overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. Skates aren't great quality and the floor needs work. Felt like I was skating on road rumble strips.

Saturday night skate or Roller Derby? Who knows with the ambulance being called the last 2 Saturdays. I hope you can roll in on your skates and roll out cause good luck finding a place to sit to take them off or put them on, they got people packed in like sardines!
