Open late and the staff is very chill, it's their work but very laid back for them so the whole environment is laid back and fun. This place is awesome. I'm from Miami but moved out of state. I come back to Miami to visit frequently. When I'm in town I'm able to come to ROK with my own controller and headphones, plug them in, log in and play Fortnite! Pc?s work well and everyone is friendly!!

I travel a lot and I like to go cyber cafes to relax and play games. Honestly this is the best gaming cafe I have ever been in. Their customer service is amazing, hourly rate/deals is also amazing, and not to mention their PC setup with 240hz monitors that can play literally any demanding games as of 2023 is insane! This is one of the best gaming venues I've ever visited. Everything is first class from the setups and gaming stations to the service from the staff. If you're into gaming it's a must visit when in Miami. Or if your kids are getting into gaming, it's a great place for them to hang with like minded kids and get better. I love this place. Amazing people who run the bar with such a great atmosphere. Every weekend there is an event for all different kinds of video games or card games. The Magic commander/draft scene is also incredible. Highly recommend! They don't serve food though, just drinks and snacks.

The production quality and atmosphere is always on point, and there's always space to set up your own console to play friendlies with the other competitors. ROK Esports is more than just a gaming cafe. The owners are incredibly friendly and kind, which makes for an amazing and comfortable atmosphere. Even if you don't use any of their top notch computers, you are still guaranteed to have fun and relax. They don't always serve food, but when they do it's always super tasty and affordable. Even when they don't have any food for events, they still carry a large variety of snacks and drinks (even alcohol).

Genuinely the greatest LAN center ever, the owners/staff are some of the most down to earth guys Ive met, the tournaments are always incredible. I was visiting for vacation and decided to participate in a TCG tournament. The hours listed on the App said the event deadline was at 9p.m. I signed in successfully at 8:15p.m. and arrived at the location 8:35p.m. ready to go. I went to the first representative with brackets on his computer, but he was more entertained talking about pokemon with others. Been here twice for VALORANT tournaments and honestly, they do it better than anyone. Good people, good vibes, they listen to feedback from EVERYONE and actively improve on it. The staff make you feel like you belong there. Huge shoutout to Cody, Cjay, John, and all the other amazing people there. ROK Esports has excellent atmosphere, over 50 PC setups, a great retro game selection, and a very affordable bar. They host lots of tournaments for different games, they host Birthday parties, and word has it a pretty awesome retro collectible store pops up every Friday around 7:00 PM to sell some retro video games merchandise, and do repairs on GameCube controllers during their Smash Brothers weeklies. They have amazing friendly staff, and a great community backing them up. 10/10

Editing in my review: Location scheduled a card game event on Monday through the related app but was supposedly closed. Was about to leave when I noticed an Amazon delivery driver trying to deliver a package which someone opened the door and received. Tried to call twice to see if i could confirm if the event was happening after seeing this, but there was no response.

Gamer Heaven. This is the spot I didn't know I needed in my life. State of the art gaming equipment, best Happy Hour deals in Miami, good food and talking to the owners is like talking to one of the boys. My favorite part about this place is the sense of community they're building here. I can go with 5 friends or by myself and still have a great time playing for hours.
