Went to a boys birthday party a few weeks ago. I was greeted by a man at the front turned out to be the owner. After speaking with him and admiring the flooring and the place in general, I couldn't believe how clean he kept his his white floor, we talked for 5 min. Right away all I can think of is what a great guy and what a great business he has. He's very knowledgeable. He engaged with everybody at the party helped everybody out, staff was great also. It's great how he's got young kids working with him

Had my son?s birthday party at this establishments and it was a blast. The kids and adults had lots of fun. The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs, both the kids and adults. I would definitely recommend this place just for the customer service alone it was so ?easy?. Great business and would definitely be returning.

Great new business in Freehold Mall. I came in to just look it over with my son and we ended up booking his party before we left!! It was amazing. So much for the young ones , teens , and even parents. Racing, VR, flight simulation, a live action Mario cart simulation, arcade games with games from every system (atari, all nintendo, all Sega), .. I could go on and on! Hosted my son's birthday party here. Little kids, big kids, boys and girls...the owner made sure that no one was left out of the fun. The service exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the staff members who provided assistance to all of the guests. Everyone had a great time.

My experience would have been great if it wasn't for being interrogated by an older man in a tracksuit . He had questioned if I paid online I said ?yes?. They could find my confirmation. I showed him on my phone but wasn't enough as he requested to see a online bank statement. I told him I am not going to show my online bank statement listing my transactions. He then disappeared and I was told by another employee they found my confirmation and everything is ?good? nonetheless my sons enjoyed themselves. Th

We went in around 11:30am to ask for information about the place, and we received a free 30 minutes and were told to come back at 5pm. We come back at 5pm and nobody is there. Their website says they close at 10pm. The item attached is the card given for the free 30 minutes.

Attended My Cousin?s Birthday Party here today and it was a great experience! The kids had a great time the staff were cordial and professional and very helpful with helping the kids play. My 6 year old had a blast with the Metaview. Even my husband got an opportunity to play. Fun place for beginner and seasoned gamers.

STUCK with nowhere to have my son's birthday! UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. Scheduled a birthday party a month ago. Invites go out. Store will relocate but will be open by the time of your party as reassured by an employee. NO response two weeks before the party! NO response a week from the party! 0 ?

What a great experience it was for everyone. I had my sons birthday party and elijah the owner and staff were amazing all around. The hospitality was very good. The place is very clean no 1 has or gave an attitude to any of the kids when it came to switching games or doing something else. Highly recommend even to leave a child there so you can go shop in peace is a good idea haha ????????????????

Went with my son and newborn baby at 12pm on Sunday. They weren't open. Employee sat outside saying ?the boss isn't here?. No one showed. 130pm and no one showed. Not how you run a business

They advertise a Mon -thur double the play time (window poster, their counter) with no fine print. Apparently It's only valid if you get an employee who honors it. One guy said yes, give him 15min to clean up a party. 15min later new guy said no and wouldn't get the other guy. I was told the manager made this rule but she wasn't there. Prefer to go elsewhere next time

Overall a cool place. Just a lot of issues in my personal experience. Girl gave us the headset and just left us hanging after telling her it was our first time. My oculus only had about 6-7 basic games on it. Got interrupted 2 separate times being told my time was up when I had over an hour left. Between the crazy loud opera music being playing over the speaker and the racing Sim, you couldn't even hear the games you were playing on the oculus. Staff is very undertrained. Xr legends is overall an amazing place for kids, Teens and adults I went there a couple times they are always upgrading for a bigger and better experience of the VR world they have tons of games to choose from the prices are amazing compared to other VR places the workers are very skilled they get things done smooth and quick without a issue I would consider making a reservation because the can be bus but overall it's amazing and I do plan on going more often 5/5

It's a great place, we will miss it since it'll be moving to Jackson but the mall wasn't giving it the foot traffic it needed. Come enjoy it before it leaves freehold mall!!!

This is one of the greatest virtual reality experiences I've ever done the staff was super nice and really helpful if you have the chance I would recommend going .
