We were here this past Saturday and it was great. We had a large group of about 13 people. We got 2 lanes for 2 hours. The place is looking nice and it had a few things to do . Laser tag, a game area and the bowling. We ordered food. We tried ordering using the bar code but it was not working. We went up and the concession staff were great and very helpful! They brought all of our food and drinks to our lane. The food selection is great and the prices were not bad . We had a great time and we will definitel
Amazing customer service!! We came on a random week day and they turned on laser tag and all the games just for our family of 4! We had a great time spent under $50 for about 2 hours of playing. We will come back next year when we are in town!! The arcade is very affordable!!
Very fun! Very nice! The place was packed but the arcade and food was nice while we waited a bit. It's such a great place to take your littles too! There were some new employees and the manager was very amazing the way he kept things flowing but allowed the employee to do things on his own. It was well organized. The only thing I wish was there is a popcorn machine ??, but that's a me problem.
Always one of my most favorite places to go for bowling and more! The place is always clean, well run, and the service is fantastic. One of the best parts is the fact that the restaurant inside the building will actually deliver your food and drinks right to your lane! And the food is absolutely incredible too! Trust me, these folks work harder than most to provide a top notch experience that you simply won't find in most places anymore. Keep it up!
Had a great first time playing laser tag and having a few drinks here! Will definitely be back.
Went here for a charity event with a local professional wrestling company. I've never been to this place before, nor did I know it even existed before. It's a nice little bowling ally with a nice little arcade and even has a Bar & Grill with deck seating. The staff were so kind and the service at the Bar & Grill was great and very professional. The staff was more then acomadating of my brother and his disabilities so that even he could bowl and have fun. BTW I won both games on my lane.
Solid bowling establishment. I took a group of eight to Rocky Springs ? four adults and four children, most of whom were new to bowling. The facilities were well-maintained and we had a lot of fun. The staff at the counter were patient and professional, but they didn't seem especially enthusiastic about helping our group of amateurs. They weren't rude, just a bit detached. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more flexible pricing options. That evening?s pricing was by the hour, with no discou
Always a great time bowling with friends. The staff is extremely friendly and we always have a fun time! Give us a fun atmosphere, good food and drinks from Red Pin Bar and Grille, and a few rounds of bowling and we are content. We look forward to it every week.
I haven't been bowling in YEARS and recently went twice within a few weeks apart. The owner fixed a gift card glitch and was so friendly. Both times the place was packed, but minimal wait times. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Our family had a blast! Check out the attached restaurant as well.
We had a 4 lane reservation for our family?s. Few of the wife?s were pregnant and some have infants. The bowling alley went above and beyond to deny the entry of water bottles for them. Made it a horrible situation. They did supply 1 bottle of water and offered tap water. Tap water isn't something our families do with infants and pregnancy. They wanted $3 plus for a super cheap low quality bottle of water. For being a family establishment. They really messed up and we will not be returning.
Our family had the unfortunate ?joy? of bowling here. A few of our family members are pregnant and we had an infant with us. We were told when we went to check in no outside drinks, which ok. Yeah. Cool. But then when it came to the pregnant women, who already can drink next to nothing, they were told they couldn't have their water bottles with them. After begging they still insisted no and told a family member of the pregnant woman to ?stop throwing a tantrum?. Anyone with an IQ rating of 1 could put toget
We visited Rocky Springs Entertainment Center for a company holiday party in their private event space, and we were very impressed! Everything was wonderful - the food, the cocktails, the service, the space. The staff members were very attentive, making sure that our drinks were full, that everyone was well-fed, and that all our needs were met. We would definitely recommend this location to others who are looking to host an event near Lancaster!
Some of our family was pregnant and they tried to bring a water bottle in. The bowling alley went above and beyond to deny the entry of water bottles for them. Made it a horrible situation. The provided one water bottle and when we went to ask for a second one they tried to make us pay 3$ for one low quality water bottle and they said if we did want to buy a water bottle they could drink the water fountain water. The woman at the front desk told I don't have time for this and went to the manger and told him
This place is run by incompetents and outdated machinery. Left my brand new ball there for the main guy to drill. Called back 3 days later and it's still not drilled. They tell me they're busy but it's honestly pure laziness. Learn to delegate. If your team can't handle the front while you act like a shop pro, that's on you. I instead went and grabbed my ball and took it to Leisure Lanes and had it drilled within 30 minutes by Frankie. Lanes break down constantly. Unless you're a regular and have an 'IN'
A really nice bowling alley right outside of the city. Plenty of fun for the whole family as there are plenty of lanes, an arcade and a bar for the adults. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Rocky is a go to for my friends and I for our weekly get togethers! always a great time and never disappoints from the bowling to the great food and drinks at red pin to the great disposition of the staff we always look forward to our weekly hangouts!
Amazing updo on the old place. Great food at the snack bar once I realized where it was, should have a person there to help when need something. Nice looking bar with a restaurant too. Fun at laser tag and fun themed. $7 for one game and arcade needs to have a card to play and most are a $1 to play. I will stick to bowling and food next time.
Great local bowling alley. Kids live glow bowling. Restaurants has alcohol which is nice. They also have a private room for parties. Definitely worth a try if you have not been there
Cool spot to bowl with your people. The rental shoes were all shredded!??The drink service for adult beverages has room for opportunity! ?I don't see the chat button on your business page. Honestly, it was my whole families shoes who were shredded except for my youngest daughter, and completely different model than ours. I also did ask the counter and they honesty brought me out a pair that was worse. We love it there and came to bowl for a birthday, so it wasn't worth leaving. Thanks for responding!
Had alot of fun with my bff and son. It was my son's first time bowling and he had a blast.
I've been going bowling here for years, since my childhood. The lights get better every year, I like the music video screens however, the music is very lacking. I've gone glow bowling here on the weekends after 10 pm where it should be adults only and I've recently been here on a Friday at 6 pm and somehow 70?s music rules the show regardless of what time I go. It's quite a bit of a turn off when bowling for 2 hours and I can't enjoy the music. Last night I was there around 7, the alley was filled with pare
First we ate at the restaurant, the owner brought us a free app plate of pretzel bites with Mustard and was delicious. She was very nice and accommodating. I got a basic burger, my son got mini corn dog bites from the kids menu, my daughter got chicken quesadillas and my husband got the Three little pigs burger. We all greatly enjoyed our meals! Nice, clean place with nice staff. Next we played games at the arcade. They have a kiosk to load up a game card. Most game were $1 each. They also have a large pr
Great communication, Good firewood, hope to do business again, highly recommend!
Delicious food, friendly wait staff, had a blast bowling.
Great place to bowl. We did glow bowling. It was such fun. Was not crowded, even on a Friday night.
Enjoyed two hours of bowling with my teen. The location was full of other families, so it was a great atmosphere. Clean, well lit, plenty of staff present. Prices are affordable. I recommend using their online reservation system to ensure a space. Plenty of food options. We haven't tried any other lanes, because we're so pleased with Rocky Springs.
We had such a beautiful time bowling it was a very nice clean place and we also played laser tag and played in the arcade this is a nice place to bring your family and eat pizza and make wonderful memories
Had a great time. The remodeling bowling alley is much nicer than it used to be. Lots of arcade games now as well, although they are pricey compared to Lazerdome
Had a great time down at Rocky Springs! We bowled a couple games, had a couple drinks, and enjoyed some amazing food at Red Pin.
We always have a wonderful time. Customer service is great and the environment is perfect for family competitive fun.
This place will surprise you, in the best way. I was told I was going to a restaurant at a bowling alley and I was skeptical, but I was wrong. The steak was great, my wife had the crab cakes which were also good. I had the Brussels sprouts, which were done perfectly. If I were to guess they were never frozen. I had the chili, and it was also great. The staff and drinks were great too. We will be back for sure!
Absolutely so fun! Great prices! And good music
It's such a shame to write a negative review, when it could so easily be a positive one. Rocky Springs has all the ingredients for a fun and enjoyable venue to meet up with friends or host an office get together (which is what we did) However, the manager (possibly owner) who is on-site, could win an award for her rudeness and lack of hospitality. Perhaps it's my British upbringing, but manners, courtesy and consideration towards others are of paramount importance. This lady has none, and sets a tone that m
I had no idea Tuesdays were discounted so I had to go! Right after work there was very little people and it was the perfect vibe for my little family. Great time for a great price. I always enjoy coming to Rocky Springs and look forward to making regular visits again.
This place was nice. Took my boys because we had free passes for laser tag but they didn't have anyone there to run it so we bowled for a little to pass some time. When we finished we were told that it might be a while for laser tag to open so we started to head out. The owner stopped me and had a mantinence man run laser tag just for us! They were incredibly understaffed but still went out of the way to make sure we had fun. Only complaint is pay by the hour bowling, we had to stop half way through a game
We had our Christmas work party at the Hideaway. The staff was amazing and made our time there so much fun. I highly recommend this venue! Rocky Springs is the best!
We personally had a good time. The staff seem to have no clue what they were doing. Couldn't get the people and shoes correct for 5 people. It wasn't crowded. It wasn't busy. SATURDAY $14 a person and 2 shoes needed. For 2 hours. Food vs bar drinks weren't even a bit fair.
You'd think after coming here 5 different times EVENTUALLY it'd get better, I'm so guilty of giving places too many chances ????? every time I come it's literally always rude staff, who give you the most attitude because you can't hear them or they can't hear you LIKE I'm sorry, it's a bowling alley where music is blasting and balls are smacking, I'm sorry if my hearing is terrible.. ?? AND LETS NOT MENTION THE FOOD, my guys are in the back eating, and drinking them making your food, ?? every time I get foo
The best crab cakes anywhere at the Redpin. Becky the manager has been there 10 years. We live next door. The nachos, fish sandwiches, Buffalo chicken wrap, Wings, chili. Omg everything is great with outdoor seating. Very reasonably priced
When we got there we were told the wait would be between 45 minutes to an hour which was understandable since it was peak time on the weekend, but we ended up waiting close to 2 hours not sure why. We entertained ourselves with the arcade for the time being. Once we finally got to get a lane we had a great time. The employees were friendly and helpful when we brought up the wait time. They advices us we'd get the next lane that opened up due to the wait.
Went with 2 other couples for dinner and bowling. Everything was amazing. Our food was wonderful. Had a mixture of burgers, chicken sandwiches and beef tip sandwiches. Along with meatballs for appetizers and dessert. Staff was wonderful. Bowling was so much fun. Our first time there ,we will be back. Keep up the great job all around.
This place has definitely improved over the years, especially since I was younger. We were able to bowl for two hours. Go through 3 full games and partial of our 4th when the screen canceled us out at our time limit. Only thing I wish it would've let us finish the frame or that game, but all good. We still had fun
The lanes are in decent shape and they have multiple options to customize the look of the scoring on the screens. When we bowled there we got in a little before glow bowling started, so that's an option on some days/hours too. They also had screens at the ends of some of the lanes playing music videos. When we were there they were playing mostly pop music from the 80s to now, so there was a decent mix. Some that made my kids make weird faces sometimes. The alley seating is comfortable. They have a snack bar
Awesome family environment. Great food, and game room area for younger kids. Adult beverages available if so desired.... now as for the rest: The petting zoo could use a few more animals. The turquoise 2 legged tortoise with a head on it like George Washington was a little odd, but the fact that he spoke French was quite a treat. I'm still trying to figure out how the Lawn and Garden department had roses that are in full bloom in February but I guess everyone has their own little gardening secrets. The rest
Get there within the hour when they first open and I promise you'll have an available lane. Kind when expressing issues when bowling with the lane. Their bar and food is ok as well. Overall I enjoy my time there.
Horrible customer service. They charged me $60 to bowl 2 games. They cut the second game off halfway through then tried to charge me $20 to finish the game. ?You pay by the hour on the weekends? they said. Just wondering who comes to bowl 1.5 games. Will never come back, would suggest people go to a real bowling alley like Dutch lanes who charge per game. The manager was very disrespectful, he said he did not care what my opinion was
I liked it before they did the remodeling but now just wow. It's much nicer. The bar has alot more space. Food was great. I haven't hit the laze tag yet but I'll be doing it soon.
Fun, but you may have to chase idiots away from your lane if you go to grab food or drink. We rented a lane for a couple of hours and I had to tell other groups to get out of our lane three times. This was after we went to our lane initially and found idiots lounging and bowling in it after we first showed up.
Great tasting Food, ordering from your phone and brought right to your lane! Everything was clean and tidy with dividers Every 2 lanes if your into that sort of thing. Great place to have fun. We will definitely be back!
We ate at the reasturant which was okay, then played in the arcade. The games were fun, and new machines. The air hockey was the best bang for your buck and most fun in my opinion. Other stuff like ski ball should not be one dollar per game, so some stuff was overpriced.
Had a fun night out bowling, which I haven't done in ages. The bar atmosphere is weird though, makes you feel like you're underage drinking at a festival. The bartenders are aggressive about carding, wristbands, and rules. I get they have to be careful, but it was off putting. Otherwise, we had fun! When did bowling get so expensive?!
The atmosphere was decent. I went with a group of people with high intentions to play pool only to discover no tables were available to public. That was a bummer but we stayed anyway to make the most of it. Laser tag was cool, although not a very big arena which felt as though was fit well for 8 people at most. The bar service was pretty bad I will say. Waiting sometimes 10-15 mins at the counter for a drink. The drinks were quite expensive and very poorly made, very light on the alcohol. The food was good
Excellent, friendly environment for families. Staff is helpful and friendly. Pricing is reasonable. Food is delicious. Bar makes great drinks.
Decent place to bowl. Takes a while for food to get ready, inconveniently small tables, and about a third of the arcade doesn't work. But the drinks from the bar are good
The food is very delicious, all made to order after u place ur order. They give you these pagers so you don't have to stand around and can bowl while you're waiting. All the staff are friendly and willing to accommodate everyone's needs. They're currently undergoing renovations but are still open, which is really cool. Even their prices are decent and worth it. Out of all 3 nearby alleys, this is definitely my pick.
Red pin pub at Rocky Springs has a good vibe and nice looking bar. Great first visit, looking forward to many more.
We stayed in the cottage for a few days after we got married. It was the perfect getaway! Private and comfortable but close to a variety of things to do. The cottage was very charming and breakfast was served to our door every morning! Theresa the innkeeper was friendly and personable! We enjoyed talking with her and taking a tour of the inn as well!
Lots of fun my first time there on Saturday night and it was great not terribly busy definitely I would go again
We had our little one birthday party here. What a fantastic job they have done for her and her family. The hostess was amazing with all the kids. I have not been at Rocky in almost over 20 years and the change is amazing! Thank you!
My family celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday here over the weekend. We had a great time bowling, our small children had no problem bowling independently. The food was excellent, and so was the staff. After bowling, we hit the arcade where we all found tons of games to enjoy. We didn't have a chance to do laser tag, but we will definitely be coming again for that very soon! The entire place was clean, friendly, and inviting. I really enjoyed it as it was my first time there. Definitely will be going back
I have gone a few times over the past few years, usually to glow bowl for a work get together. Last time I went was around October and they had just revamped the inside making it much nicer. They have added laser tag to their repertoire and made the bar a beautiful lounge like get away. I am looking to go there again real soon...I'm thinking glow bowl followed up with laser tag!
Use to be a favorite. Owner is a bit cocky, staff is hit or miss some are really nice other just rude. Did glow bowling they did do a good job to accommodate use but not till after they got me upset enough to want to leave. We did have a great time, staff killed it for us. Attitude adjustment would give them a better review
Went Saturday night for the first time with my husband, and our 2 kids, about 7:30pm. Waited in line for about 15 mins, but was able to get a lane right away. We will definitely take advantage of the reserve lane next time as the website suggests, as they went on a wait shortly after we got there.
Reservation started at 4:30 but doors didn't open till 4:30 when at least 50 people entered at the same time so while our group of six were checking in and getting shoes and getting a ball ,our hour was being used up, but not bowling. If you advise people to be there 15 minutes early, shouldn't the doors open for business 15 minutes early?
Made a reservation a few nights ago for Saturday night dinner and bowling. The line was super long and there was poor indication of where the restaurant was in the establishment. Waited in another line for the restaurant reservations, the place was poorly organized and it took forever to get our food. Had to wait in line again for our bowling reservations, was told we were in the wrong line, finally talked to a very helpful manager who got me set up in a lane. Getting a drink was an ordeal, and the bartende
My boyfriend and I went for glow bowling on a Friday. We called for a reservation earlier that day and got one without an issue. We felt it was a good value for the 1hr time we booked. It was clean. I liked the projector with music videos playing during bowling.
The Manager, Fred is incredibly rude or a little racist. He was busy on a Saturday night and showed zero courtesy to explain or be kind. Never visiting again or recommending to friends.
Horrible, horrible staff. Terrible service. Five of us showed up around 9:15 on a Monday for their $10 all-you-can-bowl special. Was given attitude the entire time. The bartender was very sweet. As we were bowling, one of our lanes was malfunctioning and moving very very slow. My friend accidentally hit the bar a few times because the lane had a HUGE delay and we didn't realize the bar hadn't lowered until late. The guy at the desk gave us an attitude over loudspeaker and told us if we wanted to keep bowlin
Was here with friends. Started off as a nice experience. Then we went yo the bar to get some drinks. As we we're ordering someone hit my friends yarmulka (Jewish hat) off his head. Then once we ordered the drinks they said we could not take more than 2 drinks at once. So I had taken out 2 drinks and my friend took 1 out. Then I came back in and they said they cut us off because my friend took out all the drinks. I had called the manager to look at the cameras but they weren't interested and just told me the
The bartender had a rough time serving people in a timely manner. On Saturday 5/4 at roughly 8pm there was a total of 3 people waiting for a drink. I did not get a drink in my hand until 8:30pm. Service is beyond slow.
Decided to go here on a rainy day and we were pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and very cost friendly. Tuesday is $2 shoe rental and $1 games. For 5 people, our bill was $25. Entertainment can't get much cheaper for 5 people for 2 hours. Also a pretty clean bowling alley. Pizza was fresh and decent quality. We would go back again.
I was there tonight with a group of 15. Within 20 minutes of being there we got our drinks, the waitress spilled 3 of them on me. If it was water I wouldn't have cared, but it was alcohol which made me sticky and smelly. She handed me yellow towels to clean up. At the end of the night I got my bill, and I thought she had taken the cheese fries off as a ?sorry? for the spill. Nope I was wrong, she asked me for my card again and charged me in a separate transaction. Need better, and faster service.
They don't have bathroom seat covers in any stall. Spoke with the owner and told her they should invest in some because you should care about your guest?s safety and health. Owner stated she didn't wanna pay the price for BATHROOM SEAT COVERS. I brought It to her attention it's unsanitary and they make a ton of money, I'm sure they could afford them and it would be very nice for us. She states that's nice to know. She didn't care. NEVER GOING BACK.
My experience was a great one. The new owner honored a coupon thst we had awhile and even made us feel like VIPS ,the whole night. This bowling alley was very clean and supplied with lots of bowling balls to choose from. We will come back for sure. They also have a great party room with private lanes.
Place was very nice and we had a fun time. Food and drinks brought right to our lanes. The ball selection was what you would expect for house balls but my hands were sore after using them. Arcade was fun as well.
The one cashier was arrogant when getting a lane to bowl on. The food wasn't the best but for the price it was understandable. We were mostly upset with the cashier and how he treated our group.
Enjoy our visits here very much. The bowling is fun especially once it hits 4 p.m. and they have glow bowling. That's where the lights kill dim but everything else lights up and close like the bowling ball and your clothing it's really neat. I have a refreshment bar which is really good and reasonable. Everything is very clean. We recommend this place to families
I was here today, the bowling balls hurt my fingers and when I asked for water from the staff they said cash or card. So they give me a cup of water and the water fountain wasn't cold at all, and it's hot in here like I'm sweating. 0/0 would not recommend.
This place has certainly become a place for entertainment since the remodel. There is now laser tag and a pretty decent size arcade along with bowling. The staff is always friendly and there to help. There is now a full restaurant and bar and the complex as well. It looks like they took a couple of bowling lanes away to put them into a private room. Seems like a wonderful idea! It was just slightly irritating when we had to wait an hour for a lane and there was 6 Lanes in a private room that weren't being u
Went to the Red Pin Bar. What a nice suprise. They have tables outside. A nice seating area, Corn Hole game and another I have not played. Drink specials every day, something new and different everyday. And good food. Snacks to full meals with alot in between. Great service, clean and enjoyable. That had a band setting up for Saturday Night. I will return as so many items on the menu to try. Did I mention it is a bowling center as well with an arcade and private party room with 2 bowling lanes and a pool ta
I used to come here as a kid and in the last like 10 years it seems like all they do is add everything but bowling to make money. Its fun to come here every once in a while but it's nothing more than an arcade now it seems.
Had a blast glow bowling for my birthday. Staff is friendly and service at lanes is great!
Fantastic experience! Staff was so pleasant. The value during the bowling specials can't be beat! My family and I travel to the area at least once a year and will be sure to make this a regular stop!
Great Bowling Alley. Friendly Staff. Clean Environment.
Great specials. Great for date night. Bowling with food and drinks.
We always like it, just wish when there's not alot of people they would go everywhere lane so you didn't feel so crammed in. Staff was nice, and had a great time.
Their renovating currently so everything isn't up to par but I do like the fact they are still up and running. Im looking forward to seeing what it will look like once construction is completed. I heard a bigger restaurant area. Before construction, this place was a enjoyable hang out. Pool tables and a bar! I also liked they have the video projections playing within the alleys. My kids love it. Looking forward to revisting once its officially revamped
Horrible experience. Unhelpful staff, was told 30 minutes to wait for a game and ended up waiting over an hour and a half. And people who walked in after us still ended up ahead despite them telling us we were next. Would have been faster to build my own bowling alley
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
