Rockin' Raceway Arcade

Lots of places in Pigeon Forge lay claim to being the best arcade in town. We have been to all of them; this one in my opinion, is the best. Three reasons for this: 1. Employees! The guys that work here seem to really like being here! My wife won a stuffed animal earlier today, and they seemed as excited as she was! That's rare here, and they are really great. 2. I'm on vacation a long with my 5 yr old and 3 yr old. Today it rained so we needed to find indoor activities. This arcade was great. There is a great selection of games for all ages. The games are not expensive to play which was great because my kids love playing arcade games. We easily killed an hour playing. This arcade is amazing! Probably the best FACE amusement property I've visited. They triple your tickets here, and while this is simply a ratio to prize area costs, it makes winning much more exciting! They have a great game selection here that is very affordable to play. They have many great ticket games and claw machines that all will enjoy. Plus, their scent machine is absolutely amazing! It smells like cotton candy inside ??. I've noticed this amazing scent at Arcade City as well.

The arcade itself has some really good games, a lot of new ones, and some claw machines in the back by the restrooms. The prizes here aren't the greatest and some are pretty expensive, but overall if you're looking to play some arcade games or wanted to kill some time on a rainy day I do recommended coming here, it's never been overly crowded and almost all of games are working when I visit. The staff members are helpful as well.

We had a wonderful time at the arcade! The kids played many games and won a lot of tickets! Staff were okay, not a ton of excitement, yet friendly enough. I think the selection of what you could win consisted of needing way too many tickets. Overall, everyone enjoyed themselves.

This is one of the better arcades in the area. They have a good selection of games, but nothing outstanding (typical offerings). The staff was very kind and friendly (5* for them). Some of the claw machines seemed a bit impossible.

Brought out of state family for a day of fun. It was a great time. My only concern was the attendants at the go karts did not stop reckless people. It states no slamming into people, just race cautiously. But a group came in with us and they were very very rough and a lot of people got slammed into the walls. Nothing was said to them. Who doesn't like arcades? The game selection here was great. Not all games are just to win tickets. The staff was helpful and honest. I say honest because I asked them if this was the best place to play arcades. They gave me their honest opinions. They have the rechargeable cards that you drop some money on them and then go and play. I kinda miss the tokens though. Go here and have fun!

My wife and I come here every time we are in town for vacation. In my opinion, it's one of the best arcades in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! All the machines are always working, they update with new games and machines pretty regularly from what i can tell, and it's always clean and well kept! Staff is always friendly and helpful as well! Highly recommend!

Great arcade my kids had to wait an hour to redeem their tickets because you had one person working the redemption counter. As I'm writing this, they're still there. Someone needs to help back here. This is ridiculous.

Small track, a little overprice. The ride was very bumpy. The cashier was prejudice and hispanic. The arcade was fun lots to play. We played one machine for 30 min and made more than 5000 points or tickets . We had fun, that's what matters ?? ??

This place is always a blast. A couple machines were on the fritz but the staff was helpful and friendly. They immediately refunded the $2 lost on a machine that wasn't working. Overall a really fun place for adults and kids.

Rockin Raceway is one of my favorite Arcades to hit up while in Pigeon Forge! So many games to choose from! My fiancee and daughter really had a blast with Virtual Rabbids! Will always visit here when I'm in the area!

Visiting from Florida and this was a great spot! I recommend bringing your kids here for a visit, Mia at the prize counter was super helpful and all the kiddies got a little treat to take home. You guys rock!

As a family of 7, we spent $200 for an hour of fun. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant. From ages 14-77, everyone was happy with the time we had there. The only reason for four stars is the weighted animals in the ?Stanley cup? section as well as the ?win an Apple watch? section. If everything was actually as advertised, I'd definitely rate it 5 stars.

Ok as far as arcades go we took our grandchildren there and my grandson loves games he can shoot stuff unfortunately most of the guns on those games didn't work properly very hard to play

One of the best Arcades I've been to in a long time, they are open until 10 and have great deals for play. Managed to play for several hours and come back the next day with plenty left to play and only spent $100 ....compared to arcades in Central FL this place was a great and tons of fun.

Decent place for the little ones to get their game on! Games run anywhere between 1 and 3 dollars. You can select between 3 cards: Pay $100 and get $145 in play, pay $50 and get $65 in play, or pay $20 and get $25 in play. The staff was friendly. SO MUCH FUN! Me and my husband enjoyed every second here during our honeymoon. In fact we spent 4 hours here playing games until it closed. We searched around the local area for the best arcade and this was it! Just so happened we pick the best night. They had half priced games and triple the tickets. The games are very enjoyable due to the fact that you can actually win a lot and you won't leave feeling cheated out of your money.

This place deceived me! The outside looked a little run down. The inside was awesome. ALL of the games in the arcade were working. Great selection of games and they weren't stingy with the tickets. We loved the go carts too! It was a good time!

The best arcade I've ever been to. They have a large variety of games that we enjoyed. The music was awesome, it's all classic rock and country from the 70?s-90?s. The wizard of oz game was our favorite by far!

These people lied. We were treated unprofessionally by an unacceptable representative named Stasha. Save your time and go to one of the other arcades! Stasha is the one that makes children cry and is worse than the white fake vegetable soup at the dinner shows. Wow!!! Chase was the one exception and should be the manager.

It was so much fun for the kids and the adults there's something to do there for everyone not just kids. Great customer service period. Funnest arcade in town. We've frequented this arcade several times. On our last visit we had an issue with our party cards. They were very helpful in getting everything straightened out, and our kids were able to pick out some fun prises.

Horrible experience with the man at the window. We're tourists from Texas and this man was hands down the rudest man I've met working CUSTOMER SERVICE. He spoke over me continuously and kept putting his hands on my phone telling me to read terms and conditions for any question I had; but the T&C didn't answer the questions I had. This is the best arcade in Pigeon Forge. I went there as a little kid and now I'm able to take my son there. Of course it's very updated now. haha. The games are fun and updated. The choice of items you can win with your tickets are okay... better than any other arcade I've seen. We visit here at least 2-3 times a year when we are in the area. Everyone working there has always been super nice. I highly recommend this place.

Same arcade as the others , go kart track a bit outdated . Paid $100 for a few suckers .. the claw machines are the worst ( no chance ) limb claw that doesn't close . Disappointed they don't even give ya a chance . Front of bld is cool that's about it .

Super fun and inexpensive racing and arcade. It's not so busy you have to wait or lack room to enjoy your race time but busy enough to keep it exciting. We did Groupon for racing and arcade, great value! Everyone we met was pleasant. Overall, great fun for all ages.

Don't sure what they have the payouts set to here, but blew through an entire game card trying to win a Pokemon plush (valued at $2-4) and walked right out. Takes the fun out of it when the machines are rigged against you and it's hard to explain to a 4 year old that the business is greedy!

So much fun here! Medium size arcade with lots of fun games and large VR area. Easy to win points and the people working the prize counter are hilarious and make it an even better experience. Games for everyone. We all loved it and left with lots of fun prizes.

Fun arcade with a decent mix of ticket games, arcade games, and claw machines. Main thing to watch out for is how many credits a game requires. The bigger games can cost double or triple some of the smaller ones.

Huge arcade. Tons of fun. We racked up on tickets easily. We did have some issues with the VR rides with my kid but the staff was great and fixed it so she could actually use it and refunded our points when one time it didn't work out for my kid and her dad to do it together.

We Groupon a deal for 30 minutes arcade and some time on the track! The race track is pretty standard. You can definitely get a little loose out there as the carts are fast! The only downfall, which wasn't advertised, is that my daughter couldn't go alone as she is under 12 (11). She was NOT happy. They only take one ticket per car... So we actually made out with extra ride tickets. The staff running the track were friendly and smiled! The arcade is a good and welcomed change of pace from the carts.

The games are fun and they get new games frequently. They even hired a security guard to help keep their patrons safe. The security guard is very good at his job and actually works! We had an amazing experience at this arcade in Pigeon Forge this past week. A member of our family is 81 years old and considers the arcade to be one of the highlights of her trip every year. The manager and other staff went out of their way to make her visit special. The arcade was also very clean, not overly crowded, and efficiently staffed. Highly reccomend!

I had 3 boys that bought 3 ticket ride each. Two of the boys was cancer patients that my son brought with him. We are very disappointed that the ride attended looked at my son and kicked him off the ride after my son was coming up toward the attendant and he missed slowing down to stop the ride so instead of crashing into other riders he turned and went around one more time to make a safe approach. Terrible experience! The crazy old lady security guard harassing people out front is wild. My adult children arrived before I did because I got stuck in the non moving Jeep traffic. Security Guard knocked on kids car window twice, once was AFTER they told her they were waiting for their mother and other brother in another vehicle. The go karts are cool. The track isn't the best one in town. One of the workers curses in front of the kids, spits up in the air waiting for it to drop and hit someone, and yells to his coworkers that he is going to be a prick to the drivers, making for a not-so-fun experience for families. Also the day we were there some of the drivers were driving very aggressively. I'd pick a different place. I'm usually pretty open minded but this left a negative impression on an otherwise awesome weekend.

Great arcade. All points were tripled and it was easy to hit jackpot on a few big ticket games. We will be back for sure. Not too expensive either.

We used Groupon and got 3 trips and 30 minutes of arcade time. We didn't get to accrue any tickets for prizes. I guess it is because we used time instead of purchasing credits. Don't think that was fair because we paid irregardless and money was spent either way.

Signs and google says close at midnight. We show up at 8:38 pm, says they've already stopped selling race tickets. I told them I don't need to purchase, I've already bought them on Groupon. Security steps in all big and bad and says ma'am we stop at 8:40. Uh, okay well it's not even not even that time and I've already bought tickets. Nope. Denied. If I could get the refund from Groupon, we wouldn't be back due to the security guards sorry attitude.

Our favorite arcade ever! Rockin Raceway has been a pigeon forge attraction for as long as I can remember. My friends and I used to visit it every weekend back in the 90s, and it's even more fun now. Took our young child here while on vacation and we enjoyed it! Although I wish there were more game options for younger kids (our child is 4). Also, I checked my bank account when we got back home, and I was charged $6 a piece for drinks out of the drink machine, while they were advertised as being $2 a piece. So we spent $12 on 2 drinks.

Went here with my 2 daughters. Other places would only give 3 rides for 25 per person. So I would have to spend 75 to get the deal. They let me combine for the 3 of us plus 10 dollar arcade card for 25! Their carts were fast!!! Best value and service and fastest carts to boot!

One of the best arcades I've ever been to. The kids loved it they won lots of tickets. (Most we've won anywhere) Prices were reasonable. Restrooms and everything were clean. They were cleaning machines intermittently and also when they cleaned it they made sure it was working which I've never seen at any other arcade will definitely be back.

We had the best time here! The guy at the front was super friendly! He was probably the first person that works in Pigeon Forge we came across that seemed to enjoy his job. My only complaints are that they shouldn't let people play the same game for long periods of time so other customers can have a turn, especially on the games where you can when the big rolls of tickets.
