Bigger and better than expected! This place is great. Reasonably priced and tons of machines from old to new. Lots of space. So much fun!
Incredible place to play pinball both old and new. Everything is maintained super well and everyone is very nice. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.
Really cool place! More pinball machines than I expected. The staff were warm and friendly. They have machines I've never seen before, like a round tabletop unit that apparently is super rare. This place feels like a labor of love from the owners. I fully recommend it.
What an amazing place! For $20 you play an amazing assortment of old and new pinball machines. It is so much fun! The owners are nice, the facilities are clean and family friendly. Definitely worth visiting!
Cool place. Vintage pinball of my early years.lots of fun. Nice atmosphere. Handicapped accessible bathrooms. Handicapped accessible to enter/exit building. Providing a 4 star rating as there is no way to contact establishment by phone. I had to contact them by phone. Fortunately, they had someone available to chat by FB. Spent a little time searching for phone number. When I mentioned this to them they replied. "Yep we don't have a phone at all" I would most likely go back. We had fun.
It's probably the 5th time going there. Games range from the 1950s to brand new. There are tons of fantastic pinball machines. Great price for how much and long you can play. Mark is super friendly and curtious. On seperate occasions I brought my wife & daughter, my brother, and friends. Can't wait to go again! We live over an hour away and still keep making the trip back due to the fun. You have to check this place out.
This is the best place I've ever gone to play pinball at. $20 to have access to all these amazing machines is a phenomenal deal. Went earlier tonight with some buddies and had a blast. The owners are wonderful hosts and easy to talk to.
This place is a hidden gem. As others have said, $20 gets you in for however long they are open. 5-10pm on Thursday and 3-11pm on Saturday. They seem to have infrequent hours on Friday, so be sure to check out their schedule. For those that frequent this place, they also offer a $45 monthly membership so you can play all you want for one price. Check out their website to see what is available to play. The games are all in fantastic shape and range from the 1970s to recent releases. On my families visit, ev
Great collection of vintage and Stern machines would go back. Wish they still had the John Wick one though.
We hosted my son's birthday party there and had a fantastic time! Tons of games - enough machines for 15 kids to play comfortably with lots of choices. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. A gem!
Fantastic place to play pinball . Incredible collection of machines ! And the owners are truly awesome !
Staff is always great! Love this place
Went here for the first time a few weeks ago. What a good time.
This was such an awesome time. So many fun machines. And the guys running it were very nice and helpful. You can come and go with the bracelet, snag a beer downstairs. Will be back 100%. Please check these guys out!
Just went for the first time - it was great! Here's what I experienced: It was a nice space with the games laid out with enough room to play and not worry about being in others' way while you played. There were plenty of new and older games - even the older machines were fun to play! The games were very well maintained. The proprietor was very nice. I invited a bunch of friends to join me and I prepaid for them, so when people showed up he'd ask if they were with my party (since I was back having fun and
I was impressed with how many cool machines there were. A really cool place tucked away in East Rochester. Finally checked it out after seeing the lights many times through the window. I recommend giving it a try. Lots of popular machines
This is a fun place to bring the family. My kids really enjoyed the variety of machines from old to new and it was amusing to overhear a mom giving instructions to a teenager on how to play. The guys behind the counter are very helpful and nice. It was a little hard to find. It's on the second floor of the piano works building. Once you find it you'll have a blast.
This is the place to go for a terrific pinball experience! They have various tables that go from vintage to modern. My son and I have been here multiple times to get our pinball urges met! If you're into pinball this is it! The price is reasonable for the time spent! Enjoy!!
This is an awesome, unique, and reasonably priced way to spend a night. The employees are very nice, it wasn't too crowded, and there are a ton of interesting machines to play! Would definitely recommend!
This place is so cool! $20 for unlimited pinball on heaps of machines. It's really worth it. Fantastic date night location
Huge fan of Pinball Collective. So many options for pinball and all set on free play makes the $20 fee such a bargain! The owner is super friendly. Absolutely love the variety and has all my favorite machines in one place. The only thing I would recommend is to arrive full since the snack selection is a bit limited. It is an arcade after all and not a restaurant.
Been here twice so far, absolutely love it. A great selection of Pinball machines new and old. All machines play and are maintained beautifully. The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable. Cant go wrong with a pay one price admission to have free reign of over 40 Pinballs.
Wonderful staff, great games to play in really good condition, well managed events.
How rare it is to find this many well playing pinball machines in one space. Excellent venue for anyone wanting to play some pinball!
My wife and I we're highly impressed. This place is so much fun!
Fantastic way to spend an afternoon. The admission is good all day so you can come and go as you like. Staff is very nice and can actually fix the machines if something goes wrong
Such an awesome place!!! It's so creative how they made a cool little place to hang out with some friends, and play some pinball!!!
Awesome place. Awesome staff. All machines very well maintained and rotate out frequently so you have new machines to try!
I took my 3 youngest son's to RPC to show them how gaming started and they absolutely loved it! Next time I'll be bringing the work crew for a little team building social get together. Pull the plunger...I dare you!
Terrific collection of top pins from all eras in great shape!! And an impressive quantity!
Had a small get-together here! Helpful staff and very responsive to emails. Good games too!
I love this place! I get to play as much pinball as my heart's content. If any pinball enthusiast needs some game, this is the place in greater Rochester
Great Place run By Great People !!! Lots of Fun !!!!! $20 to play all the new and old machines is well worth it.
One of the best places I've played pinball! Games are in excellent condition!
Great collection of pinball machines! And the staff are super nice and accommodating!
Fun stop for $20 and easy going crowd, great mix of old and new machines
Just a great place if you love pinball!
Absolutely loved it! I recommend it highly!
Authentic machines from many eras well cared for.
Awesome mix of old and modern machines.
Perfect!! Can't miss stop when in Rochester
Prompt fixing, many games, kind staff.
Great way to spend an afternoon
Was a fun experience.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
