Prizes were so cute! Too bad they're so hard to get, was close quite a few times but definitely not easy to grab.
This is such a fun store! I took my family from out of town here and we had a blast. The owners are so sweet and made it memorable. The claw machines are so much fun and have the cutest plush?s! 100% recommend checking out this shop!
I mean I like the stuff in the claw machines but right when the claw gets to the top it drops it I got 20 tokens and walked out with NOTHING!I would like this place more if you could actually grab it I am very disappointed but the place was very clean
Few months ago you can get prizes from the machines, now after $30+ you don't get anything, rigged?
This place is so much fun! I had a really good time playing the claw machines as I love the thrill of winning! The place has a great atmosphere and aesthetic. I would definitely come here again!
My family and I were really excited to come here especially the kids. Unfortunately we spent 43$ and didn't leave with anything from the machines. They are all rigged. You would think at least some of them would give you a chance to win, but we literally got so many good hooks and the claw slams up so hard that it knocks the plush off! Very unfortunate my kids left very disappointed! Definitely would not recommend. Go to the store and buy a plushy for half the price of what we wasted here!

Boyfriend and I went to have some fun. I've been to several other crane stores but never wasted my money as much as here. The cranes are clearly rigged especially the smaller ones. We were there for about 2 hours and it was pack and we had only seen 1 other person win something from the crane. Still, we did have fun and they have a wide selection of blind boxes and figures. This place is really cool and fun. Figures are very cheap! The claw machines were the first machines I've seen in a while that aren't rigged! The place was clean and a lot of people seemed to be having fun!
This store has a wide selection of figures and plushies for a very good value! The customer service was very quick and helpful. They have a promotion going on if you spend $30 or $40 ( I forgot which one ) they have free gift for you! They also have a clearance section as well! Take advantage of the promo while you can!
I'm very surprised to see all these basic reviews from people giving such high stars. It's almost like there's been an incentive to post a high rating to receive some small prize or a few free tokens ?? Edited to reply: I still stand by my one star. That being said, I'm so happy to see a business take responsibility for their store and reputation by taking the time to read and reply to reviews. Hopefully you take the constructive criticism to better yourself instead of becoming defensive and writing it off
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! All of these claw machines are rigged. They do grab the item but the recoil causes it to drop down directly over the pickup spot. So it's almost impossible to win!!
Get place for anime fans there are one piece, and more anime and there are gacha machines too

Just left the booth at DesignerCon. Very sad that they put up a 20% off sign right after my purchase, charged at full price. Their prices are quite a lot higher than other vendors too.

Cute little place for kids to spend all your money. Luckily my daughter won something on her first try. But 40 tokens you a free prize.
They have a way for you to get free tokens easily which allows you to try out the games first before buying tokens initially which I really like. Such a great way to get new customers in.

A new claw machine place recently open and decided to give it a try and test it out. If you plan to spend $40 on this small Lotso, which only cost you $20 bucks at Target with a much bigger bear. Then, you can go and play their claw machine. This is my first time here but it will be my last. I would rather go Round One at least their claws have some strength on all the attempts while the claws here are all loose til you spent $40(Guess that's their breakpoint). They do have some Gundam and comic figures but
Robo Hunters is an absolute rip-off! Not only is it a complete waste of money, but the staff couldn't care less about fixing their malfunctioning machines. My son managed to grab the stuffed animals several times, only to have them violently dropped by the claw machine. When I confronted the worker about it, they stared at me blankly before offering a half-hearted acknowledgment. Updated: Package was delayed. But it was delivered eventually. Support on website is kinda useless, they responded slowly and didn't provide any useful information that you didn't know. No one answered the call by the way. Paid extra $9.90 shipping fee for nothing . Hope they won't use USPS for shipping next time. Overall experience is not bad.
