Cool arcade located in the River Place Shops. They have ticket redemption games, first-person games, air hockey, skee-ball, etc. Watch which ticket games you play, some don't award as many tickets as you might think. But it's still a pretty good time. They use a loadable card and credits per play system.
My kids always have fun here. But I do have to say that it's a little pricey but a fun time for the kids. It can be quite chaotic with the low staffing into arcade room. My daughter is in love with the big Scooby up top above the arcade.
Was there with my family a couple of weeks ago but was chased out by some kids after they threw a paddle thing for air hockey at my 3yo daughter and didn't even get an apology from the kid or the lady watching him. The clerk told them to stop it but the lady with them started screaming at the clerk violently and calling him racist and other awful names. We came back today and the clerk was still there. I thanked him for saying something to the kids but wished he would have done more because they almost h
Whoever the older gentleman is that works the counter and gives prizes to kids is unprofessional. My son was playing the air hockey table game..as kids do one of the discs flew off. Here he comes in my son?s face telling him that's not allowed. Excuse me? Isn't this a game and in a kids area?? When we first walked in , my son ran in before me. We happened to be standing by the air hockey table and he touched one of the paddles. Here he comes again, coming up in his face.. when I kindly asked him to leave m
I usually enjoy going here with my family just for a small outing, but recently I had quite an awful experience due to a rude employee. Me and my family hadn't known it was closing time because there was no announcement nor heads up and the rude employee yelled at us to leave in which we did. Well, at least we tried. Basically the door would not open and we went over towards him to ask for assistance opening the door but he continued to shout at us and not help us at all. He even tried pushing us out of the
Had a great time, one of the people who works there really helped me out when some woman was letting her kids totally throw the air hockey things at everyone
Fun little place! We liked that they give you cards now much easier to do.
Our last trip in May was less than great. Ken took the time to make it right and we appreciate it. Had a great time here at the kiddie casino today in July.
This place used to be fun for the kids. We went recently and it's all cards now. No tokens or tickets. My boys were very very disappointed they weren't even smiling this time. We spent $40 bucks and they got 80 Tickets. 40 Bucks there before they switched it would get them an unbelievable amount of tickets!! Never again will we go back!
Loser working the counter wearing glasses and a goatee on 12/19. Waited for me to buy a card loaded with tokens. Immediately after I purchased my tokens told me they were closed. Would not issue a refund for the tokens. Pathetic little man.
Absolutely horrible, been going here for four years and never been so disappointed. It went from tokens to cards (which is always a bad idea anyways.) and it is an absolute rip off, the games are incredibly expensive. Ten points for a game that scams you? Do better. Thanks for ruining the day yet again corporate. #puretrash.
Dated overall, with crammed machines, and a lot of doors. Keep your kids close
There was no workers at the arcade. Be prepared to not be able to cash in your tokens for prizes!! Waited for more then 30 minutes and finally had to leave!!
Elderly guy in a red vest was very rude about kicking us out right at closing time, ushering us out & getting annoyed & his raising his voice with us when the door wouldn't open & tried going to the other exit
We use to come here all the time when we visited frankenmuth. The workers were rude you barely get any tickets anymore and half the time the games didn't give you tickets not worth it at all no more
Kiosk took my 5$. Employee was completely useless and sorta mean.
Not very many games to play but had a good time
Good enough for kids. Disappointed as a parent. Many games were out of order.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
