I had a wonderful experience with this business. I worked directly with Eric and Christina and they were both wonderful! Eric was so knowledgeable and personable. Not only does he know his stuff about computers, he's a very kind person. I worked with Christina remotely. She too, is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I feel the pricing was very fair and I got my computer back in a timely manner.

This place is amazing. Cristina was extremely helpful when I called. The store is currently under construction, but still open. I was looking for a small screw for my doorbell chime, and I needed a radio shack. Since radio shack is a thing of the past, Rising Sons computers and electronics came to the rescue! Extremely helpful and very kind. They were able to help me get what i needed.

Man I cant say enough about this company!!! I came in on a whim, after a really bad experience trying to upgrade my system. From day one, they have been nice and transparent with me about what I need, should do, and all the possibilities of upgrading. This was a great time and a wonderful experience. I already plan on using them when designing my daughters desktop, and for many more upgrades to come. I also look forward to them opening there new building and come to support and check it out!

He was very knowledgeable and gave us good tips on how to succeed in our task of learning how to manever around the computer. We could actually create a flyer at tne end of the four days. I would love to take another class to get more versed in doing other things with the computer.

Excellent full service computer shop for both individuals and small to medium business. Sells and upgrades commercial grade computers. They sold me a great little Dell, upgraded it to an SSD for speed, and upgraded the video card for home theater use. He then advised me on serious level of mass storage. You don't need the latest little black box, Eric can coax a little more "oomph" from your existing hardware. While most of his inventory is used equipment, he CAN put you in all new if that is what you need. There is no need to pitch a perfectly good box into the landfill, let Rising Son rehab your existing equipment.
