I'm a grown adult who went solo while in the area for work. I had a pretty good time. There are three go-kart tracks, two of which are tame, just to get used to the go-karts. Then a large one with multiple stories and a big fun hill. That was fun. There was also bumper boats, but it appeared to be closed when I went. Plus a couple kids rides and an arcade. Super fun indeed! My kids at 12 and 14 have almost outgrown a spot like this, but still worth the $19.99 ride all day which also came with $5 arcade pass. Go karts on the slow side for the one level ride. A little faster on the elevated track. Other little kid rides too! Arcade had brand new games and was super clean!

Took our boys here this evening and really is the best value in the area for go carts/rides. Arcade had plenty of games as well. Would highly recommend for both large or small groups.

Super fun time here. The price for all day riding is fantastic for my 7 year old who is barely too short to drive karts most other places. Couldn't find the size chart posted so sharing that. Most karts were good some were pretty slow and worn but for the price this is definitely the best value on the strip in my opinion for families with smaller children. All the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, what more can you ask for!

What a great value! $18.99 ride and play all day and that includes a $5 arcade card. Truly a place all 3 of my kids (6, 11, 16) had a blast. Employees were kind and helpful and the park and bathrooms were clean!

Had a blast here with our 4 year old! Came to the area for his birthday and he really enjoyed the karts here. It rained one day but they even provided remaining time for a future visit. You cant beat the all day pass for $18.99. Next time we are in town this will be a stop for us!

This place was okay. The kids really like the go-karts but they didn't get to go very many times before their hour wristbands expired. It'd be really nice if they added some bumper cars or other activities as well.

Yeah, good idea in theory.. but the line to do the elevated track took over and hour wait in line. The kiddie rides had ONE person doing all of them so he had to go to each one at a time and they only can fit 5-6 kids. It's not that much stuff, the kids had fun but it's summer time and should definitely be working at a faster pace with more staff.

Good little park! We did the Aquarium +2 attractions pass with Ripley's and it wasn't a bad deal. Two tracks for adults and the karts were not the fastest hahah But on a Sunday afternoon we were able to ride the long track at least 5-6 times in our hour of unlimited rides. The bumper boats were surprisingly our favorite! Went for the karts, loved the boats!! Kind, attentive, and helpful staff.

The staff is lazy and rude, especially the old lady "Karen" and the front register. They choose their own hours, sometimes the outside facilities are open, sometimes they close 5 hours early and only the arcade is open. Arcade prices are ridiculously expensive. Just go to the track where you will get to have actual fun that's worth your time.

It's 20$ per person no matter the age and only 4 out of the 8 rides were being operated because they didn't have enough people. I understand the situation, but only make us pay for the 4 rides that my kids can ride. Definitely not worth the 85$ for 4 people. 10/10 do NOT recommend waisting your time here.

This place was great for our family! My 3 younger children had so much fun that we had to come back a second time on our last night. I highly recommend going after 6pm. They were surprisingly very dead which was great for us. My kids got to do so much with very little to no wait. Our 3 year old even got to ride the go carts with us. 10/10

The go carting was great! We got there right when they opened today. My son was nervous about the big go cart track and the young man running the multi level go cart track was so nice and encouraging. Today may have very well been a flop without that kindness shown, we're very appreciative of it. The arcade was a bit over priced, but what arcade isn't nowadays I suppose.

I was pleasantly surprised to see tickets super affordable this year. 18.99 and we did go karts for more than 4 hours... then came back and did another hour, plus bumper boats. Thank you Ripleys!

We were originally planning to spend most of our time in nearby Gatlinburg, but ended up spending the majority of our trip in Pigeon Forge. Our hotel was right beside this fun park. It was $16.99 for an all day pass. It costs $10 alone just for one go cart ride. Then you can buy credits for the games inside. Much fun was had.

My family really enjoyed this place and it was one of the best values in the area that we found for a day of fun. An all day pass for my family of four was around $80 and included $20 in arcade credits. We did gokarts on various tracks, rode rides, bumper boats, and the arcade. Lots of fun for a lower price compared to other attractions in the area!

After riding go carts numerous times, the attendant, whom had let me ride each time, demanded to take my purse. I told him absolutely not and was made to get off the ride. My small belt bag wasn't hurting anything. Find a different park with more competent workers.

When my party of 5 first arrived we got ?checked in? quickly using prepaid tickets but then was made to wait while a much larger group was checked in then measured and given arm bands before the attendant measured our group and gave arm bands to us? then, a little while later, we found out that the armbands we were given were the wrong ones (he put the adult bands on the kids and the kids bands on the adults). This mix up resulted in my group having to stand around, while try to keep 2 young kids entertaine

So much fun to be had. A variety of all ages entertainment, they even have an "adult" go cart track. Best spent money for everything that you get. The staff are very helpful and inviting.

Not worth the money or the time!! There's so many rules it's not even enjoyable. Go carts are slow. Boats have height restrictions so young kids can't ride not even with parents. Any one with long hair must have their hair up above the shoulders to be able to ride anything. Would not recommend this to anyone

Don't waste your money or time on this sorry excuse of an attraction. It was certainly not ?super fun?. We only got to ride the largest of the 3 go-kart tracks once. Update 4.7.24 it is now Ripley's Super Fun Park, when we first started going it was Bear Country, then the track hopefully this one sticks. Pretty much the same as it was. Fun park but I bought combo tickets plus 10 attractions & only had one hour of fun and only got to do one ride due to the lines and I spent $100 per ticket family of 7!!would have been 5 star if we had more time !! Or been offer an upgrade!! Also ,there was no option to upgrade or to add more time to it whenever i purchase this .it didn't say how long we was allowed to go !! It should say on there right before purchasing the the combo tickets !!

This place has a nice arcade! The price to play is affordable, and they have a great prize area as the ticket prices are fair. There were a couple maintenance issues, however the employees were extremely kind and refunded plays if needed, and also worked on the machines that needed it. This is a great place to spend a bit of time and the staff are incredible!

Great price on everything you get. Super fun other than the workers being so rude cussing at kids for pulling into the wrong lane then yelling while telling the other worker what happened and acting a fool while moving the carts. and I gave him a lost item and he got it from me and threw it over his shoulder into the rocks. 4 rides only 3 rideable, 2 are toddler, 1 is a carousel, which you can ride pretty much anywhere, and last looks like it has mostly been removed. none expired coupon for $2 off in coupon books and they refuse to even scan it and claim "it not in their system"

We bought 3 of the Ripley's Aquarium plus 10 pack with the intention of going to this Super Fun Park. We showed up and were told we couldn't do anything because they didn't have staff. Then, they told us that our pass was only good for an hour. Strongly reconsider when buying the pass or going to this place. Very, very disappointed.

If your employees hate their jobs so much that they act rudely to customers, it should be re-evaluated how badly they really need the job. My family and I spent the day here today for my son?s 5th birthday. The staff is incredible, the manger worked swiftly to take care of an issue with another person at the park who was being very mean to us, manager made it right and was very apologetic. We will always recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. Not just in the arcade, but out around the rides, as well. Too many options around to give these people any of your hard earned money. Asked for the manager, just a waste of more of my time. Seek entertainment elsewhere.

Absolute waste of a ripleys attraction ticket! We purchased the 2 extra attraction tickets when we went to the aquarium and decided to do this with the kids. The kiddie area was closed, there were only 3 operational bumper boats, and half the games in the arcade didn't work or were out of order. The attraction ticket got us an hour of attractions (nothing for the arcade), and we spent 30 mins in line for bumper boats and only had time remaining to drive Go-Karts once. If you buy the U pick combo tickets you will be extremely disappointed. We only got an hour to ride the adult rides (and there are very few) and the wait in line took exactly an hour. Loved this place! It was included with our Ripley pass, no one else was there when we visited so we had the whole place to ourself. Nice staff, the arcade was nice, lots of games. This place was fun. We got the Ripley's combo tickets and pick this one. We arrived when they opened and road the big go-carts twice which was the most fun. Not very ?fun?. If your purchasing the ripleys multi pass, be aware, this park only gives you 1 hr for racing and no arcade tokens. Half your time is waiting on an attendant to show up to the track to let your kid in to race. This ripley is worth skipping. Do an extra round of golf.

3 go cart tracks for all day riding under 20 dollars. It's March not sure what summer months will cost. 20 dollars kept grandkids happy all day.

We had 7 adults in our party and we all had equally as much fun as the 2 kids with us! The go carts were a lot of fun and the games at the arcade were great too. We did $30 passes which got us one hour of go carts/water bumper boats and 20 points for the arcade, which was more than enough. We were able to do everything multiple times within that hour.

We did the package deal with 2 attractions, was able to do the coaster and go carts with the aquarium. Definitely skip the weekend because the lines are ridiculous. We went on a Monday and were able to get our money?s worth!

For unlimited rides ALL day for $16.99 was great especially compared to other places. Does need some more concession options besides just drinks.

We had a great time. I highly recommend buying the pass online to the Ripley's aquarium and do the add on attractions. We bought the 3 park pass and saved a lot of $. We did one thing each day for 3 days.

Workers are rude bought tickets in advance stopped on our way out of town and was told the couldn't let us ride because rain in the forecast. It was 67 degrees and sunny. Had to give tickets away at target

Came for the go-karts - running only 8 cars out of 28 with a single attendant. Waited in line for 30min for only 1 ride (ride lasts 10min). Not able to do anything else with our hour ?? and it was miserable in the heat (1 fan in corner with all the other cars running). Recommend another place that can run more cars (loved LazorPort!).

Great family fun. We spent $150.00US for 200 play points. We did the mini golf, indoor arcade and 2 go-cart tracks plus my youngest daughter did an extra go-cart track by herself. It was a great afternoon and the weather was perfect.

We did the bundle for Ripley's this is part of it then to find out all the money that we paid we only get here and have 1 hour to ride go-karts and bumper boats and I paid over $200 but I can pay $18 here and ride all day this is a rip-off and the guy cussing about a kid not understanding what he is saying on the little kid carts is a little bit overboard I'm giving it two stars for the old carnival rides

Most of the rides were closed due to staffing issues but still wanted full price and with season passes offered no extra time even though 3 of the children only had 3 rides and then told us a 1 year old couldn't ride the carousel . Well we went cause we got the bundle deal! That's about all I have to say! Place is pretty dang boring and wayyyyy over priced for a single hour! My little girl liked it cause she was tall enough for everything but my 2 year old couldn't do a single thing so him and his daddy went to the car! We attended this past Thursday (5-30-24) around 7pm. We were at the park for 2 hours and had a phenomenal experience! The rides were fun and what made it so enjoyable was the staff. From the friendly guy that helped us get tickets, (wish I had got his name to mention) but Grayson, Ethan, and the young woman that was working the rides were so awesome. They were so friendly and helpful. The park was clean and the rides were fun, can't wait to go back. Something for every age, ages 3-50!! Reasonably priced too

Come for the carnival, stay for the care. This photo says it all: a little guy, finally old enough / big enough to ride the big kid karts? and a wonderful young lady, kind enough to ride on the side with him while he learned how to drive. While I'd imagine this gets busier and more chaotic on weekends, we came on a Monday afternoon and had a marvelous time, running the karts and merry-go-round several times each. Grateful dad proudly gives five stars.

Everything was well until we went to the lifted go kart track and met two very rude employees (the short one with blonde hair and the other one with brown hair and a hat). They failed to give us any instructions on what to do then kept looking and laughing at us and getting mad when we asked questions on what to do since we weren't told any instructions . Besides that everyone else at the other rides were nice and pleasant.

Family friendly go kart tracks and arcade with friendly staff and decent prices. One of the few places that have go karts smaller kids can drive without their parents.
