Great Place! We celebrated my son?s 5th Birthday by renting the Gold Cabana?Cabana 9 (Jun 22, 2025). We had a wonderful experience. There are water slides, splash pads, multiple pools, friendly staff, and lifeguards. If you plan to go, don't wear goggles that cover your nose. It's not permitted in the water.
Great place to hang out and chill! Great customer service. Love the young ones here ???? come on out and have a big splash! ??
Everything is well organized and clean. The water park is fun during the summer and well supervised. My only issue is the way you purchase items. You have to buy a Rigby's card for $1 and then load the cost of what you plan to do at the complex onto the card. Then a worker swipes the card to charge you for what you want to do. It seems complicated and an odd way to do things. The card can be reloaded for future use, but that requires you to keep track of the card. Not my favorite aspect.
It was a decent experience for the location but the place still has some improvements to make. There is a lot of potential for it to be a hot tourist attraction and local attraction. Some of the cons is that the lighting is not too good in there nor exciting enough and the environment needs to be more lively. As a family entertainment center they should invest on things like a DJ to handle the music or lighting in the skating area. The concession needs upgrading as well. The staff is great there and that a
I can't wait to come back. Great entertainment for the family or friends hanging out. So so many things to do.
"5 stars for Rigby's! I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and quality I've experienced at Rigby's. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their products. The selection is impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every need and budget. I've been able to find exactly what I'm looking for, whether it's a specific product or just browsing for inspiration. What really sets Rigby's apart, though, is the attention to detail and commitment
Rigby?s is always fun when my friend and I come but we had a great time on the patio. The staff were very accommodating especially Ms V. It was storming bad and there was a leak by us from the roof which leaked in my drink. She moved us and made sure we stayed dry and comfortable. She also made sure I received another drink with no hesitation. Thank you V.
Always a amazing place to go & drink plus the oysters are great. Love the entire staff every Thursday is karaoke night happy hr all day
Overall great staff, could work on cleanliness but the Patio was fantastic. The mini golf course needs some love. There are rocks all over the field of play and some of the holes and their tunnels are not lined up anymore for a quality chance at a shot to go in. The bowling alley is dated a bit but is in fantastic condition. The skating ring was not in great surface condition but was a vibe and the music is a vibe. Overall an amazing place to take your family!
We had our 5-year-old birthday party here at the Water World with one of their packages. I think all the adults turned into big kids. We had fun!
Just for some context I work at a skate center in Alabama as a skate guard, and I was in town and decided to visit local rinks to expand my personal skill, but there were many safety issues and when I brought it to the staff?s attention they didn't seem to care. I came in at 12:08 P.M. on Memorial Day and nobody was on the floor, not even a skate guard, and considering they open at 11, I assume I was the first person on the floor (unless someone came and left really quickly), but as soon as I got here ther
Get there early. Great place to enjoy the day. Fun for the entire family. Great staff, good food. It's pricey so make a day of it.
I really enjoy Rigsby, I visit at least three times a week to enjoy the skating rink. I normally skate for about three hours, the skating floor is amazing. I would like it if they would clean the skating floor more often it can be dirty at times, I've looked at the same stain for the past three months. Overall great environment and staff are very professional, it's one of the best floors to skate on in Macon. Please Buff or Mop the skate floor!!!
Games need to be updated. Pizza was good. Facility was overcrowded and way understaffed. Food and drinks are overpriced. They don't accept cash at the food counter but then charge you to use a debit card. Bowling was nice. Skating was fun.
The skating, laser tag, and bowling were great! Skating especially was nice, it wasn't overly crowded today, so we were able to enjoy the rink with plenty of space for newbies and faster skaters alike! The arcade was less impressive, with the typical high prices and short game times, the kids insisted on trying it but I think even they (along with our wallets) felt let down. Many of the games were also out of order in the arcade. All in all it was a fun trip, and we will be back (but will definitely skip th
We had a fun night last night, but I forsee some security and safety issues if owners don't institute some better policies. 1. Have a no backpack policy. I seen a lot of teen age kids running around acting suspicious last night trying to hide from the hired cops working inside. One was trying to hide something under his shirt in his waistband. Another policy. 2. Move curfew from 10pm to 8:30 pm. Kudos to the bar manager, she was awesome and on top of her game looking out for the owner and establishment.
Very expensive, and a lack of customer service. Teenagers look like they run the establishment. No control over anything. Will not help at the ticket machine to purchase and would rather stand up behind a desk and talk. Please don't ask a question the ladies and men look irritated by everything. Good service to me is chick fil a or QuikTrip, but this is not like anything of those at all. We decided to bowl and skate. The teenagers /children there were vaping and skating around backwards the opposite flow of
Our school traveled to Rigby's for our Mystery Trip. The team working was efficient and very patient with our students. Ms. Lee was supportive, Sharha the team lead was attentive to our needs, and the young lady in the skate rental section no matter how many kids asked for skates she was helpful and patient with them. Thank you for a great experience!
Terrible place!! A huge disappointment! You pay $25 for unlimited games, so we paid $100 in total for four people, and you can't even win tickets to win prizes! The arcade games sucked and most were out of order. We ended up getting $50 to actually win tickets, but games were $3 each turn which was a complete ripoff!!! Completely upset my brother for his birthday. Spend your money elsewhere! Dave and busters would?ve been cheaper!
The new prices on the arcade games are insane. $3+ per game for old games that barely work. One game we played didn't even work properly. They need to get out of town with these prices
We went back to the patio at the time they opened and met a wonderful bar staff she had the most pleasant attitude and was the sweetest. I witness their manager talk to them so rudely and nasty even told the new girl ?I can't have people waiting in the lobby? rolled her eyes and walked off. I leaned over and asked the girl that was fixing our drinks if she(Vachkianna) was always like that she stated yes but ignore her. I just wanted to share our experience as first time customers and to also post a picture
This has been the best summer since I moved here thanks to my season pass to the waterpark. Can't say enough about the people who work here. Kind and caring. I have eaten here every time I have gone and have had just about everything on the menu. Food is always done to perfection! The flavors from the fish to the hot dogs are spot on.
Management definitely does not favor families of color. Yes, they employ African Americans but do they want us there, NOPE! Not satisfied with the treatment after spending close to $800 on a birthday party package. Then when you disclose your concerns, management will stare at you like ?why are you here??. I feel it was a slap in the face. Overall, my daughter was happy with her party. However, I was not satisfied the lack of concern, empathy, and customer service.
The facility is nice and the kids had fun. Employee working the skate side had ZERO personality. Acted like it was an inconvenience to walk to the desk from the back. Also, the kid walkers need to be checked in and out somehow, someone gave one to my daughter after I was told I had to go purchase one for $5 and then get a wristband as well. Walked up to find her with one someone had give her.
Great spot to hang out with the kids and just relax and let them do their own thing. The lazy river allows you to see around the whole facility so you can always keep a eye on your kids and have a great time and just relax.
Got there and paid everything then they closed the park down and refused to give refunds. This place doesn't know how to run a business was unprofessional and stupid. Said couldn't get a refund since I didn't pay for the insurance. All this place is,is a place to take others money and then close there doors. Already got a lawyer looking into to this . All they are are crooks.
Love love love Rigbys. Play, sun, and fun!
Very expensive but no lack of activities. Memories for children are made here though.
We always have fun going here! We went yesterday morning and there was just a handful of people, much more enjoyable for my two year old so we'll go in the mornings from now on. (Last visit was roller derby night and it was packed!) The lady at the golf counter was so nice, helpful and sweet to my kids which is the biggest thing in the world to me and always gets return business. We had the whole golf course to ourselves which was great because the rules went out the window with a 2 and 5 year old golfing
Had a fun date night here, prices are high for simple arcade games, honestly if they were cheaper this place would be awesome
If i could give this place zero stars i would! 20 minute wait at the door. We added $100 for our kids. We then went to ride the go karts and me and my daughter were told we could not ride bc we had sandals on bare mind they also have a water park there. Not one person at the door said anything about the requirements for the go karts, then as we went back inside to play the arcade games half the games took the money off the cards but wouldnt play. Over all it was a horrible experience no one wanted to give us
Not that far from Fort Valley State, is a great place to take the family. The Go Carts is one of the fastest I've ever driven, with a BOOST BUTTON! The bowling lanes were at a great spot in the building. The staff was ready to help when needed. A great place to spend part of the day!
I wouldn't come back to this place. Got there and paid for everything and was there about a hour and they closed there doors. And they wouldn't refund my money. So if your looking for a water park go somewhere else because this place is owned and run by crooks.
There is something to do for all ages! Great for date nights or family fun. Prices are reasonable. Lines move quickly. Not a very large place but big enough to enjoy. Be careful under the big bucket. It knocks small kids to the ground!
Personality bring in revenue at a business level If you're Incapable of providing that service, you are costing your business money A pleasant smile goes a long way I walked out yesterday because of the abrupt way of talking we felt the unpleasantness. I didn't need that Went somewhere else This was at the bar I would love to work for a mystery shopper, organization for businesses like this? staff needs training ?
First time visiting and taking advantage of the events in this place. The room was clean and the food is also great. My team and I had a great a wonderful time of team building and activities. Will be back.
Nice skate floor! I like that the bathroom and eating areas are skate accessible-- and there are rinkside tables/stools! There's some seating around the rink for skaters too??
Guy working the counter in the arcade needs to work on his customer service skills. He was so busy trying to flirt with his co worker instead of helping. The whole situation was awkward and uncomfortable.
Fun things to do but no air conditioning inside. Extremely stuffy, hard to breathe, Extremely hot. Made our experience alot less enjoyable.
Me and my kids had a pretty good time. Nothings perfect but they seemed to enjoy themselves. Them prices sky high though. A fun time can turn deadly for the pockets.
Negative 5 !!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! I have a 5 year old little girl and only went here for her to play some video games for kids, unfortunately Rigby?s facility is quickly rushing down hill at a rapid pace. Over the course of a couple of years it went from a 8 to a -5 in a hurry. For starters? Most of all the kids games are broken, out of order or just steal your money of your game card with no game given. Fresh marijuana fills the air with many children present along with law enforcement in tac
This place is fantastic for older kids and adults in the main building. I think it's slightly limited for littles minus some of the arcade games and the water park. It's a wonderful place with good food for competitive prices. The sections of different activity types are great!
Definitely a family place. Lots to keep the kids busy. People for the most part were respectful. Less busy on weekdays.
We always have a fantastic time roller skating at Rigbys. $15 to skate with roller skates.
Came here with two small children. They were sooo excited when they saw the big slides, but they were too too small to ride. We all enjoyed our day. Water was super cold. Hopefully warm weather will warm it up for next time we come. We also had a cabana and we enjoyed that as well.
This has to be a money laundering business. There is no possible way theyre making any money other than the summer. Even then the water park has many lingering health issues after the opening being delayed and closed again for E coli. And now they just keep opening hotels next door to make up for it. I am a witness to the rise, and long fall, of this waste of time, money, and good workers. A pathetic legacy. I miss Johnny G's. ????
Super fun place. I brought my 3 kidos here! I have 2 teens, and then, my oldest is 21... and we loved this place! Indoor complex has all kinds of stuff to do and the outdoor waterpark area is kool too! I also seen they are still adding more to this, as well. Maybe next summer, when we come back, they will have even more!
My younger brother was in Warner Robins talking about how great he was in sports and thinking he could put the beat down on his ancient brother. I recommended we visit Rigby's Entertainment since I had never been. We walked in the door and was promptly greeted by Miss Johnson who was amazing! She helped us load our card, showed us where everything was, and to get with her if we needed anything. After a couple rounds of bowling where I completely dominated little brother we decided to visit the race car
Very fun night for the kids. Friday night and lots of people. The customer service was awesome from the time we walked in to the time we left. It was our first visit and the young men at the front desk were super helpful with getting us were we needed to be. My grandson fell and the staff was right there to assist me with insuring he was okay. We will be back. Thanks for a great time
The prices are just so high it's ridiculous. You can easily spend $300 and just in a couple hours with my two kids and if you need to talk to somebody have fun doing that everybody I encountered was very very rude and I'm like yes ma'am yes sir type person no I don't like to disrespect people treat people how you want to be treated but boy are they rough anyways I mean if that's all there is to do spend your money on roller skating because everything else you get like 10 minutes for 20 bucks
Paid $100 put 50 on each card for my 2 kids went to go do go carts no signs stating anything about foot ware was told my wife an daughter couldn't ride because they didn't have closed toed shoes the guy was completely rude to us an another lady that didn't have closed toed shoes then went to the arcade half the games DID NOT WORK AT ALL an took all of my kids money on their cards totanot WORTH GOING AN WILL NOT GO EVER AGAIN!!!!!
My first time here with my 7 year old & it definitely won't be our last. It really is fun for the entire family. We enjoyed the go-karts, and all of the arcade games, esp the Connect Four basketball game. I must say that I was very impressed with the 3 fellas running the go-kart area. They were very patient with my son. This was his first time driving go-karts. Safety was their main concern, as they made sure that my son was securely in the go-kart. They spoke to him with patience which calmed his nerves. T
The patio was live! We had a Christmas Party there with a DJ. We comfortable had a party with 80 people. The staff was terrific and responsive to all of our needs. The manager was accommodating to our dj and ?? bar needs.
Did the water park only. Easily managed in a manual wheelchair. LOVED it! The Lazy River was my favorite. All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. A couple of negative things: the sit down bar area over-served alcohol to a female, it was obvious (she was getting loud and slightly obnoxious); not such a great idea especially where there is water involved- safety issue (she did have a child with her). By late afternoon all concession stands were out of hot foods (nachos, soft pretzels, etc)
The arcade was a little expensive. Compared to other arcades I have been to. I was disappointed in that. Also some of the games in the arcade were out of order. The staff was friendly and that was appreciated.
Brittney is the best server I have experienced in a long time. Even as I had complaints she found a way to turn the negativity to positivity. Sierra is a great manager and made sure we were happy before we left. Thank you to both of those people for making sure we left.
Had a great experience with my daughter and grand daughters on our visit from Miami, Fla. Love the place and was not over crowded. We all enjoyed. This was the longest we stayed at a water park from 12:30 PM to about 7:00 PM
Came for a group event and sat in The Patio. Kennedy and Salena were great bartenders, and the drinks they recommended were fantastic. The bar was decently priced, and it was a good place to just sit and relax while the kids had fun!
Love this place. Rented a cabana today but lightning caused the park to close 2 hours early. We were offered a full day of another cabana rental for our next visit since we had to leave early. An employee named Mike was exceptionally kind and helpful. He even held our youngest cabana guest to assist us! Thank you Mike. You were great.
First time here. A fabulous place for family entertainment, bowling, arcade, roller skating, water park and dining! However, we ordered 3 XL pepperoni pizzas at $18 each plus $1.79 per topping per pizza for a total of $59!! Quite expensive for a less than par pizza. The pizza was dry, had very little flavor, and little cheese . The pic looks more desirable than it actually was. I would NOT order pizza here again. The 4 stars is strictly for the entertainment.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would had a birthday for my 8 year old daughter and our host was terrible we never got our food until it was time to go then we were rushed out the said another party got our food then the game cards didn't work and then when one of our girls went and turned her game card in to get her prize the staff messed up and said she had 1300 points so she picked a prize moments later the staff came to the table and said they need the toy back because the employee read the card wr
Nice experience! I think it's too pricey. $38 per person
This is a great venue for a birthday party. I recommend it especially when your kids are 8 and up; younger if they can skate and bowl. They have a variety of food items and alcoholic beverages for the adults. The food prices are comparable to a restaurant, not your cheap bowling alley food I like the bowling area best. The DJ is good and has interactive games for the skaters. If your child isn't a pro skater, they have a device they can skate with to prevent falls.
I love this place. The games, the adrenalin rush from laser tag or go carts, and the water park. I dont think it is as thrilling or enough entertainment to have to spend the amount of money to enjoy myself and to please the kids. 100$ just to do the 3 things I mentioned.....
very disappointing experience last night at the patio. We came in just after 10 pm there was one bartender and about 10 people sitting at the bar. We attempted to sit at the bar but menus were scattered all of the counter near the far end as if to deter people from sitting at the bar. We grabbed a table. Sat at the table for about 10 minutes. The manager and 2 employees walked by at least a half dozen times and did not speak to us or offer any support. They were busy rearranging tables. I would think wait
This place is awesome! Fun for the entire family. There's something for everyone. So much to do, I need more time to see it all.
Food was ok go karts are very slow but made it better for my little one. Great prizes but game costs are really high. Bowling was fun as well pins got tangled and had to wait a long time for them to fix them. Laser tag was awesome husband and son loved it. Putt putt was really nice and fun but was extremely hot with no shade kinda made it harder for my younger ones. Overall great place lot of fun just expect to spend quite a bit of money if you want to do it all. Water park still not open beginning of July
We had a blast for my 10 year olds birthday. We bowled, skated, played laser tag, rode go-karts, and played in the arcade. The pizza ?? was yummy as well. We will be back for the water park ??
Fun place for kids 8-21. My husband and I felt a little old being there, but enjoyed watching our teens and 10 year old having a good time. Skating, bowling, laser tag, arcade, mini golf, go carts, concessions, and more. Prices are a little steep. Better pricing for all of these activities elsewhere, but nowhere can so many things be found together. Great for groups that can't decide.
We love the Waterpark, we got season passes. The only issue is not being allowed to bring in snacks. The prices for food inside are very high.
Amazing!! Never seen a place quite like this. Roller skating rink with DJ, bowling alley, go carts, full restarant, mini golf, water park, lazer tag, and hotel!!?? Really fun and the pizza is delicious!
Awesome family fun! Very clean, quick lines, bathrooms readily available. This place is HUGE! Something for everyone! Water slides, arcade, skating, food...and a ton of other activities! Cant beat the price either!
I was a guest at Rigby for a work conference i attended and I absolutely enjoyed myself!! From start to finish the staff and faculty was A+
It's very expensive for basically nothing. The rentals are unwearable and the rink isn't much better. It's very simple for the price
Grandson enjoyed the arcade area . It was a quick visit. Spent $ 40.00 dollars in less than an hour.
My co-worker and I come here when we are here for work. The mini golf course is a good play and the go-karts are fun when running. Our most recent visit, they were shut down due to the tropical depression. puddles of water on certain mini-golf holes made for a good time. I will say that the cost to play the course seem a little steep.
Do not eat here, food is greasy and tastes awful, service is slow, floors are filthy. Staff, manager on floor terrible! Server tries.
The whole place smelled like a sweaty locker room. Also, it was just about as hot inside as it was outside.
Great skate and entertainment center... $12 per person with skates or $15 to use theirs... Game center is a bit pricey for the arcade play but they have very nice games so it makes sense. Skate arena is large and good quality with seating around it.
I'm here today. This place is a rip off. The games last 5 seconds and cost a dollar to 3 dollars. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Staff was amazing. All the fun gone machines broke .
The employees were fine and the facility was clean. The arcade seemed a bit pricey and many of the games were out of order. Putt putt was fun, but nothing special. Skate rink is my kid's favorite activity.
It was fun as usual I enjoyed myself... can't wait until the water park opens back up
Went to Trivia with Jeff at the Patio with a group of friends and had an awesome time. Crystal was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She had to handle our group by herself and even though there were quite a few of us we didn't have to wait on anything. She was super patient, sweet and funny. We had great drinks, food and really enjoyed the experience. Definitely coming back!
I knew nothing about this place. My neice recommended it. I am from Central GA, visiting from TX so I figured," why not". First red flag. The bathrooms smelled rotten. 2. The whole place look a little unkept. Then after kids played we decided to eat at the oyster bar. Well this was our worst mistake. The lady who acted like a manager stated "you will have to order at the bar". I thought no big deal. I continued to order and sat down. After 30 or more minutes we got the kids food, Salads etc. Then we sat s
Great place with plenty to do, for kids , teens and adults.
I would not recommend. Came once, never again..
Super awesome, lots of activities for everyone, adults and children! My wife enjoyed the pool hall!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
