This is definitely a little gem in town ! Not much to do for the kids except parks but this place has many old school games that brings back memories. You pay a fee per person , it's unlimited playing time. Pinballs are .25 to play i believe, some you can get 2-3 plays out of. There are tvs and controllers available for multiple games. Has a little coffee area you can make your own coffee. Seating area to eat and drink. It was cute!! My kida never wanted to leave. Lol
Took me, back to thee food old days. Felt like a kid again. All the old games I used to play. My kids enjoyed it too!
Me and my dad go here almost every weekend and have so much fun if you have never gone before you NEED TO!!!!!!
Marshfield have themselves a great place to return to the 80's in RetroZone. Hopefully, they have enough community support that can remodel/expand like 1984 had to in Springfield. But, I will say, they've done a great job with what space they do have. Now for the bad... you can NOT run a business in this day and age when your register/internet is down, causing you to be cash only and unable to take credit/debit cards. I know $5 a person ain't much, but when you want to pay for a large party and can't beca
A fun place to hang out with the kids and play some games. Most of the games are included in the admission. They also offer snacks and refreshments, have seating to eat and play. Great for birthday parties too.
We had an amazing time! We had 8 kids, ages 4-11. All of them had fun! The 4-year-old boys weren't tall enough to see the old machines, like Donkey Kong & Pacman, but they have stools around that we put on the highest setting. It worked beautifully!
Fun place for adults and kids with reasonable admission prices this includes free play on most of the games and you can book it for private events pinball machines, and the pool table does require quarters they are not included in the admission. Overall, it was a really fun place. I would definitely recommend
Had an absolute blast with my kids. Would recommend to anyone for some good family fun
Very fun, family friendly place! Also can't beat the prices at only $5 a person. Most games are free after you pay the $5 entry, with the exception of a few games like the pinball machines which are only 25? to play.
I grew up with this place through my teenage years on the Mortal Kombat machine here. This place has always had good atmosphere, games and been an affordable hangout spot. And over the years it's only gotten better and only improved and after going to the grand reopening I can say that for sure. Come to this spot to have a good time, get some cheap snacks and get some high scores.
Really great, wholesome, kid-friendly vibe. Very reasonably priced, too!
Love this place. fun games. a good environment. And the staff are pretty chill. Our group comes every week and enjoys it. However i wish they may have more event type stuff.
Love coming here for kids party. Love the fact you get whole place and no need to worry about random people wondering around your party. It's a great place for kids and adults
I liked it, it was fun and the prices weren't bad. Staff were nice and it was clean. Just wished they had more games.
Great Arcade and Great pinball selection, even for a town this small the pin selection I prefer over bigger places
This place is so nostalgic. I want to personally thank whoever owns this store for giving me and my son a place to ride our bikes to and bond together. If you haven't had a chance to check out the RetroZone, you are missing out!!!
It was OK. Not great for small kids. We probably won't go back. The prices were very reasonable though and the employee was very nice. Just not our thing.
I love this place!! So fun! Welcome back to the 90's!
We just found out about this place and it is so cute. You can have hours of fun for less than the cost of a fancy coffee. Will be back for sure.
Fantastic place. We have our kids birthday party here every year. Great time.
Super fun. Love all the pinball machines.
Had a great time there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great place for kids and retro game seekers.

Loved it. Very clean, great lighting for playing on the machines. Friendly. Definitely going back.

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
