Customer Reviews

Absolutely killer place to spend some time. Great music, chill vibes, and affordable prices for unlimited play and concessions. The owner/operator is a cool guy and so welcoming! Could be a great idea for a date or a get together with friends.

We came for the first time this afternoon and had a wonderful time! The owner was very nice, and there was a huge variety of games! Visiting Retro Zone was like walking into a time capsule, and was a much needed escape from the redundancy of adulthood. We will be back!

Great place! It's really affordable to just hang out for the day. There's a great variety of games as well that range from single player to 4 player arcade cabinets. Additionally, there are two tv set ups with retro consoles and VHS/DVDs. On top of that, the snacks they sell are also really affordable, so you don't even have to leave the place if you get hungry or thirsty. If I could give this place 6 stars I would!

Goo?D Vibezz lots of FUN exciting games and snacks soda beers ?? tap in for more information membership, retro zone arcade

Had my daughter?s birthday here and it was so much fun! All the kids and adults had a blast. Game selection was perfect and It was a good mix between console, arcade and interactive. Cody was an amazing help from start to finish and connected with the parents and kids alike- definitely will be back!

So much fun, Super cool and nostalgic. I literally felt like I was a kid again. The owner was amazing to chat with. I will be coming back with more family to play and feel like a kid again!

SO much fun! Threw a last minute surprise birthday party for my 10 yr old twins and everyone had a blast! The owner was so great to work with and accommodated our party! We'll definitely be back soon ??

I'm an '89 baby.... with that being said, for my 33rd bday, I just wanted to have some old school fun.... and I was NOT disappointed!!!! I'd love some more classics like House of the Dead but over all, the experience was great and I HIGHLY recommend all millenial gamers to check it out and bring the family! The owner is a sweetheart and I hope this place stay around for years to come. -Lovelly West Palm Beach

This place is AWESOME! They have fun games, a great atmosphere, and so much to do. We will definitely be back.

Owner is super cool. Went to Pok?mon event here and had a blast. Chris the host is the best. Will be coming back to visit the venue, perfect place for Summer Birthday Parties (kids or adults). I crushed my kids in Mortal Combat. "Finish Him"

I love this place. Even though I have only been twice I want to go back more. The guy who runs the shop is so nice. There are a lot of classics and it has such a nostalgic feel.

They have 10 dollar Tuesday and my son and I had a blast playing all the retro games. The owner was very personable and kind.

I came to this arcade last night after a day of sightseeing. I was in town for a special event. I enjoyed getting to play some of my old favorite video games including Pac-Man, Qbert, Frogger, Donkey Kong and several others. I am 46 these games are straight for my childhood. Enjoyed the pinball games and driving the Mario kart game. I spent an hour doing this for only 10 bucks. It was a good deal.

I am gonna check this place out soon. I hear lots of good stuff and my eyes see pics of games I enjoyed playing growing up and would very much like to experience it again....see you soon RZA.

Love this place, kids like it too, they have pokemon tournaments, and awesome retro games all you can play with a flat fee.

Great family environment with some good old-fashioned fun. Great way to kill a few hours with family and friends. You can bring in outside food and drinks or you may purchase items while there. They have a great point system to earn free stuff. Great place for a birthday party or youth group activity. Call ahead for times and specials.

This place is awesome great atmosphere staff is friendly and we had a blast highly recommend coming here!

Nice little retro arcade. Having worked arcades for 10 years in the 80/90s its not bad at all. Love to see places like this surviving / thriving.

Stopped in with my family and we spent about 4 hrs here playing pinball and other games. We had a great time and will come back again the next trip!

I haven't had this much fun playing old school pinball in YEARS! There are other video games in the rear of the store and the lady who was in charge at the time was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

What a fun place. If you were a fan of the old Aladdin's Castle at every mall in America, you will love this spot. Pay a cover and you are in. All machines are free once you enter. There are some classics, Street Fighter, Mortal Combat, Ninja Turtles, Simpsons, etc; plus a slew of games you may have played but not remembered the name. Awesome spot. It was great to show my 5 year old how us old folks used to spend all of our time and extra quarters

A hidden gem my 8 yr old grandson and I found on a rainy day when I was looking for something fun for us to do. This place will bring you right back to the 1980s! The staff treats you like family, everyone is super friendly and the the price is great! We stayed for about 2.5 hours which was perfect! Highly recommend!

Amazing value and tons of fun! Threw an 8 year old birthday party here and it was amazing. Kids had a blast, parents had a blast, and Retro Zone was a great host. I highly recommend!

My partner learned about Retro Zone at Spacecon. Today, when we found ourselves looking for a way to pass the time off of the heat while my car was at the shop, we stopped in. I'm SO glad we did!!! It was super affordable, NO QUARTERS NEEDED! We had a blast playing games we hadn't seen in years... Turtles in Time, Mrs. Pacman, Q-Bert, Galaga... Just to name a few. I especially enjoyed the Mario Pinball! I love pinball and that's an experience I can't get at home!!! I highly recommend bringing the famil

This place is LEGIT. $20 (kids are less) for an all day pass for the arcade!! I can leave and come back and keep playing before close. Countless classic games from the 80s and 90s!! Not to mention extra multicades (1000 games in 1) so you are guaranteed to find that one game you played as a kid. 50" Galaga, Super Mario Pinball, there's comics, and concessions. Cool music and great staff. If you're looking to trade- EMAIL the owner. ??

Barbie Party was so fun! My daughter had an awesome 13th birthday . We love Retro Arcade and the owners

Awesome 1980s style arcade and pinball! Owner is an expert in 1980s games and has a great collection. All set to free play, you pay one admission and can play all day. Great for adults and for kids!

Very very cool spot! All those games back in the day you wish you could have beat but didn't want to spend $20 in quarters to do it? Yeah they got it there ?? your buddy trying to tell you he can whoop you in virtual fighter or Tekken or Marvel vs Capcom? Make em prove it! Definitely going to be spending some time here in the future. Food would be great! Even like frozen pizzas or something would be cool.

The owner is really nice! We came on a Friday for date night and it was so fun to play some games we remember from when we were kids. It's $20 for unlimited play! And they have specials all the time! Can't beat that! Highly recommend!!!

Lots of games to play. Racing games, shooting games and plenty of the classic arcade style games. Only 9 pinball games but they were all in good shape. Price a little steep on the day I went but I played so many games, today, my wrists hurt. Small snack bar and 1 free drink with wristband. Pinball can be played for $1 if you want to just check it out.

Super time. Had a pretty good score on their old-school mario machine. Tons of good options and very friendly staff. Good beer selection. 10 out of 10 for a small but packed arcade! Will be back.

Small little arcade but I love the vibe! Lots of great machines to play. I was mainly there for the pinball and they have 4 machines. The other arcade games are very nostalgic for me. $10 gets you an hour of playtime; extremely reasonable! A small selection of alcoholic and NA drinks available. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly people and fun games. My son had a great time and so did I. Definitely visiting again.

My grandson (14 yrs old) and I decided to try this arcade on Saturday afternoon. We had so much fun he is already asking when we can come back. Great atmosphere with people of all ages. Inexpensive entertainment that families are able to enjoy.

Great place, fun time would highly recommend

I've been here twice. Staff is nice and lots of fun games. If you go on days where they have their deals it's definitely worth it. I took 1 star off just because some games had no sound or the screen is faded, but most units work fine. I have a custom arcade cabinet at home, but it's still fun to go to an arcade every now and then. I find most modern arcades with newer games are kind of gimmicky. If you like old school games, this place is great. It's also nice that they have a few pinball machines.

Monitors out of adjustment. Please turn down the flybacks so the retrace lines disappear. General maintenance on the joysticks and pushbuttons are needed. Quite a few games down. Lots of potential just needs some good tech support.

Nice place with retro arcade games! We loved Pac Man and the pinball machines! Will most likely go back as a date night!

Went here for the first time today and omg terrible experience. I will never go here again. First off they give you these lil papers that you put into the machine versus money. I didn't know that til I went to get change from the lady that barely spoke English. The Cuban security guard wasn't really no help either cause he barely spoke English. Not many much machines to play on. What really did it was when me and my family was inside the lady at the counter amd the security guard stared at us the whole ti

First visit today! Will be going back for many more visits. Great value. Amazing games. Such a trip down memory lane! If you played video games in the early 80?s?this place will bring back great memories. LOVED the pinball machines! See you there next time!

Great place to come for kids and play some old skool games. Birthday party for kids.

Came in with my boyfriend and a friend looking for Pok?mon cards. The owner was super knowledgeable and friendly. We'll definitely be back to give the arcade a try!

Our family of 4 had so much fun here! How often do you see this many vintage games in one place? As a parent, I personally hate places like Dave & Busters where your kid blows through $20 in 5 minutes and is disappointed because you can't make it through very many levels of anything. Here you pay to get in and the games are all set to unlimited free play. It was so fun. The owners are super nice and welcoming. Very fun family activity for video game lovers!

Awesome place, kid friendly, nice selection of games.

My grandkids love it. It does not have any amenities and is not anything fancy but it is older arcade games and pinball machines and the owner is very nice. Kids enjoy themselves.

We came here not knowing what to expect but ended up having an absolute blast. It was like going back to my teenage years between all the pinball and the arcade games. Matt is awesome. He's the owner and he's very friendly. It's a great environment. Bring your kids and introduce them to old-school pinball and they will never regret it. It was like a blast from the past for me and my kids discovered something other than an app that held their interest for four hours. They have an excellent selection of be

Very cool place run by very nice people! We were in the Fort Myers area and decided to check this place out. I can't tell who had more fun, my wife and I or our kids! We loved that our kids could experience an arcade like we did as kids. This place had all the classic 80?s and 90?s games plus Atari, Sega and Super Nintendo consoles. For one flat price you can enjoy as many games as you want. Plus, they have craft beer and wine. Go check it out!

Very cool establishment! A great local business run by some very cool and friendly people. It was a great way to spend time with my daughter in a real arcade like when I was a kid but even better ! You pay a low price and can play as many games as you want for as long as you want all day , without quarters or tokens getting involved. We will definitely be going back ! Highly recommend , a great place to spend time with the family!!

We had so much fun! I found myself addicted to the pinball games but there's so much for young and older to play! There is something for everyone with the wide selection of games. The owner is an absolute delight and makes sure you know your way around the games. We will definitely be back! I do wish they had later hours (for date nights or just nights out in general seeing as there is nothing around at night to do in this sleepy town) but all in all I will definitely be back for more fun!

As a helicopter mom of a awesome kid who it's in the Autism spectrum. As any would imagine I am very caution where he goes. I absolutely love and trust this establishment. He loves it so many choices of game and I have the peace of mind that he is safe. So now he finally has a place where he can have a boys day of Fun affordable place. Every single time I've visited the staff is super helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond. Met the owner; he's such a humble man, who even took the time to give them a to

Such A Wonder Family Own , Love the Music,Vibe,Clean, I can go on & on, Visit & See for Yourself ??

We had a great time. It was our first time here. So we had questions ????. The person attending was very helpful ????

Such a blast! They have a great selection of games and pinball, no quarters needed! We'll be back!

Spent a fantastic evening at this place. Great selection of authentic vintage 80s-90s arcade cabinets as well as pinball machines. Very nostalgic atmosphere to an aficionado of old school gaming like myself. The owner Sean(hope I'm spelling that right) was very friendly, gave me a tour, offered me a beverage after I'd been there awhile, and even joined me briefly in a collaborative round of Rampage World Tour before tending to his other guests. I highly recommend checking this place out and I will definitel

Really cool place. Original full size arcade games and pinball. Flat price to play all you want. Also, they have comic books and a variety of action figures and collectables. We were there for a birthday party with my daughter, but will bring back my son and his friends that are gamers. Great place to check out anytime, but if you are visiting the area and have a rain out day, totally worth it.

So my son and I decided to go to an arcade last night boys night out and he is 7 years old. So my wife had mentioned this place so I thought why not something different and play all you want. I was pleasantly surprised they were running a promotion and for the money we had a blast and played all the old school games together. Highly recommend this place Brian who we met was great and took the time to walk us through the place before we started playing. Check it out soon people!!!

Finally got to check out the Retro Zone Arcade yesterday. My husband, 9 yo and myself spent about 4 hours and could've stayed longer if it wasn't closing. It was very nostalgic to play the games from our childhood and my daughter had a blast playing old games and the new Stranger Things pinball machine. Brian was really helpful and gave us the grand tour when we arrived. He checked in often to make sure we didn't need anything. He even gave my daughter pinball tips. We will definitely be back. Hopin

A fun place with tons of vintage arcade games and a nice selection of pinball machines! My family had a great time and the staff was super attentive. Affordable admission price, all games free play so need to worry about coins. Definitely will visit again and bring some friends!

Talk about a blast from the past! Had seen this pop up on my feed a few months ago and I've been itching to try this place out. It did *not* disappoint! Things got a teensy bit crowded as there was a huge kid's birthday party here that took up most of the cabinets, but once they left it was smooth sailing. It was amazing seeing all the games up, a few out of service but still way more than I could do in 4 hrs with my 6 year old.

Have been here several times and we always have a blast! Best selection of old arcade games and awesome pinball machines all in pristine condition.. had a private party for my daughters 10th bday today and I know she will be the talk of the school! Kids had so much fun and the owner Shawn is VERY helpful and accommodating!

We rented out today for a private birthday party for our son. It was great! The kids and adults had a blast and we were able to cater in Calzone Jack's (spectacular too). Thank you for a great day!

This place brought back sooooo many memories growing up. I wish they had alittle more variety but still had alot of fun. They need to have better maintenance on the machines though. A few of the joysticks are worn out and weren't working properly, so it was frustrating when it wasn't responsive. One of the pinball machines would have one of the levers get stuck on occasion. I'll still go back to visit my youth though ??

Super fun for the family. Came in on a Friday for bogo all you can play. Easily spent over 2 hours. Only left because we needed to grab dinner. They had snacks and drinks which was nice. I will definitely be back.

Great place to reminisce on the 80s!! As a huge fan of retro arcades and pinball I really loved visiting. They have a great selection of retro toys and collectibles, lots of action figures comics and more. I wish I had more time to spend there but I will definitely be back. I hope to meet the owner sometime and talk shop about the games and maybe volunteer some of my time to assist in restoring some of these great machines.

Super fun REAL arcade (not a casino like everywhere else here lol) They have all sorts of retro arcade machines like Marvel vs Capcom and more, as well as a variety of pinball machines. The options for drinks are great too and all local. I highly suggest the Apple pie cider if it's on the menu when you go. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. A great place to go with friends.

Threw my kids birthday party there and it was a hit. No need to worry about head count due to the one fee for all which included unlimited playing, unlike other party locations that are fun until coins are over. Attendant was extremely nice and helpful. No need to cleanup.Have to say i was worned out after the party. Ordered pizza from a local place. Could not have chosen a better place.

This place is AMAZING! We had a blast! The owner is soo nice! He was always checking in on us making sure we were having fun. The price is great, it's a flat rate price and you can play as long as you want! I highly recommend this place, we will be back for sure!

Well done arcade with a plethora of 80's and 90's games and pinball machines. The owner, Sean, makes your time there extra special. Every now and again he walks the floor asking if you need anything, he'll serve you a soda or water if you ask. Along with the arcade games, he also has a Nintendo and Super Nintendo. Would recommend to kids and adults, easy to spend a few hours there. Will definitely be back.

It has all the games I used to play and even the machines themselves are old school! My son has been looking to experience 80?s-90?s arcade the way we did and now he can! Thanks for reopening and for the great affordable daily deals! Games are unlimited for a flat rate of $20. If you come in later in the evening before they close they only ask you to pay an hourly fee of $10. Today, 1/2/21, is their grand opening and they have BOGO! I only paid $20 for my husband and son. Owners are nice and remembered our

All I have to say is wow.. this place was some of the most fun I've had in ages! The owner and all of his workers were so knowledgeable and nice! The place was being updated so the owner gave us an INCREDIBLE deal! We were only planning on spending 2 hours but we ended up spending the entire time! The time flew by! Thanks so much for such a good time! You guys are great!!

Went with my husband and our friends and had a blast! Great music, great selection of games and great family atmosphere. The host was super friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend going here, we had such a fun time!

The price is for the full day so you can leave and come back, just wanted to lead with that because it's very considerate and can make for literally an entire day of fun It's a fantastic place and well worth the price for the whole day. Ever wanted to actually beat an arcade game without a backpack of quarters, now you can! Actually completely the Simpsons arcade with my son and a friend, it was pretty amazing.

Great place to play retro games. Only 7 pinball machines and only one is a new Stern model (Stranger Things). Fair selection of arcade games. Classics and some newer ones. Really don't care for the LCDs in place of original CRTs. It ruins the experience for me. The worst offender though was the Atari Tempest. They had an Arcade1up stuffed inside of the poor game. Gone was the vector monitor that makes this game so unique. I'd rather see the Arcade1up cabinet (like the Star Wars). It was only $10 for an hour

Honestly it was like a step back in time. My boyfriend and I went for date night and honestly it's one of the best we've had. We were able channel out inner child and enjoy it together. I was stuck of Frogger and Mario cart while he enjoyed anything with combat. I definitely would recommend for any age group!!

Super friendly and casual place to play good old arcade games and have fun. All consoles are set up for free play and only bound by time restrictions. Lots of consoles are available.

Good price for all day play. Fun atmosphere for all ages. Cody, the employee, was great with everyone from littles to adults.

Cutest little retro arcade with all classic games. Clean place, friendly staff. They have a few tables to relax and enjoy a drink. Took my 9 and 7 year olds here & they want to return! Affordable indoor kids activity!

Super Sweet Place to take the family or even a date! The owner is a super cool and friendly guy! If you're interested in D&D or Pokemon, they have that, too! 10 out of 10

If you grew up in the '80s and you like to hang out at the arcade this is the kind of vibe. It's cozy and appropriately dark for an arcade! They also sell some collectibles. What was fun is $20 and you can play as much as you want I especially enjoy pinball from the old days. You might also remember why the original video games were fun because we didn't have to think about it and we didn't have to "learn" how to play. It might not be for everybody but it's a nice trip down memory lane.

The owner is a cool guy & knows his stuff. We had a great time. We rented it put for a private party. It was perfect! Really cool variety of games and well maintained. Highly recommend visiting this place.

Really cool place here right next to "The Ranch" in Fort Myers. There are all kinds of comics and collectibles up front covering your usual characters. But in the back is probably where most people will spend their time. They've set up a few dozen original arcade and pinball machines for you to play around on as well as old console games like Atari or Super Nintendo. Great place for a birthday party or just going to hang out, the guy is super friendly and helpful and everyone enjoyed themselves thorough

We had such a fantastic time and Sean was great! It is great for a family outing or to go with friends. Awesome selection of games, all your childhood favorites! We were all very impressed! We will be back!

Me and my boy Jake love this place. The games take me back to my childhood and Jake always seems to make a new friend. We spend hours playing all kinds of games and still havent come close to.playing them all. The owner is super friendly and helpful and obviously has a passion for the place. Cant recommend Retro Zone enough!

I really enjoy arcades and this one has a number of offerings from the 80's and 90's and there are a few unique machines that can play over hundreds of games! It has a handful of pinball machines which is treat. The Stern? Stranger Things pinball machine which came out earlier this year (2021) and is at recent as it gets but man it really is a piece of art. Watch out for that Demogorgon! Highly addictive and recommended! However, some of the machines could use some recalibration such as the Tekken Tag mac

Just visited this past weekend, it was a terrific place. My family of 5 had a blast playing the different games and pinball machines. The owner was sooo nice and very attentive recommending different games that we would find interesting.

This place is AMAZING! A hole in the wall filled to the brim with HOURS of gaming. The owners and employees are really kind and great with groups. This place really maximizes their space with the quantity and quality of arcade games that they have available. HIGHLY recommend for ALL ages.

Highly recommend this place for a party!! Everyone had so much fun!! The owners are great party host. The place was clean and all the games were working. We will go again!!

This is an awesome place has all the great retro games. A great selection of toys, comics and trading cards. The owner is very going in nice easy to work with if you are selling vintage toys. I highly recommend checking out the video arcade it is a lot of fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
