Replay Andersonville

Replay Andersonville

Replay offers a mixed but generally positive experience, with many praising its fun arcade atmosphere, friendly staff, and solid food (especially burgers, cheese curds, and brunch). Service is often highlighted as excellent, though some find menu items overpriced or portions small. Negative reviews cite inconsistent kitchen performance, slow service, and occasional poor management decisions. The LGBTQ-friendly vibe and family hours are appreciated, but a few guests report disappointing meals or unaccommodating policies. What a fantastic restaurant! The food is both delicious and plentiful. We visited for lunch on St. Patrick's Day and had a wonderful experience. We'd definitely go back. Everything, from the food to the service, was top-notch. We tried their special St. Patrick's Day offerings: green eggs and ham with pesto eggs, and the classic Irish corned beef sandwich ? every bite was a delight. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. A very comfortable and welcoming place where you can hang out and en

Love the appetizers and drinks Try the quesabirria tacos-wish they add a little more meat but overall good spot for food and drinks

I love this place. Where else can you get a full service menu, a bar with great beer and bourbon selections, and for dessert decapitate someone while playing Mortal Kombat? Everything I've ever eaten here is great. Brunch, salads, buffalo chicken egg rolls, nachos, cheese curds, pesto chicken wrap, burgers, etc. good portions tastefully presented. The service is quick and efficient as well. They make one of the better old fashioneds in the city - always with a big cube. Love the credit card machines that

Kitchen just can't seem to get it together. Everything else is great. The cooks seem to need more guidance. Less of leaving the cooks up to their own devices. Other than the food my experience there is great. Staff in the front is totally awesome. Kitchen staff, however , leaves ALot to be desired.

Love every Replay location, first time visiting this place and as a young girl in her 20?s I can say this is a very nice welcoming environment on a Friday night. Our bartenders were very friendly and aware of all their patrons as well as the fella asking for drinks faster than we could down them. I appreciate our bartenders awareness and ability to comprehend a situation that with alternative company could have easily gone sour, the attention from a barkeeper, their awareness and prioritization of patrons

Never coming back after this morning, November 10th, 2024. We arrived at 11:20 am to a nearly empty restaurant, my wife, our infant in their bassinet, our three year old, and myself. Despite multiple open low tables, we were told that the investors, the OWNERS of the company, might need them, and they REFUSED to accommodate us. Having a five week old infant in a bassinet in a stroller, a high top was not an option which we explained. They didn't care, my wife and infant had to leave this half empty restaura

I've been there a couple of times because it's located in a good spot in Andersonville and the front patio is perfect. The problem is that they don't have great food and although the beer is decent (nothing extraordinary), the worst thing is the service in general. Today I went there for the last time! They tried to charge us extra for the beer. Although the price for 14oz is 8 dollars, they served us in 12oz plastic cups and charged us for 14oz. Totally unnecessary for a well-located business, with everyth

The server Imon is excellent! She makes the restaurant shine! She is attentive, proactive in knowing guest needs and wants. She is always smiling and positive. Her menu knowledge is impressive and her suggestions are always on point. She is beyond exceptional! She is the reason I became a regular at Replay. Thank you Imon! We appreciate you!

Went here for post-Hollywood Beach drinks and hangs for pride month, and it was a perfect vibe. Erin is one of the best servers I've ever had!

The vibe in this place is great, I love the outdoor seating. There are arcade games inside you can just play without coons. The staff are friendly and sweet. On the other hand food and drinks aren't up there. As a group of 4 we tried 2-3 different drinks each and almost liked none of them. The bloody mary was extremely sour, my husband took one sip and refused to take any more we all tried it and we left it on the table to die. Our waiter should have taken notice to it and maybe ask if anything was wrong bu

Great food, environment, and drinks! LGBTQ friendly as well. A great place to eat/drink, play arcade games, and spend time with friends/loved ones. They also have a variety of food options to meet dietary needs. My partner got the chicken patty as a substitute for beef and it was so juicy! I got the BBQ chicken salad which was also tasty, a little overdressed, so I would ask for dressing on the side, but fresh and delicious. We also tried the brussel sprouts, eggrolls, and sweet potato fries. All very t

Food was okay. I got the burger and it was really salty. Cheese curds were good tho although, $12 for that small of a portion is a little crazy. They give you like 12 cheese curds, sad they had no marinara for them, only ranch.

My group all got a horrible case of food poisoning from eating here on Saturday, May 3 at 7:30 pm. We're 100% positive it was from eating the chicken nachos since the sickness hit us all at the same time, and it was the only meal we had as a group. Don't get me wrong, the vibes are great. That's the only reason it didn't get 1 star. I definitely will not be coming back though.

We went for brunch on Sunday. I've been to replay before but never for food. I've been missing out! They have a ton of great options on the menu and their summer cocktail list offered fun and creative cocktails. I had the huevos rancheros and they were delicious! We also tried the mac & cheese bites and the pickle fries. Both were solid and came out hot with enough to share for our group of 5. I had the 24 Carrot cocktail which was yummy. I love cocktails with a little kick. August was our server and they d

Great patio seating. Wonderful staff.Blake, Derrick and Tylin were all terrific. 4/5 - Wonderful dining experience. Our server, Haven, was super nice. Zach and August were also delightful.

It was my first time coming to this establishment and I very much enjoyed my whole experience there. We were greeted at the front and I scanned the QR code for the contactless menu (you know corona and all). Our host led us to a table, which kept a pretty good distance from neighboring tables. Shortly after, James (our server) came with water for us to drink while we decided on what to have. They have a wide variety of food to choose from but I went with the Replay Chicken Wings. James, brought it in less t

Loteria was an absolute great time!! First time playing and the hosts were amazing! Great Tuesday night atmosphere. The girls preforming read people to filth and it was amazing. They had a great vibe & filthy sexy saunter. Extremely honest and fun hosts.

More than 20 kinds of tap beer you can drink and also they have enough spirits. As a alcohol lover, I genuinely recommend you guys to come here. And a bartender is friendly sweet and he has a sophisticated taste about alcohol so he can recommend you as your taste. Of course i guess my bartender won't work everyday so good luck to you.

The service was great but the nachos ended up giving me and the rest of my group horrible food poisoning. They NEED to make sure all of their food is not contaminated with harmful bacteria so this doesn't happen again. I will not be returning to this bar.

Sometimes it is really hard to support small local businesses who are opportunistic and gouge. Today at Replay a case in point. At Midsommarfest we thought it would be good to support our local bar and restaurant over the fly by nighters who swoop in for festivals. Incredibly Replay served and charged for a 14oz beer in 10oz plastic cup. Not to be outdone they charged $14 for a margarita in at best 8oz plastic cup. Festivals may come and go, we eat and drink in the neighborhood every week and will not be co

We always love comin here. The atmosphere is always fun & accessible, the staff is friendly & professional, & the food us delicious without breaking the bank. **PROTIP** If you have the option ta do so, GET THE TOTS. There's SUMthin about the tots here that just makes them SO MUCH BETTER than anyone else's.

Often times I've eaten here and it's been, ya know, bar food...which is fine. However, I stopped in so could I grab dinner and play a few video games and was very surprised with the figgy burger. Try it out. I'll come back for it.

According to my 7 year old son "replay is the greatest place on earth." They have family hours which is great. My kids love coming to this place and playing the arcade games. The food is great, love the cheese curds and burgers. The staff is always super friendly and tolerant of the rug rats. It also has some great bourbon choices when you want to come with friends later in the evening. Replay is a must if visiting Andersonville. Family hours are longer on the weekdays.

Such a fun place! Loved the atmosphere with all the retro games to play. Servers were super nice, just a little slow on getting us new drinks. (It was very busy so im not mad about it!!!) Dont even get me started on the cheese curds and birria tacos. They were insanely delish!!! Great place (:

Imon is by far the best server I have had. I frequent many of the restaurants in Andersonville and I must say Imon is Awesome! Her happy demeanor is everything on top of her great service! I will be back and requesting Imon!

June 4th 6-7ish PM. Our server rocked! I just wanted to make sure he got his props because I forgot to get his name. Super nice and took good care of my friend and I. Whoever he was, thank you!

Very good menu and the food was great. The prices are very high, but that is a reflection on the economy. The service was excellent, topping off drinks and making sure everything was good.

I wanted to take a moment to recount my experience at the La Loteira night on January 21st, 2025. To say I was excited about attending this event would be an understatement. My anticipation for the evening was through the roof, as I envisioned an unforgettable night of laughter, enjoyment, and entertainment. However, much to my surprise and unparalleled disappointment, the event turned out to be an absolute sham. There were lots of performers, many of whom had friends attending the event. At first, it seem

Excellent as usual, food is always amazing, staff are friendly and helpful. Love this place

I'm there weekly, but a 1/2 lb. burger is just too big for me. Other bars in Andersonville have more variety, but the staff is having fun, and their brunch is great.

Have been enjoying the enlarged outdoor seating at Replay. The staff are friendly and the food and drinks are great. 2024- James was a great server . Loved the food and birthday dessert.

Replay has a great atmosphere with friendly service and great food. This is a great spot to grab a meal, play some games, and have drinks with friends. It really exudes the laid back fun Andersonville vibe. The patio is amazing to enjoy the weather and really feel the Andersonville neighborhood vibe. Sitting in the windows on a nice day is a great place to people watch.

Physical distancing is made possible with tables and heaters and tents. This was my first time eating here. The Brussel sprouts were savory and the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans were all flavorful comfort foods. I have plenty of leftovers for a full meal tomorrow. My friend had a steak sandwich and side salad. She said the steak was cooked to perfection; however, the side salad was soggy and tasteless. They ran out of bread pudding for dessert, so we ordered a brownie and a cookie with ice cream

Great food and AMAZING service! Fast, friendly, and decently priced. Talked to the manager, Connor, too, and he made us feel very welcomed! Great to have another friendly establishment in the neighborhood we can visit! Will definitely be coming back!! ??

Food worse than chilis for twice the price. The couple old video games, pay to play pinball and rude staff did not make for a fun atmosphere.

We love Tuesday Loteria so much! We also like to come here to see soccer matches on TV, and enjoy the patio in the summer.

Great drinks and bar food,. Excellent measure to protect you Covid. I would given them 5 star expected use plastic straws and server's don't ask if you want one. They just bring bunch to you. Ugh. Plastic straw cost just under 2 cents and paper cost under 11 cents. Please git rid of plastic straws......

Always have a great experience here. The staff is super helpful and the drinks are tasty. The food is always great too. Love the Buffalo chicken wrap, chicken tenders, Buffalo egg rolls, and fried pickles!

LOVED coming here. Manager Daniel was an absolute gem who accommodated us despite having a large party and no reservation. Bartender Matty was also AMAZING, Making us custom off-the-menu cocktails to suit our taste. Would absolutely come here again, as well as recommend it highly.

We wanted to sit at Replay, but we ended up getting seats at Elixir next door. The food was still from reply and was pretty good! The fried pickles are on the sweeter side and our food order was incorrect (not a huge deal, but still). The service was kind of slow and the drinks are pretty inconsistent.

They have great food. The have some great arcade games to play. They have a nice bar and some TV's to watch the games. Great atmosphere 10/10

Really enjoy coming here for brunch. Love the 80's throwback video games (free BTW). The food is also really good. My wife loves the strawberry French toast and I'm a big fan of the Replay Benedict. Make sure you bring a mask, Covid vaccination card and photo ID, or your not getting in.

Replay was such a great time, I reserved a table for Saturday evening to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. I had to alter the amount of guests a few times and replay was super Accommodating. Our server Derek was very kind and attentive to our table. (:

Visited with a friend while on vacation. Black Manhattan and Old Fashioneds were amazing. Tater tots and crispy cauliflower with curry dipping sauce: so so good. Service was wonderful when one item came out a little undercooked. I highly recommend this place. The food and service were excellent!

I had a BLAST! AMAZING Holiday Decorations, Warm outdoor tent seating, Friendly waiters, Fabulous Bartenders, Hip Crowd, Sexy Drag Queen Khloe, Outstanding friends, JUST AN OVERALL A+

Great place to eat and play old retro video games. The burger was delicious and juicy ??

Walked into replay with my family looking forward to a great family night. The hostess was amazing, super friendly. She was blonde, wore glasses , hair up. Super friendly. She sat us down near the front, left hand side. As I sat I felt something slightly sticky on the table. No big deal I was looking forward to a great night. When the waitress approached I communicated the table just felt a little sticky, honestly I wasn't trying to be a complainer, I wholeheartedly wanted to enjoy a nice evening a

This place does have a nice patio. The food, however, was disappointing. I ordered their harvest burger with bacon added. When I took a bite of the burger, it's as if I took a bite of pure salt. I couldn't swallow and just spit it out. What I didn't like is that when I told the server there was no apologies whatsoever; just immediately asked to place another order. At that point I'd lost my desire to order something else and wait 20 mn for the food and I also no longer cared for the service. I left still hu

My first time here is was amazing, my servers name was Ella, I believe? anyways, she was so professional and friendly, so me being from Indiana, I promised I would come back here. I'm here now, and Connor is my bartender, and it proves to show that I made the right choice- the service here is welcoming and fun- I will be coming back again for a 3rd time- and I hope the staff is the same!

I've got a teen, so if course he loves coming here and playing the retro video arcade games for free, and I've always liked their burgers. But I recently had they're fried chicken there and BAM!, as they say. It was REALLY good! So I already had them at 5 stars, but they still went up in my book.

Went with friends around dinner time few weeks ago. The host and our server (Tyler?) were great! We ordered a bunch of apps to share, and some cocktails. Everything was delicious! The bathrooms were surprisingly clean (and gender inclusive), and the music had us singing and dancing in our seats. 100% recommend. Will be back for brunch.

Great place everyone was fun! They accommodated us even though our reservation only had 6 we ended up with with 12 with no problem ?? all the crew was absolutely wonderful

Very nice outdoor cafe. Good service. Tasty drinks. Yummy food. Pricey...$115 lunch.

Love this place. Good food. Great times and memories for families before a certain hour. I wish they'd rotate the menu a little more, but consistently is good too. Thanks for existing, Replay ??

My husband and I just moved close by and came to Replay for date night. The drinks were nice and strong and food and service were amazing! Corey was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The food and drinks here was so delicious. The ceasar salad was a big portion size, and I liked that they massaged the dressing into the salad so it was evenly spread. The arcade area is small, but they have fun games! Great for a date night, and service was friendly.

nice place friendly staff food and service was good I recommend it

Fast service, great food, wonderful hard cider! Awesome stuff

Could use a little more cleaning of the tables, floors. Food and service are excellent

This place has amazing food and a welcoming arcade bar vibe. We love it for something for casual but also with a great menu and atmosphere. Highly recommend the nachos and the ice cream cookie skillet!!

Peaceful lunch. Good food. Decent prices.

Once again Replay disappoints. Whether it's their inattentive employees and or judgemental employees to the slowness of the kitchen it certainly is not worth the hassell or price to go. Tonight we sat down at the bar, ordered beverages and shortly their after food. Fast forward 45 minutes and still no food (all we ordered was crispy cauliflower and chicken tenders). Here comes the bartender with the excuse of I put your order in but it never printed in the kitchen. No I'm so sorry can I get you something el

Replay is always a fun place to be, whether you're just in for a quick drink or planning on making a whole meal out of it. They always have tons of great beers (both local and otherwise) on tap to suit anyone's tastes. They're drink specials never miss and their food always hits the spot. I love getting the fried pickles and nachos (sour cream on the side) and some beers for me and my wife to split while we chill on the patio and people watch. Replay also always has events going on that are super fun even

My husband and I just had our anniversary dinner at Replay, where we had delicious food as always and amazing service from James.

My friend and I had the brownie sundae and a couple of drinks, I had a strawberry and pear mule, both were good.

Excellent! Great patio and ambiance. amazing drinks and food, eat in or take to go!

Excellent service from all staff either at Replay or the adjoining sister bar Elixir. (Special shout out to Elixir's Frankie.) The food is ok, the drinks are well prepared and the free plays on retro video games is fab. But it's the staff, clientele and general vibe that makes this spot special.

The food is amazing! Literally looks pretty and delicious att he same time. Same with their drinks. Staff is awesome. Hostess is amazing. Bartenders are great and the servers are go to for what ever you need. All thanks to amazing management! This place all around one if the best spots on the neighborhood!

I enjoyed the vibe and food! Drinks were on point. Spent more than I expected but It was worth it!!

Kid friendly arcade with special hours for adults! Excellent drinks, try Elixir next door for overflow seating when they are full. Great patio, fun staff, wonderful bar food. I love their salads too! Get the aperol spritz with a shot of 3 olives vodka and some green olives!!

Great bar, lots to do other than just drink. Arcade games, free play, yess. Really creative and good drinks. Lingonberry syrup, waat delicious!

Imon is an excellent server. She is friendly, beautiful inside and out. She is on point. Request her when eating there. She's everything!!! She's it. Period!! She made my experience positive, comfortable and she made me feel welcomed. Imon you rock lady! Keep doing your thing! Peace and respect!

We frequently come to Replay for their Tuesday night BYOBeans Drag Loteria. The drinks are delicious and good quality food. All the staff is friendly and attentive. Super unique and fun night!

This place charges a buck or two too much for food and drinks, but the games are free so for me it evens out. This is a very popular establishment, even though it seems like people aren't usually playing games, which I have trouble understanding, that seems like the point. The food is decent, good beer selection, solid drink craftery. Kids allowed during the day but not at night. If you want an arcade bar, this place is really nice. Decent game selection, some great old games and some more modern ones. Pinb

I scheduled a catered event for work, and the GM Ben went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing, the drinks were awesome. We had so much fun! Our server Zach was wonderfully attentive and nice. We will be back, thank you all.

Good atmosphere and pleasant staff. Cheese curds are not worth the price $12 for a dozen tiny cheese curds? not worth it at all. Food menu is definitely pricey, but ANY other appetizer (nachos looked more substantial) would be better than the curds.

I just ate my Thanksgiving dinner from Replay. The menu on line sounded great, well, it was not great. The turkey was not roasted breast as you'd think, it was formed, pressed turkey breast. No Cranberry orange sauce, no green bean mushroom casserole. It was plain green beans. It was edible, but disappointing. Former chef here.

The food here is surprisingly good. The wait staff and bartenders are exceptionally cool. We always have a good time and great burgers.

Good beer selection, food is pretty good. Biggest drawback is the inattentive staff. Even when not too busy, staff seems to act as though they are doing you a favor by taking your order. This goes for bartenders and waitstaff alike.

Consistently a great place! Beer selection is always good and they have lots of options. The food is always amazing. There are several favorites on their menu and it's always a battle to choose - a good problem to have! Service is always on top of things and also fun. I've never had a bad interaction with their staff.

Wade was a fun and attentive server. Food was delicious made to order as requested. Another satisfying meal at Replay

Kaylee offered the perfect service and the food was spot on. Thanks for an amazing brunch! ??

Dan was our server and was wonderful. I came to celebrate my birthday with my two best friends, and it was more than I could've asked for. The food was stellar. We split the nachos and fried pickles.. and for the entree I ordered the jalapeno bacon burger. It was a beautiful medium cook, and the mix of pickled jalapeno/onions, bacon, and arugula greens was delicious. Please keep this place afloat so I can keep it as a destination spot for my Chitown visits!!

Love this place. This is the only bar my wife and I have ever gone just to "hang out." We order a plate of nachos for $10 and not only is it super delicious, but it is HUGE! More than enough for two of us. They have plenty of beers on tap, free popcorn, and the games are free! There's plenty of free parking in the area, it's in a great location, and the service is great.

Don't be afraid to flag down a waiter when it gets busy. Several times it was hard to get the bill. The arcade is delightful and free. Their food is great. Try the nachos with birria. The drinks and beers are superb. Brunch is lovely. They have a large outdoor dining area too. Get reservations for games, trivia and drag nights. Drag bingo loteria has prizes every 3rd Tuesday of the month!

Food is good, nice place.

Always a fun atmosphere with a great rotating beer selection. House cocktails and bar cocktails are always consistent and food is never short of plentiful and delicious. Service ranges with how busy the place is but it is never disappointing. I would recommend this location for first dates looking for fun, groups under 6 people or even that last minute place no one can decide on.

Replay is great. Honestly, every time I've been, the servers have always been super friendly and kind. Clean facilities and a pretty wide selection of food and drinks. Plus, a few classic arcade games such as Ms. Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Centipede, and Astroids, as well as a couple of pinball machines. Great fun for a date or a drink with friends. 10/10 would recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
