Customer Reviews

What a joke. First of all It's the junkiest one I've ever been in. Then we were told we had to leave because they werent accepting new members. There was only a few people in there playing.i didn't understand what's going on there. When and why would a business turn paying customers away. Why would they do that? And if they didn't want people to spend theirs money at their establishment, why advertisement the place? What a waste of time. Do not water your time on this place

Well, my sister in law my husband and my brother (We are white not that it makes a difference) were refused and had to leave. They apparently aren't into accepting new members...what type of business turns patrons away? Gaming is legal in Ohio right? We're we not dressed right? Is our money not green enough? No explanation just said please your not welcome here...some business you got here in Ohio...wow see how long you make it must have something going on in the back they don't want out on front street is

Just a heads up to all that attend the dragon on a regular basis . They have a bed bug problem so take a bag with you to sit or ask for a plastic chair . I ain?t even playing on god ! My brother goes there often and came home today straight from the dragon and we found two bugs on his shirt and pants . And me and my wife just moved in to our home and everything furniture wise was brand new with the plastic still on it. So skip me with all the assumptions. They have bed bug spray in there office sooooo??? Yo

Love this place! Employees are always nice and most of the other members are friendly.

It's a great place to go to. Everyone is nice and friendly.

I don't think they like black folks here was turned away and told members only . But I was told by a friend that plays here all the time that there isn't a membership and there wasn't nothing but whites in there .

Can't play here unless you're a member and not accepting new members I guess it save me from spending money lol

Fun time. Good snacks and drinks. Went up about $40 but stayed and played most the night just to have fun

Ok I swore I would never come back here after doing over 600 $1.00 spins on autumn moon and not getting one single bonus like 6-7 months ago , and getting completely wrecked every single time I went before that BUT ... I was really bored tonight and took my girlfriend back here to have a good time . I put $250 in the high stakes game did over 250 $1.00 spins and guess what....not a single bonus once again! I'll never go back here . I suggest anyone if your that desperate to lose your money to just light it

Friendly and professional. It's been opened for at least 6 yesrs!

Employees need to stay off their cell phones looking at things & do what they are paid to do. One customer on July 17th had to yell "cash out" 3x before the girl got off her phone & help the customer. This is very sad.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
