Clovis, New Mexico 88101
We had a pretty good experience, my son, and I. We only went to the arcade area, and the workers were very friendly. It was a little bit smaller than I thought it would be from the outside. However, we did not eat at the restaurant, nor did we go to the bingo hall. It is worth visiting again and we look forward to going as a family in the future.
Reallllly nice place!!!! Get the card for the arcade games, go to the casino if you're of age, and definitely check out the restaurants!!! I just love the guitars on the ceiling of the coffee shop!!! Great people and food!!!! Can't wait to test those drinks. Go if you have a chance...worth it!!!!
One of Clovis's best secrets with a full service bar. The Wednesday special is very good.
Open the whole place up already dang it!!! Bowling go-carts laser tag... We go to pay and play not just pay and pay.
This place is cool! When they finish the remodel of the bowling / laser tag area, get ready for serious fun. The staff was amazing.
I won a $1000. Bingo in June 2024 WELL JUST KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOW SENDING OUT W-2G for ANY thing Won OVER $600. This is the ONLY place in New Mexico that's doing this. BEWARE OF RED ARROW BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Friendly staff, the arcade was closed but with covid, what isn't now day? Lol They have really cool work on the walls. And the chicken was good (didn't realize it was a chicken place, but that's okay!)
Food was ok and the funny or crazy thing if you want to take your leftover home they charge u 12 dollars for a plate. So I told my daught go to the chicken place they well give u a to go plate. But the had fun in the game room.
I bought 2 cards for my boys, each for 25$. They played a few games and were bored. They have done a lot of these in Houston, San Antonio, Chicago and LA. Plus they are rearranging everything and will shift the children's area on the back with bowling. They had a lot of customers to play bingo but only a few families and a couple of kids were there. Maybe after the remodeling, people might come back.
Had dinner at The Salty Mermaid in the Red Arrow Entertainment building. My suggestion: Don't waste your time.
Had a wonderful time, can't wait to go back after all the renovations are done!
Disappointed that almost all of the place was closed for remodeling which is why it got 3 stars. The fumes from whatever they were painting or staining were so strong we left
Nikki and the staff at Red Arrow were awesome they made my granddaughters birthday a special and fun day. Thank you
Great entertainment for all the family. We all had a great time.
I gave this place only a ok due to the fact that Everytime I take my grandkids, most of the machines are broken. And they really need to work on there air conditioning.i did enjoy the mini golf they had. But, by the time we got done, I was so hot and sweaty. I wouldn't do the mini golf unless you can climb stairs.
Had fun. Nice slots and friendly cashier.
I'm from out of town and thought this place would be ideal for our family to have fun indoors since the weather was chilly. We spent $50 on a card thinking we would be able to play on all the cool games. Unfortunately, close to half of the arcade games were out of service. That was a bummer. What kind of balanced out the night was the quarter slot machines. The "prizes" to choose from with the points we racked up, need a little more quality in them; some prizes were dusty (probably on stock for awhile). Bi
This place has a bunch of problems. Can't keep a restaurant open. Half of the machines are always broken. And last time I was in there it smelled like rotten feet. But the gentleman that runs the barber shop does a great job.
Martha at the pay out is very rude. Tried to argue with anyone who tried to get help. Kept us waiting 40 min to come look at our machine when it malfunctioned. Had me looking for staff cuz she kept saying it wasn't her job. When her co worker came out from the bingo hall he told her just to pay me so I could leave and I wasn't the problem. Her attitude was. . No one needs to be disrespected on a night out on the town like really
Went there to play some arcade games, half of them didn't work. Asked about the mini golf, it was open. They had to escort me there, got in there, just me alone. No noise. Just needs a lot of work. It's been open for years and seems like it's never going to be complete. Definitely won't be going back.
Great for kids and adults. Fun
This place was a wonderland of awesomeness. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the food was soo good. I mean I wanna buy a gallon of the BBQ sauce they gave us for the chicken. Not only did we start off our experience getting a personal tour of the establishment but they also made us feel like we were apart of the family there. It was so amazing. I know where I'm holding all my kids future birthdays at Red Arrow Entertainment!! Love you guys keep up the good work!!
Not all of the advertised activities are actually available (no laser tag or bowling yet). In order to play the arcade games, you load money onto a reusable card. The card also tracks your tickets, which you redeem in a separate area. The arcade has a plethora of colorful, bright games, but sometimes those disconnect from wifi or have connection issues. We tried the bowling game, but no ball rolled out. The Jurassic Park game makes you reload money after a short amount of time. The zombie game is pretty fu
Great place to take the family.
This place is perfect for a much needed date with your spouse or a meal with your family. The restaurant was peaceful even with multiple families with small children dining. The food was delicious and the salad bar was well worth the $4 we paid. We'll most definitely be back.
The Buffalo Grill has a wonderful salad bar and the best selection of sandwiches. The menu is worth going for even if you don't play any of the games. But the folks who were playing were having a really good time. I know people who can't wait for Bingo to start. This place is great for fun and food for all ages. Clovis is starving for fun family places to enjoy, so glad this is here now. Thank you
Buffalo grill had a diverse menu, and a great salad bar. We had a large party and they accommodated us very quickly while providing excellent service the entire visit. I would highly suggest this establishment for meetings, or celebrations. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience 03-31-18
Did slots. They don't have tickets anymore which makes the gameplay so much better. I went to Bingo and bought 2 sheets to ay on. BIG mistake! They call the numbers so fast it's impossible to mark. For real,!!! But I had fun and the snack bar was yummy
Almost every game was broken. The people working were rude and had nothing nice to say about the place. I would suggest not going here. Also had a lady working the arcade games who thought she could tell my child what to do. On her BIRTHDAY, when all the games were malfunctioning. I will never come again and the air conditioning was not working so if you want a sweat shop, with little to no games and disgruntled employees.... please go here
The arcade games are pretty okay since I was there last they've added more and the putt putt golf is open bowling is not yet ready to go but I'm looking forward to when it does appear
Neat place to go play Bingo. Great people working at Red Arrow. Salty Mermaid crab boil was good!
I love the quarter machine, it's my favorite. Although I gave a 5 Star rating, I think they could use more machines like the quarter push machine. I think they should add some different coin machines like it. I go there to unwind and relax with that one game. I don't go to get RICH I just enjoy my down time! More machines like it would be great!!
I have been to many bingo parlors and centers all over the country and I thought they allowed people to talk to much and were loud. I seen one person holler bingo and two people got money out of one game but never heard the other person say anything. The last game was called by a young black man named Nate and he did the calling quick and efficient and did not tolerate people talking. But fun place and friendly people.
This is a great place to just relax and have fun: they have a variety of games and food for everyone! The staff is friendly and helpful and I even know them all by name. Bingo is a blast and everyone there is like family once they get to know you. I visit almost daily and I recommend red arrow if you wan to have a good time in a safe and clean establishment.
It's great Clovis has this venue. We we're looking forward to hanging out and having fun. Several billboards are up advertising things not yet available. We went from lots to do to being very limited. The arcade area is very small. Many of the machines were broken. We had track down someone to repair a machine to obtain a prize. We waited about 10 minutes. The coffee shop was pretty decent. However when I asked them what time they close, they said they will probably close early because they aren't busy. So
Nikki the one who runs it does an incredible job. This is the place I always take my child to as a reward for something. Rocky is a great guy and so giving in the community! And Maria's organizational skills are top notch! Can't wait for the rest to open!
They advertise on the building bowling and laser tag but all there is is a small area of arcade games. They told us we needed six people for laser tag so we didn't get to play. The area to get prizes is always locked or closed.
Had a blast with the daughter (almost 4). Just wish there were more games that she could play. The ticket value is not that great. Had about 500 tickets and was still buying the junk bin at the ticket exchange. Didnt matter though, my daughter had a blast, and she got her crown! :)
This place is a dump. Don't waste your time or money.
Pretty good time employees could be more customer aware
Even though it says 2 stars, I'd go with 2.5. Having said that, I am reviewing specifically the arcade portion although I did get to see the other components. The arcade has what I believe are old games that most likely were bought cheap due some issue with them. Many of the games didn't work properly, whether it would eat a coin or not dispense tickets or some part of it not working properly. I understand it is a small place but I suggest investing in the inventory and ensuring all games work properly.
Nice place. Bingo was fun. HOWEVER the service at the restaurant inside is lacking. I asked for a glass of wine and it took literally 26 mins for them to deliver it. Yes, I timed it . Plus the food took 45 minutes to arrive and was just mediocre. Steak was well done and I requested medium rare but I didn't send it back in fear id be waiting another hour for the new one.... We sat down at 7:15...didnt get out of there until 8:45....and I was drinkless (even water) pretty much the entire time.
This place is cool. Arcade bingo and places to eat, Clovis version of Dave n busters. Make sure to try out another clucking chicken place, huge tenders and the sauce is amazing.
Lol this place. They advertise bowling and laser tag but they dont got it. The coffee shop actually was pretty good so i may go back for that actually. it seemed like half the arcade games were out of order but the ones that were working were fun. We got food and it was ok. I got a burger and it was alright, the queso and avocado fries were good though. The bartender was nice but wasn't doing a very good job at keeping our drinks refilled and kept forgetting things. He also seemed very occupied talking to s
I would suggest this place if your a gamer/bingo lover or have a kid over 4 hey have some pretty cool games to play for prizes also a bar a& restraint.. they have slot machines but there aren't like the slots u see in Hobbs or Oklahoma. Only can bet 2 on all of them also there all the same. They have the virtual reality game where tyou put the headset on think that was pretty cool.
A great place for some high quality arcade games. They have a very large assortment of galiga games. They have really cool pixel wall games that look fantastic when you play! Most games are 50 cents to a 1$ to play which is a little pricey. No tickets or prizes, just fun. There is food as well and bingo but I didn't try those. If your looking for a simple and fun arcade to pass the time, this is the one.
Today was the last #for progressive and apparently they posted bands would be handed out at 8am Today August 26,2023..But they screwed alot of people out of bands they handed them out on Friday August 25,2023 and what's weird is that people that were not on bingo Friday already knew and waited since 3 pm on Friday evening in line...Good thing about it is that 12 people called Gaming board because it was a scam on to community
Checked this placed out, but just the arcade. I actually came here fkr the barber but he was closed. The employees were very helpful. I left my keys here on accident and they helped get them back to me. I can't wait to come back again. I just hope soon all thier games and other things will be fully functional.
We had dinner in the steakhouse. The steak was well cooked, juicy, and had great flavor. I enjoyed the salad bar, there was tons to choose from. I would definitely go back.
How is this place still running? Can't believe almost all game machines were out of tickets. Some had Chucky Cheese tickets. What???? Then couldn't even use tickets to obtain prize. Attempted to redeem tickets in the automated machine and machine malfunctioned. Can't speak for the restaurant or other entertainment but I can tell you that it's a huge waste of money and time if you're looking for a decent family outing. I'm sure you're done with my post. I know I'm definitely done with this place!!! Stay aw
A little pricey, but fun for the whole family and one of the few things you can do with kids in Clovis. Can get kinda crowded on bingo nights. The chicken joint is pretty good.
Edit: slots opened. Seems like a fair amount of winners when we went. Plus you get to play pool when you're bored with slots! Original: Greate to go if you want to do something different. The food at Buffalo Grill is awesome! Can't wait for the slots and Zonkers to open up.
Lots of games and nice entertainment but I'm sorry the food at the grill is just not that great...... Lots of items on the salad bar were on the old side... Waitress was nice but service slow... absolutely nothing special about the food... Won't be back to eat.... Hamburger patties didn't fit the huge bun... Hate that... Fries soggy.... Bleh.....
It would be nice if anyone there actually acknowledged that you are there, no hello, no be right with you, no may I help you, the third time I went there was the last time, will not recommend this place to anyone, I do recall that the only patrons there are white, did not see any staff that was of color, I'm thinking it's an all white establishment..
Waited 45 minutes just for drinks and it was really hot in there. We moved to the outside part and when we got our food some of it was over cooked and my sides were cold I will not be visiting again.
I felt relaxed and the atmosphere is pleasant. The waittress was curtious and checked on us. They salad bar was appetizing and fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The Philly cheese steak was horrible the casino had 5 games working, and most everything else was closed .. avoid
The kids had a blast, the people who work there were very helpful and pleasant! The whole experience was just great!
Everyone says they have bad selection of games, but I enjoy going with my partner and enjoying the small selection. I always have fun.
Another Clucking Chicken place has excellent chicken and my picker eaters loved it and the fries. Live music was playing so a great time was had by everyone
Not alot of games air hocky tables are broken, no one is willing to help. No representatives on the floor. There is a bar but wine and beer only. Over all it was a big disappointment. Giant packman game's joystick is broken. Front desk isn't manned. Basically no upkeep and piss poor management. Ect ect ect
Less than 1 star is unavailable. First of all you park in the parking lot, all the entrances are locked, you must go around to the street to enter. You buy lottery tickets, it says cash at the cashier. There isn't one. The slot machine room has a variety of slot machines, unfortunately they are all disassembled. Weird place, you'd think you were in Roswell.
Loved the atmosphere and hospitality by the staff there. Awesome service. Food was amazing as well. I will definitely be back!
Nice place with lots to do, arcade is great, there's a couple of choices for food, adult gambling room and bingo!
Such a fun environment. Friendly staff. Service was great and one of the best salad bars in Clovis. Entertainment for the kids and adults!
Some Edgar is rude that works there should be fired just trying to have fun with my kids
Enjoyed my experience here a lot! Bingo was a lot more fun then I would have expected. The arcade was pretty fun as well.
Don't go gamble here most of their machines were down and they are expensive and didn't hit on anything at all it was a total waste of an experience to go to.
It's cheaper to drive to Lubbock and go to Main Event. Games are over priced and half of them didn't even work. The prizes also sucked.
Best haircut in town! Always a Trip.
The same people win in the bingo hall all the time. This place is corrupt I have never played at a bingo hall where the same people win. This place should be shut down.
Really disappointed. Had high hopes for it 6 years ago now it is just a room full of ran down games and will never be finished I don't think . Sad
I had a great time with my family and me and younger brother always like playing the vr zombyte game when we go there
Supposed to be new salad bar, there was no spinach, almost all iceburg lettus, no chicken, lettus was old, whats new about it??? Until they actually change it I won't be eating there
Probably the worse steak I have EVER had! Way way underdone and I like mine Medium rare... and no seasoning what so ever. Wont try that ever again
The game room was amazing the kids loved it, good service over all. 10/10 Would recommend.
We had a lot of fun at Red Arrow. It's a little pricey, and a lot of the activities were not open yet, but the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Interesting place hope for clovis that this place can withstand the curse. Classic cuts (tripps wild hair) has opened up in there. Offers some interesting ideas keep it going.
Great food, service depends on the day. Having a hard time keeping their salad bar stocked when they are busy.
Nice place to take the kiddos, looks like it's had better days. Still nice inside.
Came on Sunday with family from out of town, have had good service but today was not a good day only a few tables and service was horrible no refills and took over an hour for our food to come out.... Maybe just an off day....
The guide card did not match the colored cards in my bingo pack and the caller was not saying what color of card we were on. The caller also was hard to understand.
This is a nice restaurant. Great salad bar. Anything from soup and salad to prime rib. I enjoyed it very much.
Great place to go have some clean fun, they also have a great Grill with a very great menu selection.
Service was great?? Sammi was our watress!.... food was also great, except the steak... over cooked??... left it??... but burgers catfish was the bomb...??
Once you walk though the doors, it's like your somewhere else. You can pick a day for Bingo or dine at the grill...or try your luck on any machine for a chance to win big bucks.
Great food, good service, love the salad bar, just a little on the pricey side but worth it. Plenty of entertainment
We love the restaurant! The service is great and the food is wonderful. The salad bar is to die for. :-)
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
