We booked our Grad Bash Party here last week for our seniors and we had an AMAZING experience. Firstly, I worked with Andrew for about 9 months to plan the event. He was super accommodating and patient to work with. Everything went off without any problems. The pictures don't do this place justice. It was huge and the kids had a blast running around and playing all night. They had a variety of activities. We also were allowed to bring in our own activities (photo booth, games, and movies) as well as supple
Fantastic Birthday Party Experience at Rebounderz! We recently celebrated my nephew?s 4th birthday at Rebounderz in Jenison, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, fun, and stress-free. The party room, decked out in a Marvel theme, was spacious, clean, and perfect for the kids (and adults!) to relax and enjoy. The pizza was surprisingly delicious?hot, fresh, and a definite crowd-pleaser. But the real highlight was the variety of activities. Ther
Kids of all ages will like it here. Huge trampoline area, ninja course, mini golf, laser tag, arcade, and more. My kids have been here probably a dozen times, and still beg me to take them. Prices are fair compared to similar attractions, and the membership rate is awesome if you can make it once/month. The staff are super helpful and nice! Highly recommend.
Awesome place with putt putt, a golf simulator, tons of trampolines, escape rooms, and more! Definitely worth the money.
It's more than I want to spend, but my son always has a blast and as long as I spend more time there in one go, It feels like more bang for my buck.
We LOVE this place. My kids and I meet friends here every Friday night for glow jump and it never gets old. The staff is always very friendly. They keep up on cleaning the restrooms and the play areas. They have a good variety of food at the concession stand as well! We have had a few birthday parties here, and the staff always takes great care of us. This is our second year with a membership, and we will certainly be renewing it when the time comes!
They have activities for all ages, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely bring your kiddos here to let some energy out! Good for the price too, they have a cheaper options for toddlers as well.
It's the perfect place to keep kids busy and to have lots of fun! One downfall is that station 10 for bday parties is rather dark because there's no lighting directly above the tables, not helpful for good pictures.
So today I came here with my friends and there was one specific staff that was being rude to me, and making fun of me because I didn't know how to jump off the platform where you land on foam. Also before he did this he told me to not hang onto the rim, and I get that I am in the wrong for this but he told me that my dunk wasn't tuff? I didn't know what he meant by that as I was just remaking a video of a funny guy that did that. I am sorry for hanging on the rim but he could?ve been more nice about it.
What a great place! We catered for a graduation party overnighter and couldn't have had a better experience! The staff were helpful and courteous. Thank you!
Great place for the fun trampolines good little kid area foam pit flips basketball dunking and of course their dodgeball now their is other things to do but unfortunately base tickets aside everything is very expensive but for now we will put that aside. The dodgeball is what stood out the most to me (being within the age range of normal play) but even adults can join it was lively have enough balls to keep it interesting and overhead seating for family to watch. The games where regulated loosely by staff,
Recently had my daughter's birthday party there and the staff were great. They helped with the little kiddos and had the food served promptly; it was a very stress free day for the parents all things considered. Highly recommend.
Love this place. There are plenty of obstacles for kids of all ages, and plenty of seating for parents and guardians. The year membership is well worth it if you bring your kids a lot. Mine paid for itself in the first month.
Staff very friendly, we haven't been there in awhile, but we love it there
Great place, kids had fun. BUT there were kids in the areas that they had to be 4'4" minimum, and they were much smaller than that, made my kids worry they would hurt them, so that did limit their fun. Don't know why these kids are allowed in these areas, unless rebounderz are looking for the money!
My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here and everyone had a wonderful time. We had plenty of time to set up before the party. I appreciated the attendants insuring smaller kids played in areas especially suited for them. Also, some folks were hungry earlier and were able to order whatever they wanted and the kitchen staff was able to accommodate a request to serve the pizza earlier than initially expected. The facility was clean. Drinking water was available to all and the Cafe provided free cups to
The kids love it, they were exhausted when we left. I was appalled before I went that the membership requires a one year commitment. After we went I realized even though I still hated the idea of being required to commit to a full year, that a year would give me time to make sure I made the price worth it. I signed up that day for the membership ??. I never splurge and buy myself an entry fee on these things, with a membership I don't have to worry about it, I get to play too!
Took our kids on a weekend during thanksgiving break. It was busy but plenty of room for all participants. Each area is supervised well and there is a lot to do for kids of all ages.
Atmosphere 10/10: Wasn't over crowded, had activities for all ages, didn't smell like feet/socks, and we had a lot of fun! Staff 6/10: staff took quite awhile to help in gaming arcade although it's connected to front desk, kitchen seemed to be under staffed. Food: 0/0: Tried a bit of everything (fries, chicken, cheese sticks, etc) and it was absolutely disgusting and very low quality!! They definitely over charge for what they provide. Couldn't even get my kids to eat it. For a place that doesn't allow ou
That's favorite place for my kids!!! Great location, not very expensive and a lot of fun!!!
This is my second time here. The fist time was so much fun. Today we went for my grandsons birthday. We bought some 2 hour and 3 hour passes with extras. A bit pricey but where he wanted to go. About an1 1/2 hours in we decided to order pizza and pop for the kids. We went and sat down waiting. 35 to 45 min later we went to check on the pizza and saw a girl coming out with 2 just put together pizzas and I jokingly said hope those aren't ours. They were. Just getting ready to go in. My son was so upset as a
Great place for toddlers during toddler time!! Affordable too!
Wish they would allow less people here per hour so it's not so crowded. Overall it was fun though. My kid had a good time & blew off some energy. Lots of different options to do & choose from. Sucks you have to pay extra for the escape room, laser tag, mini golf, & golf simulator. Feels like they should offer that with the bounce wrist bands.
I had a fraud charge on my payment method from another source. I got something in the mail about my membership. Had no idea as we all have multiple memberships to multiple things. They sent me emails that went to my junk mail. They made no effort to call me about the situation. This is an savory business practice. Especially since in the letter they tell you it's easier to email them. There email address says undeliverable. You can try to call but extremely high call volume to talk to someone. This busines
The kids had a BLAST!!!!!
Don't pay for the Premium Activities they purposely don't tell you it's a scheduled event to use and they limit the times they schedule the events. Paid for 5 kids all with the best packages and no one got to use the Laser Tag or the Mini Escape room. There is nowhere on the site to indicate times of when it's available, there is nothing indicating you must schedule when checking in and they have an advertising display to make money but no display indicating the scheduled times for the premium activities.
My daughter (8) would live here if she could! Lots of fun and affordable with several things to do besides jump. Beats competition with variety and setup.
Rebounderz is always updating and keeping things fresh and fun for kiddos of all ages. My kids absolutely love coming and jumping off energy. With new COVID precautions in place, they've done a great job adjusting to requirements while still providing a great experience. I have 3 children ranging in ages from 8 to 1 and there was something for everyone of them (and my husband and I) to do.
Great for older kids 7+. There is a small area for toddle age as well
Family fun for everyone. A little pricey
If you're a parent, don't let them talk you into jumping with your kid unless upure under 4'. You will pay (for me $40 plus $4 for socks) to not be able to jump anywhere and will just sit and watch. It's fun for kids, but do not let them get you.
Great place to take my Grandsons, they expel a ton of energy?great exercise for them as well. They love it.
Nice setup, like the ninja course and the basketball section the most. Fun creative golf course and dodgeball would be fun if my kids were older
Kids had a blast, prices were good too !
We threw a birthday party for my 5 year old here. It was absolutely worth it. The beach theme room was cute, so was the princess room we walked past. It was fun for for people in our group from age 2 to 70. Absolutely worth the money. Absolutely worth the time. We'll be coming back just to enjoy!
Unfortunately we paid over $90 and had a disappointing experience. We were never asked to sign up for the escape room when we got here and had a very unhelpful young girl eventually pointed us in the right direction. The concession was out of everything on the first Saturday of spring break. There was a group of young employees chatting when we were waiting for a while to have someone cash our tickets. Super disappointing for the money and will not return.
The kids had a great time! It was bigger than we expected. My niece and nephew had a birthday party there. Customer service was good. We plan on going back soon.
Lots of options for kids to play on. Make sure your kids watch out for raised mats. We had an incident where a child tripped ice an edge of a mat n fell against a steel pole n hurt her chin
It was a mad house, but in the best way possible! Great place to go, lots of stuff for a wide range of kids
There must have been a "spring break special" because we paid for an hour session, and when we got wrist bands it was only for a half hour. Very disappointed. Many unattended kids, no structure for using a lot of the equipment so it was hard to take a turn. The only thing free was the trampolines, which were fine, but I won't be returning with my family.
Still awesome five years later. Love this place. Staff are really well trained, good culture. The decorating artist deserves special recognition too.
Fun place with lots of variety for the kids. Had a birthday party there and staff was friendly and helpful! My wife made a Mario cake, that was a hit.
My kids went to a birthday party here. The party had their own 3-walled, long-tabled booth with cubby storage. It was very convenient. I'm tempted to look into it.
My son gets a yearly membership every year for Christmas. It's a great gift that lasts all year long! Sometimes, if he's still got energy to burn after school, his dad will bring him here to burn it out! I really recommend getting the membership because after one visit, your kids will be begging to come back!
My kids love this place. I think it's a bit pricey but it's a fun treat every now and then. Very clean and very polite staff. Lots of seating for parents while the kids run out their energy. They offer a lot of different packages depending on what you want to do like mini golf, escape room, Laser tag etc. No outside food or beverages but they have a snack counter with some decent options.
This is the best trampoline park so far Have been to all in GR and one in Indianapolis, IN
This place is great for smaller kids. The staff is amazing especially Mike. He was very kind and respectful. Once we started jumping we realized it wasn't for us. And Mike was very understanding and gave us a refund. I really appreciated that.
We just had our son's 6th birthday party at Rebounderz and it was absolutely the best. The party rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the play areas & bathrooms are also well maintained, there is so much space for all the kids to play and go around..even the arcade area is spacious enough. We quickly had to upgrade from 15 to 20 kids (& more), even though it was not guaranteed to have a host....Oh surprise! We ended up with a party host that was absolutely fantastic! She quickly took care of check-in peopl
Fun, kinda clean. Lost stars though since they did not honor my purchased time block from the moment I paid for my son. They ended it early, which means they started the time countdown before we even walked in the front door. Thats essentially stealing money from the customer.
Clean, big area, and friendly staff. My kids had a great time. I liked the different seating areas for the adults.
They were really mean to us but it was fun
I never do reviews but I had to after how I was made to feel by one of the employees today. Last time I was here there were refills on the drinks so I had assumed that was still the case. I didn't see the sign that said ?no refills?. I was with my 6 year old daughter and quickly got some Pepsi and as we were walking away we were confronted by a young man working the food counter. He was very animated in communicating the no refill policy. I explained to him I honestly didn't see the sign plus a friend of m
Awesome place! My kids that range from 7 to 15 absolutely LOVE it here. Last time we bought the pass to do everything....we spent over 8 HOURS there. So much fun! We also had a birthday party there in December and it was perfect. Thank you everyone that helped make it great
Honestly the most fantastic experience I have ever received, way more patience and grace than deserved. I had accidentally booked a party for the wrong date, but the staff rallied and made my son's birthday a raving success. I am very appreciative of the time and effort they were able to give me even though the place was absolutely slammed, I am truly grateful for their care and help.
This place is great for the family. They have everything you want in a bounce house. I used to like District 5 in Lansing the best but I like the theme in this place better. It is more family friendly with less riff raff. I take this place over Skyzone any day of the week, every time.
Great place with plenty of seating for adults, careful using the lockers. After using my debit card to purchase, random online purchases were made fraudulently, this is the only place i used that card. So just a heads up for locker info
Should have taken some pictures but just had a good time here. Took our 6 year old and did the 2 hour basic+ package. Even without all of the extras there is plenty to do there. She stayed busy the entire time and was exhausted when we got done. Will absolutely be coming back. Pricing was about $30 a person with socks. They do have food and drink there to buy and tons of observing station for those parents/guests that don't want to partake in the activities.
Edit: Rich the store manager emailed me and apologized for the experience my family had for my sons birthday. He has vouched an all day pass for my family to come back and have a better experience. I had my sons birthday here on the 21st. It was cool at the beginning and then you realized the AC was out and no notification was given to us. It was miserable to even play let alone sit down. I spent $400 on a birthday party and the food came late and the drinks were brought last even though the AC was out. No
Super fun, especially for cold Michigan days.
We come every week for Munchkin + Me time. The staff is always so helpful and nice. It's a great activity for toddlers during the week. My 2.5yo has a blast !
Went for a birthday party. Was a good time
We are members here for the last couple of years and I love taking my son! Great options for adults to either play with, or to sit down and relax while thd kids are entertained for a few hours. I re a lky appreciate the fact they upgrade and add new attractions on a fairly regular basis. Give it a try if you are considering a family activity tonight!
Crazy big place. Lots of fun things for kids to do. Get out that energy!!! The kids working here need a little bit of work. Some of them are cool. Some of them need some help on customer service but that's okay. They're young. Happy birthday party here. It was a blast. Spent 3 hours!
Been here before with my son who is 2 years old. I am always by him except for the indoor playground/bubble jump areas with the "max height" limits. It was his favorite place, until he broke his arm falling off a step from the playground. At the time, I didn't think there was adequate staff overseeing this busy area where the younger and most vulnerable kids are playing, but it sounds like they might step it up. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun place. I know broken bones will happen in places like this (the
Had my son's birthday party here. I had a Groupon so it was very reasonably priced. Reservations were easy and they were extremely accommodating with times and dates. We had the party in the Avengers room which my 10 year old son loved. He and his friends enjoyed the many different activities available. The grown ups joined them in the end for a heart racing game of laser tag. (Best part in my opinion.) Our hostess did an amazing job of taking care of the food and cake part of the night, which allowed me to
Well I brought my 2, 6 year old grandaugters and one had to use the restroom and I walk in there's a young black man in a stall with 2 young girls vaping. Unexcusable.
Brought my 4 kids here for a couple hours and it was a pleasant experience. We opted to do a membership to save some money because we knew we would be back here again.
This place is good for younger kids. But teens or older don't really have much to do since they're too tall. Small kids love it though. I was disappointed to have paid so much for 4 kids and only 2 of them enjoyed their time here. Older/taller kids should be cheaper.
Fun place to go in the winter. Very clean and great for parties. All four of my kids enjoy going there. It is well worth the cost and the Ninja course is awesome. Usually an hour is plenty of time for me, but sometimes I let the kids go for longer. Usually the kids are pooped when we get home and go to bed nicely. That's why we like going there.
Love this place! Lots of fun activities that keep kids active...great exercise and energy burner. Love the live DJ and lights after 7, though I wish it was even darker with more LED lights and some black lights. Everything is always clean and in good working order. They appear to put profits back into the business, adding different activities frequently, like the VR station. They are supposed to be adding laser tag, spring 2019 as well. Most of the workers are very nice/friendly, food could be better, but o
Tons of fun for the kiddos, ninja warrior exercise was the most fun!!!
The facility itself is fun and our children enjoy going. However, buying a membership completely ruined our experience due to poor customer service and terrible communication. Our membership had expired and we have decided to not only not renew it, but find other trampoline parks to utilize since there are so many.
All went well for my son's birthday party. If you do one of the party packages, do your party goers a favor and get the bonus arcade money. The arcade isn't super pricy but you only get $3 by default which is 2-4 games... At most. Overall 18 people had a good time.
Great spot for birthday parties. I found that it is best to go on weeknights to avoid the crowds. The only downside was that there was not enough staff so 'arenas' are only open if a staff member can be watching. So not everything was open to play in. Also, a side note, I could only find 1 high chair in the whole seating area and our party had 2 kids who needed one. That made for a less than fun eating time.
So much fun, we did a birthday party for my son. It was a blast, there was something for everyone. We had a ten year old and his friends which I wasn't too worried about but even our three year old had a great time. Reasonably priced for what you get. We paid $500 for 20 jumpers 4 pizzas and sodas for everyone. The party is 2.5 hours and the jump passes are good for the day. The party was a huge success and we will definitely be back. If you plan a party there you get a party coordinator. Ours was very
Absolutely amazing!! Great family fun!
Worst experience I have ever had the workers there are rude and just I assume all the time and don't listen it what u are saying I would prefer not to go here
Lots of bouncing fun for the kiddos, but side wall trampolines were closed for some reason. I was a little disappointed that the cashier asked if we had Rebounderz socks and when I said "No, this is our first time" she came around the desk and started putting these socks on the kids over their existing socks. She said they were nice to have because they have no-slip grips. She didn't mention I was getting charged $3/pair for them. I don't know if just wearing the normal socks we brought would have been
Awesome! Our kids are 5, 8, 12, and 16 and all of them had a blast. We did the two hour package and it wore. us. out. We will all sleep well tonight. Staff was awesome, and gave the kids pointers on some of the equipment. We are already talking about when we can take them back. Tons of fun!
Our kids LOVE it here, especially the ninja warrior course - and we adults have fun too. The staff is very friendly and the facility was quite clean for the amount of birthday parties going on. The arcade games a nice way to cool down after a few hours of free jumping and foam pits!
My kids were invited here to have a party and I hung around. The place is clean and well maintained. I felt it was safe. The snack bar is limited and the food is grotesquely overpriced. The hosts bought pizza and it was poor. The party was a success (kids were 15-18 years old). I would recommend it, but if I were you, I would check it out and bring a child with you.
This place is huge. Kids love it! The major downside is the pricing. I think business would be much better if hourly individual cost w/ no memberships would be less. All people in the area that i have spoken to agrees.
The worst customer service! This was my son first choice for his 13 birthday party. Which would of been perfect since I lived down the street. I called twice and submit 2 party information request online and then emailed. To be told the manager will send me group information because my party was 54 people. Never got the information and I started calling in August to book this party. I'm so glad they never got in contact because by son party at Craig Cruiser was phenomenal. The way they stayed in contact wh
We went to Reboundz on Friday and while everything was really fun the pizza took forever to make. On top of that we brought our own grip socks from Altitude and were told we needed to buy THEIR socks.. what? Why? I think that's a tad bit ridiculous. We've never had any issues using different socks and other jump parks. So, overall, a whole lot of fun but left with a few head scratchers
We came here expecting to stay for 2 hours and found a winter deal giving us unlimited jump time for the same price. Our 2 hour stay quickly turned into 5 hours. We definitely enjoyed the Ninja warrior course and found it challenging for athletes of all levels. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff was very helpful when we were trying to get checked in.
Super friendly staff. Discounted prices at the moment. All staff wore facemasks and cleaned surfaces regularly. They're constantly adding new games. One of the staffers was awesome helping my 6yo through the ninja warrior course. Great place, great service. Love Rebounderz.
A great bounce place for kids. There's even areas designated foe smallee/younger kids. Has a ninja warrior obstacle course and lots of trampoline areas
First time visitors and will definitely return. Very nice staff, great variety of things to do for all ages and such a great time. We brought 9 kids ranging from 3 to 11. Each one had a blast!! Cannot wait to return!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
