Prices are fair compared to similar attractions, and the membership rate is awesome if you can make it once/month. The staff are super helpful and nice! Highly recommend.

It's more than I want to spend, but my son always has a blast and as long as I spend more time there in one go, It feels like more bang for my buck.

We LOVE this place. My kids and I meet friends here every Friday night for glow jump and it never gets old. The staff is always very friendly. They keep up on cleaning the restrooms and the play areas. They have a good variety of food at the concession stand as well! We have had a few birthday parties here, and the staff always takes great care of us. This is our second year with a membership, and we will certainly be renewing it when the time comes!

They have activities for all ages, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely bring your kiddos here to let some energy out! Good for the price too, they have a cheaper options for toddlers as well.

It's the perfect place to keep kids busy and to have lots of fun! One downfall is that station 10 for bday parties is rather dark because there's no lighting directly above the tables, not helpful for good pictures.

So today I came here with my friends and there was one specific staff that was being rude to me, and making fun of me because I didn't know how to jump off the platform where you land on foam. Also before he did this he told me to not hang onto the rim, and I get that I am in the wrong for this but he told me that my dunk wasn't tuff? I didn't know what he meant by that as I was just remaking a video of a funny guy that did that. I am sorry for hanging on the rim but he could?ve been more nice about it.

Great place for the fun trampolines good little kid area foam pit flips basketball dunking and of course their dodgeball now their is other things to do but unfortunately base tickets aside everything is very expensive but for now we will put that aside. The dodgeball is what stood out the most to me (being within the age range of normal play) but even adults can join it was lively have enough balls to keep it interesting and overhead seating for family to watch. Recently had my daughter's birthday party there and the staff were great. They helped with the little kiddos and had the food served promptly; it was a very stress free day for the parents all things considered. Highly recommend.

Love this place. There are plenty of obstacles for kids of all ages, and plenty of seating for parents and guardians. The year membership is well worth it if you bring your kids a lot. Mine paid for itself in the first month.

BUT there were kids in the areas that they had to be 4'4" minimum, and they were much smaller than that, made my kids worry they would hurt them, so that did limit their fun. Don't know why these kids are allowed in these areas, unless rebounderz are looking for the money!

My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here and everyone had a wonderful time. We had plenty of time to set up before the party. The kids love it, they were exhausted when we left. I was appalled before I went that the membership requires a one year commitment. After we went I realized even though I still hated the idea of being required to commit to a full year, that a year would give me time to make sure I made the price worth it. Took our kids on a weekend during thanksgiving break. It was busy but plenty of room for all participants. Each area is supervised well and there is a lot to do for kids of all ages.

This is my second time here. The fist time was so much fun. Today we went for my grandsons birthday. We bought some 2 hour and 3 hour passes with extras. A bit pricey but where he wanted to go. I had a fraud charge on my payment method from another source. I got something in the mail about my membership. Had no idea as we all have multiple memberships to multiple things. They sent me emails that went to my junk mail. They made no effort to call me about the situation. This is an savory business practice. Don't pay for the Premium Activities they purposely don't tell you it's a scheduled event to use and they limit the times they schedule the events. Paid for 5 kids all with the best packages and no one got to use the Laser Tag or the Mini Escape room. There is nowhere on the site to indicate times of when it's available, there is nothing indicating you must schedule when checking in and they have an advertising display to make money but no display indicating the scheduled times for the premium activities.

My daughter (8) would live here if she could! Lots of fun and affordable with several things to do besides jump. Beats competition with variety and setup.

Rebounderz is always updating and keeping things fresh and fun for kiddos of all ages. My kids absolutely love coming and jumping off energy. With new COVID precautions in place, they've done a great job adjusting to requirements while still providing a great experience. I have 3 children ranging in ages from 8 to 1 and there was something for everyone of them (and my husband and I) to do.

If you're a parent, don't let them talk you into jumping with your kid unless upure under 4'. You will pay (for me $40 plus $4 for socks) to not be able to jump anywhere and will just sit and watch. It's fun for kids, but do not let them get you.

We threw a birthday party for my 5 year old here. It was absolutely worth it. The beach theme room was cute, so was the princess room we walked past. It was fun for for people in our group from age 2 to 70. Absolutely worth the money. Absolutely worth the time. We'll be coming back just to enjoy!

Unfortunately we paid over $90 and had a disappointing experience. We were never asked to sign up for the escape room when we got here and had a very unhelpful young girl eventually pointed us in the right direction. The concession was out of everything on the first Saturday of spring break. There was a group of young employees chatting when we were waiting for a while to have someone cash our tickets. Super disappointing for the money and will not return.

There must have been a "spring break special" because we paid for an hour session, and when we got wrist bands it was only for a half hour. Very disappointed. Many unattended kids, no structure for using a lot of the equipment so it was hard to take a turn. The only thing free was the trampolines, which were fine, but I won't be returning with my family.

Still awesome five years later. Love this place. Staff are really well trained, good culture. The decorating artist deserves special recognition too.

My kids went to a birthday party here. The party had their own 3-walled, long-tabled booth with cubby storage. It was very convenient. I'm tempted to look into it.

My son gets a yearly membership every year for Christmas. It's a great gift that lasts all year long! Sometimes, if he's still got energy to burn after school, his dad will bring him here to burn it out! I really recommend getting the membership because after one visit, your kids will be begging to come back!

My kids love this place. I think it's a bit pricey but it's a fun treat every now and then. Very clean and very polite staff. Lots of seating for parents while the kids run out their energy. This place is great for smaller kids. The staff is amazing especially Mike. He was very kind and respectful. Once we started jumping we realized it wasn't for us. And Mike was very understanding and gave us a refund. I really appreciated that.

Honestly the most fantastic experience I have ever received, way more patience and grace than deserved. I had accidentally booked a party for the wrong date, but the staff rallied and made my son's birthday a raving success. I am very appreciative of the time and effort they were able to give me even though the place was absolutely slammed, I am truly grateful for their care and help.

This place is great for the family. They have everything you want in a bounce house. I used to like District 5 in Lansing the best but I like the theme in this place better. It is more family friendly with less riff raff. I take this place over Skyzone any day of the week, every time.

Should have taken some pictures but just had a good time here. Took our 6 year old and did the 2 hour basic+ package. Even without all of the extras there is plenty to do there. She stayed busy the entire time and was exhausted when we got done. Will absolutely be coming back. Pricing was about $30 a person with socks. This place is good for younger kids. But teens or older don't really have much to do since they're too tall. Small kids love it though. I was disappointed to have paid so much for 4 kids and only 2 of them enjoyed their time here. Older/taller kids should be cheaper.

Fun place to go in the winter. Very clean and great for parties. All four of my kids enjoy going there. It is well worth the cost and the Ninja course is awesome. The facility itself is fun and our children enjoy going. However, buying a membership completely ruined our experience due to poor customer service and terrible communication. Our membership had expired and we have decided to not only not renew it, but find other trampoline parks to utilize since there are so many.

All went well for my son's birthday party. If you do one of the party packages, do your party goers a favor and get the bonus arcade money. The arcade isn't super pricy but you only get $3 by default which is 2-4 games... At most. Overall 18 people had a good time.

Great spot for birthday parties. I found that it is best to go on weeknights to avoid the crowds. The only downside was that there was not enough staff so 'arenas' are only open if a staff member can be watching. So not everything was open to play in. Also, a side note, I could only find 1 high chair in the whole seating area and our party had 2 kids who needed one. That made for a less than fun eating time.

My kids were invited here to have a party and I hung around. The place is clean and well maintained. I felt it was safe. The snack bar is limited and the food is grotesquely overpriced. The worst customer service! This was my son first choice for his 13 birthday party. Which would of been perfect since I lived down the street. I called twice and submit 2 party information request online and then emailed. To be told the manager will send me group information because my party was 54 people. We went to Reboundz on Friday and while everything was really fun the pizza took forever to make. On top of that we brought our own grip socks from Altitude and were told we needed to buy THEIR socks.. what? Why? I think that's a tad bit ridiculous. We've never had any issues using different socks and other jump parks. So, overall, a whole lot of fun but left with a few head scratchers

We came here expecting to stay for 2 hours and found a winter deal giving us unlimited jump time for the same price. Our 2 hour stay quickly turned into 5 hours. We definitely enjoyed the Ninja warrior course and found it challenging for athletes of all levels. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff was very helpful when we were trying to get checked in.

Super friendly staff. Discounted prices at the moment. All staff wore facemasks and cleaned surfaces regularly. They're constantly adding new games. One of the staffers was awesome helping my 6yo through the ninja warrior course. Great place, great service. Love Rebounderz.

First time visitors and will definitely return. Very nice staff, great variety of things to do for all ages and such a great time. We brought 9 kids ranging from 3 to 11. Each one had a blast!! Cannot wait to return!
