Great set up , clean, friendly staff. Party hostess to help with anything you need when you book a party Bowling party VIP!
It was very fun family experience and the workers was very nice I would love to go again.
Family friendly place great service an good cold beer!!
My wife and I have not bowled in over 10 years, so we decided to go. We have our own shoes, but they did not slide at all, balls kept getting stuck in the return, and lane etiquette is absent. We had fun but it was a little disappointing after waiting for the ball return over and over again.
Came from Georgia to visit grandkids. Wanted to something fun for us all. Saved up money to splurge. We showed up there and all the workers acted like they hated life and were absolutely miserable. Half of the games did not work but no signs, however, the machines still took money from your card. Got tired of trying to stand there and wait someone to acknowledge presence to get money back. No there were not lines of people ? people were just ignored and they were in the back. It was a Saturday people are th
A very fun place to take kids. Has so much for them to do n I had fun as well. Isn't as high as some places. We really enjoyed our time there. Di a little bit of it all
My family has been here several times. We would highly recommend it. Great atmosphere. Really fun for kids. Also a date night to shoot pool. $10 an hour for pool. Bowling is a little high priced. Games $1. Unlimited Jumpers are $9.50 weekends and 7.50 weekdays. We have an absolute blast everytime we go.
We went to the bowling alley here. It was $79 for myself and 4 kiddos to bowl. That's pretty expensive in my eyes. The lanes were okay, feel like lane 10 is definitely warped. Lol. You have to set the bumpers manually if you have kids, they don't tell you that. Other than that, it's an alright experience.
Have been to this place quite a few times over the years and today was the worst. 30% of the games didn't work, 2 places in the trampoline area was broken and big enough for a kid to fall into and get hurt, one lady was openly drinking beer in the kid area and the place absolutely reeked of marijuana(I mean really, a kid area smelling like dope). One of the 2 kiosks didn't work and the one that did kept freezing up. Some of the games that appeared to work wouldn't work sometimes when you swiped the card so
Went there 2 times, once on a Saturday at 430 and told they were closing due to bad weather. Went the following Sunday at 7:00pm and was told no more bowling was available because they were closing at 9:00 and had to clean before they close. I do not understand why they say they are open till 9:00 and let you bowl for an hour at 7:00. Now I have all the bad reviews and figure we are not missing out on much. I would not recommend this place for anything.
Went here for the first time to celebrate my niece's 6th birthday and we had a blast...... I played the Walking DEAD game and thought I was Rick Grimes for a second (lol). My nephew got on the virtual reality ride with his mom and they had a blast. We were also able to play pool. This place was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and it was very clean. Our grandma had a place to sit and watch us all have fun.
If I could give no stars I would. Trampoline park was a serious hazard. When telling an employee, she said it had been messed up for months. We put money on a card to play a few games after we left the trampoline park and it charged 4 times for a game we played twice and one game literally broke after playing once and when we talked to the same employee from earlier, she took the card and came back without reimbursing us.
Disappointed... Extremely over priced... Very poorly maintained.... $117 for my family and I felt robbed... Just save your money and don't go here.. Trampoline park is not even close to what it is... More like a back room death trap. The picture is pretty much all the trampoline areas
The only good thing that came from this family outing during springbreak was the bowling time. But we planned to order pizza and drinks for the full family-time experience, and nothing was operable. Two choices: water or a Gatorade.
SO MUCH FUN! So nice and accommodating every time we come here. Such a fun and nice place for gatherings.
0 stars. Tried to have a birthday party. Booked in online for 2:45. When we arrived we were told they moved it back to 3:15. At 4:30 we still did not have pizza and drinks. The staff was extremely rude and we told them not to worry about the pizza that the party was almost over. We had to pay 706 dollars in all and they would not refund us money. They brought out the pizza after most of the party had left and told us that we can't asked for a refund because we did get out pizza. There is plenty more that ha
I wish there was an option to give this place a negative 5 star review... it was absolute CAOS from start to finish There was zero coordination in the entire place.... There were two, TWO party's us and another family, and they did us BOTH wrong... They didn't even bring us our food and drinks till 10 min after the party had ended, our reserved party time was from 2:40-4:30. Food and drinks didn't show up till 4:45ish and we're talking 6 pizzas and like 24 drinks.... for just OUR party... the party manager
It was really fun here and I love all the games and the trampolines and the bowling alleys and the food is really good the drinks also
We had our son?s 13th birthday party here. They had an absolute blast. The cost wasn't terrible, and they all had a really good time.
Amazing customer service and everything you would want to do is here. Great place to come have a good time
Waited in line 15 minutes to get in. Only 2 staff members working. Bowling lanes are cheap. They have waves in the lane that make the ball bounce. Balls got stuck every 2nd frame and had to ask staff to get them 5 times in 1 game. TV-14 shows playing on projectors at the back of lanes with 5 year olds bowling on several lanes. Waited 10 minutes to ride bumper cars due to no staff member being over there. Paid $4 per child to ride 3 minutes. Bowling was expensive as well. Nice arcade games. Jumping room is $
It's a fun place to play and have good family fun, but it's a little pricey and there aren't a lot of game choices as of yet.. gonna definitely keep an eye on this place.
Fun atmosphere for work group events. The staff are welcoming and the music is good! Our crew love it everytime we come here!
I LOVE the bouncy addition.. I hadn't been to event zona in a while because my child doesn't care for games or bowling BUT she loves the rebound area.. there's so much for the little ones to do.. and the big ones too. $14 to bounce around for an hour but there's also a playhouse and plenty of games to play while bouncing... no room for getting bored here...
We love bringing our church group here. Great time and friendly staff!
Clean and fun, but pricey. We weren't greeted with a smile or even eye contact, and we felt like we were intruding on the employees' conversation, but we had a good time bowling. We didn't try the food, but noticed others around us enjoying pizza and other snacks that all looked and smelled really good.
Awesome place for the whole family!! Lots of games for kids and fun games for adults as well! Also has an adult area where you can order drinks & still be able to safely watch your kids! Super friendly, clean & has great food as well!!
If I could give 0 stars for this review I would this place is trash nothing worked today games was taking money but not able to play the trampoline park area is a scam we was charged for other people's jumpers then 5 others had the same problem that I seen thought parents was about to riot we needed a Karen today the teenagers are struggling due to no management they just kept saying no one is here to help with said problems then after 2 hours of stress trying to get the trampoline funds back due to glitch
Great atmosphere! I've always love it here! Definitely a place to check out!
I have been a couple of times now and with each visit, it looks more and more rundown. I think this place could be good for a rainy day activity at most. I also don't think there is enough seating for parents who just want to watch the kids play.
I had a very great time bowling with my family workers were very helpful!!! I definitely recommend.
The kids had fun, and the employees were kind to us. It could be even nicer with a few renovations.
My 1st time here. My company rented it just for us for a Christmas celebration. We had a Great time and won cash prizes. Great time with everyone
It was very fun jumping and bowling and I didn't get hurt at all
Took our church youth group, a great time was had by all!
Really awesome place, great service, chill environment and the bowling alley is excellent!
No cellular service in VIP bowling. No WiFi to be able to actually operate the TouchTunes app and jukebox. Even tho you pay extra for VIP the bright lights stay on while bowling instead of turning them off and allowing the black light. When asked to turn off the bright light to allow the black light the manager stated no. Poor service.
Took the family here for a fun night. The trampoline area was very dangerous. The "pit" you jump into was torn apart, so you would essentially be jumping, head first, to about a 4 foot fall onto concrete. When entering the trampoline area, the outside cushion was disconnected, leaving a large hole to fall into. We then spent $100 on arcade credits, which gave us $20 bonus dollars. What they didn't tell you, was the bonus credits only work on about 3 games, you can't use them. About 25% of the machine were p
?? ?? if you closed at 9 pm on Sunday you should say you done selling bowling early, i just drove over half an hour for nothing.
Arcade is expensive as is the food and bowling. For two kids and the wife we ended up spending over a $100 for two games of bowling and the arcade. My daughter played the key game that is a total ripoff, the key went in and turned twice and she didn't win the prize. After speaking with the manager she stated that ever since she has worked here no one has won the game. We will stick to House of Bounce in Saltillo and try Rebel Lanes for bowling. Great concept, great area with growth, need some new marketing
Garbage everything is broken none of the good games work the upkeep on this place is a joke. For games the mall is better
I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option. Paid for an hour of bowling, only bowled for 20 minutes because the lane was down for like 30 minutes. Wouldn't give any kind of refund. Had someone in our group ask and they pretty much told them we were screwed. So when I go ask, they shake their head, walk away ignoring me. I know y?all can't keep employees there because y?all don't have a manager there at all times like a business should. We'll go to All-in-1 in Tupelo or try Corinth or Memphis before we go ba
Overall I had a good time, a very good place for date night.
We always have fun here with our youth group!
Okay so I rented a room for my sons birthday and brought his friends. Ordered two extra pizzas. It was $323. NEVER received my 2 pizzas after asking the only TWO people working. & while they were nice, the fact of the matter is if you're that under staffed, I'd liked to have known before driving an hour and 45 mins to go there. The pictures on their website make it look AWESOME. It had about half of the stuff it portrayed. A majority of the games didn't work and took your money without even playing. Absolut
dirty and disgusting. the best way i can describe this place. workers are rude and not professional at all. my family and i wanted to play laser tag and it was our first time, walk up to the counter and ask, the young lady looked at me for a few seconds in silence and just points away towards the arcade. we figured out to get the game cards on our own, get to the room and the worker told us out of all well over 20 laser guns, only FIVE worked. (there was 6 of us.) no one informed us before we paid and they
Only done bowling so far, first trip. Everything looks great. Will be back. Stuff to do for all ages.
Great place to bring kid's n relax
Nothing impressive here. Have to pay everything separate?except we couldn't bc of a supposed internet issue?never got to bowl. Half the arcade games we wanted to use weren't working. 1st and last trip.
I appreciate this place because it's only bowling ally in tupelo but it was so dirty/sticky. Every seat has tears in them, no bumbers for kids, and wildly priced for the experience. There was a man in the parking lot drinking beer from a 6 pack and might have been living behind the building. It was also like 85 degrees in there. I had fun because I was spending time with my daughter but we will not be back there.
Kids had a blast, so did I. Prices are a little high, few games didn't work. Staff was super cool! The bowling section is definitely just for kids to use! Other customers need some manners as well. If you got your kids bowling, respect other people's lanes! Keep your dinosaur and your kids out of the lane you didn't pay for. I spent $90 for 2 lanes for an hour and a guy was in my lane recording his little kids bowling.....they left, same thing happened again. I will never bowl at this place again, to easy
There is a coin machine by the front door where I put $60 in and it did not give me any change for a $50 ticket staff at the front desk told me they cannot return my money and then proceeded to laugh at me for losing my money. This place is really neat, but I can't get away from the fact that they stole money from me. It would not help me to try to get it back. It's not that much of a money but it's principles that state.
This is a sorry place for family entertainment. The bumpers on the bowling lanes are broken so if you have a child you'll have to use the push things which isn't a big deal except they only have 3-4 of them. They also only have 2-3 light weight balls for kids. We ended up using a 7lb ball that was cracked so it didn't even roll right, a waste of money in my opinion. Then the arcade is another story. Half of the games are broken. Overall the place is dirty and a disaster and i will try not to be back there
Fun for the entire family! Bowling, games, trampolines, laser tag, food & friendly staff!
Carried church group. Had a great time.
Over half of the games were out of order when we went. And it seemed like they were low staffed. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to help get the cash out prizes. Bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper and paper towels. Bowling was fun
The customer service was terrible. We were bowling and our first pin would never go down, then out of no where our alley closed and went dark. We went to the man up front and told him our alley was down and he just ignored us and continued to flirt with the women buying alcohol.
We went on a Saturday, which is a busy day, however that does not give an excuse for how dirty the outside parking lot was when we arrived. The bathrooms were also dirty and poorly stocked. Many of the arcade games did not work, only allowing my daughters very little to do in the arcade. My daughter forgot her cup there and she did not realize it until we were home (over an hour away). I tried to call multiple times the rest of the afternoon with no answer. The mailbox was full so I could not leave a messa
Know what your getting and you won't be dissatisfied - Lots of games broken. "Probably due to lack of funds to upgrade " Jumpers are nice " They are dirty " Restrooms probably haven't been thouroly cleaned since it opened. Expect 95 percent of your needs to be met by 16-18 year old teenagers that are just looking to make a dollar while in school. "It's pretty much ran by kids rather an adult is on site or not. If the kitchen looks like the bathrooms I'd advise you eat before you come. This is not to le
Terrible and overpriced. We spent about $350 on a birthday party reservation and 2 extra pizzas. The "Party Host" did nothing except bring pizza. We were told to fill out the form for sock sizes and they would come get it and bring socks. That didn't happen. Had to take the form back up to them and continue to wait for socks. A while later the pizza was brought out. (not sure exactly when, because no one told us the pizza was ready, they just set them on the tables in the empty party room) Just pizza, no
The kids had a good time, but we were surprised that there is no wifi offered especially since the cell signal inside is abysmal. The arcade games require the purchase of a card, which is a $10 minimum. No outside food or drinks are allowed, so expect to spend a good bit of money for an hour of jump time and entertainment. The joust pit air bag is detaching from the wall in one corner, but the employee didn't seem bothered by that.
We visited Event Zona with a youth group and had a few disappointments. They told us when we arrived that we would be able to come and go from our bowling lanes (we had two) as we wanted to. Bowling was unlimited in the package we had. When we looked back at our lane, all of our items we left there assuming we would be right back over were gone and another group was bowling in the lanes we had been given. The price was high and our cards did not work as they were supposed to. Our kids had a good time but t
It started off well as we went inside, thinking about having a good time until we paid 46 dollars just to have music blasted in our ears and suffer hearing loss. As well as not even play a full game because of an important family issue. Then when we tried to get a refund for the 10 minutes we bowled they said they could only refund the shoes. Which is 8 dollars all together. So unless your going to the arcade this place is not a fun experience unless you wanna pay an arm and a leg for bowling that sucks.
Great place to relax and have good food
Three of our family members just celebrated birthdays at Event Zona in Tupelo. We spent 2 hours bowling, had a party table with pizza served & played arcade games. It was most enjoyable for each of us. We were greeted by very friendly & polite staff who saw to it that everyone in our party, including our autistic grandson, had a good time. We appreciate Event Zona for helping make this a memorable birthday experience. ??
wasn't the worst jump park ive seen/bn2, tho was pretty small/more of a kids one than all ages like some other ones ive been to that r way bigger n tad cleaner & have diff areas that cater to diff ages...the equipment they did have was ok, with the exception of the best thing they have there which is an interactive tv/gaming system thats based on & controlled by ur jumping on the square of trampoline in front of it, n if i ever were to go agn itd b for that most (n ppl there r nice n all too, def nothing ag
It's a nice idea nice place. I've taken my son a couple of times. It's very expensive and they charge you for the cards you are required to have to play games. One dollar each that can get pricey quick in it self. Staff could definitely use a revamp. Lots of their games either don't work at all or mess up while you are playing so that's a rip off. Could be a lot better place they charge enough to run the business proficiently hope they start.
I called the day prior to verify they would be open and make sure there were no restrictions. The person on the phone told me they would be busy cause they have parties booked. I told her planed to come at opening. I was told that would be best. We get there and we're told we could not jump until 5:30 because of all the parties. We decided to bowl and then go eat lunch and come back. Well they didn't tell me the bowling I paid for was for an hour. They let me book a lane for 8 people and on the 6th frame th
Waited at the front for at least 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge a party of 10 people. Would not let us rent the private room because it is ?only for very import people?. The lanes are overpriced and the two times we have been here they close the lanes after 9. The whole staff here is pathetic they were extremely rude and made everything very difficult. Won't be back
Great place to go gaming for a family day
Fun place to go and bowl with your family and little ones!
We rented the vip room for an hour and a half for $80 & I was charged twice on my card - I called to get this addressed but haven't had any luck getting anyone to call me back about this. We just moved here & I had high hopes about this place.
It is a great place for the whole family to have fun.
My family and I came yesterday August 10, 2019 and it was not great at all. In places like these there should ALWAYS be a greeter at the door and there should ALWAYS be someone at the front desk to help. Neither of these occurred. We bought 4 cards to play and went straight to the Laser Tag area. Of course there was not one employee posted outside of the doors and we assumed maybe they were in a game so we waited patiently for about 10 minutes. My husband then went to the front desk to ask if there was a ga
We waited in line for an hour because they never answered their phone for a reservation or returned our messages. The first time we went it was great and only cost $20 for an hour and a half of bowling + laser tag + $5 for games. The second time we went, when we got there we got charged $4 each on top of the $20 for gratiuity (aka service charge). They didn't serve us anything, and their attitudes were ridiculous?so it confused us why we were tipping for no services at all. We won't be back.
No wifi for patrons and no cell service due to the nature of the building - super bummer for this mom hoping to get some work done while the kids played. I took my kids aged 14, 13 & 12 while visiting from out of town and was a little disappointed with the small size of the trampoline arena. They had a good enough time though because there's an obstacle course similar to what they're used to going through at state fair fun houses. Overall, it was worth the $50 (had to buy socks) for them to try a new place.
It was good to much people. They need to fixed the games bc there are lots of machines that they don't work. They need to make more bigger and put more machines games for the kids and on the Trampoline they need to supervision bc there are big kids they can hurt the little ones.
Kids had a great time
Wait in line for 20 mins just to be told we're in the wrong spot. Can only order food at one register and can only buy tickets in the back. This place needs better employees and signs Terrible place. Won't be back
I came there with my family. The way things are done there needs to be reevaluated! First off why pay for an hour at a time. That is a joke when you have children bowling! It should be paying for one game at a time! Second, when your desk guy (young guy with long blond ponytail) says, ?you can order everything on the menu except for pizza? and then proceeds to serve two pizzas to two different people! When I ask him why he says ?they ordered the last two, they are frozen and won't be ready to serve until to
Great time for the family. The employees are very helpful, and the bathrooms are VERY clean!
I would like to respond to the youth group who said their items were missing. I would like to address this as I was there and I am the one who removed the items. When we see items left on a table, and bowling shoes left, we have a process, first, if anyone is available next to the lanes, you were on lanes 13 and 14, I asked the party next to your lane on 12 which is what we do, we ask, first, is this part of your party, they responded no, I then asked, do you know when the party left, he said, they took off
Always a good time. Also I keep finding something new
Atmosphere was really good ??
This place honestly was way too expensive and the employees were complete asshats to us. Would not recommend would rather spend the money I spent here on anything else. The least they could do is not make it feel like your not welcome and like your not even welcome. It wasn't even fun the only thing they had going for them was the clean modern design.
Would rate 0 if possible! We booked a party and payed in full up front. Party was to include 2 pizzas 2 lanes for 1 hour and ten shoe rentals. We ordered 2 extra pizzas at 14.99 each and 1 bottle of water bill came out to be over $360 party booked was only $235 tax and all. Other ppl were allowed to charge 2 more lanes for an hour each and 6 more shoe rentals that was not approved or ordered by us and they refuse to refund anything due to them loosing money but it was their staff members who allowed someone
I took my grandkids and they are 4 and 6. They had fun!! The issue I had was it is expensive and the place was not clean at all and the staff was not that friendly and a lot of the arcade games wasn't working which would take money off of your card and not work..
There are so many broken games, and if you have any issue with not receiving your tickets on a game, don't worry, the manager will not come out of the office to help. However, the young man working the desk was nice and tried to get help.
Great set up , clean, friendly staff. Party hostess to help with anything you need when you book a party Bowling party VIP!

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
