They replaced the battery in my iPhone would be shattered back when nobody else would. After calling at least seven different phone repair shops they were truly a godsend. Saved me from having to buy an entirely new phone or pay 600 to get it repaired, which is more than the phone is worth at this point. It was also done extremely quickly and for a fantastic price. My galaxy fold 3 had notified me that morning that my charging port had an object in my charging port, so I went inside to see if they had a cleaning kit. I took my phone to the fixphone at the mall, and they wanted to charge me $120 because my screen was broken, so I took my business to Reboot. This place was awesome 10/10. turns out my screen wasn't broken, and all I needed was the power button replaced. It ended up only being $40 even though he had to drive to Atlanta to get my part, + it only took a day.

I came in with a very specific issue, as I am refurbishing an old gaming system. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. I ended getting an incredibly great deal. fixed phone, to only have a 2 week warranty, just to have the phone glitching after i got it fixed, then told me id have to pay an extra $40 for him to TRY to fix the issue. It was your mistake from the jump, why not take accountability and fix it, the 2 week warranty just confirms he knows he doesnt do permanent fixes, never go here if you want a permanent fix.

Jordan was very kind to spend time helping me, an older adult, to replace a program to receive a pdf file in a 7 year old tablet. Good tablet and not want to replace it. Working like new now.
