Customer Reviews

The employee that was in there was the only one in there when me, my girlfriend and father went in Didn't greet us, didn't ask if we needed any help, and overcharged me and my girlfriend when we looked back on our receipts. My girlfriend was supposed to only be charged 100 dollars for some figures she had to buy in one big pack and was charged 109 that wasn't just regular tax there was some other random tax that wasn't specific that was added. Something I bought was only supposed to be 4 bucks, which ended

This shop is so cool I had fun in here. I was really surprised at the volume inside. He had upright arcade games and my son and I played them, I surprised he allowed us to. (???) The shop staff were very friendly. What I picked up from here was mint haha ?? I felt akward asking if it was a repro but oh my stars it was like brand new. ?? he was very kind when I asked, and I am very happy with my purchase ! ?? fair price on it too.

Recently visited this location and the selection was great, the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices were really good, and all the games purchased were in very good condition. This is one of my favorite places to hit up when I go game hunting. edit: Glad to see you guys open again and found a game I was after for months.

Came in today guy was very nice got an n64 a few controllers for my girl and an rog ally for myself and he was even willing to negotiate a lower price that fit my budget

Rampage games is the best game store better I will ever go to say that it's better than game stop because of customer service and the amount of games there is crazy there is PS1 to PS4 and Xbox games to Xbox one and there is a lot of things that you can buy it's crazy all I'm saying is if you have the chance to go here go it's a nice place to go to

Don't pass this by! They have lots of retro consoles for sale and some Arcade1Up machines. Every console you can think of from the 80s to 2020. Give this place a try!

Great selection of retro games collectibles. The people were really cool there.

I just got to say that this place is so freaking awesome I just recently purchased a backwards compatible PlayStation 3 and it works so great the associates that worked there truly do help everyone and it's just been awesome I've been there a few times and I will keep going back and I will recommend this place to all my friends that want to go to retro gaming or current gen gaming to go to the store because they are so good I appreciate you guys so much and I will see you guys in the future!

This game store is so visually appealing as everything is organized and clean. It was very easy to walk through with visible prices and titles. My husband and I went to a couple game stores during our visit to Phoenix but this one was the best. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

Fantastic game selection for a low price. Large variety ranging from Atari to PS5. They also have console cords in case you're missing any like I was. Also the interior design was really good. My new favorite game store!

This is one of the coolest game stores around. I walked in and was taken back from all the cool stuff. I was greeted right away and asked if I need help. Great service!! Plenty of games!! Found exactly what I needed. Thanks

Safe to say this is the best video game store I've been to. Employees are all nice guys, fantastic customer service. More importantly the selection is really good. Lots of great variety.

They over price a lot of their games. 5 dollars? What you saying? I can't afford your asking price? I'm just not dumb enough to pay more then what they are going for on price charting. I understand your a legit store but don't over price the games. Be fair.

Awesome service prices selection and workers ! Worth a visit !

My first time going today dope little spot bought a GameCube from them and couple of games had a fun time

Store has good inventory of games from retro to modern. Also has cool non video game pop culture merch. Loses a star because the games are not alphabetized and not priced. They scan the bar code on a price charting app and then come up with a price. So you don't know what you've got until you check out. Just not a fan of that whole practice. Still worth checking out for your gaming needs.

Absolutely awesome video game store!

I say avoid this store at all costs. Upon entering and looking at video games, they had an alarming number of fakes for sale. A few of the more off shoot repros were labeled, but the higher ticket repros were not labeled, like all the fake Pok?mon games the have for sale. Super shady and super scummy. The two people working also looked and sounded like they had nothing to do with games and the store felt super shady, almost like a cash grab/front of sorts. If the video games were this bad, I can only imagin

An amazing retro game store with a solid selection of games and more. Genuinely the best place to do trade ins store credit / cash and overall the best shop in the valley. I can't recommend enough I've been to every shop in the valley and not one has came close

Super cool store, everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable, everything is very clean and the employees are awesome, they had a huge variety of different games. 10/10

Rampage Games is one of the coolest places I have ever shopped at! They have so many rare and one-of-a-kind items it's hard to choose just one lol One huge plus is they will give you a fair amount for anything you bring in, I'd suggest Rampage Games to every level of gamer, comic book enthusiasts and for anyone with a passion for the gaming culture!

Stopped in and so excited to see how this store will grow. Great selection of games and systems and I was also pleasantly surprised to see little collectibles and merchandise like hello kitty scrunchies, character brand socks, figures, etc. Very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Cool store with great selection of games, game consoles, movies, and collectibles. Fair prices on most items and some rare items/gems. Worth a visit.

Everything about this store screams "Everything Gamer". The guys there are awesome and care about you having a good time and not a quick sale. Lots of retro, Collectible and gaming with a splash of awesome. Been in there multiple times now and will continue to come back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
