Rainbow Rink Skating & Entertainment Center

We had the absolute best time hosting a fundraiser/party at Rainbow. Barbara was amazing with coordinating and Mike really showed up and showed out when it came to hospitality, DJ'ing, etc. I highly recommend them!! We will definitely come again. I grew up as a child in the 80's and 90's skating at Rainbow and it warms my heart that they are still there bringing fun and memories to the community. ????

I was visiting from Canada today (as i do weekly) and wanted to see the place I saw it was open so I went in to take a peak as I wanted to take my gf and little brother here, I can tell you its not worth as the place is small there is no nostalgic feel to it for me, however what did it for me was the rude staff, when I went it I was ignored and then asked basically what I wanted, the place isn't very welcoming at all. Save yourself the aggravation and money, go elsewhere. **I blurred out the security guards

We had my kiddos party here it was 80's themed and had an absolute blast!! Our hostess was so sweet! She did such a wonderful job keeping the drink flowing and making sure we were doing good! The DJs we awesome! Played lots of great jams and made sure the birthday girls requests were played! I cannot say enough good things! We're already planning another party for next year! Thank you all so much!

Amazing rollerskating in Buffalo. We went to Rainbow Rink on May 11th 2024 for their annual Borderline Skate Jam. The floor is wooden, slick and great for tricks. This rink is golden. The artistry of the skates was wild. A totally different vibe from Toronto?s Scooters (which I love). Everybody?s wheels at Rainbow were 57mm or smaller with diameters of 32mm, and loose trucks. I learned a lot about what I wanted to update my skates to, so I could be more free to do what I wanted on quad skates. My girl

One of the nicer skating rinks in WNY. Alot cleaner looking than others. Love the black lights that makes all light colors look like its glowing. Really have that old school skating vibe that i loved as a child. Really had a great time on Saturday which is family night. Came for my young cousins birthday get together. They have a great deal for a family nightfor a family of 4 for $60 which covers admission and skates for 4 people and a large pizza and drinks. They have an arcade for entertainment also.

Some staff wasn't friendly or helpful. One adult skater yelled at kids to keep to the middle of the rink on a Sunday afternoon during nothing but children's birthday parties. And the 3% charge for using a debit or credit Is a little crazy.

Very nice indoor fun for children. Food is decent, clean bathrooms well managed. Parking lot is full almost always.

Great place. Family fun. It's well kept and a very 80s theme. Food prices are decent. Not a rip-off like other places so I'd buy food from here. Washrooms are clean and do not stink so decent for me: the-picky-person. They have BOTH rollerskates and Rollerblades for rent.

We went for a birthday party and asked for a kid thing to help them not fall down. Mind you we have a 2 and a 5 year old. We were told we had to pay to use them as well as pay for roller skates. They are too young to skate on their own and without something to lean on/ push.

Had a private party for children in family. So Much Fun! For all ages. The crew were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this as a family reunion, graduation, birthday party .

I have been going to the rink for years. This past weekend I was being harassed by a woman I didn't know so I went to make security aware because I simply wanted to skate. The lady approached me while I was telling the security he ends up telling me i have to leave very forcefully while i still had my skates on my whole neck is sore, my right elbow is bruised and my stuff was in my locker and again what did I do to be man handled that way when i simply was making them aware of the other person. Had a good time for my daughters birthday party on 2/22/20 . We had kids and grownups and everyone had a blast , some grownups said they haven't been on skates in like 20yrs (you could tell ??) . Dani (employee) was such a great help , thanks Dani !

My daughter had her party there tonight and everything was great! The staff were always there when we needed anything and so kind. It's a bit far from us but worth the drive!

It's fun . Kids love it . Great to have the skater trainers bit should be free . They have certainly been paid for mase made a profit it would sad if a child spent have the money . And when a parent comes to Young child's party they should have to pay maybe a $2 admission not 12 that I found a little unreasonable to be able to skate with a child at. A paid party. .

Roller skating birthday party?!?!? YES! do it. So much help with planning, set up, professional and kind. I think I may have had more fun than the kids. Schedule far in advance, book a private party and just take over the place - you won't regret it. I loved the safety knowing that all the kids were in one place. Also, do the glow add on. The 8 year old running around with glowing binkies was the best - they loved them! Thank you! We will be back!

They allowed me to roll around the rink on my electric wheelchair- which meant I got to help teach my kiddo to skate!!! Can't begin to express what it meant to me.

Usually excellent pizza and wings. Once in awhile adud (over cooked pizza). You get that every place you go.

My family was super excited to go here, we checked the hours on google maps and on the rainbow rink website, and showed up right when they were supposed to open on a Tuesday. No one ever showed up. We waited the better part of an hour, knocking on the door and windows, and finally gave up. No one answered the phone, no indication that they wouldn't be open. What a disappointment.

You have to come and see it yourself... I have the best time during adult skate. They play the bomb beats and such a friendly atmosphere. Wednesday & Sunday nights if you are grown and sexy lol. Not only is it so much fun my body is getting nice and tight just for the summer. I forgot how skating works the whole body I mean lady's booty lift and all. Just in a couple hours. Like I said you have to check it out for yourself I promise you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere is fun, live and energetic. Sunday night from 8 to 11 is a blast. This is for those who can skate their butt off. Slow skaters stay inside, because there speed is fast. Wednesday is a day to learn how to skate!

Maybe I'm a 90s baby so I saw it during it's prime but man was it disappointing. My son's friend had a birthday party here today and overall was disappointed. Most of the arcade games didn't work and the few that did didn't give out the right amount of tickets if any. Don't get me started on the food. We got a slushy and a pretzel from the snack stand. The owners son shows how unprofessional the whole place is. He kept coming up to me and my friend, bothering us and calling us names. I saw him push a little girl and he even bribed one of his friends to try and steal my phone. This place is so unprofessional please learn to teach your kids better.

Didn't make sense to leave the front doors open when it's nearly 90* outside, and there's air conditioning inside. It was cooler when we first arrived, but less than an hour later, both of my kids wanted to leave. Wasted $21 for entry and rentals!!! Everything else was fine. Friendly helpful staff, music was not too loud, clean facility, and very cool lights and decor. Will go back when it's not so hot outside.

Highly disappointed, we had a birthday party for my daughter and 2 other kids. We got there and they didn't have our party on the list. We were visiting Buffalo NY from Chicago IL and found this place and wanted to give it a try and it was a long drive from where we were staying at. As soon as we walked in there was blasting very loud music and we just walked right back out, it was very hard to hear what others were saying. OH MY GOODNESS! I have been roller skating for 22 years now and I love this place so much! The owner is amazing as well as all of the staff working. The security is phenomenal and they make sure that everyone is safe and having a great time. They also offer food and I have had a pretty wide range of the choices. The snacks are great! 10/10 and I will definitely keep coming back.

Hello world this is a nice place to go with your family. The music is not nasty and all about drugs so I like that the most. The people are not rude and the skating experience is awesome.

We had a great time on Wednesday night adult open skate. Impressed with the prices and the overall cleanliness of the building. Would love more modern music mixed in with the 70?s and 80?s classics but that's a minor critique. We feel fortunate to have this still around and close by!

I had taken my daughter to this place on a couple of occasions. Very busy and nobody works the floor consistently kids go out for a few laps to race or show off. People and kids going both ways , all kids of these plastic mini glow lights all over the floor, people stopping and hanging out in the middle of the door, you dnt know who works there cause they wear black shirts. The kids are way to comfortable that work there rather show off then help. If you plan on going there you will probably get hurt. This

A recent reunion on June 9th of former Carousel staff and friends to the rink left the group disappointed, I particularly found the dj and owner/manager unprofessional, the dj ignored song request by skaters and management did not allow DJ (Diamond Dave) to get up and spin some classic songs for the time and effort spent in arranging a group reunion to his establishment. It was retro night, I didn't know how to skate but most of the other customers didn't mind me wobbling around even though that night is for avoiding the newbies. The owner even spoke with us throughout the night and was very friendly and helpful. Most of the other clients were very helpful as well, a welcoming environment. ??

I grew up skating and my old rink is closed now. This place was awesome!!! Great floor, great music, great people and great atmosphere!!!! If we don't support our few REAL rinks left our community will be broken!! This is as real as it gets now. Unfortunately rinks like these are shutting down everywhere! Upon entering, while getting checked my cousin asked why we had to be checked because we have been coming all our life and this was new to us. Nice rink fun for birthdays. Food was good. Arcade games were fun but there were quite a few that didn't work. Parking is limited, we had to park on the street and the rink didn't seem that full. Music selection wasn't bad but, with all the kids birthday parties happening that day, I was expecting a more kid friendly play list.

Loved this place! I went there with family and I must say I had lots of fun. The music , the price , and environment was chill. Nonetheless the facility needs some renovations to update the interiors and include some good foods.

Friendly place that my daughter loves. She's only 5 and needs a "walker" at times out there and a bit slow. Everyone is respectful (even the teen aged skaters that fly by). I don't skate, and I don't care for the tunes played ( not that they're bad - just not my style - I'm old ) so I will bring headphones next time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Inside hasn't changed since I was a kid. Confused as to why there is a boatload of industrial looking trash in the parking lot. Some of it looks pretty dangerous to have at a place meant for kids. It's still a fun place to go.

The last time I went to this place was probably 25 years ago when I was a teenager. The place has maintained everything that kept it great. Friendly staff. Probably the same snack bar snacks. Rental skates in great condition. The family skate was one of the best afternoons I've had in a while with my family.

I had fun here, I picked the wrong night though. Family night on Saturday was cute but I really think to have adult night on Sunday when the majority of folks have to work on Monday morning is nonsensical. Otherwise a good time was had by all.

Great local roller rink We have been here for bday parties, open skate and theme nights and it never disappoints Workers are always friendly and concession stand is reasonably priced

It's pretty cool, one of the better roller rinks in our area. Nice for parties.

Loud Music. Came for a kids party and the music wasn't geared towards children at all. Very loud and adults couldn't hear each other talk at the tables. Parking is a joke. No place to park and ended up getting a ticket where NO parking signs are not very visible.
