We had a good time bowling here. Upon arriving they had just had a fundraising event so there was a bit of a wait while they cleared out. Some of our bowling shoes were very old with holes on the side and dirty. We went around 3pm on a Saturday and they were not that busy. Overall good music and well kept bowling areas

Went for a bday party and qhen i told the lady at the counter who the party was for ao i could be put in the right direction because there was no signage, she said with an attitude "i have no idea, i have 2 parties now and 2 parties later, go check down there". We had a great time here. Quinnz Pinnz offer quite a wide variety of games to keep you engaged. We had reserved their escape room but got there a bit early, however we played pool, played several arcade games and other interactive games. After the escape room we played a few rounds of bowling. Family friendly environment.

$16 per person for an hour, kind of insane when you have 6 people on one lane. Almost $100 for one game. Feel ripped off. I want to say I had fun but one game is not enough for $16 for one hour.

Had an amazing team building event here and everyone enjoyed it. This place is fantastic for a hang out spot. It has a place to eat, drink, bowl, dance and an arcade.

I recently planned an employee outing at Quinnz Pinz and I could not be happier with the results. Jamie and her staff were absolutely wonderful. A comfortable and friendly environment. Pizza, wings, and bowling turned out to be great fun for a company mixer. I absolutely look forward to working with Jamie and staff again.

I've been here quite a few times now post COVID and I have to say it's getting better and better. The owners clearly know their customers and strive to make sure everyone has a great time. In addition to bowling they have a game room with pool tables, video games and even a pinball room. It's a great place to hang out with friends and family and play some games. I believe there is more to come because they really try to have something for everyone to enjoy. Update, they now have a stage for live music.

saw 5 comics tonight it was unfortunate that there were not a lot of people at the show, but the comics were good with a bigger crowd. They would have been more funny tonight, but the cost was $20. pp

When Quinz Pinz was closed, they ran a gift card special. I had just moved to area, and wanted to invest in this Gem I visited back in December 2019. I bought like $400 worth of gift cards, but let me tell you!!! This place does NOT disappoint. The staff are amazing, the lanes are always clean, and the food is to die for. Once covid is over, I'm especially excited to have fun at the arcade, and definitely bowl some more regardless. Thank you Quinnz Pinz for the amazing experience!

Came for a birthday party and what a disaster. 2 workers for the whole place. Food was limited due to no cook , then ran out of food . Unorganized.

QUINNz Pinz deserves a 10/10 for guest services, Angela was absolutely outstanding throughout our event! Our program was for children and adults with disabilities and she was so accommodating and patient with our entire group! It was extremely clean and just a great experience would 100% recommend for large groups/ parties

Nice entertainment venue. The bar has a good selection of beers, and many televisions set up to watch sporting events. It's partially separated from the bowling alley, and a large game room filled with pool tables, pinball, and arcade games. I saw a band play in the game room. The sound was pretty good and it easily held over a hundred people without feeling crowded.

My wife was told to try this place out. She went there today and brought a neighbor and all of our kids. They ordered one of the party packages. When the food was ready, my wife never got the text and then when they got the food it was cold. When she went back to ask them to reheat the food she was completely mistreated. Lively place. Enjoyed the live entertainment. My only gripe are the rude bartenders. Twice they ignored me waiting to order to chat(not taking orders, just chatting) with other patrons. When I said excuse me, they had the worst attitudes. I can understand if they were busy but they were not.

Had a great night bowling here. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bowl unlimited games for our 2 hour time slot. There is a lounge area where a live band was playing but it didn't interfere with our bowling. Nice music selection. Pool tables and arcade games available in another section to enjoy once you finish bowling. Owner sanitized seating area before seating other customers. Overall a good spot to have fun.

This place was really cool! The bowling was fun. We played the arcade for a while but a lot of things were not working, like the air hockey didn't have a puck and the pool table took our money and then didn't work. But otherwise it was a fun place with a cool vibe.

Started a new tradition with the fam for thanksgiving eve and it was AMAZING! Was perfect for kids and adults alike. Staff was friendly and helpful. DJ for karaoke kept the party going and it was just all around a great time. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

Guy who runs the proshop is an absolute miserable human. What a nasty attitude and completely rude for no reason. Lost a sale for no reason other than being condescending and disrespectful. Unfortunate because I enjoyed bowling here with my league but will not return just because he works here. No more league money or open bowling money from me. Egos are high because they have a stage now maybe?

It was a fun experience for my family because we were all together but there were a lot of frustrations. The lane constantly stopped or had issues. When we asked for assistance it felt like we were disturbing the staff. Customer service wasn't there that night, as if it pained them to speak with us.

I love this place and how they remodeled it so nicely. The food is good, drinks are good. My favorite part is that they have big screens in the alleys that play music videos. Great, versatile music. They even play throwbacks which I love! The lanes are perfect, not overly slippery like other bowling alleys and overall a good vibe here.

The owner has really classed up bowling. The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. The place is very clean. They space the lanes out nicely. They make their own pizza dough. I really enjoyed my date night on New Years Eve. She has some very nice packages that include everything. Give Quinnz Pinz a try.

Had my son's birthday party here, staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful experience. Also, a great place for adults to go, fun atmosphere. Chicken wings are GOOD good.

Had my daughter?s 10th birthday party here, and she had a blast! We didn't have to worry about a thing. It was affordable, and tons of fun! The kids loved the 30 minutes of free play in the arcade. We will definitely be back!

We had my son's 5th birthday party here and they did a phenomenal job! Don't let the look of the outside deter you - it's so nice inside!! They did a great job keeping the kids all happy during the party and made my birthday boy feel so special. They did it all too so all we did was show up and have fun. DO NOT GO DURING THE DAY FOR COSMIC BOWL! Unfortunately we made that mistake and had one of the worst bowling experiences ever. There were children's parties going on and we were put right in between two of them. We bought the summer VIP membership and the value is incredible! $45 for 2 hours of bowling a day(weekdays) for 1 parent and 3 kids and shoes are included! I am a stay at home mom so finding ways to occupy the kids and get them out of the house is always important and you can't beat this price! It was not busy at all (we will have to see how it is on a rainy day) and service was fast and friendly. Food is reasonably priced and decent tasting. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Just held our holiday bowling party here and it was fantastic! Great fun in very clean and updated facility. Waitress was very attentive and was reasonably priced for this type of event. Food also was great, definitely will do again next year.

I have bowled here for the past year and a half, my wife and I have been loyal customers. Recently the pricing changed from per game to hourly pricing. This changed was definitely a blow to our pockets, especially since we only wanted to bowl 2 games. We ended up going to the crystal run mall where we were able to bowl with the option of per game pricing or hourly. Overall our experience here have been good, I just don't feel like it's worth the price that is being charged.

One of my favorite places to chill. Great for adult fun with an amazing bar with amazing bartenders and great food. Also great for family fun with an arcade apart from the bar. The bowling is also separate form the bar and the food ranges from kid favorites like pizza and chicken wings to salads for the healthy crowd. It's an all around great place.

Thinking back to the last time I went bowling. I had a great time with friends. The food prices are reasonable, and we didn't have to wait to long to get it. I really liked the chicken fingers. The wings weren't bad.

Its very neat and very clean. A lot of things to do along with bowling. Arcade, escape rooms, plenty of food options. Great deals and opportunities for kids and families to bowl. They also get involved woth their community a lot too. Would rate it higher but sometimes the associates are rude and standoff-ish.

Updated and clean. We went with 2 toddlers and a small child. They did not have lower pricing for the children which was disappointing. We had two two year olds bowling and it cost just as much as an adult. They barely bowled by nature because I mean they are 2. We would not return until the kids are much older.

Asked the bartender for a water. She didn't say a word. Just pointed for me to turn around and walk away. Once I walked away I realized she was pointing across the room to a half empty used water pitcher from another party for me to go serve myself some old water that's been sitting out. I can't say it's the best bowling alley I've been to. The food isn't the best and it costs $50/hour to bowl. The ball selection is scarce and it is very hard to find an appropriate size/weighted ball for your comfort. Despite all of this, I enjoyed myself and had a great deal of fun with my friends.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place! It's perfect to bring the kids for some family fun or for a date night with friends! Never disappointed anytime we go!

I have bowled here for over 20 years, practically grew up in this place. The food is amazing and FRESH! Nice arcade and great bar. Friendly staff and the Quinn's are great people.

It was a good place, very clean, they also have an arcade and some games that you can win prizes. They need more of a snack selection but overall a great place to bring your kids or just a fun night out!

First time at Quinnz Pinz bowling alley. Had a great time. there's a bar with lots of seating separate from the bowling alley They offer food and drinks at bar height tables or you can seat at regular tables. Finger food was okay. I'm giving it 5 stars for the experience.

Fun place. Call ahead because they have a lot going on. And if you have to wait for a lane they have a cool little arcade area. Also the food here is good. Extra crispy BBQ wings and their pizza are good. The sports bar in there is sweet too. It's called Brendyn's.

Went here for a Valley Central Football/Cheerleading event. It was absolutely the best!!!! Everyone was attentive. The hospitality was awesome. I hope we go there again next year. Thank you!!!!!

Worst customer service experience we've ever had. We asked the owner for a refund and when we were told she would contact us and she didn't, we sent a text. We were then told we are harassing her. She wanted to take pictures of my husband while she handed over the deposit. CRAZY!!!!!

Did the Escape room with 3 other friends today.. Had the best time ever. Jennifer was wonderful helping us with the booking and Bob did a fabulous job instructing us. The hours seemed to fly . So looking forward to going back. Kudos to Quinz Pix For adding the escape rooms .

Paid for an hour more of bowling only to be told that they forgot to enter it into the system. Was told I would just have to get a refund because our lane was booked already and people were waiting. The lack of organization and level of dissatisfaction was enough to steer me away. We left to go to round 1where the staff went above and beyond to keep up there for 2 hours. I denied the refund , Im sure the staff will remember that.

well its 16.99 for 1 hour u are quickly timed. 19.99 for 2 hours that includes show rentals as well. location is ok. food was good ill give them that. i just felt rushed in a hour i know for the future but i felt it was pricey for 3 people almost 48 kinda crazy ill rather go back to the bowling alleys that charges per game and for your shoes that's more affordable. Great place if you like bowling or overpriced food (also known as bowling). Jokes aside, it's much better suited for a summer camp STAFF outing than, say, a summer camp outing. Sorry to all the Quinnz Pinz workers for bringing way to many 9 year olds that just want to play in the arcade.

I haven't been to to Quinz pins in years so I went with a Groupon $18 for 2 with bowling&shoe and 2hr of bowling. The Place looks great with the new arcade area it's super clean and really fun. The only complaint is they need to update the music&videos played if they want to compete with newer bowling alleys they're stuck in the 80?s.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! every single person has an attitude, noone is there to actually help you. You pay to have a good time, doesn't matter what day of the week not one person is actually standing at ANY counter to help/greet you. Good luck walking around aimlessly looking for assistance.

After 20 years and moving, my husband and I, started bowling again. Quinnz Pinz, is a great family run bowling alley. During the week they have senior discounts. We try to go every week. It's a nice place to get a little exercise.

If i could rate it a 0 i would i took my children here saturday big mistake my daughter decided she didnt want to bowl after we paid ok fine went back up they dont do refunds they put it on a gift card which makes me mad. Because we dont go here often. so my husband went to get drinks with the gift card and guess what no funds on it so we had to pay more out of pocket i will never come back again

pretty expensive and food was terrible, person that gives you food looks ver unhappy to be there. not worth it bowling lane malfunctioned several times taking atleast 10 mins of the paid hour.
