The only reason I'm giving Quantum Leap 2 stars is because it *does* offer axe throwing and laser tag ? otherwise, it's just not on par with other parks in the area. The overall atmosphere was dead, almost like ghosts lived there. The music was awful, and to top it off, they don't take music requests. One major downside is their grip sock policy. You **must** wear their branded socks ? even though they allow you to go barefoot, which makes absolutely no sense and feels like a health risk (hello, athlete?s
Very nice set up..anywhere you sit you can watch your child jump..plenty of seating and comfortable..definitely will go again
I'm all about customer service, when it comes to food, adventure, hotels, or anything. I don't care how nice a facility is out how many bells and whistles. If the customer service is lacking, it brings the entire experience down. Quantum leap not only excels in customer service, the facility is top notch. We drove two hours to visit this incredibly fun place and it was so worth the trip. Thank you thank you thank you, Leah and Dave...for the vision, for bringing such a cool venue to JC, and for the inc
Went to this place yesterday with my family, So much fun. The grandkids had a great time and my son and I had a great time throwing Axes, Forgot the young man name who heped us but he was very helpful. Great time
We always have lots of fun here! A few things could probably be updated, but it seems clean and has lots to do/jump off of!
I brought my son here for a friend's birthday party, and I have to say, it's pretty incredible to see. It's got everything a good bounce house needs: giant trampolines (duh), a foam pit with swings over it, and the always fun dodgeball arena! But that, however, is only on the surface. This place has SO much more to offer. Laser tag to get your war on, an arcade for the kiddos, ever a small BAR and axe throwing area for the adults. I may not have been playing myself, but my boy had a blast and I was having a
I found the location of this place a little odd. It's in an industrial area that appears a bit sketchy, but inside it was pretty cool. There was a dodge ball area, two sections of it I think, a whole other building size space of wall to wall trampolines, a basketball area with 2 different height baskets, and an agility area with foam pits beneath different obstacles. Very cool place but more geared towards older kinds like 10 and up.
The kids loved it. They have lots of arcade games, trampolines & foam pit. The bar to swing out over the foam pit was pretty hard for me to reach so there was no way my 8 yr old could get a hold of it so I had to go help her get on it every time.
My kiddos love Quantum Leap!! The whole family does!! There's something for everyone! The kids can run and jump or play games in the arcade! The adults can relax on the couches or sit at the tables provided. There's even ax throwing and laser tag!!
Friendly service not packed crowded, and clean. Great way to tire the kiddosoutamd make memories!
We took 10 kids there and had a blast although the arcade section is amazing way overpriced. Trampolines and foam pits were lots of fun and they even had American Ninja Warrior Style stuff set up including the running wall with a bell at top. Great place to get some exercise in.
Had my kiddo's Birthday Party here and it was flawless. The kids had a blast. You could set up a tab for snacks and drinks. Plenty of seating areas available. Everyone was wonderful kind and accommodating. The arcade was awesome and the staff watching over the kids in the jumping and foam pits were friendly. Very glad we chose Quantum Leap!!!
We recently took our office staff for a staff enrichment day at Quantum Leap in Johnson City. The entire team had an amazing experience from top to bottom. The facility was very clean and organized and the staff went above and beyond to make our day everything we envisioned. We highly recommend renting this business for your office "fun day" or team building experience. Thank you for a wonderful memory!
This place is so fun! We had an absolute blast. there are the trampolines, axe throwing, Lazer tag and an arcade
Braden was so informative and helpful, had TONS of fun, made sure we were having a fun time. Absolutely coming back!
A great way to spend an hour. Lots of space to run and play. Large cafe seating area. An upstairs viewing area, and a large arcade room. Bring some headphones if you don't like the music while you watch.
Had my grand daughters birthday party here. They seemed to enjoy it very much and having lots of fun.
This place is the coolest place to go with your family! We all had a great time! I'm looking forward to the next time we take the kids there!
Our group rented out the entire place for a lock-in and we had the best time ever! What a great selection of things to play on both for adults and children. The DodgeBall pit trampolines are super fun and the foam pit is addictive! Excellent staff! This is our third trip here and we can't wait to come back again.
The funnest place you can probably ever go to Totally worth the five stars
26 bucks for 2 kids to jump for an hour. Oh and you can't reuse the expensive socks either. No wonder it's always dead. On the upside its safe and the kids get plenty of exercise.
Party of 6 adults (4 dudes, 2 chicks) Went to celebrate son's 19th by THROWING AXES!!!! We had sooo much fun. Neither daughter nor I are super athletic, bin fact none of us are, lol. But we were all able to find our groove & do pretty well. Our "host" was fun & friendly & knowledgeable. What I would have liked to know going in: 1) check the website before going, but don't expect to get much info. 2) every participant must provide a signed waiver/agreement form 3) the forms can be e-filled out & submitted be
My son n family had an amazing time
Kids had a super great time!
We came to throw axes but having two teens with us, ended up spending $70.00 at the arcade ?? .. other than the price being steep, we had so much fun throwing axes.. Daniel was our instructor.. he's amazing.. he was very professional and safety conscious while still making it fun and educating us with tips... We'll definitely be returning with a larger group of friends soon and hope to have Daniel as instructor again.. loved that they had a wide variety of alcohol available for sale ..I can't give enough p
Nice looking trampoline park, but feels very empty. Advertising that they have a "cafe" is a bit misleading. It's a concession stand that sells Skittles and slices of frozen pizza.Oh, and everything that's not the trampolines is closed. So no axe throwing or laser tag like we were hoping. It seems like they charge extra for everything. Checking a coat, refilling game cards, etc. You have to either go barefoot or buy their socks. No big deal at other parks, but here you can't re use them you have to buy new
Hands down one of the most fun places! The team is always so nice and the owners are incredible. If you're in JC - this is a must!!
I am a trampoline EXPERT, and I must say, this place is magical. BUT,,, Quantome LEeP is trying to censor me... and my families EPIC photos.. My 5 stars has been decreased... To 4... Had my son's birthday party Friday and the kids had a great time
We love taking our boys to QL! Everyone always has a good time. A must experience if you're in the TriCities!
Loved it here! The laser tag area was definitely a highlight. The employee who helped us, short curly brown hair and glasses was so sweet and helpful. A lot of people act as if they don't like their jobs, but she seemed truly happy to be there which is rare. In fact, every employee we interacted with was helpful, kind, and professional.
Awesome fun for young or adults, if you haven't been try it out fun for everyone in the family
Had a great time! Took the grandbabies and they ran themselves ragged??great way for the kids to get rid of energy and slow them down for sleep!
Had an absolute blast with my 13 year old!!
Quantum leap is the best jump park I've ever been to if you're seeing this Jeremy then go to this best jump park in the world it's America Tennessee
My kids had a 1 year membership that was well worth the price. They love going here.
Great jump park! busy when we went so my daughter wouldn't jump but her cousin did. She isn't use to that many people. I spoke with the supervisor, and she was awesome! The staff who we paid was great and friendly. I will be going back, just during the week when its quieter :) I do recommend, great way for kids to burn some energy :)
It took 20 minutes to pay to jump. There was no one at the front desk. Employee walked by and didn't offer to help. I had to go to the snack bar to get help. Getting 4 stars because the jump area was nice and the Employees done their jobs well to keep jumpers safe.
It is a great place to go have fun
Great tramps guys. Had to avoid the kids, but when I gave a big jump on those tramps I would launch upwards. Very springy tramps, good spring response. Reminds me of my days in college bouncin around hahaha, good times. Thanks guys, what a rockin experience!
Our church group had an awesome time at this place! The workers were so friendly, and helpful! I've been to several trampoline parks, but this one was by far the best! The staff were awesome, and it is really big, with features I'd never seen before, like a circus type swing into a foam pit, all kinds of obstacle course activities, an arcade, a ping pong table, and awesome laser tag, and of course a snack bar are just a few of the great things they have there. There are also plenty of great places to sit an
Had my sons birthday party there and loved it. He loved it, as did all of our guests. It was so fun. Rachel our party planner was amazing and very attentive. Always making sure we were good and we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be back
Fun place to take your kids.
I am super disappointed in this place. On May 6th I schedule a party to be held on May 29th. I reserved the spot by paying a deposit. Everything was set in motion, we had invitations made and my son distributed them prior to school releasing. On May 27th, TWO days before our party, someone from Quantum Leap called and told us we would need to move our party to a different day because the owner wanted to close. It is extremely inconsiderate to wait until two days prior to an event to make cancellations. My s
Friendly staff. They really watch out for the kids here and my nephew had a blast!
Reasonable prices and the boys had loads to do in there
My kids love this place!! Always clean, The employees are always so nice and helpful! The price isn't bad either unlike some other places around town
Very fun place to visit you can try to jump as far as you can, You can get some good snacks and drinks there a very fun place to visit with friends and family. ??
This place was nice value, with the exception of the over priced snack bar. On a prime time visit there was on going construction/improvement noise. It should have been scheduled out of business hours or reduced prices as compensation. The Noise was horrendous luckily its not everyday or gonna last forever. Again, if in the greater Johnson city TN area I would highly recommended it to have fun with the kids!!!
Our son had a party here and had an absolute blast! The only complaint I have is that they won't give you any drinks until your after halfway through the party, and all the kids were dehydrated. These kids faces were red and they were so thirsty and they still never brought any drinks until we were an hour and twenty minuets into the party. None of the kids even had time for refills and I def. think they should reconsider this, because it's concerning they think that this it okay what so ever. At least make
Our kids. Ages 3,5, and 7, had a blast. The place was clean inside and out and the staff was helpful. They do ask you sign a waiver of liability when you enter and you get the option to either jump barefoot or purchase clean gripping socks for $2 each, each visit. Fortunately it was not crowded, as our visit was early on a weekday during fall break. What a great idea for indoor fun, no matter the weather. There is an arcade inside we did not play in, but there were quite a few games and all seemed to be wo
Great way to let kids run out some energy
My daughter loves this place. I really like good seating areas for parent so that we can have our eyes on our kids over entire trampoline park. Price are little too high and I do not like hour time limit. I wish it would be cheaper so we do not come here as often. Other than that, this place is by far better than just jump. I wish they have separate hours for those grown men wanting to jump wildly around little children. Like maybe daylight hours until 7pm for only children and their parents. 7pm til
This is a Great venue for groups of all sizes. our group reserved the building and the kids all had an amazing time. Dodgeball, trampolines, a foam-pool, laser tag, a sizeable arcade, concessions and more. They also have activities for older age groups, like axe throwing, but it wasn't age appropriate. I plan on coming back soon so I can throw axes at a time I don't need to chaperone!
We had a lot of fun here! The only things I would improve is cleanliness. We arrived at 4 pm on a Thursday and the women's restroom was out of toilet paper in the stall I chose, and in the men's room my husband said there was something that looked like feces on the seat that needed to be cleaned before he could help our little girl use the toilet. The fragrance smell on entering the facility is so strong that it gave me a headache. But, we all had a great time. The trapeze bar and the ninja warrior type are
My 5th graders class had a field trip there today and my son unfortunately has a tibia fracture and couldn't jump but wanted to still tag along with his class! Quantum Leap was kind enough to give him a free jump pass to come back and jump when he was healed! The gesture was so appreciated!
Very FUN & family friendly! We had a really enjoyable time. The kids and the big kids at heart both adults really enjoyed the trampolines, all the games, and cute prizes! We will be going back soon so that we may try (Axe throwing) it looked really neat to try.
Excellent time every time. Huge place, inflatables for six and younger, free of charge after jump. Three different foam pits, enough room for all ages to safely enjoy without crowding each other. Friendly, helpful staff. Positive, upbeat environment. Nice arcade, and fair prices at the snack bar with plenty of options. Offers locker rentals. Doesn't try to push buying their socks, actually prefers you go barefoot for safety. Well ran place, obviously functions under great management. I'd give it ten stars i
Terrible customer service from all woman that work at this establishment. They wanted us to take food from our toddler because we brought it in. We will not ever be returning and its great for a bar if an adult wants to get drunk and jump around or throw axes. This establishment is a joke. Edit since they responded we never refused about removing the drinks we said okay and there wasnt even a pause between the first rude lady then the second. And the chips and drink were already open prior to the second la
We were going here to take my grandson and even spent out around $500 to have his birthday party here, however the other day when we attended one of the parties one of our phones got droppings in a foam pit, we were told they clean all foam pits on Thursday and they would call us if found. It's a business line so I had AT&T ping in and sure enough it's there however they will not allow us to come look for it and then said they only clean one foam pit a week, well that explains why my grandson had a cold aft
The people who work here are amazing. Everyone is so kind every time I walk through those doors. Being there always seems to lift my spirits a little. I know how hard everyone works there. The people in the cafe are always kind to customers. Everything is always super clean and my brothers love coming here with me!
The outside of this place is not the most appealing but please look passed that! The inside is a giant room that let's children, and those that want to let their inner child out, jump away! Basketball, dodge ball, parkour and tumbling is just a few of the activities you can partake In here! Adults can sit back and enjoy an adult but remember, can't jump after consumption! If jumping isn't your thing then do a little axe throwing or arcade playing! To say I really enjoy this place with my children is an unde
My mom and my son had a great time playing 3 laser tag games and non stop jumping. We were there about 4 hours and so tired but happy!!! It was around$33 each for us to be there that long. We didn't eat but will next time!! Call ahead and ask if there are big groups/parties coming in. We went before the big crowds and pretty much had the place to ourselfs!!! We Will definitely go back soon!!!
Great for all ages. Lazer tag, trampolines, an arcade with tickets for prizes and the best part for adults, the ax throwing. They also have a concession stand with plenty of options including beer and white claws for the adults. The entire staff is amazing and friendly. They even record all your ax throws so you can know your average. The bar and ax throwing opens at 5 p.m.
I'm town for the weekend. Great place to take the kids and relax. Axe throwing was pretty cool too. Laser tag.. all the fun stuff for kids of All ages! (Even the grown ones). The arcade section is lacking quite a bit though which takes a star.
Our family Always has a Blast visiting Quantum Leap, we travel over the mountain NC, Always friendly staff tonight we had a Super friendly young man helping us, my kids left saying how nice he was wish I saw his name. If y'all haven't been here I definitely recommend. Fun for all ages.
I've been to several different jump places and this is the only one that made a big deal about my child wearing a different jump place's socks. The one that placed our order said it was ok for my son to wear his Just Jump socks. Halfway through playing, they all made a big deal about it and made my son remove his socks and walk on their filthy floor with his bare feet. They said that he can go barefoot or buy theirs. Needless to say, we will just go to Just Jump and Family fun zone from now on. ??
I took my kids, we had a great time! Will return once the war is done :)
We loved this place. Granite people don't pay much attention there nor enforce the rules as much as they should, hence the reason for the waiver agreement. The place however is a great place for kids to unwind to let loose to run wild. You just need to make sure you watch your children to make sure they don't hurt themselves
I am deleting my initial review, bc my issue was with other people who paid to enter, as did i. After posting a not so lovely review, the gracious owner responded by saying that he had taken steps to prevent this type of instance from happening again, and he offered us a free visit if we ever decided to return. Since my daughter is a gymnast, and loves a trampoline like she loves air to breathe, we thought we would give it another try. They had a great time, and the staff was great also! ! Very friendl
Great place to go with the kids. They always have a blast!
Never knew throwing axes could be so fun! Our instructor was even amazing, had us all hitting the board by the end of our hour.
I brought my little niece and nephew to play here on Oct 2020. Both are super excited to try. The place is very well clean, the staff is very friendly. I can't wait to bring them back again soon... probably next week. It is good place for kids super fun.
Today was the first time that I have been to Quantum Leap since we moved to the area a few years back. My daughter and I had an absolutely fantastic time. It is nice to go somewhere that uses common sense and doesn't place fear over freedom. I have never met the owner(s), but in the face of multiple negative reviews and tough decisions for small business owners, good on them for sticking to their beliefs and convictions.
Quantum Leap is a great place! Fun for all ages! I love that they don't require masks, but they don't shame anyone for wearing one! The staff is super friendly. The owners are great people! Please support this wonderful small business! We will be back.
We had our son's 8th.Birthday here 3/13/21 and it was awesome. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kids all had a wonderful time. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have some fun.
Our favorite place to jump. They have plenty of seating, so you can sit and watch your kids have some fun. They also have laser tag, arcade games and ax throwing. The ax throwing is for adults only and they serve adult beverages. They also have a snack bar, plus dipping dot ice cream. You can also book a birthday party room which is very popular with children. So they have a variety of things to do.
Our little girl had a blast here! Fairly decent prices for jumping by the hour and at night they have the place glowing with black lights. F.y.i. You do have to call ahead or go online to reserve a jump time
Well for any child or adult who likes to jump, flip, flop this place is for you!! It's definitely a great place to go. My opinion and review (3 Stars) is due to the price and the overall value of what you get. I've definitely spent my fair share of money at this place. My family and my children have hosted approx 18 b-day parties here. So just to give a tip to save a parent some $$.. U don't need the party room!! Just invite all the kids, ask for a group discount, take ur cake and ur gifts to the tables, go
I booked a laser tag party almost last minute and they had openings that fit our schedule. The people that checked us in and hosted our party were very helpful. I'll definitely come back
This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it. Such a great time. I came here with a 4 and 5 yr old, and the refs did an amazing job at making sure the bigger kids were aware of them. They made sure that they got thier turn at the foam pits. I also appreciate that they give a Veterans discount. Thank you Quantum Leap!
We made a spontaneous decision to go to the axe throwing portion of this facility, (foolishly) without reading reviews. I just felt the need to leave another review so no one else makes our mistake. This place is not COIVD safe at all. None of the staff wore a mask, and most of the other customers were not wearing masks. Though we kept ours on, the staff member who helped us disregarded keeping a 6 foot distance until asked to do so, then he was very respectful and complied for the rest of the night. I wish
Quantum was so cool! I definitely recommend for the older kids it has more bigger kid stuff and not the littler stuff. And don't forget to always make sure you don't bring old socks they won't let your wear them again.
Great facility to let kids burn off some energy. Lots of room and places to play and run. Our daughter always has a good time. For the adults there is a snack bar that serves beverages and sitting areas up top so you get a high advantage spot for watching.
Just first this place for the first time with my son who is 4 and my man and it was awesome. The place feels so relaxing and comfortable. They need a few more couches but that is it. The place is clean. Price for 1 hour jump is $12 plus tax so not to bad. All the information is on the website that you need. That have a cafe with food and drinks of all kinds aand a arcade with prices which my son loved as well. Grrat place. Will be back.
Me and a few of my friends went to try their new ?Badl Axe? throwing for the first time and the service was perfect , Sarah at the front desk was very nice and helping. A supervisor Seth was very nice and understanding with us always checking on us and making sure our service experience was good , and Isiah who was our Throwing Coach was very cool and helping with teaching us how to throw and all the way around supporting and cool. For sure will be going back and doing it again , fun place , good service ,
I have had the chance to come hear multiple times and have always had a BLAST! The owners and employees are so kind to me every time I come in and the facility always seems so well kept up and clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun weekend activity!
The facility is nice and there are a lot of activities available, however, it grossed me out that they don't require socks. I understand that its supposed to be safer without them but I didn't feel comfortable having my small children in a place where employees are wearing their street tennis shoes in the same areas my kids are barefoot.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
