Lots of great activities with the all inclusive pass. The Black Friday deal is amazing. Everything is high quality, modern and nice. There's flow rider, a ropes course, bowling, laser tag, mini croquet, a carousel, and arcade. They also have both large and small play structures. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of the play structures. They were both obviously not cleaned recently and covered in dust. It actually felt kind of gross and not on par with the other activities. I also felt like most emplo
We came here for the first time, to attend a birthday party. Such a fun place to go, we will be returning with the family. There are so many options, for all ages! There are super nice bowling lanes, a kid playground, ropes course, mini golf, arcade games, and of course the wave runner! Great place to go have a fun experience.
We had such a fun date! Pretty sure the laser tag was broken though ? my husband won twice, which clearly defies all logic ?? I especially loved the surfing ? it was a blast. The staff were all super friendly, and everything looked clean, new, and well taken care of.
Staff was nice and friendly, but everything else about this place outside flowriders is pretty "blah". Bowling very outdated, equipment breaking down(people asked to change lanes), games feel very overpriced, underwhelming for the prizes being rewarded at the ticket cash in. Wouldn't recommend, nor return for a second time.
Took our kids (11, 8, 5, and 3). They all loved it. My 2 oldest did the ropes course and had a good time. The ice cream shop was fun too. My littles love the carousel.
For $25 you have unlimited bowling, croquet, laser tag, rope course, carousel, etc. It also has an arcade. For $10 /hr you can add the wave pool for surfing and boogie boards. Great for all ages. They also have birthday party packages. The staff is fabulous and it is really clean. There is also a food option for ice cream, etc. that is reasonable.
We took advantage of the black Friday deal in November. We redeemed our tickets this week, and the kids loved it! They all said that they would like to return, and we will. A few helpful hints with laser tag: walk up the stairs and along the bowling alley lanes. The line to wait is at the far door in the back. If nobody is there to let you in, stay put. Just watch the time on the screen. Once the time is up, someone will come to let you into the arena. The arena can accommodate a large group (maybe 20?) at
I bought a $20 arcade card and played games for over a hour. I don't know how many points I racked up but I was using my card fine with no problems at all. Then I went to go buy a pass to play laser tag up at the front desk with the same card. After finishing laser tag I went to go redeem my points and the worker told me my card was empty and hadn't been used at all? I went and talked to the teenagers working up at the front desk about it and they were literally no help at all. I was frustrated after spendi
Such a fun place. Flowrider, arcade, laser tag, carousel, bowling, kids playground, croquet, ropes course, old fashioned ice cream shop. Only thing we experienced down was there were multiple arcade games took our money but didn't work.
We had my sons birthday party here. The party room left more to be desired, not decorated at all, but the pizza that came with it was tasty. The Arcade is AWESOME! It is fun for all ages. The ticket redeeming station is pretty sad. The bowling is fun, we all enjoyed it. The Lazer tag was FABULOUS! We absolutely loved it. All in all, we will for sure be doing more parties here.
Great place for kids and teenagers. There are places in the front when you walk in to eat and arcade games and different fun games on the first level. Some of the games are set up to give you tickets that you can redeem fun prizes for. If your inclined they have an indoor artificial wave pool. There is also later tag. There is bowling and a suspended ropes course. It's a fun place to spend time as a family as well.
We had a company party at this location and it was a blast for everyone and every age group. We spent most of our time bowling, and sampling their delicious ice cream. Other members of our company spent time in the arcade or in the rope course. An amazing place for a company party. Usually we try and sneak out early, but we closed the place down we were having so much fun!
Provo Beach was a lot of fun. If you do the Day Pass it is a great value. Our family loved the laser tag which you get to do twice with that pass. Bowling and the ropes course was also a lot of fun. The mini croquet seemed run down and lame but part of that is probably due to the fact that we have no idea how to play croquet. Rules posted somewhere would?ve been helpful. The day pass also comes with five dollars to spend at the arcade. A bunch of the games were not working including the ski ball which took
This place is a huge step up from a nickel arcade but isn't top of the line. Nonetheless the price is right when you consider how much you can do and stay entertained for hours. We did surfing and had best time in a long time. Then 2 games of laser tag. Next we did ropes course and spent some money on the games. The location is pretty convenient with tons of parking and good options right around the venue.
Took teenagers, parents, and grandparents to Provo Beach to spend some hours while we were all together. There was something for everyone to enjoy and be busy doing. We really liked the family games of laser tag. Please note that you need closed-toe shoes for the ropes course. We enjoyed going at a time with very few other patrons and that certainly influenced our positive opinion.
A fun place for families. My kids love the obstacle course the most. There is plenty to do here, but it could get expensive if you want to do everything. They have a restaurant inside and an ice cream shop. We have eaten from both. The food was good.
horrible service workers were very rude. wouldn't let my daughter do laser tag cause she was wearing sandles. then spent $80 on new shoes so she could play and they still said no ?? i spent all this money for nothing because of rude teenage workers.
Great place for families and kids/teens. Bowling, Lazer tag, high adventure ropes course, arcade, croquet, and MORE!
First time in Provo. First time at Provo Beach! I am so glad I found this place. My kids had a great time! The Ropes Course and Mega Playground were so fun for them. I highly recommend this place. I want to give a shout out to the great staff members. They were friendly and were great! If we find ourselves in Provo again, we are definitely coming back!
Fun times with the kids. Only three stars because the arcades not only took our money, but about 1/3rd of their machines were broken. Also, the wait for bowling is SUPER long. 1.5 hours, so if you want to bowl, get your name on the list the moment you arrive. The ropes course is a lot of fun, even for adults. You get to spend 30 minutes moving through the course. It's $8 per person.
We went on December 26th at 8:15 to go bowling and paid for 2 lanes (for 7 people). One of the lanes wasn't working and the employees said they would fix it and they never did so we played on one lane. At 8:45 my husband took our youngest daughter downstairs to play some games but they refused to sell him a an arcade card because they were closing in 15 minutes (plenty of time for child to play a few games). At 9:00pm they shut our bowling game off without any warning or announcement. They never mentioned t
This place is a great place to bring kids. There's so much to do and coming back over and over never feels dull. It always feels like a new experience and so much fun!
I want to clarify that it is still possible to have a good time at this place, especially in the great company I had. However, if you plan on visiting a fun center, Provo Beach is almost certainly your worst option. Let us begin with the arcade. They've got a decent selection of games, nothing special, but just standard arcade fare. However, the experience is entirely ruined due to the fact that each game cost an entire one dollar to play. If you didn't catch that, I will say it again: One US dollar for ONE
Great fun for kids or all ages, lots to do, the bowling got crowded on Saturday night so get there early. Staff was nice and friendly. Bowling was fun once we went the next time. The kids area is little but nice for the younger kids to run around for a minute. The older kids loved the surfing and boogie boarding. The day pass would be a great value purchase.
The Get Out Pass also gets a 1 Star. ?No holidays? including Presidents Day which isn't a real holiday and Mon-Thur which for any school age child is pretty difficult. All the other Get Out Pass marketing schemes should also take themselves off the pass. Provo Beach set it up so you have to actually click through until the last screen to see that they don't honor holidays. I have zero desire for you to advertise yourself to me which is YOUR intent being on the pass. Since you trick people into thinking you?
We celebrated my daughter 4th birthday at Provo Beach. We requested the mini tots package which was perfect and fabulous for my daughter and her same age friends that came to the party. It includes ice cream, carousel(which was the kids favorite), playground and arcade games. There was something fun and ideal for all the kids. They all had so much fun which was my mayor goal. Staff was super attentive and nice during the event. They had everything well organized and ready on time. Thank you so much Provo Be
Fun place. Lots to do. Staff service was super slow - including getting in and trying to redeem tickets. Combining cards {either tickets or credits) MUST be done at the front desk - which again was super slow. Needs better air conditioning - it was quite hot upstairs.
Super fun place to explore with free time. Several different things to do inside: great little arcade, bowling, and children?s play area.
It was our first time at Provo Beach and we had a blast. The rope course, laser tag, bowling and arcade games were so fun (and the flow rider looks like a blast, next time!). The staff was perfect. The place was clean. Thanks Provo Beach!
Provo beach was a great help organizing my child bday party. Daughter and friends loved it! Be sure to give the flow rider a try. They will give pointers to help 40 y/o parents lol pizza and ice cream are great. Laser tag was a blast. Friendliest and most helpful staff/team in Utah.
We had the 'Get Out' passes so we went bowling there. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was fun enough that we did a second game. It is a neat place to go to and the next time we go my boys are planning to do the surfing they have there and maybe a couple of other things. (Yes we are planning to go back) The food place was super disappointing. For the 4 of us it was $80 for 3 burgers, 3 fries, 2 shakes and a kids meal. You have to pay for everything individually. The fries are not really fries just
Flow rider was great but you can get heard easy.. Awesome staff. some arcade games didn't work well, did get back a dollar. Bowling and laser game were also great.
Provo Beach is a phenomenal fun center and a great place to bring little kids. It's got a wide variety of attractions, including the exhilarating ropes course, classic bowling alley, and thrilling laser tag. But above all, the Flow Rider is, by far, the funnest attraction here. Would definitely recommend!
We entered with open minds and left with a raging addiction to Pearl Fishery. We'll be back for more.
Faulty playground entrance lock is a serious fire hazard or fire code violation. Their enclosed playground has a door that can't be accessed from the outside without employees pressing a button. From the inside, there's a motion sensor that's supposed to unlock the door. However, it throws an error when there is lots of continuous motion at the entrance. The entrance is where parents sit to watch their kids so there is frequently continuous motion that causes an error. We attempted on a few occasions to get
Dallas and Emily were so accommodating to our Elders Quorum Manrichment Activity! We had 23 people and they were so helpful and fun and made it not a big deal that we showed up on a super busy Saturday night! They got us checked in and were even able to get us grouped together on three lanes! This place was so much fun and we didn't have a chance to do everything but man we had blast with the good music and super clean environment! We will be back to try out the rest of the activities this place has to offe
This place is a lot of fun! I've been several times and I'm impressed with the variety of activities they offer. From bowling, to laser tag, to surfing, to arcade, and much more! Most recently we did the two activities pass for $12 and wound up spending a lot longer here than we thought we would. This was mostly because we spent a lot of our time playing the arcade basketball game. It was a blast. We each took a turn, paired up, shooting hoops and had a great time. The activities we did were bowling and las
So this review is reflection of Ike?s creamery. That being said here is my review. 6/23/18 My wife and I came here when we came for the Beach Party at the Riverwoods. The ice cream tasted pretty good and my shake seemed to be softer than any other shake I have ever had, seemed to melt quickly. Still delicious. The place was super disgusting and floors were disgusting as well. There were no clean tables. I had to use my own baby wipes to clean our table. It was a turn off and we almost left, however it was
Surfing in Utah... in winter! I'll take it. It was a great night. We had a group of 40+ and reserved the whole wave for a couple hours. Everyone got to try it, or just sit in the hot tubnor bleachers and watch. All the wipeouts make it quite entertaining.
Great atmosphere, good selection of games. Prices were OK. Several machines wouldn't process card payments so we couldn't play them. Ticket cash out booth too slow, we had to leave (only had one employee there)
We had so much fun! They have everything! Laser room puzzle, laxer tag, bowling, ropes course, surfing, arcade, mini crochet, and food. Fun for everyone! Prices were incredible! Can't wait to come back!
The generosity of the Provo Beach Resort is unmatched. I had the pleasure of working with Livia, and I was blown away by how kind and caring she was. Me and my family will forever be a customer of the Provo Beach Resort because of this. I am so grateful that their business has values that truly show their support and care for their community. We are so grateful to be able to work with them! Thank you!
A really fun place for families or groups of friends. So much to do, and their daily pass is an awesome deal. Will be back! Highly recommend the flow rider!
It Ben a great experience we've had such an amazing time I recommend this highly to anybody who's wanting to do all kinds of different things bowling climbing swimming surfing all kinds of stuff
Our family had fun here, though it could use some TLC in a few areas. The laser tag was pretty fun, arcade was typical games, the mini croquet has potential but needs score cards and more clear markings for the different areas. The type course was challenging for some of us but not much of a challenge for others. Employees were helpful and friendly but could have been a bit more enthusiastic about the place.
A lot of fun for everyone! I am a bit older and still had a blast. It is best to get there early so you have time to do everything.
First timer here, dole whip and a chocolate ice cream cone for dessert. Will definitely be back again!!
Provo Beach's toddler pass is SO worth it. My kiddo rode the carousel probably 12 times and we bowled twice and made use of the Mega Playground twice. We were there for 5 hours and it was a blast.
I went there for a daddy daughter date. Great service and atmosphere.
Service is 5 stars, the issue is that there is not enough reliably functional games in the arcade area. Spent 10 bucks on the Basketball game, but it didn't start as it usually would, the good news is that someone helped me out with the issue until it was fixed, but I still never got the rounds to play, or my money back, I also think it would be a lot more appealing to put some more machines in there, it just feels kind of empty... I'm sure on weekends/holidays it's a lot more fun, but the vibe there on wee
Lovely attractions. Hard working but understaffed and burnt out workers. Not even enough people to take out the trash or clean ice cream that's been melting for over an hour on the counter/wipe down other counters ( got into line, waited half an hour to get served, left, played games, came back and ice cream was still on counter ) most objects felt grimy to touch from sweat and dead skin cells. If I wasn't vaccinated I'd have walked away with covid and something else. Now I'm just going to be surprised if I
Lots of fun! The day pass with flow rider is a great deal, especially if you go when there aren't a lot of people surfing at the same time.
Provo Beach is a fun place. It has something for just about everyone. Whether it is the ropes course, arcade games, laser tag, bowling, a playground, or their surfing attraction. You can find something to do. The staff was helpful and kind, the bathrooms were clean, and they have a small variety of concessions that are tasty and bring a nice feel to the place. Whether it's with your family, friends or a school group, it will be fun.
We just came in with our own pizza and hung out while the kids spent all our money playing games and then we got ice cream which was really good especially with the waffle cone.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only did ropes course and my daughter and niece loved it! We'll come back for sure even for arcades and carousel etc
The perfect place for a 10 year olds birthday. We lucked out with surfing almost all to ourselves and had a blast. We tried everything and had so much fun moving from activity to activity. And didn't even realize we spent 7 hours trying everything.
I love Provo Beach! Not only do I love coming to Provo Beach for personally enjoyment, it's one of my favorite places to bring clients, and share professional experiences with those whom we work with. It's an incredible place and space to build valuable relationships and trust between clients and our friends. We are especially grateful for Christian Brinton who has facilitated a lot of our experiences with Provo Beach and has made a lot of those experiences memorable and outstanding for our events. This is
Very nice place. Kids love. Perfectly for party.
If I could give a negative score I would for the surf portion we had to wait 45 minutes because it's e hour to hour. That was fine until at our time we went in then a family was let in approximately 10 minutes later they didn't wait turns and the life guard didn't do a thing. The arcade machines would run time off before starting. Felt like a big rip offs
The flow rider is so so much fun
flowrider is SO SICK and the best and worth your money thing to do there. open in the winter times which is lit while other outdoor ones aren't. try finding the best time where there's less people it's a way better experience, if you're a lowkey fan ask the staff when the slow hours/days/months are! overall pretty lit place and staff! they do a great job :) parties i know are always a great experience i?d totally recommend doing one if interested, doing the two activity package i?d recommend the ropes cour
Fun place to be. Great bowling. Arcade games, just as always at every place, are usually scammed and broken. But bowling, flow riding, lazer tag, and obstaclecourse are pretty great. Only problem with bowling is the lanes I had to ask 3 timed for them to be fixed. Only on one lane though. Great place in general and super fun!
We went bowling here and it was okay. The computer glitched multiple times, saying that a player had bowled the allotted 2x per turn when they had only gone once. I told the staff about this problem, and they did switch us to a different lane, but they did not give us any sort of a refund or give us back those terms. They mentioned that the computer does glitch quite a lot. I am unimpressed that no one has Fixed this issue. If they are going to charge for price, then we should get a quality experience.
I want to rate this higher but I just can't. I took my family there last night. We bought the all day passes which comes with $5 of gaming, 1 hour of the surfing, as well as unlimited everything else. Only problem is they are completely understaffed and you wait in line forever for everything. The bowling alley had lines waiting to use it. The rope course we waited about an hour before we finally were able to go. The carousel only runs 1 time every 30 minutes!!! You get $5 of arcade ? only problem there is
I had a splendid time bowling with my family here.
This place has the best laser tag in the whole world! Seriously, you gotta try it! The guns have touch screens and power ups that you can use. And the arena is pretty cool! Update: I just went to Rad Tag in Pleasant Grove, and it's actually way better. But this one is 2nd best!
I used to love coming here with my wife! We would spend all day bowling, a couple games of laser tag, and croquet, end the amazing day with an hour on the Flo Rider. I'm very disappointed to say their prices have increased and you only get 2 games of bowling now. What used to be an amazing deal of unlimited blowing is now not worth it. I will not be returning unless this changes. With kids I would argue it's even worse of a deal now. Parents could relax and bowl while the kids could play arcade or ropes co
Super fun place for the family. It is super high quality. The manager Tanner is easily the hardest worker there and is great at taking care of the people there.
We bought Black Friday discounted tickets as a Christmas presents for some family. It wasn't clearly listed when we purchased them that they were only valid on weekdays, which limited our availability significantly. Upon finally picking a day and having checked the flowrider availability and assuming that meant the whole venue was available, we decided on a day, had people travel, and got there to find out the whole place was closed for a private event. Even after calling ahead and checking. How late can pe
The place was super fun! We had a few issues with the bowling system crashing, and an arcade game not giving the prizes; but the staff were very friendly and helped us to resolve everything :) I appreciate how many different options there were in one place, and the price is very good for the huge amount of options. My only complaint is that the prizes were mostly all sold out; it wasn't a holiday, so I expected them to be restocking better.
Fun place, when it isn't to crowded. Plenty to keep a family busy. Good option for Birthdays and family gatherings.
It's very nice place with a lot of fun activities. My kids had a great experience here.
Had a great day with the kids for my daughters birthday?we just spent all day here and my son wants to come back for his birthday as well. What can I say?It looks like the people here listened to the reviews because they reinstated the unlimited bowling, unlimited laser tag, and of course there was unlimited ropes course as well. Where else can you find a great deal like this? I already told a friend about it and I'm sure more people will want to come with a deal like this. Don't waste your time on the croq
Great place with a variety of experiences. They don't market them though so I feel like people aren't aware of what they have to offer. I have done the laser tag and croquet. I think I would prefer if the croquet course were mini golf instead because we were really confused about what to do. And there weren't guidelines and clear directions along the way. It just felt random.
I did my son and daughters birthday parties at Provo Beach and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The tables and facility was very clean. It is very fairly priced. I actually thought it was a great deal. Everyone had the best time! We will definitely do that again.
This place is really nice and fun but it is CHOCK FULL on Fridays and Saturdays so don't go there expecting to be able to do laser tag or bowling because you won't be able to at all without waiting a Loooong time. Otherwise though, this place is really great
This place is pretty rad, I love the welcome sign they just put up! Sounds like they've got some great things coming to upgrade it for the better!
Great customer service by Conner. Ownership- give the man a raise or promotion.
We live in Provo and frequently come to Provo beach. We have ALWAYS had an amazing experience until the last couple of months. Last week we came with friend from Arizona and it was terrible. The manager didn't understand the Provo beach cards we had that already had activities on them. He tried to make us use it as arcade credit until I had to show him the difference where it showed arcade credits/vs cash value. He was like, ? oh it's just like a gift card then.? He didn't even know how to read the system.
We've loved coming here for years. The games have been refreshed but are definitely more expensive (0.75 to 1.50 per game). We came to play laser tag on 12/22 and a few minutes into the game my 4 year old changed her mind about playing. The male attendant made waiting a lot more fun with dancing and yoga. What a fun personality- please keep him around and treat him well! My two complaints from our visits were: 1. Prizes need to be labeled better. The large bears had a sign on them for 2200. My kids were sto
Arrived early to Flo Surf, but didn't let us surf for 7 minutes after our time started because the last group was running late. They didn't give us any extra time. WHAT WAS WORSE There was a women letting her baby (couldn't have even been 6 months) play in the Flo surf at the base of the wave. The lifeguard was allowing it too. I just held my breath the whole time hoping the wave wouldn't take the baby.. We were there 7/25/24
Came as a work experience and it was amazing. We had so much fun! Bowling was a hit, everyone loved Laser Tag, and the ropes course. Flow rider was always running and the croquet had tons of families. And the games... best time to celebrate all our hard work!
It's actually a fun place and would give ut 5 stars but we paid for the flow rider and one of the employees who was coming on for next shift also used the flow rider and he would take very long turns. He would actually fall which would normally mean next person turn but he would stand up in the wake and grab his board and keep going. It was very annoying that we paid all this money and he took up a lot of the time. Then 2 hours later there was nobody signed up to do flow rider so many of the employees were
We spent around six hours here and still didn't do everything! The biggest hit was the mini bowling lanes for small children...they loved it! We also loved the laser tag! The prices are great right now and well worth it. Enjoy an ice cream or a meal without leaving as well! If you want to skip the crowds go early and you'll be able to socially distance. I will definitely take the kids here for exercise during the winter months.
Such a fun family place! We came for my sons birthday party a couple of days ago and he had a blast. If you've never had a party here before, I recommend doing so, and asking for Emma as your host! We have never had such an attentive and helpful party host before, she was wonderful. Overall a great place for some family fun and a celebration.
We come to Provo every year from AZ and have been to PBC several times. Have had decent experiences before but todays visit was awful. Several games not working that just take your money and no one nearby to ask for help. Paid $3 for each kid to do laser tag game and it was a complete waste of money. I'm usually pretty good at claw games (especially ones for the toddlers in the little kid area) but every single claw game we attempted would not grab or hold onto anything we snagged. A complete rip-off in my
Went there for my son?s 6th birthday and had a great time. Laser tag was fun, the pizza and ice cream were amazing, and we loved the arcade!
We had the best experience with Provo Beach Resort! They were so accommodating and it was more than worth the cost. Renting the flow rider for the hour was the best. Two hours wasn't enough time to do all the fun things that are offered with the birthday package! We will definitely be doing this again!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
